Cusco Casino Sister Sites 2024
Monixbet
Monixbet launched in October 2024, making it closer to Cusco than perhaps any of the other Cusco Casino sister sites. It’s also the only one that technically shares the same operator. We’ll explain what we mean by that when we move on to the next casino, but Monixbet and Cusco Casino are, thus far, the only casinos under the FGS Software Solutions SRL banner in Costa Rica. However, the casinos have very different personalities. Monixbet is a cooler, more clinical-looking casino site. Where it does use graphics, it relies on artificial intelligence to generate them. Don’t hold that against Monixbet, though – not everybody can draw, and the casino tries to make up for its visual shortcomings with a massive stack of bonuses. Sports betting is also available. Withdrawals are a sore point, though – they move very slowly here unless you’re a high-ranking VIP member.
Loki Casino
The other three casinos we’ve grouped as Cusco Casino sister sites aren’t run by the same company that operates Monixbet. They’re actually managed by Febonara Empire SRL, another operator based in Costa Rica. Despite these different ownerships, all of these brands are connected under the Alpha Affiliates network. This association links them closely enough that it’s fair to consider them sister sites, even though there are a few background differences. Our first example of a loosely-linked Cusco sister site is Loki Casino. Marvel fans, however, might feel a bit let down as this “Loki” isn’t the famous Tom Hiddleston character but rather resembles an English medieval king. Regardless, the casino itself is impressive, offering thousands of slot games and building a strong reputation for its frequent big-money tournaments. There are jackpots here that would be a worthy prize for any royal or even a god.
1Red Casino
1Red Casino has been a well-known name on the global iGaming stage for quite some time, even before it became part of the Cusco Casino sister sites group. If you could pinch Doctor Who’s TARDIS for an afternoon and travel back a few years, you’d find 1Red originally operating under the Dama N.V. umbrella, one of the most active casino networks from Curacao at the time. Lately, we’ve observed Dama N.V. letting go of several of its high-profile brands, and 1Red Casino is among those that changed hands. Now headquartered in Costa Rica and managed by Febonara Empire SRL, 1Red has only strengthened its offerings and grown its player base. It also comes with a complete sports betting platform—a feature that not all casinos in the network can claim. In the eyes of most people, 1Red Casino is the flagship casino brand on this network.
Spinch Casino
The name “Spinch Casino” doesn’t quite make its purpose clear, but maybe it’s meant to be a slots site for a quick fix, by which we mean it’s OK in a pinch – a slots pinch, if you will. It’s not exactly high praise, but it’s tough to wholeheartedly back any of the Cusco Casino sister sites due to their licensing issues. All of these sites operate in the UK without a proper licence from the UK Gambling Commission, meaning they’re technically skirting the rules. Spinch Casino does offer plenty of bonuses and often handles withdrawals instantly, which are its standout features. However, its lack of a legitimate licence has made it tricky to bring in top-tier slots and games from leading providers in the industry. This isn’t an isolated issue on the network, but it’s a big drawback—without access to the best games, it struggles to keep up with its rivals.

Cusco Casino Review 2024
“Cusco” is the name of a city in Peru, but Cusco Casino doesn’t have a Peruvian (or even South American) theme. Perhaps the intended meaning of the name is taken from the old Quechua usage, which means “centre of the universe.” We’re sure all casinos would love to think of themselves in such terms, but is Cusco Casino worthy of the description? Well, we can see from the homepage that there are lots of bonuses to shoot for, a VIP scheme to get involved with, and a portfolio of top-tier slots and games. It’s a promising start, but let’s have a closer look.
Cusco Casino Welcome Offers
Cusco Casino doesn’t offer a welcome bonus – it offers a welcome pack with a listed value of £2500 and two hundred and twenty-five bonus spins. As part of that pack, players get a 100% match up to £1000 with their first deposit, and also receive one hundred bonus spins. That’s followed up with a 50% bonus up to £500, and fifty more free spins. Third deposits get matched at 75% up to £500, and come with seventy-five spins.
So, when does the rest of the bonus land? On the fourth deposit, right? Wrong. Cusco Casino is keen to keep you involved for longer, so you don’t get the final 150% match up to £500 until your seventh deposit. It’s cheeky, but it might work for player retention. Wagering requirements are set to x40 for these bonuses, and you’ll need to deposit at least £20 each time.
Ongoing Promotions
There’s a separate loyalty program at Cusco Casino, but we’ll get to that in a moment – there are ongoing bonuses to deal with first. They begin with a chance to land up to one hundred and fifty free spins every Friday. Deposit between £100 and £499 for fifty free spins, between £500 and £999 for one hundred free spins, and £1000 or more for one hundred and fifty free spins. Some would say that’s a lot of money for a comparatively small package of spins, especially with an x40 wagering requirement imposed against winnings.
On Wednesdays, Cusco Casino offers a 25% matched deposit on every deposit of £20 or more, with a maximum limit of £1000 for each bonus. Wagering requirements remain unchanged at x40. There’s also cashback of up to fifteen per cent available on a weekly basis, but cashback at Cusco Casino is tightly linked to your loyalty level with the casino – so it’s high time we moved on to that. Before we do, make a mental note that all cashback is subject to x3 wagering once it’s been granted.
Cusco Casino Loyalty Rewards
There are six loyalty levels at Cusco Casino, each of which comes with unique perks and additional bonus rewards. Making progress through the ranks is simple – for every £1 you spend, you receive one Cusco loyalty point. As such, all you need to do to climb the ranks is log in, keep playing, and keep spending. Progress should take care of itself. The first rank, “Initiate,” is achieved at 5000 points. It grants eight per cent cashback, access to an account manager, and “special events and prizes.” Those “special events and prizes” are listed as a benefit at every level, so you only find out what they are once you get there.
Level two is “Virtuoso,” and unlocks at 1500 points. It comes with one hundred free spins as a reward. Level three is “Apex,” and comes with twelve per cent, two hundred free spins, and. personalised VIP customer service. The next level is “Majestic,” and unlocks at 6500 points. That brings thirteen per cent cashback and individualised withdrawal limits. “Invincible” is level five, and comes with fourteen per cent cashback. Finally, the top level is “Legend,” and it comes with fifteen per cent cashback, a twenty-four-hour support line, and four hundred free spins.
What are the Pros and Cons of Cusco Casino ?
Pros: Some online casinos make their VIP reward schemes so convoluted that players have no chance of working them out. Cusco Casino spells everything out in plain and simple terms, so you always know what to do to reach the next level. The casino offers top games and a warm offer with its welcome promotion.
Cons: Withdrawals are slow. You shouldn’t be waiting five business days for an e-wallet withdrawal, but that appears to be the case at Cusco Casino, and we don’t know why. The existence of tiered customer support means new arrivals at the casino are basically second-class citizens, and no proof is offered for the licence it claims to hold.
Top Games at Cusco Casino
Cusco Casino doesn’t offer sports betting (perhaps the clue is right there in the word “Casino”) so it’s a little smaller than some of the casinos and betting sites that it shares a platform with. It is, however, far from toothless. It’s a haven for live casino games and slots, and the slots catalogue is especially strong. Gates of Olympus was the predictable top slots game at the casino when we wrote this review, but other top titles include Big Bass: Amazon Xtreme (yet another entry in that long-running series), Wisdom of Athena, and Bigger Bass Bonanza. Pragmatic Play is responsible for a disproportionate number of the casino’s top slots, and also makes Spaceman, which is the top crash game here.
The same is true of the live dealer suite at Cusco Casino, which is headlined by Sweet Bonanza Candyland – it’s yet another Pragmatic Play creation, as is Mega Roulette, Mega Wheel, and One Blackjack. These are all popular, high-quality live casino games and game shows, but it’s a shame to see nothing in the archives from Evolution Gaming. Perhaps this is a consequence of the licence that Cusco Casino does or doesn’t hold – it’s weak even if it exists, and makes it harder for the casino to attract world-class suppliers.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
With the exception of PayPal, almost every e-wallet we can think of is supported at Cusco Casino. That includes Skrill, eZeeWallet, Neteller, Neosurf, AstroPay, and Jeton. It also includes ecoPayz if you want to do that way. Alternatively you could ask for a bank transfer or use a crypto-wallet. The specific cryptocurrencies accepted at Cusco Casino are Litecoin, Tether, Ethereum, USDT, Bitcoin, and Ripple. Crypto casinos are expected to offer instant withdrawals, and those that offer e-wallet withdrawals should be able to provide them within twenty-four hours. Cusco Casino, however, keeps players waiting for five days, and doesn’t give a reason why.
Customer Support and Licensing
The casino can be contacted via live chat at any time, and also accepts emails to [email protected]. The small print in the footer of its homepage says that it’s regulated by the Government of Costa Rica, and features a thumbnail of the country’s licensing authority. However, the thumbnail isn’t clickable, which means we can’t verify the existence of the licence. That’s unusual, and given that we have no other means of verifying the licence, we have to act as if it doesn’t exist. As such, we consider Cusco Casino to be unlicensed – something that’s unfortunately also true of several of the Cusco Casino sister sites.
Cusco Casino – The Verdict
If Cusco Casino really has a licence, it should update the footer of its website to provide a verification link. We’d gladly update this review if that ever happens, as it would make the casino much easier to trust (albeit not in the UK, where the casino remains illegal). Without the licence, the risks are too high. We say that with a hint of regret, because we’re impressed with the Cusco Casino bonus structure and rewards, and we like the look of most of its slots and games even if there could be more variety in terms of providers. The withdrawal process would benefit from being sped up a little, too.
What are players saying about Cusco Casino?

I’m not a fan of the lengthy withdrawal times. It would be better if they were faster. – source: Trustpilot - 04-Nov-2024 by Nico:
To all Dutch players, avoid this site. They’re not licensed in the Netherlands, yet they’re offering services here. When I questioned their customer support about this, they blocked my account right away, which doesn’t give me much confidence. I’ve requested my money back since contacting them on 3rd October 2024 but have had no response. They’re only pretending to address it here on Trustpilot. I’ll keep updating this until I see my refund. – source: Trustpilot - 29-Oct-2024 by JL:
Great site! Fast payouts and a good range of games to play. Very happy overall. – source: Trustpilot - 06-Oct-2024 by Rick:
Brilliant casino, and I highly recommend it! Loads of slots to choose from, though I’d love to see No Limit City games added to the list. – source: Trustpilot - 09-Oct-2024 by O:
I want my money back due to a cross-brand self-exclusion. Excluding myself on one sister site but being able to access another feels wrong. My email is blocked across their sites, so contacting them isn’t an option. They’ve claimed to be “looking into it,” but it’s been over six months with no response. Enough with the false promises. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Oct-2024 by Jeffa:
Really good casino! Always leave here happy with my experience. – source: Trustpilot - 18-Sept-2024 by Emma:
