Cazino Stars Sister Sites 2024
Atlantis Slots
The Pennytech Holding B.V. casino network isn’t the biggest in the world, and became even smaller when Playzax Casino closed at the end of 2023. That means that as of now, the only other member of the Cazino Stars sister sites family save for Cazino Stars itself is Atlantis Slots. It’s a slightly better-looking casino than Cazino Stars and has been around for a little bit longer, but it’s broadly similar in terms of content and execution. It certainly doesn’t get any points for originality – the Atlantis theme is one that’s been done to death, and by better casinos than this.
Players who visit Atlantis Slots will find that most of the slots waiting for them there come from providers like BGaming, Betsoft and Mancala Gaming. We have nothing in particular against those providers, but you don’t tend to find their slots in the spotlight at casinos that have access to better ones. The reason Atlantis Slots can’t get better slots is all down to licensing – it might claim to hold a licence with Curacao eGaming, but it doesn’t. Top-quality providers don’t tend to be keen to work with casinos that don’t hold licenses, and especially ones that misrepresent their licensing status. Unfortunately, that’s something that the Cazino Stars sister sites have in common.

Cazino Stars Review 2024
When Cazino Stars launched in 2023, it did so as a replacement for Playzax Casino. That used to be the flagship site of this casino network, but it closed down abruptly after developing a reputation for treating players poorly. This new casino has the disadvantage of a fairly drab theme and a logo that looks like it was knocked up quickly in MS Paint, but it looks to us like it’s been designed to resemble the casinos on the Grace Media platform. That could be an attempt to convince UK players that it’s safe to play here when, of course, it isn’t – the casino doesn’t have a UK Gambling Commission licence. First impressions aren’t great, but let’s see if things improve during this review.
Cazino Stars Welcome Offers
The advertised welcome promotion is either a £1200 bonus and 150 bonus spins, “or” a 200% matched deposit on your first deposit. We’re not sure what the “or” is doing there, as we imagine the 200% bonus amounts to the same thing as the £1200 bonus unless it’s uncapped, which doesn’t seem likely. We can’t tell you any more about the bonus because that’s as much information as Cazino Stars gives us. We tried to go to the bonus terms and conditions for more, but the link just took us to the general terms and conditions of the casino. While we were there, we found out that the wagering requirements on this bonus are x 90 (ninety). That’s abhorrent nonsense.
Ongoing Promotions
Cazino Stars sketches the details of its bonuses rather than explaining them. There’s apparently a 40% deposit boost available on “Crazy Monday,” 30% on deposits made during “Happy Hours” between 5pm and 7pm every day, and a 50% boost on weekend deposits, but no terms, conditions, minimums or maximums are listed. We do know that the x90 wagering requirements stay in place, though, and that renders the bonuses worthless.
Cazino Stars also offers a VIP Club with seven distinct ranks, each offering its own set of benefits and perks. These ranks range from Bronze to Red Diamond. As players progress through the ranks, they enjoy increased daily cashback, starting from 25% at the Bronze level and going up to 100% for Red Diamond members. Additionally, there’s a bonus on every deposit, beginning at 0% for Bronze members and reaching 30% for those in the Red Diamond tier. Higher ranks unlock more exclusive benefits like Special VIP Promotions, Free Spins on New Games, Birthday Bonuses, and even a personal VIP Manager.
The more prestigious levels, such as Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Red Diamond, also offer faster withdrawals, higher withdrawal limits, and increased deposit limits, making the iGaming experience smoother and more rewarding for high-tier members. The scheme is designed to enhance the gaming experience as players climb the ranks, offering more tailored and valuable rewards at each level. However, no information is given about how to access and move through the ranks.
What are the Pros and Cons of Cazino Stars?
Pros: We’re struggling here, but we’ll acknowledge that the 24-hour turnaround for bank transfer withdrawals that Cazino Stars claims to offer is faster than you’ll find at a lot of casinos based in Curacao. We also like that there’s telephone support available to go with the live chat and email.
Cons: The casino claims to hold a licence that it doesn’t have. It imposes x90 wagering requirements on its bonuses, and the other terms and conditions of its bonuses aren’t clear. The portfolio of slots and games that it offers is very limited. It’s an impossible casino to build trust with.
Top Games at Cazino Stars
We’ve already covered the fact that the portfolio of Cazino Stars is limited by its licensing status. In short, the casino doesn’t have a licence, so it’s limited to providers who are willing to work with unlicensed casinos. You’ll likely recognise a lot of the slots in the Cazino Stars portfolio if you’re used to playing at Curacao-based casinos, but not if you’re used to the UKGC scene. Slots, by the way, are the only entertainment available at Cazino Stars – there’s nothing else here to wet your whistle.
The top slots game at Cazino Stars is Gemza, which is a fairly generic gem-based slots game by BGaming, the provider responsible for the majority of the library here. Diamond Jungle, another gem-themed title from the same provider, is in second place. In fact, all of the four slots on the top row of the Cazino Guru homepage come from BGaming, with the Oriental-themed Wild Tiger in third place, and Aztec Clusters in fourth. You have to go all the way down to Buffalo Goes Wild by Mancala Gaming on the third row if you want to find anything from another provider.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
This is shockingly simple. While there is a variety of ways to get money into your account with Cazino Stars, there’s only one way to get money back out again, and that’s bank transfer. The casino has the logos of several cryptocurrencies stamped across its footer, so we don’t know why it doesn’t support them. The only good news is that the casino claims to be able to process bank transfer withdrawals in twenty-four hours, which is fast.
Customer Support and Licensing
Despite being based in Curacao, Cazino Stars offers UK-based telephone support on 0330 808 8647. Players can also use live chat or send an email to [email protected]. The logo of Gaming Curacao appears in the footer of the Cazino Stars website, but a visit to the Gaming Curacao website confirms that the casino doesn’t hold a licence with this regulator. This problem exists across the whole Cazino Stars sister sites family.
Cazino Stars – The Verdict
Any casino that imposes x90 wagering requirements on bonuses is basically insulting players, so we’d advise against Cazino Stars on that basis even if there was nothing else wrong with it. The fact that there’s only one withdrawal option, and fewer than five hundred games from a low-quality panel of providers makes things worse, and the fact that it appears to be misrepresenting its licensing status is the final nail in the coffin. Don’t go near this one.

This casino is run by an excellent team, it’s really good and pays out quickly. – source: Casino Guru - 19-Jul-2024 by Kevin:
This is a fun casino with an underwater theme and a lot of slots. The bonuses are generous. There aren’t any other types of games though. – source: Casino Guru - 09-Jul-2024 by Ralucaro:
I had an incredible experience here. Customer service is great and withdrawals are quick. I highly recommend it. – source: Casino Guru - 28-Jun-2024 by Bernard:
Cazino Stars is a scam. It’s impossible to withdraw your winnings. They keep you waiting and only respond through chat, but nothing ever happens. I won £636, and I’ve never received it. Avoid this site. – source: Trustpilot - 05-Jun-2024 by Nicole:
The most incompetent casino I’ve ever dealt with. I won a significant amount, but they only allow withdrawals of up to £429 at a time. It takes at least 2.5 weeks for payments to be approved, and now, after 3 weeks, I’ve had no response to my emails, and live chat disconnects me automatically. They keep making excuses not to pay. I’ve never had such difficulty withdrawing from any other casino. I would never spend money here again. – source: Trustpilot - 26-Mar-2024 by Pascal:
This casino pretends that you’ll receive your money, but nothing ever comes through. I won £4,273, and they’ve paid me nothing. I’ve filed a complaint. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Feb-2024 by Hamid:
An excellent and trustworthy casino. – source: Trustpilot - 15-Jan-2024 by AA:
What a terrible casino… the slot machine payout percentages are non-existent. They’re nothing but thieves and scammers. Stay away from this site. – source: Trustpilot - 09-Nov-2023 by Clive:
A complete scam! The wagering requirements on all bonuses are outrageous. The chat support is rude and cuts you off so you can’t reach them again. They refuse to close my account. – source: Trustpilot - 19-Jul-2023 by Mo:
Winning on this site seems impossible, and they hold back payouts for days, even after verification. Some things here seem very suspicious. They advertise games from Pragmatic Play, but those games aren’t even available. Most winnings are minimal, and I managed to win £85, but they delayed the payout for 72 hours, and even then, nothing was paid out. It’s concerning that you can’t find much information about this casino online. I’ve learned that they have a weak gaming licence, which could explain the problems with payouts. – source: Trustpilot
