Casino Gods Sister Sites 2024

Genesis Global Limited is a reasonably large casino network. If you’d like the full lowdown on every casino on this network, along with reviews and bonus information, scroll back to the top of this page and hit the highlighted Genesis Global link. Below you’ll find details on the highlights of the Casino Gods sister sites range, along with a full review, bonus details and more.

Genesis Casino

Genesis Casino logo

There is no Casino Gods sister site more important than Genesis Casino. It’s named after Genesis Global Limited – the casino network company that owns all the casino sites in this family – so it’s the flagship of the range. It’s therefore not surprising to see that Genesis Casino is the best-looking of all the casinos operated by this company and also comes with the most attractive bonus promotions. As a warning, though, all promotions offered by Genesis Global Limited involve wagering restrictions of x40 levied against bonus funds. The idea behind Genesis Casino is that the site takes players into outer space and places an entire gaming universe in their hands, perfectly suited for players on mobile devices. Those players have a library of over 2000 casino games to choose from, including a well-stocked live casino with games provided by industry leader Evolution Gaming. There’s also more than one way to receive money instantly when making withdrawals, as any withdrawal to an e-wallet is immediate and free of charge. Those are just a couple of good reasons to pay Genesis Casino a visit – we’ll let you work out the rest when you arrive at the site.

Casino Cruise

casino cruise logo v

If you were to pay for a ticket on a first-class cruise liner, you’d expect to find a luxury casino aboard the ship. However, most of us can’t afford a ticket for a first-class cruise liner. That’s where Casino Cruise steps in. This Casino Gods sister site emulates the feeling of being aboard such a vessel without the risk of falling overboard! Once you become familiar with the casinos on the Genesis Global Limited network, you’ll come to realise that most of them are identical save for the theme. Casino Cruise offers the same package of 2000 games you’ll find at Genesis Casino (and all of the other Casino Gods sister sites), and backs them up with the same eye-catching offer of instant, fee-free withdrawals to e-wallets. Casino Cruise stays true to its nautical theme on every page of the site, welcoming new players to their “first voyage” and promising an “attentive crew” of customer support agents. The four factors that Casino Cruise promotes as reasons that players should come to the site are its massive games library, cutting-edge performance on mobile devices, personalised customer services and high-quality promotions and gifts. The “gifts” are unspecified, but with a casino as good as Casino Cruise, anything you receive on top of the excellent iGaming experience it offers is a bonus.

Casino Joy

Casino Joy

We all know what casino joy feels like. It’s that sensation you get when you’ve just landed a huge jackpot off a small stake or you’ve finally triggered the lucrative bonus feature you’ve been chasing for the past hour. Casino Joy might not be able to offer that feeling any more often than any of the Casino Gods sister sites, but it’s a whole site built around the idea. Casino Joy is the most laid-back of the sites in the Genesis Global Limited family, promoting itself to players who want to “leave the busy world behind” for a while and “let the sun come up” on a brand new way of playing casino games. There isn’t really a new way of playing casino games at Casino Joy, but it’s a smooth, fresh-looking site with an easy-to-use interface and a vast, deep gaming portfolio. Casino Joy is a casino that would like to be thought of as “a haven from the rain.” While we’re sure that Genesis Global didn’t intend that statement to mean that you should only visit Casino Joy when the weather outside is unpleasant, there’s no denying that this is a cheery, summery casino with a warm and welcoming feel to it. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the range.

Pelaa

Pelaa

Pelaa is Finnish for “playing.” There’s a strongly Scandinavian feel to Pelaa Casino, which is reflected in the presence of a female Viking character who welcomes players to the site. The fact that the name of this casino is Finnish reflects the international appeal of Pelaa and is a reminder that most of the Casino Gods sister sites are available in several languages across multiple territories. Compared to most of its siblings, Pelaa takes a minimalist approach to presentation and design. The casino lists keeping things simple as one of its mission statements. It delivers on this ambition by keeping the sign-up process as short and straightforward as possible and providing players with almost every viable payment method they could possibly want. Pelaa Casino has an official motto, which is “never underestimate the importance of having fun.” It’s a motto that could and should be applied to every online casino site, but with Pelaa, we get the feeling that Genesis Global Limited has attempted to hook players up with the things they most desire as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Casino Lab

Casino Lab logo

We wouldn’t usually recommend paying a visit to a casino run by a mad professor, but Casino Lab makes the concept so cool that it’s hard to resist its appeal. The mad professor theme would have been enough on its own to make Casino Lab an interesting place for players to visit, but with this site, Genesis Global has combined the idea of a mad professor’s workshop with ultra-fashionable steampunk visuals to create a one-of-a-kind casino. All of the Casino Gods sister sites have their own merits, but none of them feels as special or unique as Casino Gods does. When the core content of your casinos is identical – something that’s true of the entire Genesis Global Limited range – you have to find new ways of making each of them stand out. Casino Lab is definitely a standout. When you come to Casino Lab, you’re invited to “brew your potion” and then “watch it turn into entertainment.” The words are meaningless when seen without context, but the idea is that Casino Lab provides players with a magical experience. With instant withdrawals, over two thousand games and round-the-clock customer support, we believe they’ve met their aims.

Casino Gods Review 2024

Casino Gods is bedding in nicely to the Genesis Global family after launching in 2019. Some of the Casino Gods sister sites are a little older, but this one came along after the casino network company had gained enough experience through experimentation to find out what works and what doesn’t. It’s generally seen as one of the better casinos in what’s already thought of as a high-quality range. Casino Gods comes with a “myths and legends” theme inspired by the mighty deities of ancient Rome and Greece, rendered in a cartoon format against the backdrop of Mount Olympus. The promise made by Casino Gods is a casino experience that will take you to heaven, but does it meet that mark? This review will tell you.

Casino Gods Welcome Offers

Casino Gods offers two different welcome offers for two different types of players. There’s a welcome offer for those who want to play slots and a welcome offer for those who want to spend their time in the live casino. Players can choose either promotion but aren’t allowed to use both. We’ll take the slots promotion first. In what’s described as a “divine offer,” Casino Gods welcomes new players with a 100% matched first deposit bonus, with a minimum limit of £10 and a maximum of £100. Three hundred free spins come with the offer, dished out at a rate of ten per day and redeemable only on certain slots. No matter how much is won with those free spins, only £100 can be withdrawn. The spins expire in 72 hours if they’re not used. All bonus funds are subject to an x40 wagering requirement. That’s a little higher than it ought to be.

Players who’d rather go straight to the live casino also get a 100% matched first deposit, with the same minimum and maximum limits in place. These bonus funds have the same 40x wagering requirement, too, with a maximum individual bet of £30. Funds will be wiped after 14 days if not used and can only be used on certain games. Roulette and blackjack are on the “approved” list, but poker is not. No matter how much a player might win with their bonus funds, no more than £2000 can be withdrawn. Players should be aware that deposits made using e-wallets don’t trigger either of the welcome promotions.

Ongoing Promotions

There are a couple of ongoing promotions that players can avail themselves of after they’re done with the welcome bonus. They’re not especially substantial promotions – there isn’t a VIP scheme at Casino Gods, for example – but they’re there if players want to use them. The first is Wonderos’ Weekly Bonus and Free Spins. This is awarded on Mondays to anyone who’s deposited £20 or more within the previous week. Deposits are matched at 25% up to £100 and come with ten free spins on selected slots. 40x wagering requirements remain in force.

Ongoing promotion number two is a 25% Extra Boost from Fortuna. This bonus can be claimed once per month at any time of the player’s choosing when they deposit £20 or more. It’s another 25% matched deposit up to £100, and (as you probably guessed) has the 40x wagering requirement in place.

Casino Gods Pros and Cons

Pros:-

Casino Gods has a massive library of more than two thousand casino games, covering all bases and all genres and supplied by the very best developers in the iGaming world.

The casino offers instant withdrawals with no fees for any players with e-wallets, including PayPal.

Cons:-

The blanket wagering requirement of x40 on all bonus funds is too high when compared to top-level online casinos, and there’s a comparative lack of long-term promotions in any case.

There’s been a spate of recent customer complaints about poor customer service in relation to withdrawals despite the casino’s guarantee of a fast and efficient service.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

Casino Gods Banner

You’re never going to be short of great iGaming options at Casino Gods. The live dealer section of the casino is supplied by Evolution Gaming, so it has all the best tables and dealers and a selection of live game shows which are exclusive to the provider. Standard table games are also available, and you may even find the odd bingo room if you go looking for one. Casino Gods is mostly devoted to online slots, though, and has a colossal collection. Here are the most popular slots at Casino Gods as of the time of writing.

Book of Dead: When Play’n Go released the Egyptian-themed Book of Dead slot a few years ago, they probably didn’t imagine that they’d start a revolution, but they did. The bonus feature of this slot, which sees random symbols expanding during free spins, has been copied a thousand times and now appears everywhere you see the words “book of” in the title of a slot. Volatility is low, and RTP is below 95%, so it’s a slot that can leave you hanging on a long time for a big win, but it’s enormously popular.

Wolf Gold: Pragmatic Play released Wolf Gold in 2017. The following year it was named “Game of the Year” by almost every industry awards body worth its salt. This is a beautifully atmospheric game set high in the North American canyons where the wolves roam free and has a captivating “hold and spin” bonus feature that can pay out big money. RTP in Wolf Gold is set at 96.01%, and volatility is moderate.

9 Pots of GoldThis vaguely Irish-themed slot comes from Gameburger Studios, which is attached to Microgaming, and puts scatter symbols at the front and centre of gameplay. The more scatter symbols you can land on a single spin, the more money you’ll win. 9 Pots of Gold also finds space to pack in free spins and a multiplier bonus wheel and offers 96.24% RTP with average volatility.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Casino Gods prides itself on ease of use. As part of that, the casino offers a whole 15 ways to pay, all of which involve no fees and result in funds being available in your account immediately. The only deposit methods that don’t also work for withdrawals are Maestro cards, Boku payments on mobile phones and the Paysafe voucher card. For withdrawals, the only non-instant methods are Visa and Apple Pay, both of which might keep you waiting for between one and three working days. Everything else is instant and free of charge. That includes all major e-wallets and Trustly’s increasingly popular instant bank transfer service.

Customer Support and Licensing

All of the Casino Gods sister sites offer the same high standard of customer care. Agents are available to speak to you over the phone, but if you don’t want to do that, you can activate live chat or send them an email. Support is available twenty-four hours per day.

Casino Gods is covered by four licences. The most important one is the UK Gambling Commission licence held by Genesis Global Limited. This licence was briefly suspended in 2020 – you’ll see why if you look at the table towards the top of this review – but is back in force, and the UKGC has been happy with the company’s conduct since the investigation. Additional licences are held in Sweden, Malta and Spain.

Casino Gods – The Verdict

If you were to ask most online casino players what they want most from a casino, the overwhelming majority would say instant withdrawals and a huge game library. Casino Gods ticks both of those boxes and so automatically has to be considered a great casino site. It’s not perfect, though – wagering requirements are higher than the UK industry average at x40, and player complaints suggest that the withdrawal process isn’t always as smooth as Casino Gods would like you to believe.

What are players saying about Casino Gods?

Here are our condensed/reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of Casino Gods. They’re all genuine reviews taken from real players, but we’ve edited their comments to keep them brief and on-topic.

  • 16-Oct-2022 by Mo:
Casino Gods took my money happily, but then, when I wanted a small payout, they not only refused but also made fun of me. All of the Casino Gods sister sites have similar reviews, which suggests that the withdrawal issues are deliberate. – source: TrustPilot
  • 10-Oct-2022 by Natalie:
I’m absolutely furious with them, I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal for more than a month. I’ve sent them my verification documents, and I’ve been fully verified since September 15th. I’ve made complaints, but they’ve got me nowhere. – source: TrustPilot
  • 01-Oct-2022 by Chris:
I’ve been kept waiting for a withdrawal for two months. My account is fully verified, and all they keep telling me is that the payments team is looking into it. Live chat can’t escalate it any more than they already have. Is the site a scam? I’m starting to think that it might be. – source: TrustPilot
  • 23-Sep-2022 by Nik:
They’re scammers. They closed my account without any reason when I had a win with them, and now they won’t reply to emails. I’m waiting on withdrawals from two of the Casino Gods sister sites, too, and they’ve stopped responding to me on those sites as well. The Genesis Global Group are frauds. – source: TrustPilot
  • 20-Sep-2022 by Mustafa:
Scam, scam, total scam. All of the Casino Gods sister sites are scams, they don’t pay you when you win. Stay away from anything operated by the Genesis casino group. – source: TrustPilot
  • 22-Jun-2022 by Daniel:
They have £500 of my money and won’t let me withdraw it. Every time I try it gets returned to my Casino Gods account. I’ve had emails to say funds have been send to my bank but it doesn’t happen. – source: TrustPilot
  • 17-Jun-2022 by Alan:
I feel conned by Casino Gods. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds at the site but when I want to withdraw £400 I don’t get it. I’ve been waiting four days and I haven’t had a reply from their customer service team. – source: TrustPilot
  • 13-Jun-2022 by John:
I’ve been going back and forth with them about a withdrawal for weeks. I’ve given them bank statements and asked for a withdrawal to my card. They’re now telling me that it has to go to an e-wallet despite originally telling me it had to be a bank account. This is a violation of section 8.5 of their own terms and conditions. The way I’ve been treated is abhorrent. – source: TrustPilot
  • 12-Jun-2022 by Nic:
I was sceptical about using this casino after reading all the bad reviews, but so far my experience with them has been great. I’ve had a £700 win and received the withdrawal within 24 hours. I think they’re a great company. – source: TrustPilot
  • 09-Jun-2022 by Gary:
I’ve had problems with the Casino Gods sister sites and now I’m having the same problems with them. They won’t accept my proof of address, they’re saying it’s too old because it’s three days over their three month limit. It wasn’t out of date when I asked for the withdrawal! They can keep my sixty quid, they obviously need it more than I do. – source: TrustPilot

Casino Gods – A Deeper Dive

Owned by Genesis Global Limited

Genesis Global Limited is a pretty big deal in the iGaming world. It’s thought of as a big name and has several successful online casinos under its belt. We’re sure you recognise at least some of the casinos that we mentioned at the top of this page. The Malta-based casino network company has been around since 2014 and has been active in the UK since 2017, but it’s had a rough two years. The UK Gambling Commission reviewed the company’s conduct in 2020 and was so alarmed by what it found that it temporarily suspended the company’s licence to operate in the country. For a short while, all of the Genesis Global Limited casinos became unavailable to UK players.

The issues that so concerned the UKGC were related to identifying customers, interacting with customers and following anti-money laundering requirements. Numerous instances of customers depositing and losing six-figure sums while on five-figure salaries were recorded, along with incidents where customers lost enormous amounts of money in a short space of time without intervention from the company. Genesis Global Limited co-operated fully with the investigation and eventually had its licence restored, but was ultimately fined £3.77m and had conditions attached to its licence. Worryingly, similar action was taken against the casino network company in Sweden in 2019. It’s to be hoped that Genesis Global Limited has changed its ways since these incidents because the casinos it offers are – by and large – great places to play, but given how recent these incidents were, we view them as being “on parole” with the regulator.

Genesis Global UKGC

Casino Gods Marketing

We suspect that most of you had already heard of Casino Gods before you landed on this page. It’s a reasonably well-known casino site and attracts thousands of players every day from all over the world. When a casino has that kind of reach, it’s normally, at least in part, down to a high-profile media campaign, but that isn’t the case with Casino Gods. This casino has never been advertised on television in the United Kingdom. You might have seen banner and pop-up advertisements for it online, but the brand has never been promoted in so much as a single video. This isn’t unusual for Genesis Global Limited casinos, as none of the Casino Gods sister sites have been advertised on television either, but it does make us wonder how the casino became so big.

We’ve looked to social media for an explanation, but we haven’t found much there. Casino Gods has done the basic job of ensuring that it has a presence on all of the major social media platforms – those being Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram – but it’s done virtually nothing with any of those platforms. Casino Gods has never posted on Twitter, nor has it ever posted on Instagram. The casino’s accounts on those platforms are simply placeholders. The same is true of YouTube, where the official Casino Gods channel has seven subscribers but zero content. It’s odd that people have subscribed to the channel when there’s nothing to see on it, so it’s possible that there used to be content here which has since been deleted. It’s only Facebook that the Casino Gods PR team shows any interest in, with a couple of new posts each week featuring high-quality graphics and enticing offers. Unfortunately, those posts are largely falling on deaf ears. Casino Gods has fewer than twenty followers on Facebook, which is as good as having no organic audience at all.

Despite all the above, we think we might have learned the secret of Casino Gods when it comes to getting its name out there. Search for “Casino Gods” on Google, and you’ll find that it was ranked as one of the “best new casinos for UK players” in June 2022, despite the casino not being especially new. It was also named one of the UK’s best online gambling sites by Scottish newspaper The Scotsman in February 2022 and described in similar terms by fellow Scottish newspaper The Herald in November 2021. Keep scrolling down, and you’ll find the name (and web address) of Casino Gods listed and lauded in similar terms by the Observer, the Hindustan Times, the Peterborough Telegraph and a whole host of other smaller publications. In the majority of cases, this is paid-for product placement. The appearance of the casino’s name in these respected publications gives the site an air of legitimacy. It might be this – plus the brand awareness that comes with the placements – that ultimately explains how Casino Gods has managed to rise up the ranks of the UK casino scene.
