Mansion Casino

Mansion Casino logo

This casino network company is called Mansion Europe Holdings Limited, and this is Mansion Casino. You get no prizes for working out that this is the network company’s flagship brand! It’s the king of the Casino.com sister sites range, and it’s a famous brand among football fans. The Mansion Casino name and logo have appeared on the shirts of Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur during English Premier League matches, among other sporting connections. Mansion Casino is presented as a glamorous, prestigious place to play casino games, and comes with a live casino area, a solid range of online slots and promotions, and a detailed, multi-layered VIP reward scheme. Mansion Casino has won awards from industry panels in the past and strives to maintain the status that won it those accolades. The closure of Mansion Bet has made Mansion Casino all the more integral to the Mansion brand, as it’s the last site still standing that carries the name of its parent company. It’s the only one of the Casino.com sister sites that touches Casino.com for quality – and some would say it might even have it beaten.

Slots Heaven

Slots Heaven logo

We have absolutely no idea how Slots Heaven obtained permission to use an image of Robocop as the background of its online slots website, and we have even less idea why they’d want to. The cyborg police officer is there, though, and he certainly catches the eye in this otherwise neon-themed, retro-looking slots website. It’s the most colourful of the Casino.com sister sites and also the most singular in its focus. The promotional text on the Slots Heaven homepage is keen to let you know that you can win a seven-figure jackpot in its live casino, but online slots are the main cut and thrust of what it does. Most of the slots here are provided by Playtech, and while it’s rarely a good thing to be tied so heavily to a single provider, at least it’s a good one. Slots Heaven is also available as a standalone app for those who don’t want to trouble themselves with loading web browsers while on the move. There’s no doubting the quality or the range of the slots on offer at Slots Heaven, but there’s little to choose between Mansion Casino, Casino.com and Slots Heaven when they offer such similar portfolios. Players might prefer Slots Heaven for its retro theme, but the bottom line is that there isn’t much variety to be found among the surviving Casino.com sister sites.

Mansion Bet (inactive)

Mansionbet logo

Some casino companies try to fit as many things as possible into a single website. Mansion isn’t one of them. That’s why Mansion Casino and Mansion Bet were originally separate Casino.com sister sites rather than sharing the same web space. Confusingly, though, Mansion Bet infringed on some of Mansion Casino’s territory. It was primarily a sports betting website and had gained players and visibility from the sponsorship deals that its parent company secured with big-name football clubs and other sporting entities. However, Mansion Bet also had a casino section of its own along with a “Vegas” selection of glitzy games, live dealer games, and a separate area for those who prefer betting on virtual sports to betting on real ones. The games you’d once find in the casino sections were the same as those you’ll find at Mansion Casino, but it’s odd that there was such a significant overlap. That’s one of the reasons that Mansion Bet was withdrawn in 2022. The other was that Mansion Europe Holdings Limited found out to its cost that breaking into the UK sports betting market and making waves there is extremely difficult, even for a company with the resources to splash its logo all over the shirts of Premier League football teams. In the cold light of day, Mansion Europe Holdings probably views the launch of Mansion Bet as an expensive failed experiment – but it’s still sorely missed by the players who used to play there.

Casino.com News

: This week, there is not a lot in terms of news for Casino.com. Their blog page consists of mostly general casino news, but not much relating to their own site. However, there are some new games being released this month, and you may be able to find some of them on Casino.com as we enter into the festive and jolly season. The new games for November 2022 include Christmas Gold Digger – this is a slot game that is perfect for the festive season. Players can help Gold Diggin’ Gus find gold and gems on one of the 20 paylines. There is also Cupcakes, a sweet-themed slot game that is provided by NetEnt. This game has cupcakes, gumdrops, and rainbow sparkling symbols that players can spin to win.

There is, however, some news regarding Casino.com’s operator – Mansion Europe Holdings Ltd. Last week it was announced that Mansion and Playtech have launched in Ontario as a part of their long-term partnership. The two brands agreed to continue their agreement and partnership in January 2020, after five years of previously working together. They have now agreed to expand their market by launching with Mansion in Ontario and strengthen not only their own individual brands, but also their partnership and relationship. Casino.com is one of the two main brands that were named as the primary products within this partnership and Mansion noted how they were confident that Casino.com would be successful within this market and will positively contribute towards promoting a safe gambling experience for Ontarians.

: Casino.com has launched a new promotion this week, giving players of the beloved site a reason to make it their place to be on a Sunday. The Golden Sunday promotion gives players the chance, while playing at exclusive blackjack tables, to add up to six Golden Chips to their bankroll. To get your hands on this promotion players must enter the promotion code GOLDEN and then make their way over to the blackjack tables. Once a stake of £30 has been played, as well as playing 15 hands of Quantum Blackjack Plus and Majority Rules Speed Blackjack, players will be rewarded with two Golden Chips, with a maximum of six being up for grabs during the Sunday promotion. For those unaware, Golden Chips are tokens that although cannot be redeemed for real money, are used as bonus money that players can use to play with to get the chance to win real money. The wagering requirement for Golden Chips are 20x and the maximum win limit is £200 for each set of two chips.

Casino.com Promotions

This week has been nothing new for Casino.com with regards to the amazing reviews it has been receiving on Trustpilot. With customers being very happy with the customer support on offer, with one staff member in particular getting two mentions in this week’s reviews. Reviews also mentioned their favourite games on the site, and overall, their love for this beloved casino site. There was one negative review, saying the player had no winnings, so keep this in mind when trying Casino.com’s newest promotion.

: Casino.com have launched their new promotion, “Thunder Thursdays”. This promotion will run every week and to no surprise to those of you with a keen eye, it will run on a Thursday. This promotion gives players the chance to win up to 30 spins on some of the site’s most popular slot games. Some of these games include, Maze Keeper, Wheels of Olympus, the Age of the Gods series, and God of the Storms II. Players wanting to take advantage of this deal will need to use the code THUNDER every week and enter it into the pop-up box. Players must have deposited previously to be able to use this offer, meaning you have funds in your account and have claimed the welcome package promotion. Using this promotion players will receive 10 spins for every £30 they deposit, with the maximum being 30 spins.

Looking at the site’s most recent Trustpilot reviews, customers playing here seem to really like it, with all of their reviews being 5 star, with one 1 star being the exception. Reading the reviews there are two main reasons that make Casino.com such a beloved site. Firstly, many of the reviewers pointed out the great customer services by the staff, with answers to questions being fast, as well as staff having good manners and great personalities. Reviewers also pointed out that they were receiving nice bonuses, while also getting a lot of returns from their money. So why not check out Casino.com’s newest promotion, as the site seems to be loved by its player base!

Casino.com Review 2024

Casino.com is the web address that every casino network company in the world wishes that it owned. You can’t get a name that’s any more “on the nose” than this one is, and it belongs to Mansion Europe Holdings Limited. The name is a real asset to them, as it’s the kind of URL that online casino players will find by accident or curiosity at least once. Given that fact, it would make sense to create a top-of-the-range luxury casino and park it at this address to take advantage of all the traffic that it will inevitably pick up. The question is whether Casino.com is a good use of such a desirable piece of internet real estate or whether it’s a missed opportunity? Here’s all the information you’ll need to work that out.

Casino.com Website

Casino.com Welcome Bonuses

Making a good first impression on a potential customer starts with offering a strong welcome package. At Casino.com, the offer is a “double your money” matched deposit. For first deposits between £20 and £100, Casino.com will match your money at 100%. On top of that, they’ll throw in an impressive two hundred free spins, which can be redeemed on one of Playtech’s “Age of the Gods” series of online slots. All offers come with caveats, though, and the Casino.com welcome offer is no exception. All bonus funds generated by the matched deposit offer come with an x40 wagering requirement attached to them, which is slightly higher than the average across the industry. There’s a similar catch to the free spins, which are dished out as forty spins on the day of a player’s first deposit, followed by a further 20 per day until the full allocation is granted. Any winnings scored with free spins come with an x20 wagering restriction. That’s not as high as the requirement for the bonus funds, but it’s still a significant hurdle that has to be cleared before anything can be withdrawn.

Ongoing Offers

There are rewards for loyal players at Casino.com, and those rewards are among the most lavish we’ve ever seen offered as part of a VIP loyalty program at an online casino. High-ranking VIPs at this casino get personal account managers, tailored promotions, gifts on their birthdays, invitations to exclusive in-person events, increased deposit limits and higher maximum wagers. The VIP scheme is split into five levels; bronze, silver, gold, VIP, and VIP Elite.

As a taster for what you might be offered if you become a Casino.com VIP, the VIP page details some of the perks that its members have enjoyed in the past. They include ringside seats at the World Boxing Super Series, an A-List package at the Grand National, tickets to world-class car shows, and director’s box seats at Bristol City and Millwall football matches. If you’re not interested in any of that and you’d prefer your gifts to be gambling-related, Casino.com VIPs have in the past been invited to big-money roulette tournaments in Venice. There’s only one downside here, and that’s the lack of a clear route to becoming a VIP. The whole VIP system is invitation-only, even at the lower levels. Casino.com has dedicated account managers who will review your account regularly and invite you if they think you have what it takes, but they offer no clues about what “having what it takes” might involve. That’s both a frustration and an annoyance, as this appears to be by far the best reward program among the Casino.com sister sites.

Top Games at Casino.com

Casino.com has far fewer games than you’d expect a first-class VIP casino to offer. Although it nominally works with six providers, almost the entire online slots catalogue is provided by Playtech. Playtech is undoubtedly one of the top online slots providers in the world, but the variety among the collection still isn’t great and is far short of the best you’ll find among the Casino.com sister sites. Nevertheless, here are the top games at Casino.com as they appeared when we visited the site.

Age of the Gods Maze Keeper: The legend-themed Age of the Gods franchise has been a smash hit for Playtech and has a dedicated group of supporters who play every release regardless of how well or how poorly it’s reviewed. This one is a February 2022 release and comes with a worrying combination of 93.48% RTP and very high volatility. The slot is based on the legend of the minotaur and takes place on a maze-like grid full of multiplier wild symbols, a randomly-activated progressive jackpot game, and a free spins feature that expands the layout and boosts the number of paylines up to 14,400. Wins of up to £100,000 are possible but unlikely, thanks to the slot’s low RTP.

Snakes and Ladders Megadice: This Reel Kingdom creation is part online slots game and part board game and takes inspiration from a game that every single one of us used to play as a child. It’s another highly volatile slot and offers 95.55% RTP. Triggering the slot’s bonus side game opens up a 12*12 snakes and ladders grid with multiplier dice and also – for reasons unknown – unleashes a gorilla onto the grid to go with the snake. If the gorilla climbs to the top of the skyscraper, you’ll win a jackpot of x5300 your stake. It feels almost as if the designers got bored of the theme and changed their minds about it halfway through making the slot.

Gods of Olympus: The other two online slots we’ve looked at are rather complicated, so if you want something a little more traditional, you might prefer Gods of Olympus. It’s a 1x2Gaming slot with average volatility and a fairly generous 97.5% RTP rate. However, it might be a little too simple for some. This is a basic 2D throwback of a slot played on a 5*3 grid and offering little more than a free spins feature with an x2 multiplier to keep things interesting. Still, at least you know where you stand with a slots game that keeps it simple.

Casino.com Live Casino

Like one or two of the Casino.com sister sites, Casino.com tries to tick all the boxes that an online casino player would want to be ticked. It offers sports betting, virtual sports betting, and a live casino to go with its limited portfolio of slots.

Payment Methods

Casino.com does a good job of both providing payment and withdrawal methods and making sure that withdrawals are processed quickly. All major UK debit cards are accepted – which is the minimum that we’d expect – but there’s good coverage for e-wallets, too. EcoPayz, Neteller, Skrill, and Paysafe cards are all welcome at Casino.com, and PayPal is there as an option for players in the UK only.

The really good news about Casino.com is that all withdrawals other than bank transfers are processed immediately, so you should have your money in your account straight away. Bank transfer withdrawals are the only exception to this, but even they should be complete within three days of a request being made.

Customer Services

Far too few online casinos offer telephone support these days, so the Casino.com sister sites are to be congratulated on giving us a number to call and promising that someone will be there to answer it 24/7. However, the inclusion of telephone support appears to have come at the expense of live chat. Some customers either can’t or don’t want to communicate on the phone, so they would prefer an instant chat facility to resolve issues quickly. Unfortunately, the only alternative to phoning Casino.com is sending them an email, and we’re unsure how long it takes the company to reply to communications of this kind.

Casino.com – The Verdict

Casino.com is good, but it could be so much more. We love the sound of the Casino.com VIP scheme, but we wish we knew how to become eligible for it. We love the welcome offer, but we wish it didn’t come with higher-than-average wagering requirements. We love the way the online slots at the site are presented, but we wish there were more of them. It’s like the entire casino is dialled up to 8/10 when it could easily be pushed to a full 10. It’s entirely possible to have a good time at Casino.com, but if the casino were expanded and the terms were made a little clearer, it could be one of the best in the business.

I’ve been playing here for three years and lost a lot of money in that time. Customer service is poor even when it’s at its best, and they’ve recently set my net loss limit at 4% of what it used to be without telling me why. – source: Trustpilot
  • 18-Feb-2022 by Roy:
I’ve played through nine hundred spins on Book of Dead and I won a sum total of three times at £1 each. I didn’t get any features during that time. This is by far the worst casino I’ve ever played at. – source: Trustpilot
  • 14-Feb-2022 by Wayne:
Casino.com is a mostly OK site. I’d give it a full five stars but I don’t know why they send me free spins when it’s impossible to win with them. I’ve been sent fifty this month and I haven’t won a thing from them. – source: Trustpilot

Casino.com Sponsorship Information

Casino.com doesn’t have any official brand sponsorships, but its holding company, which also runs sportsbook products, does. Mansion Europe Holdings Limited boast an impressive heritage of sports sponsorships. Their presence has been noted in the Premier League with their sponsorships of Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Crystal Palace and former Premier League side AFC Bournemouth. At the time of writing, Mansion Europe Holdings are currently in partnership with and are official sponsors of both Millwall FC and Bristol City. They take the same approach to all of their sports sponsorships by supporting the club’s fans as much as the clubs themselves. As part of their sponsorship deals, they give away tickets to home and away match games, signed limited edition merchandise and experiences that money can’t buy. The best way to keep up with the giveaways is via Mansion’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You’ll find information about all of the Casino.com sister sites there.

Casino.com Adverts

Casino.com has launched a range of TV advertising campaigns. Most notably, they launched their “Are You Ready” campaign in 2017, which introduced the newly-redesigned casino to discerning new players. The casino underwent quite the overhaul prior to the advert airing on Sky UK channels, but the managing director of Mansion ensured that the commercial didn’t alienate any potential customers. They made it clear that everyone is welcome – which still reflects the way the casino operates today.

Casino.com has its own YouTube channel where you can view all of its TV ads, plus exclusive content. Their channel includes videos celebrating the biggest wins at the casino, sneak peeks into the exclusive VIP events that are held by Casino.com and video game demos.

Casino Theme & Layout

If any online casino proves that an air of luxury can be brought to traditional casino charm, it is Casino.com. The first thing you will see when you step into the Casino.com realm is a fantastical picture of a faerie advertising the welcome package, and you will find other nuances of Irish culture as you browse the casino.

Even though Casino.com sells itself as a very luxurious casino, it is still more than accessible to casual players. There’s an excellent array of games that can be played from as little as 10p, and players can deposit as little as £10 a time. For any players that want the exclusive VIP casino experience, there is the Premium Casino game tab, although what makes the games they have curated on this tab ‘premium’ is anyone’s guess. Players looking for that extra tickle of the VIP feeling will also want to acquaint themselves with the VIP program that can offer access to (real life) VIP events, and access to a dedicated account manager amongst many other perks.

After you have browsed the games, you won’t miss the banner advertising which awards that the owners of Casino.com has picked up over the years. To name a few, they have won awards for being the best online casino operator of the year in 2018, the best for customer service in 2020 and the most responsible online gambling operator in 2018. By looking at their stance on customer service, it is easy to see how they picked up the customer service award; they approach their customer service in the same way a 5-star hotel would by always being available and always providing service with a digital smile.

Casino.com Parent Company

Casino.com was brought to the online casino community by the prestigious casino network compay Mansion Europe Holdings Ltd. The parent company has over a decade of experience in the iGaming and online casino industry. In that time, they’ve made their name synonymous with lavishly high-quality products. Each of their sites provides access to hundreds of the best online slot games, and a world-beating selection of progressive jackpot games. There are just 4 Casino.com sister sites in Mansion Europe Holdings Ltd’s portfolio, but this is decidedly a case of quality over quantity and they cover all bases well. For fans of action-packed games, Mansion Casino will be the perfect fit. For sports betters that are mostly after incredible sports betting odds and slots as an aperitif, Mansion Bet is the place to be. Casino.com is best for players that want a wide variety, and finally, Slots Heaven is the best option for any player looking for a little bit of divine escapism with its ethereal, fantastical and heavenly slot games.

Casino.com News

You won’t have to go far for your news at Casino.com. It features its own blog which covers five different categories including the latest casino news, casino guides, interviews, promo deals, and winners’ stories that are sure to tickle the heartstrings! The latest promotion they advertised was their “Two for Tuesdays” deal – evidently, they got some inspiration from Domino’s Pizza for that one. But instead of free pizza, there are two promo deals available! When they’re not bringing attention to their generosity, they are exploring interesting topics such as the best casino films, a short history of the Las Vegas strip and how casino chips are made.

On the 24th of January, they provided an overview of the 4 biggest wins paid out by Casino.com. They included a £575,620 jackpot win with the online slots game Sisters of Oz, a £793,040 jackpot win from the Age of the Gods Live Roulette Game, an £868,335 win via the Gladiator Jackpot slot and a massive win of £12 million from Jackpot Giant. It should be incredibly reassuring for players who regularly play jackpot games that Casino.com has the capacity to pay out multi-million pound wins.

Casino.com doesn’t pick up all too much external news, but in 2020, their new developments received the attention of EGR, the leading online gaming information site. In January 2020, it was reported that Casino.com finally launched their live casino, with a little help from the world-renowned developer, Playtech. Playtech brought traditional roulette and blackjack games, alongside some of their uniquely branded content, such as the Age of the Gods series of live casino games. Players at Casino.com can now expect a steady stream of new content to be added to the online casino regularly.
