BetMGM Sister Sites

The BetMGM sister sites belong to LeoVegas Gaming Plc. That’s one of the biggest names in iGaming and is very well known to players in the UK. LeoVegas itself, aside from being the flagship of the BetMGM sister sites, is one of the UK’s biggest gambling sites on any network. Some of the other BetMGM sister sites are no slouches either – they’ve appeared on television and sponsored the shirts of English football teams. We’ll do a whistlestop tour of them now, but if you’d prefer a deeper dive, you’ll find more information about the BetMGM sister sites and the company that operates them on our dedicated LeoVegas Gaming Plc page.

LeoVegas

Leo Vegas logo

We’ve mentioned LeoVegas already, and it would be wrong to begin this list of BetMGM sister sites with any other brand. Its lion logo is familiar to millions and becomes even more familiar to more people every day thanks to the fact that BetMGM has introduced it to American markets. With that in mind, it’s more than a little surprising that the homepage of LeoVegas looks as bland as it does. We know that intelligent use of whitespace is all the rage in web design these days, but we’d hesitate to call the use of whitespace on the LeoVegas homepage “intelligent.” There’s too much of it, and it gives the impression that the casino hasn’t loaded properly. If you’re prepared to look past the presentation issues, you’ll find that LeoVegas is a fully loaded iGaming brand offering exclusive slots and an expansive sportsbook, along with a full suite of live casino games with real dealers. For most players, LeoVegas ticks all the necessary boxes.

Pink Casino

Pink Casino logo

Pink Casino is a brand that’s been through a transformation in the past few years. When it was first launched, the idea behind it was that it would become “a casino for women.” It was trying to break the mould in its own way by focusing on slots and traditional casino games rather than bingo, but it quickly became dated as attitudes towards women in gambling changed. In 2022, LeoVegas decided that none of the BetMGM sister sites needed to be so exclusionary in their focus, and Pink Casino received a complete redesign. One of the consequences of that redesign is that Pink Casino isn’t really pink anymore. We guess the ship has sailed on renaming it “Purple Casino,” but that would be a more accurate description of the colour scheme. Content is always king when it comes to iGaming, and the content of Pink Casino is strong. It might not have the sportsbook that most of the BetMGM sister sites feature, but it has more slots, live casino games and bingo options than you can shake a stick at.

Bet UK

Betuk logo

In our write-up of Pink Casino above, we mentioned that it’s one of the few sites on the LeoVegas Gaming Plc platform that doesn’t offer a sportsbook. By contrast, Bet UK focuses on sports betting more than any of the other sites on the network save BetMGM itself. Never let it be said that diversity doesn’t exist among the BetMGM sister sites. As a sports betting brand, Bet UK has long been a familiar name to players in the UK thanks to its sponsorship of Queens Park Rangers, which included the brand’s logo appearing on the front of the London club’s shirts for the duration of the deal. That alone should tell you that football is the focus of the site’s betting activities, although it would be remiss of us not to also point out that you can place wagers on tennis and horse racing at Bet UK, too. The list of sports that it offers odds on isn’t long, but Bet UK is a site that believes in quality rather than quantity.

Slot Boss

Slot Boss logo

If you can’t work out what the focus of Slot Boss is from its name alone, then we don’t know what to tell you. Each of the BetMGM sister sites has a particular focus, and the focus of Slot Boss is on online slots. That’s not to say that it has a larger collection of slots than any of the other BetMGM sister sites – it doesn’t – but it shines the spotlight on them that bit brighter. The “featured games” section on the Slot Boss homepage isn’t full of especially inspired choices, but if you’re prepared to scroll down a little further, you’ll find brand new releases and exclusives, plus the Slot Boss repertoire of live casino games. Slot Boss appears to be especially good at curating Megaways slots, so if they’re your thing, you might prefer playing at Slot Boss to playing at LeoVegas or any of the other options on the platform.

21.co.uk

21.co.uk logo

The name “21.co.uk” comes from the same school of thought as Slot Boss. It’s a name that gives away the casino’s focus before you land on its homepage, and backs up what we said earlier about all of the BetMGM sister sites having a particular focus. For the benefit of those who’ve somehow managed to miss the obvious, 21 is the number that everyone’s aiming for when they play blackjack. Online casinos that use 21 in their names tend to focus on card games, table games and the live dealer experience, and that’s as true of 21.co.uk as it is of the rest of them. All the biggest and most popular live dealer games at 21.co.uk are front and centre on the homepage when it loads, and you’ll find that most of them are exclusive to this casino website. Not many of the BetMGM sister sites can claim to have exclusive games, so that makes this one feel special.

BetMGM News

: After launching in the UK, BetMGM has been making massive waves in the spectator sports industry, particularly noted ahead of the high-profile match between Aston Villa and Lille. In light of this event, The Sun highlighted BetMGM as an optimal choice for sports betting, especially for newcomers to the platform, due to the welcome offer, which allows all newcomers to bet £10 and receive £40 in free bets. The matchup between Aston Villa and Lille itself presents a thrilling opportunity for bettors. Both teams are well-regarded, and the odds offered by BetMGM allow for various betting strategies, whether one prefers to wager on the outright winner, the number of goals, or specific events during the match. Aston Villa, despite being the underdogs, brings a competitive edge that could sway seasoned bettors to capitalise on potentially higher returns.

BetMGM The Sun Review

Additionally, BetMGM offers more than just attractive betting odds for football matches. Members can benefit from features such as cash-out options, which grant them control over their bets before the conclusion of a game. This flexibility is essential for managing bets more strategically and securing profits or minimising losses as the game progresses. The emphasis on BetMGM by The Sun not only showcases the site’s robust betting environment but also reinforces its position as a leading choice for sports betting fans in the UK, combining generous introductory offers with a user-friendly platform and a wide range of betting markets. As the Aston Villa versus Lille game approaches, the excitement builds not just for the sport but also for the betting opportunities it brings.

: BetMGM has released its latest Premier League predictions for Matchday 16, offering insights and betting tips for football fans and punters. The article begins with a focus on Brighton’s upcoming match against Burnley, where Brighton’s tendency to both score and concede is highlighted. BetMGM predicts a 3-1 victory for Brighton, noting their strong home form and Burnley’s defensive weaknesses. The analysis then shifts to Manchester United’s game against Bournemouth, with United expected to continue their resurgence under Erik ten Hag. BetMGM’s prediction for this match is a 2-0 win for Manchester United, acknowledging Bournemouth’s recent form but citing United’s historical dominance in this fixture. The article also covers the Wolves vs Nottingham Forest match, predicting a 1-1 draw, and the Everton vs Chelsea game, where Chelsea is tipped to win 2-1. The Fulham vs West Ham match is expected to be closely contested, with BetMGM predicting a narrow 1-0 victory for West Ham. The final prediction is for the Luton vs Manchester City game, where BetMGM anticipates a strong response from City, predicting a 4-0 win for Pep Guardiola’s side.

BetMGM’s coverage of the Premier League is part of its strategy to establish a foothold in the UK market, offering detailed analysis and betting tips for each match. The article provides a blend of statistical insights, team form, and historical data to inform its predictions, making it a valuable resource for bettors. This approach demonstrates BetMGM’s commitment to providing comprehensive and engaging content for football fans, aligning with its goal to become a key player in the UK’s sports betting scene.

: Welcome to our news update blog focusing on BetMGM, a brand that’s been gaining increasing popularity in the betting world. In a recent article on TalkSPORT, BetMGM’s betting opportunities for the upcoming Chelsea vs Brighton Premier League match were highlighted. This is a bit unusual, considering TalkSPORT has its own betting brand, TalkSPORT Bet, which offers similar services. Nonetheless, the article provides insightful betting tips and odds for this exciting football clash. Chelsea, currently sitting 10th in the table, just two places below Brighton, is favoured at 8/11 to secure a win at home. Brighton, with a record of two more wins than Chelsea and unbeaten in their last four league games, is a significant contender at 18/5. The possibility of a draw is also considerable at 10/3, given both teams have seen four draws each this season after just 13 games.

BetMGM TalkSport Review

The article goes on to offer a detailed preview of the match, noting Brighton’s high-scoring games at the start of the season and their subsequent dip in form. Despite playing well, Brighton has only picked up a few points in recent matches, including a draw against Sheffield United, the bottom team in the table. BetMGM offers a special betting tip for this match: over 3.5 goals, both teams to score (BTTS), and Jackson and Palmer to have over 0.5 shots on target, at odds of 27/10. This prediction is based on both teams’ recent high-scoring games and defensive vulnerabilities. The article also provides a free bet offer for new customers, adding an extra incentive for bettors.

BetMGM Review 2024

LeoVegas has always been the flagship of the LeoVegas Gaming Plc network. It wouldn’t carry the operator’s name if that wasn’t the case. However, that might be about to change. In the United States of America, LeoVegas is seen as a BetMGM brand rather than vice versa. It’s unlikely that the BetMGM name has been introduced to the UK after all this time to play second fiddle or anyone or anything, so the question is whether this site has what it takes to put all the BetMGM sister sites in the shade. Let’s find out.

BetMGM sister sites homepage

BetMGM Welcome Promotions

There are separate welcome promotions available at BetMGM depending on whether you want to bet on sports or play casino games, but as the sports betting page takes priority when you land on the BetMGM homepage, we’ll deal with that first. It’s a simple promotion to understand and access – £40 in free bets for everyone who joins BetMGM and stakes £10 on sports as their first bet. The qualifying bet must be placed within seven days of joining the site. The £40 is broken down as a £10 horse racing bet, £10 acca, £10 football bet and £10 free bet builder.

Over on the casino side of BetMGM, the sign-up offer is £200 in “cash” plus one hundred free spins on one of the casino’s best slots. There are a few more hurdles to clear with this one, though. Players who deposit between £10 and £49.99 as a first deposit get ten free spins plus £10 in bonus cash when they’ve wagered x35 their deposit amount. Depositing between £50 and £99.99 gets twenty-five free spins and £50 in cash after clearing the same condition, and any deposit of £100 or more gets fifty free spins and £100 cash with the same terms and conditions attached. The promotion can be claimed twice in seven days, which is how the headline figure of £200 has been reached. Asking new players to deal with wagering requirements imposed on their deposits rather than on a bonus strikes us as odd.

Other Promotions

Loyalty schemes are going out of fashion at UK-facing casino sites, but nobody’s told that to LeoVegas Gaming Plc or BetMGM. Players who opt into the BetMGM Rewards program get exclusive access to a system called “BetMGM Spin and Win.” The system promises players a reward every time they rack up two hundred spins on any of the casino’s online slots games. Like most wheels of fortune at online casinos, the BetMGM wheel will deliver free spins or bonus cash.

If you’re a sports betting fan, you’ll have noticed that the loyalty scheme is reserved for casino players. There’s no need to feel left out, though – you can claim a weekly £5 free bet so long as you’ve staked £10 or more on a four-fold acca during the previous seven days and correctly predicting six scores on the weekend’s football action could win you as much as £2m. Further promotions are also available.

Pros and Cons of BetMGM

Pros:

BetMGM is one of the biggest names in gambling on a global level. It looks and feels like a prestigious brand, and it comes with most of the things that you’d expect a prestigious brand to come with. That includes a loyalty scheme, plenty of exclusive games, big-money prize pots and more. BetMGM feels glamorous in a world where a lot of online casinos aim for Las Vegas glamour and completely miss.

Cons:

The welcome promotion for casino players at BetMGM seems needlessly complicated. We’re not sure why players are asked to deal with wagering requirements imposed against their deposits, and many are likely to find it confusing. Withdrawals are processed far too slowly, too, with an average turnaround time of five days. That doesn’t scream “luxury casino experience.”

Top Games at BetMGM

It’s tempting to describe BetMGM as a sports betting website because of the prominence given to its sports betting welcome promotion on its homepage, but we don’t feel that would be fair or accurate. The casino is just as big and important a part of the BetMGM site, and these are the top games currently available on it.

Get your fishing gear ready for Big Bass Splash, a high-volatility slot game by Reel Kingdom. With a 5×3 reel layout and ten paylines, this game offers an engaging reel ’em bonus round. Here, the fisherman wild symbol collects cash fish, and as he is collected, the multiplier upgrades and extra spins are awarded. A unique pre-feature upgrade game can award up to 5 extras. The game boasts a maximum win potential of 5,000x your stake, the highest in the series to date. The RTP is set at 95.67%, and the slot also features three random modifiers to enhance your gameplay.

Gold Blitz is a high-volatility slot game developed by Fortune Factory Studios, featuring a 5×4 grid and 4,096 ways to win. The game is themed around wealth and money, offering players the chance to win up to 5,000 times their stake. In the base game, you can collect cash prizes up to 2,500x your bet. The game also features a bonus round with up to x5 multiplier wilds. The RTP stands at 96%, and the game offers two bonus options: a regular free spins round and a Gold Blitz feature, which guarantees a win on each spin. It’s been a huge hit at most online casinos that feature it ever since it launched in December 2022.

Prepare for a high-stakes adventure in the ocean’s depths with Razor Returns, a slot game by Push Gaming. This sequel to the iconic Razor Shark offers a 5×5 grid with 40 win ways and a high volatility level. The game features a unique Push Bet option that boosts your RTP from 96.16% to 96.55% for just 10% more per spin. The Mystery Stacks reveal feature can evolve into a Razor Reveal feature, offering special symbols and instant prizes. In the bonus round, you can start with up to an x25 win multiplier, which increases with each mystery reveal nudge. With a maximum win potential of 100,000x your stake, this slot is not for the faint-hearted.

Withdrawal Processing & Support

Given that BetMGM is a brand that comes with American glamour and all-star billing, we expected it to be a little faster and more flexible with withdrawals than it is. There are only three options to get your money in and out of this casino: debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. You can forget about intermediary services like Trustly or other e-wallets like Skrill – they’re no good here. No matter which of the options you select, you’ll be looking at a five-day wait for your withdrawal to be processed and funded. Plenty of players will think that the wait is too long, and we’re inclined to agree with them.

Customer Services & Licensing

There’s no way to contact BetMGM other than the live chat facility, which makes you jump through a couple of hurdles before connecting you with an agent. There’s no telephone number listed for the casino. While no email address is given, we assume that [email protected] must be a monitored mailbox.

BetMGM is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence no. 39198, which is held by LeoVegas Gaming Plc. There’s disciplinary action including a fine attached to the licence, more information about which can be found in the table above. We feel compelled to point out that the fine was awarded before BetMGM launched, so the casino itself is blameless.

BetMGM – The Verdict

BetMGM hits in some ways and misses in others. It nails the look of a five-star casino and has all the iGaming content we’d expect of a top-of-the-range iGaming site, but it lets itself down in a couple of important areas. The bonuses are very convoluted if you’re playing casino games rather than betting on sports, and the long wait for withdrawals is comfortably below average for UK-facing casinos. If LeoVegas really wants this American casino brand to win over the British public, it’s going to have to tighten up on the basics.

What are players saying about BetMGM?

Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of BetMGM.

  • 28-Oct-2023 by K.K:
I won two bets and lost four, and they’ve already limited my promotions! They sponsor horse races and promote acca boosts but take them away if you actually win. I’m done with them; they don’t deserve to be in business. – source: Trustpilot
  • 27-Oct-2023 by Ben:
They let me deposit large sums but made it a nightmare to withdraw. They even asked for PayPal verification when I didn’t use PayPal to deposit. Customer service is a joke, and now my account is blocked. I’m taking this to the gambling commission and court if needed. – source: Trustpilot
  • 26-Oct-2023 by Josh:
Their customer service is just copy-paste responses. I tried to claim the welcome offer, but they said my bet didn’t qualify. When I placed another, they said it was too late. They didn’t even offer a goodwill gesture. Avoid them. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Oct-2023 by Andi:
They offer £40 in free bets but then limit every bet you try to make. Customer service was no help and gave canned responses. If a £10 bet is a liability for them, I want no part of it. I’ve closed my account. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Oct-2023 by Jay:
They didn’t care about ‘responsible gambling’ until I started winning. Then they shut down my rewards under that guise. They’re fine as long as you’re losing, but win a bit, and they throw a tantrum. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Oct-2023 by Gordon:
They’re holding onto my money and giving me the runaround with verification. Customer support is useless, and they’ve even blocked me from logging in. Make sure you verify your account before betting with them. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Oct-2023 by Cameron:
They were happy to take my deposits but locked my account as soon as I tried to withdraw. It’s been four days, and they’re still ‘reviewing’ my account. This should be illegal. – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Oct-2023 by David:
They voided my bets because a game was postponed for less than 24 hours. Customer service was useless and refused to reinstate my bets, which were looking good. Beware of this company. – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Oct-2023 by Lee:
This site is a joke. It takes your money but won’t let you cash out or even take a time-out. Stay away unless you want to lose money. – source: Trustpilot
  • 21-Oct-2023 by W L:
The pay rate is terrible, and there’s no incentive for new customers. It feels like they’re manipulating the slots. Compared to other sites that value customers, this one only values their bank accounts. – source: Trustpilot
