Coins Game Sister Sites 2024

The company that owns Coins Game Casino, Royal Way N.V., is a dual-licensed operator. It holds licences with both the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the State of Anjouan. Neither of those licences grants the casino permission to conduct business in the UK, which is a point we’ll come back to in our full review of the casino below, but we find it odd that a casino operator that has two licences currently has just one casino. That’s right – there aren’t any Coins Game sister sites at the moment. Given that both the casino and the operator have been around since 2022, things might stay that way forever – if there was an intention to add new casinos to the network, we suspect it would have happened by now. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for Coins Game sister sites anyway, and here’s a review of the casino for you to enjoy in the meantime.

Coins Game Casino Review 2024

Cryptocurrency casinos are often laws unto themselves. Geographical or licensing restrictions mean nothing to them – they might pick up a licence or two, but they’re also happy to pick up players from territories that they have no legal right to serve. Coins Game, which has become a big player on the crypto scene since launching in 2022, fits that mould. It’s happy to serve you no matter who or where you are so long as you have crypto to spend, and local laws can apparently go and whistle. There are obvious risks here, but are there also juicy rewards? Let’s take a closer look and find out.

Coins Game Casino Welcome Offers

If we had to sum up the approach that Coins Game has taken to bonuses in a single word, the word would be “vague.” On the homepage, there’s a banner that promises a 100% bonus to your deposit and one hundred free spins when you register. No terms are given for this bonus. It doesn’t even appear on the casino’s “Bonus Cabinet” page, and there’s no mention of it in the full terms and conditions of Coins Game. We don’t know what the upper limit of the 100% match offer is, and we don’t know what the wagering requirements are. In other words, we’re not off to a great start.

Ongoing Promotions

That same spirit of vagueness and missing information extends to pretty much all of the bonuses at Coins Game. The big banner on the “Bonus Cabinet” page promises “endless benefits” related to the VIP Club, which we’ll deal with separately below. Beneath the big banner is a series of smaller banners promoting separate bonuses, starting with an offer of weekly cashback. The percentage at which cashback is awarded isn’t listed, and neither is the minimum or maximum.

Coins Game does a better job of explaining how its rakeback offer works. Players become eligible at rank 2 of the VIP scheme and can claim rakeback on their bets every twenty minutes with no minimum or maximum. From there, players get monthly bonuses (including boosted rakeback) based on their activity during the previous month. There’s also a daily bonus scheme, but again, details aren’t given other than the idea that whatever you get will be based on your previous day’s activity. At most, it will be fifty per cent of the house edge on all your bets during the previous twenty-four hours.

Some of the bonuses appear to contradict each other. The meaning of “daily bonus” ought to be obvious, but the Coins Game Bonus Calendar suggests that there are three daily bonuses without telling us what those bonuses are. You might be able to get coindrops or other bonuses by participating in the on-site chat (which always seems to be busy, to be fair to the casino), and there’s also a daily Wheel of Fortune to play with. Coins Game also has its own token (JET Coin), with a value of £1 per coin.

Before we get onto the VIP Club, there’s one more bonus category – sports betting bonuses. This is nice and easy. The more you bet on sports, the more you get back in bonuses. That starts as £1 for wagers of between £100 and £149 and goes all the way up to £10,000 for wagering £500,000 or more. Sports bonuses are paid out weekly based on activity during the previous seven days.

Coins Game Casino VIP Club

Like most VIP Clubs, the VIP Club at Coins Game is all about how much you’re willing to wager. There are twenty levels to the club, but level one doesn’t bring any perks. The fun starts at level two, which has a 500 USDT lifetime wagering requirement for entry, and offers three per cent rakeback. By the time you get to level four (3000 USDT lifetime wagering), you’ll start getting level-up bonuses, starting at three USDT at that level. To give you a sense of scale, level twenty of the scheme offers ten per cent ongoing rakeback and a level-up bonus of 3000 USDT, but you’ll need lifetime wagering of twenty-five million USDT to get there.

What are the Pros and Cons of Coins Game Casino?

Pros: Holding two licences means that Coins Game is able to call upon the services of more high-quality providers than most cryptocurrency casinos can. Almost all the big names are represented, and the selection of slots and instant win games is enormous. The casino can usually process withdrawal requests in a matter of fifteen minutes or less.

Cons: Coins Game does itself no favours with the way it lays out its bonuses. The information that it provides is much too vague, and the welcome promotion that it advertises on its homepage doesn’t appear to exist at all. The required spending for the upper levels of the VIP scheme is absurdly high. Licensing is also a major issue, given the casino’s presence in so many regulated markets.

Top Games at Coins Game Casino

Some – but many, but some – of the games at Coins Game are subject to geo-restrictions. We found that we couldn’t access anything by PG Soft or Hacksaw Gaming when we loaded the Coins Game Casino website in the UK, but we had no such problems with anything made by Pragmatic Play. As such, the top slots at Coins.Game from our point of view are Sweet Bonanza 1000, Gates of Olympus, The Dog House: Dead or Alive, and Buffalo Cash Pool. That last one comes from NetGame and is the only accessible non-Pragmatic Play slots game to make the top row of “best games” on the Coins Game homepage.

Instant win games play a huge role in the Coins Game portfolio. Although Aviator is geo-blocked for us (which we’ve never seen happen with an international casino before), we had access to Plinko, Top Eagle, High Flyer, Spaceman, and a whole host of other crash, dice, and mines titles. The live casino, led by contributions from Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution, leans heavily towards game shows rather than traditional casino games. Crazy Time, Sweet Bonanza Candyland Live, Dream Catcher, and Mega Wheel Live were the top attractions on the day this review was written.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

You can use a debit card to buy crypto through Coins Game if you want, but you can’t use one to make withdrawals – this is a strictly crypto-only site, and it might support more coins and tokens than any other casino of its kind we’ve ever seen. Suffice to say that you’ll be able to use your preferred coin or wallet of choice, and you should have your withdrawal within fifteen minutes unless something goes wrong or additional verification is required.

Customer Support and Licensing

Players in need of support can email their requests to [email protected] or use the chat facility, through which responses usually come within a few minutes. If your query is more general, you could use the on-site chat room – the moderators in there tend to be fairly helpful. While the casino has an Internet Gaming Licence from the State of Anjouan, the primary licence that it operates under is the one that Royal Way N.V. holds with the Curacao Gaming Control Board under reference OGL/2024/1401/0688. The operator can expand the licence to cover any Coins Game sister sites it might create in the future.

Coins Game Casino – The Verdict

Perhaps we’re a little old-school, but cryptocurrency casinos always feel more like gimmicks than real casinos to us, and Coins Game has done nothing to change our opinion. The way bonuses are (or aren’t) explained is so vague that it feels like the lack of reliable information could be deliberate. The VIP scheme is out of reach for all but the biggest of big spenders, but if the casino can’t even lay out the terms and conditions of its welcome bonus, how can we trust it with anything else? Between that and its ongoing presence in regulated markets for which it lacks a licence, Coins Game is simply too shady for us to feel comfortable with it.

What are players saying about Coins Game?

Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of Coins Game Casino.

  • 15-Nov-2024 by Márton:
The promotions are misleading, the site is poorly designed, and many games don’t function as they should. The bonus terms are overly complex and hard to navigate. I wouldn’t recommend this casino at all. – source: Trustpilot
  • 12-Nov-2024 by Heidi:
I had a long-standing account but won’t play here again. I deposited £85 in two transactions; the first was eventually credited, but the second wasn’t, despite proof from my bank. Customer service suggested using cryptocurrency instead of GBP, which is absurd. I’ll be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Avoid this casino unless you want to risk your money vanishing. – source: Trustpilot
  • 08-Nov-2024 by Kathrine:
The customer service here is shockingly bad. They don’t address specific concerns and ignored my complaints about missing wager progress. If you’re playing with bonus funds, check your rollover carefully, as they’ll ignore errors and won’t offer any compensation. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a casino. – source: Trustpilot
  • 03-Nov-2024 by Eric:
My brother’s account has been frozen because we used the same mobile to access the site. He’s met all the criteria for rewards but can’t redeem them. How do we resolve this? – source: Trustpilot
  • 31-Oct-2024 by Taniesha:
This platform is ridiculous. Even free spins come with excessive wagering requirements, making any winnings nearly impossible to access. Participating in tournaments and giveaways is a waste of time because the odds are stacked against you. I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone. – source: Trustpilot
  • 28-Oct-2024 by lesolitaire:
At first, the site seemed decent, but the experience went downhill fast. Their games feel manipulated, and their support is dismissive. I experienced an astronomically unlikely losing streak, and the team brushed it off. Even after asking to close my account, I still receive promotional emails. Avoid this site—they’re incompetent and untrustworthy. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Oct-2024 by Stanley:
Terrible support, unappealing bonuses, and constant bugs. Withdrawals are frequently delayed. Stay away. – source: Trustpilot
  • 28-Oct-2024 by Brandon:
I’ve been using this casino for months. It occasionally pays out, but you’ll need to make multiple deposits to get any return. Small wins don’t make up for the big losses. It’s frustrating and feels unfair. – source: Trustpilot
  • 12-Oct-2024 by Harikrishnan:
I deposited funds, but they weren’t credited to my account. Despite providing all the necessary proof, support has been unhelpful and keeps asking for irrelevant confirmations. I’m filing a formal complaint. Avoid this site unless you want to beg for your own money back. – source: Trustpilot
  • 08-Oct-2024 by BigRed:
I’ve been with Coins Game for nearly a year and haven’t had any complaints. Withdrawals are easy, and there’s no minimum deposit. After reaching a certain level, you even get a dedicated account manager. My manager, Lana, has been fantastic. – source: Trustpilot
