  I had an account for about a year and a half with no issues. It was verified, and I made plenty of successful withdrawals. After taking a six-month break, I played again, won £250, and suddenly my verification was no longer valid. I submitted all the requested documents, but they kept rejecting them—even though they were the original PDFs they asked for.   Duelz is an absolute joke. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after nearly three months of dealing with them, I feel I have to warn others. This casino refuses to pay out winnings. They happily take your deposits but come up with ridiculous excuses when it’s time to withdraw—like claiming your preferred name is an issue, even when you’ve provided government-issued ID. They’ve ignored my emails and the proof I’ve sent. I’ve now taken my case to IBAS and Resolver and have been advised to escalate it to eCOGRA.
