EU Casino Sister Sites 2024

PlayOJO

PlayOJO

We really hope you don’t need us to introduce you to PlayOJO – if you did, it would suggest that you don’t really know enough about the online casino scene to be using our website. This is one of the biggest bingo and casino brands in the UK, which automatically makes it the flagship of the EU Casino sister sites. That’s why we’re listing it first here – it’s the site that all of the others aspire to be. Renowned for its generosity, PlayOJO has a happy habit of never imposing any wagering requirements on the bonuses that it offers. If you’re lucky enough to bag a win using a bonus when you’re playing at PlayOJO, the money is yours to keep. While bingo is the activity that PlayOJO build its brand on, there are just as many slots here as you’ll find at any of the other Skill On Net Limited sites.

Drueck Glueck

Drueck Glueck

The first question you’re likely to have about Drueck Glueck is, “What is that name all about?” It’s a question we’ve asked ourselves many times over the years, and we’ve never been able to find an answer. The key words in that sentence are “over the years” – Drueck Glueck has been online for a very long time. Skill On Net Limited is an old casino network so plenty of the bingo and casino sites on it are veterans, but Drueck Glueck is among the very oldest of the EU Casino sister sites. On its homepage, Drueck Glueck promises potential players that it stocks all the best casino games. Given that it has a selection of over five thousand slots in its portfolio, we can’t really argue with that assessment. It could have made itself a little more interesting to look at, though.

ICE36

ICE36

Presumably, the brief given to the person who designed Ice36 Casino was to come up with a cool casino concept, and they took the brief a little too literally. Everything at Ice36 is a cool shade of icy blue, and the casino chip in its logo suggests that there’s an emphasis on classic table games like poker and blackjack. That isn’t necessarily the reality of the casino, though – Ice36 has plenty of live dealer games and tables, but no more than most members of the EU Casino sister sites family. Like a lot of Skill On Net Limited casinos, Ice36 is hampered a little by its age. Its design has started to look dated as the years tumble past, and a facelift would do the ageing casino a world of good. It’s still just as good as ever in terms of the games that it offers and the promotions that it backs them with, though.

Mega Casino

Mega Casino

The template that powers Mega Casino isn’t a million miles away from that of either Ice36 Casino or Drueck Glueck – it’s just that the black-and-gold colour scheme makes it look very different. That’s one of the clever things about the EU Casino sister sites – they manage to differentiate themselves from each other while not actually being all that different at all. Take the portfolio of slots at Mega Casino, for example. There are over five and a half thousand of them, which is an incredibly impressive number, but it’s still the same number that you’ll find at either of the other two sites we just mentioned. Mega Casino is one of the more popular casinos you’ll find on this platform, probably helped along by its simple, easy-to-remember name and the way it’s been able to make a feature out of that enormous games collection even though it isn’t unique to the casino.

Swift Casino

Swift Casino

Swift Casino is an iGaming site that places great emphasis on speed, which is something you’ve probably already deduced from the name of the brand. You’ll notice that the Swift Casino website loads a lot faster than most of the EU Casino sister sites, and the whole process of logging in, making deposits, picking bonuses, and playing games feels streamlined. Sacrifices have been made to achieve that speed, though – it feels like there are fewer slots and games here than there are at the other, bigger Skill On Net Limited casinos we’ve looked at so far. There should still be more than enough here to keep the overwhelming majority of players interested, though, and while the bonuses on offer aren’t among the best on the platform, they still hold value. It’s not one of the best EU Casino sister sites, but it’s above the network’s average.

EU Casino Review 2024

When EU Casino was created, the United Kingdom was still in the European Union. It was still a strange choice of theme, though – the EU was still a controversial topic even before Brexit. Perhaps that’s why EU Casino has never found an audience in the UK as big as the one that it appears to have outside it. On the other hand, perhaps the brand’s lack of UK fans is down to its quality – as you can see from the table above, this is an online casino site that has problems. Let’s pop open the bonnet and have a proper look.

EU Casino sister sites homepage

EU Casino Welcome Offers

The EU Casino welcome promotion is one hundred free spins on the Sahara Riches: Cash Collect slots game for all players who register with the casino and make a deposit. It sounds generous when you put it like that, but the offer immediately falls apart under scrutiny. If you win anything from these “free” spins, you’ll have to wager your winnings x60 to convert them into real cash that can be withdrawn. The average wagering requirement for online casino bonuses in the UK is x35, so the demand here is extortionate. Also, you might have noticed that we haven’t told you what the minimum qualifying deposit to claim the promotion is. That’s because the casino doesn’t tell us. We’d guess – or, perhaps, hope – that it’s £10, but it’s bizarre that EU Casino fails to declare it.

Ongoing Promotions

EU Casino seems to offer players a lot of promotions without necessarily telling us a lot about them. Prize Twister, for example, is a game where players can win free spins, cash and scratchcards, but “you never know when we might invite you to spin.” In other words, there’s no guaranteed access to the promotion, and we don’t even know how it works. There are also “Daily Picks” promotions, which are supposedly “hand-picked just for you.” That means that these bonuses are tailored, but we’re offered no information about how they’re tailored or how valuable they might be.

The VIP Club at EU Casino offers an enhanced experience for its members, complete with personalised services and exclusive perks. As a member, you’ll be assigned a personal account manager who will tailor your experience to suit your preferences, ensuring you get the most out of your VIP status. This includes customised daily offers, faster withdrawals through the Fast Track Withdrawals System, and the chance to participate in exclusive events and tournaments. The VIP Club isn’t open to everyone, though; membership is by invitation only, so keep an eye on your inbox for an invite.

Once you’re part of the VIP Club, the rewards extend beyond just gameplay. Members can enjoy luxury gifts such as trips to destinations like Paris or Dubai, the latest gadgets, and VIP tickets to top-tier concerts and sporting events. However, maintaining your VIP status requires consistent activity, as your membership is reviewed monthly. If your engagement drops, you could lose access to these exclusive benefits.

What are the Pros and Cons of EU Casino?

Pros: The biggest thing that EU Casino has going for it is the size of its portfolio. As with nearly all Skill On Net Limited casinos, it’s able to offer thousands of slots and more live dealer games than your average online casino. Some of the bonuses that the casino offers are tailored to individual gameplay.

Cons: EU Casino’s standards of service and terms and conditions are years behind the times. Wagering requirements on bonuses are much too high. The standard of customer service provided is insufficient. The page that ought to tell us how withdrawals are processed is broken. The whole website feels like it’s been left to fester. It’s not a great experience.

Featured Slots and Games

The top game at EU Casino is Sahara Riches: Cash Collect. Not only is this slots game attached to the casino’s welcome promotion but it’s also splattered all over a huge banner on the homepage. There are several such banners, so if we take the games on the banners as the top games at the casino, they include Full Moon: White King, Pegasus: Cash Spree, and the entire live casino suite. Most of the games in it are provided by Playtech, and the casino claims that they’re streamed directly to the website from the Bellagio and MGM Grand in Las Vegas. We’re not sure how true that is or could possibly be, but we’ll take EU Casino at its word.

If you scroll down the (basic and bland) EU Casino homepage a little, you’ll see a similar blend of slots and live dealer options listed there. Rather than specialising in either category, the site treats them both with equal importance. Several of the slots that have their own banners reappear in the featured games selection, but Big Bass Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, and Razor Ways are among those that get a share of the spotlight here that’s denied to them in the banners. The information next to the table of thumbnails suggests that EU Casino comes with over two thousand games, but one of the banners says the true number is 1600. Again, this is an issue that should have been spotted and fixed immediately by the people who look after EU Casino, but they don’t seem to be very attentive.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

This is the category where EU Casino goes from bad to worse. Click on the “Payment Options” tab of the casino’s side menu, and you’ll see the familiar logos of Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, Apple Pay, and the universal symbol for “bank transfer.” The page tells us to click on any of the logos to see further details. The problem is that none of the logos are clickable. That means we don’t know what the speed of withdrawals is, whether there are any fees attached, what the maximum and minimum withdrawal limit per method is, or anything else useful. This is a critical technical error, and yet it’s been left uncorrected at EU Casino for years.

Customer Support and Licence

Customer support isn’t EU Casino’s strong suit either. If you have a problem or query, ally ou can do is email support@eucasino and wait for a reply. There’s no live chat service or telephone number, which means the casino doesn’t provide any live support. The UK Gambling Commission licence that covers EU Casino is number 39326, and is held by Skill On Net Limited. This is the same licence that covers all the EU Casino sister sites. It isn’t clean, though – in May 2023, Skill On Net was charged with failing to follow AML guidance and failing to interact with customers in a way that minimises the risk of them coming to gambling-related harm. To avoid a formal sanction, Skill On Net paid a settlement of £305,150.

EU Casino – The Verdict

There are far too many things wrong with EU Casino for us to say it’s OK to play here. Most of the things wrong with it are within the casino’s power to fix, so it’s a worry that nobody involved with it has bothered to do so. The issue with the payments page is the most worrying example – that ought to be on someone’s daily checks list, and if there’s a problem with it, it should be fixed immediately. In terms of its design and features, EU Casino feels like an iGaming site in steep decline, left to rot by its owners. With the benefit of hindsight, perhaps it would have been better if this casino left the UK with everything else EU-related after 2016.
