32Red Sister Sites

32Red

32red logo

32Red Casino is the biggest brand on the 32Red Limited network and one of the biggest casino brands of any kind in the UK. It’s far younger than most big players in the marketplace but has achieved staggering amounts of success in a relatively short time. Every gamer in the UK has heard of 32Red, whether that be because of the company’s numerous sports sponsorships or its television adverts starring UK celebrities. This is now the company’s main site. There was once a series of 32Red sister sites, but all of the sub-brands have been condensed into this single site, where they each now have dedicated pages.

Being a brand of the size 32Red means you have the budget to offer highly-desirable exclusive games, which is why the official “Britain’s Got Talent” online slots game is exclusive to this casino site. An online slots game based on “Tipping Point,” which is a popular UK daytime game show, is also available here. Online slots represent the bulk of the entertainment in this part of the casino site, with everything else partitioned off into a dedicated minisite, as you’ll see below in a moment. VIPs at 32Red get invitations to exclusive games and tournaments, but everybody’s welcome to play through the hundreds of slots available at the site and browse the “latest games” section, which receives new content every week of the year. The collection of 32Red jackpot games offers some of the highest progressive jackpot pools on the internet, with some pots reaching more than £10m in value before they eventually pay out. 32Red markets itself on the fact that it has a world-class gaming library of over 1000 slots and games, and it’s hard to disagree with that assessment. This is an exceptionally high-quality site.

32Red Poker

32redpoker logo

32Red Poker is the third 32Red sister site in terms of size and importance. The old 32Red Poker website is long gone, so instead, the brand lives on in a tiny corner of the 32Red website. Even in its diminished state, though, 32Red Poker still has things going for it. One of the most significant of those things is that you don’t have to download any special software to play poker at 32Red Poker. A lot of other big-name casino network companies force you to do that, and we’ve never understood why. 32Red Poker demonstrates that there’s no need to do so – all the poker action your heart desires can be accessed directly from your browser without any need to leave the parent site.

32Red Poker greets players warmly with the to-the-point motto “shuffle up and deal,” but getting involved in the games isn’t necessarily as simple as that. Decisions have to be made before you’ll be dealt any cards. The first of those decisions is whether you want to play a solo game of poker against a computerised dealer on a virtual table or whether you’d prefer to play with a live dealer against real players. 32Red Poker provides several options for both eventualities. There are some fairly specialised poker games available for those who find the traditional way of playing the card game too tame, including the immensely-popular “Lucky Showdown: Hold’Em Poker” game. “Aces & Faces Poker” is also well-reviewed by players. There is something here we take issue with, though, and that’s the fact that 32Red Poker is also a gateway to blackjack, roulette, and other live casino games. We appreciate that none of these games merits their own minisite of the kind that 32Red Poker has, but these games should probably be easier to find on the 32Red website than they are. Still, that’s a minor concern, and 32Red Poker can hold its own against most of the bigger-name poker brands out there.

32Red Limited 2022 Review

32Red limited was founded back in 2002 and has since become an immensely popular casino brand, envied by many and thought of by players as one of the biggest names in the industry. High profile commercials have got the company to where it is today, but so has the reputation it’s developed for offering a quality playing experience and a huge number of games. Make no mistake about it; this is a high-prestige, high-visibility, award-winning casino company with an enormous amount of influence over the entire UK casino sector. It stands tall even in a land of giants.

32Red and Kindred Group

32Red doesn’t exactly shout about it, but it’s not entirely in charge of its own operations, and hasn’t been since July 2017. That was the year that the entire 32Red Ltd company became the property of the Kindred Group in an acquisition worth more than £200m. That’s a lot of money, but given the value and familiarity of the 32Red brand, many industry insiders at the time said they thought that the Kindred Group had pulled off a bargain. Time appears to be proving them right.

32red limited kindred

As part of the Kindred Group, 32Red Ltd rubs shoulders with some other big names that might be familiar to regular gamers. Rather than operating 32Red sister companies, which is no longer part of the parent company’s strategy, 32Red as a whole now has sister companies of its own. They include the enormous Unibet, as well as bingo.com, Maria Casino, and Casino Huone. Quietly, Kindred Group has managed to become a major force in the UK gambling scene without particularly putting its own name out there. It’s the force behind the scenes, and it owns brands that a lot of other casino companies would give their right arm for.

32Red Casinos – Licensed To Thrill

Having one well-respected casino license is good. Having two is even better. 32Red belongs to a small number of companies that’s able to stamp the seals of two licensing authorities across the footer of its homepage. One of those licenses is with the UK Gambling Commission (39430), and the other is with the Gambling Commissioner of Gibraltar. Both are considered to be trusted authorities, and so players at 32Red casinos – or, rather, 32Red casino – enjoy the highest level of regulatory protection while they’re playing.

In theory, the UK license also extends to cover 32Red Sport, 32Red Poker, 32Red Bingo, and the defunct Roxy Palace casino. Those sites are no longer independently operational, so that’s no longer a concern. The same can be said of 32Red Limited’s various trading names, which include Dash, Golden Lounge, Casino Splendido, and Nedplay. All of the trading syles are covered by the same license and are considered active by the UK Gambling Commission even though it’s been a while since 32Red has made any use of any of those names.

The fact that the Roxy Palace casino isn’t still around is probably of at least some embarrassment to somebody within the 32Red organisation, as the company paid £8.4m to acquire the casino from a rival company in 2015 only to shut it down five years later. Given the company’s current focus on streamlining and consolidating its offerings into a single brand, that may have been a strategic move rather than an acceptance that Roxy Casino wasn’t cutting the mustard with players.

Horses and Sports

Horse racing is a big part of the sporting side of the 32Red business. Aside from independently investing in the UK horse racing scene, the company is an authorised betting partner of the British Racing Authority. 32Red sponsors the Arena Racing Company, the Twilight Fixtures at Kempton Park Racecourse, and has in the past sponsored the Haydock Sprint Cup. In total, you’ll see the 32Red name prominently at more than five hundred race meets every year. There are plenty of other gambling companies involved in horse racing, but few have the budget or the contacts to become as visible within the (literal) field as the 32Red name is.

32red limited rangers

If you’re a football fan rather than an avid watcher of horse racing, you’ll be more likely to know 32Red from its multiple shirt sponsorships. The most prestigious (and visible) of those sponsorships is with Glasgow Rangers, who had the company’s name emblazoned across their famous blue shirts when they won their world record-breaking 54th league championship in 2021. Away from Scotland, 32Red is also the current shirt sponsor of English championship football clubs Derby County and Middlesborough. as there’s a substantial crossover between people who watch sports and people who gamble occasionally, these sports sponsorships are smart pieces of business by 32Red, and keep the company’s name in the minds of fans.

32Red and Keith Lemon

It’s been a big few years in terms of news for 32Red, and we’ve covered most of the reasons why above. Here in 2022, though, it’s impossible to think about 32Red without also thinking “Keith Lemon.”

Keith Lemon, played by northern English comedian Leigh Francis, certainly isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. His persona is annoying, and it’s supposed to be annoying. It’s a coky, quirky, charming comedy persona that’s led to great farmer for Francis, who was also Avid Merrion of “Bo Selecta” fame in his younger years. As Lemon, Francies has hosted a number of successful television shows including a new version of “Through The Keyhole,” and his panel gameshow “Celebrity Juice.” The “Celebrity Juice” is also available to 32Red as part of the same deal that brought them Keith Lemon, and so it’s since been used to create a few exclusive games for the company’s casino.

32red limited keith lemon

Lemon has appeared in a few television commercials for 32Red so far, all of which have been remarkably understated considering his usual zany persona and consist of little more than him walking around the backstage area of a theatre while strange things happen around him. The celebrity connection alone is enough to draw eyeballs to the product, though – and that’s exactly what Lemon was hired to do. He’s also all over the website in terms of graphics and pictures.

In conclusion, perhaps the only reason you’d hate your time at 32Red Ltd’s main casino is if you really, really can’t stand Keith Lemon. There are far worse criticisms to be levelled at a casino than that.

The 32Red Mission

32Red is a thoroughly modern casino brand. You occasionally find that “mission statements” on casino websites are full of stuffy business language that’s of more interest to other businesses or potential investors than it is to customers, but that’s not a philosophy that 32Red shares. That much is clear from the company’s very basic mission statement. Very much like a James Bond movie, 32Red tells you in the “about us” section of its flagship website that the company is on a “mission to thrill.” Refreshingly, their mission statement is designed to be read by players rather than investors, and it consists of a series of pledges.

The first and most important pledge is that 32Red wants to bring its players the best online casino games in the world. They use the bizarre phrase “doolally as a polar bear with a big tasty fish” to describe their attitude towards procuring games, which presumably makes sense to somebody somewhere. 32Red focuses on quality rather than quantity, so while it could have several thousand slots and games on its site, it settles for just over a thousand, all of which have been approved for their quality by 32Red itself.

Pledge number two is that the casino offers players the best possible chance to win. We’ll get onto player reviews in a moment, and you’ll see that not all of 32Red’s players feel they live up to this pledge, but that’s true of most online casinos. 32Red insists that it likes it when its players win and offers hints and tips within its help centre that are designed to help players to improve their chances of picking up a big win. That goes hand in hand with the third pledge, which is that all payouts from 32Red are handled “super fast.” They promise to get money paid out as quickly as banks will allow them to, but reviews indicate this isn’t true in practice. 32Red won’t leave you waiting a week for your money, but you can still expect to be left hanging around for a day or two. There are casinos out there that can process withdrawals in a matter of hours – instantly, in some cases – and that’s rapidly becoming the industry standard. 32Red may claim to be a “fast payout” casino, but it isn’t. Mark this down as a pledge that they’re not keeping up with.

The fourth 32Red pledge is “total confidence,” which is where the company’s licencing and regulatory status comes in. 32Red is authorised and regulated by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Gambling Commissioner of Gibraltar and has a clean record with both. On top of that (and once again using the company’s own words), 32Red’s customer support team has “better opening hours than McDonald’s.” That strange statement leads us into the fourth and final pledge, which is “total transparency.” This is where Red32 seems to venture into parody. The pledge is only short and states the company’s belief that players are entitled to know who runs the casino they’re playing at, right down to knowing what qualifications they have and how long they’ve been working in the casino industry for. This would be the perfect place for the website to then give a full set of profiles of all the most important people at 32Red, but it doesn’t do so, nor does this information appear anywhere obvious on the rest of the 32Red site. Much like the faster payments pledge, this seems to be an objective that 32Red is thus far failing to meet.

What are players saying about 32Red sites?

The following reviews are taken from players who’ve played at 32Red sites recently and wanted to share their experiences with their fellow players. We’ve edited some of their comments for brevity and clarity.

  • 19-Apr-2022 32Red review by Kim:
I won £400 the first time I ever played here and then I’ve won nothing in the four months since. I change my bet amounts but nothing changes, the  slots are impossible to win. Even the demo games don’t let you win anything. – source: TrustPilot
  • 18-Apr-2022 32Red review by Modris:
The platform is awful and their promotions are a scam. They gave me 1000 points as a birthday present but when I tried to claim them they moved all the money into my bonus account so I couldn’t withdraw it. The wagering requirements make it impossible. – source: TrustPilot
  • 18-Apr-2022 32Red review by Sammy:
This is the worst con site of all of them, I’ve played through hundreds of dead spins and you don’t veen get any decent gameplay when you’re down to low stakes. Someone ought to investigate them. – source: TrustPilot
  • 10-Apr-2022 32Red review by Chris:
I’ve just opened a new account with them despite the fact I already have one. I didn’t even change any of my details. The Gambling Commission says that shouldn’t happen, so what are they going to do about it? – source: TrustPilot
  • 07-Apr-2022 32Red review by Wendy:
I’ve just tried to play their new game Boxes on Slots. They took my deposit but the game didn’t work. When I spoke to customer services they more or less called me a liar about making a deposit and asked for lots of details I couldn’t provide. – source: TrustPilot
  • 03-Apr-2022 32Red review by Ionicoiu:
The RTP on 32Red is excellent, and I’ve not had any problems withdrawing money from the site so far. The only thing I don’t like is having to wait a few days to get my money. Other sites can do it in a few hours. – source: TrustPilot
  • 01-Apr-2022 32Red review by Kevin:
My experience with 32Red thus far is “so far so good,” but I must say that reading some of these other reviews makes me worry about whether or not they’ll ever pay me if I ever win big. – source: TrustPilot
  • 29-Mar-2022 32Red review by Caitlaine:
They owe me £3160. They’re trying to tell me I can’t withdraw the money because I won it with bonus funds but I played with a cash wager and I can prove it. I’ve sent them eleven screenshots so far and they’re ignoring me. All they’ve paid out is £100. – source: TrustPilot
  • 26-Mar-2022 32Red review by David:
32Red is really good. Live chat is always available and I find them very helpful. I’ve had some big wins here and I think it’s the best casino around. – source: TrustPilot
  • 24-Mar-2022 32Red review by Frank:
I’ve joined 32Red recently and I’m having a good time in both the casino and the sports betting section. I find the payout rate is good and the games are exciting. Banking system isn’t difficult to use either. No complaints. – source: TrustPilot
  • 23-Mar-2022 32Red review by Paul:
Some casinos are always going to be better than others, but 32Red is the worst of them all. You’ll see very little by way of wins and you never get a fair shot at winning your deposit back. Try any of the other major sites instead, you’re never going to win anything here. – source: TrustPilot
