THE CRASHINO SISTER SITES DO NOT HOLD A LICENCE FROM THE UK GAMBLING COMMISSION

SlotMonster

SlotMonster logo

Keeping tabs on casinos and casino network companies that don’t hold a UK Gambling Commission licence is a lot harder than keeping tabs on those that do. There’s no register to consult, so we have to rely on Google and the information provided by the casinos themselves to work out which sites belong to which operator. As such, while we know that SlotMonster is one of the Crashino sister sites, we can’t say with absolute certainty that it’s one of only two Crashino sister sites. Other casinos might be out there, and new casinos might be added to the Atlantis Interactive SRL platform in the future. Should that ever happen, we’ll be sure to list them here.

SlotMonster Casino comes with a lot more personality and charisma than Crashino does, from its cute monster mascot character to the zany humour that’s peppered throughout the site. It categorises its slots, games and other attractions very well, but it does a poor job of explaining its terms and conditions. The casino is also oddly bare of promotions for a site that looks like it ought to be full of them. Throw in the withdrawal fees, and we’re a lot less keen on SlotMonster than we were when we first saw it.

Incognito Casino

Incognito Casino

Incognito Casino was the new kid on the block among the Crashino sister sites when Atlantis Interactive SRL set it live in June 2024. However, is there a possibility that the operator set its new creation live too early? Perhaps so. At launch, the casino’s Promotions page and About Us page were both blank. That means it’s impossible to define the value of the promotions that Incognito Casino offers on its homepage, and it’s hard to get to know the site because of the lack of information that it provides. That’s not what we had in mind when we saw the “incognito” in its name.

Speaking of the whole “incognito” thing, for casinos to be truly anonymous, they have to allow their players to use cryptocurrencies. Incognito Casino doesn’t do that – players are stuck with plain old debit cards, which are anything but anonymous. It’s early days for Incognito Casino, but at the moment, we feel like it doesn’t live up to the promise that it makes with its name. It’s a few design tweaks away from being on the same level as the other Crashino sister sites, and we feel like it was undercooked when it was launched. Less haste, less speed would be a good motto for its operator.

Can Crashino Be Trusted?

trust score

★★★★

Crashino is a 1-star trusted casino.

1. Licenses and Fines Crashino doesn’t claim to hold any recognised iGaming licences.
2. Accepts UK players? Unlicensed casinos ought to turn UK players away, but this one doesn’t.
3. Trustpilot Score After more than seventy reviews, Crashino has a good Trustpilot score of 4.0 out of 5.0.
4. Operator Name & Location Atlantis Interactive SRL is in Costa Rica, which has unfortunately become a hotbed for unlicensed casinos and the companies that operate them.
5. Bonus Terms Standard wagering requirements of x35 apply to most bonuses at this casino.
6. Customer Support Live chat and email. It’s not clear whether live chat is 24-7 or not.
7. Withdrawal Speed & Options This casino deals only in crypto, with instant withdrawals available but fees for some transactions.
8. Number of Sister Sites There’s only one other member of the Crashino sister sites family as far as we’re aware.
9. Games portfolio Something like one thousand slots, but also crash games (hence the name), live casino games and sports betting.
10. On GamStop? Crashino is not on GamStop.
Overall SCORE > ★★★★ – 1/5 Stars

Crashino Review 2024

Crash games have been around for a while, but they really started to see an explosion in popularity as 2023 gave way to 2024. Games like Aviator and Spaceman led the way, but now they’re everywhere. They’ve become an especially big hit in the crypto casino world, and new casinos like Crashino have based their entire personalities around them. Crashino is in the shadow of its sister site, SlotMonster, when it comes to personality and theme, but can it make up for that by offering better content? Let’s review it and find out.

Crashino sister sites homepage

Crashino Welcome Offers

The sign-up offer at Crashino is spelt out in plain and simple terms, which is something we appreciate because it can’t always be said of crypto casinos. It’s a three-stage bonus, offering bonus rewards for each of the first three deposits a new player makes at the casino. It’s a 100% matched deposit up to 250 USDT on deposit one, the same again on deposit two, and then a larger bonus of 100% up to 500 USDT on deposit three, plus fifty free spins on a top slots game thrown in for good measure. That’s a possible 1000 USDT up for grabs. Sadly, you can’t exchange the USDT for fiat currency or any other cryptocurrency. Whatever bonus fund you end up with has to be wagered x35 before it can be withdrawn.

Ongoing Promotions

In keeping with the spirit of having simple, easily understood bonuses, Crashino offers a small perk for every day of the week with its five free spins per day on Play’n Go’s Book of Dead slot to everyone who’s made a deposit within the previous seven days. There’s also a Monday deposit boost of 50% up to 500 USDT available every week, with a less-friendly wagering requirement of x50 attached. A surprise bonus is available every Wednesday (and will be different each week), and up to 225 free spins are made available depending on how much you’re able to deposit each Friday.

It’s likely that the best of the ongoing promotions at this space-themed casino site can be found within its VIP Club. The advertised benefits of club membership include dedicated account management, weekly cashback, faster withdrawal processing (we’re not sure how that works, given that most withdrawals are instant), higher deposit limits and other “gifts and experiences.” The problem is that this isn’t a club you can simply walk up and register for – access comes via invitation only, and Crashino leaves us in the dark about how to get an invitation.

What are the Pros and Cons of Crashino?

Pros: By the standards of unlicensed, Costa Rica-based casino sites (which is a pretty big caveat), Crashino walks tall. It lays its terms and conditions out in plain and simple language, appears to be fair and balanced with its approach to them, and comes with an enormous library of crash games. It lives up to its name, and it appears to be capable of facilitating fast withdrawals.

Cons: The casino’s lack of licensing and regulatory oversight means it’s a huge risk for anyone to play here, no matter how safe and fair it might appear to be. It’s a no-go zone for anyone who doesn’t use a cryptocurrency, and the best of its bonus rewards are reserved exclusively for members of a VIP club that it may never become possible to gain access to.

Top Games at Crashino

The name “Crashino” is a fairly heavy hint that all of the top games at this casino ought to be crash games. They’re the latest big iGaming craze, and a name like this is likely to draw fans of the genre in. It would, therefore, be a major disappointment if Crashino wasn’t able to serve them, so we’re pleased to say that it can. Titles like Rocket Man, Aviator, Aero, Crash X and more are all available, but you have to scroll a surprisingly long way down the casino’s homepage to find them. That’s because all the feature space is given to slots.

It’s often the case that unlicensed casinos – especially those located in Costa Rica – struggle to persuade top providers to allow them to host their slots and games. Crashino doesn’t seem to have had that problem – or, at least, not in the case of Play’n Go, which is one of the biggest providers in the business. The entire “Featured” row of slots on the casino’s homepage is made up of Play’n Go slots, including Book of Ra Deluxe, Book of Dead, legacy of Dead and Lucky Lady Charm: Deluxe. Slots from other providers are also available but might not be quite so recognisable.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

You can use your debit card to buy cryptocurrency via Crashino, but you can’t use it to make deposits or claim withdrawals. It’s a crypto-only site, with the good news being that you can use every major form of cryptocurrency to conduct your business. Withdrawal times vary depending on the currency used, but in the casino’s own words, they’re usually processed straight away. If a review is required, players may have to wait up to 24 hours. While Crashino itself doesn’t impose any fees, mining or provider fees may be involved. No further guidance is given.

Customer Support and Licensing

Crashino offers the email address [email protected] for customer support but also offers a live chat service. We can’t confirm whether live chat is available around the clock. There are no claims made on the Crashino website about either the casino or its operator holding any iGaming licences, which is consistent with what we know about the Crashino sister sites.

Crashino – The Verdict

This will sound like a ridiculous thing to say, but if you’re absolutely determined to play at an unlicensed casino that doesn’t have any regulatory oversight, Crashino looks like a good choice. Customer feedback is broadly positive, the terms and conditions seem fair, and everything generally appears to be above board as it’s possible to get in these circumstances. UK players should still stay well away, though, and players in general should think very hard about whether or not they’re happy with the risks before they sign up.
