Luck City Sister Sites 2024

Spinzwin

Spinzwin

SpinzWin has a more subtle feel than most on the ProgressPlay Limited platform, likely because it hasn’t yet been upgraded to the newest ProgressPlay casino design. This gives it a bit of an old-fashioned vibe compared to the flashier Luck City sister sites under the operator’s banner, which might explain why it isn’t as well-known as it could be. However, if you can get past its vintage look, you’ll find a casino that’s just as well-stocked with slots and games as Monster Casino. In fact, it even offers the same generous welcome bonus as Monster Casino – something quite unusual across the casinos run by this operator, where such generosity is typically not seen. Despite what its name might suggest, SpinzWin offers more than just slot games; it also has a wide selection of live casino games and card tables, appealing to a broader range of gamblers.

Bet Elite

Bet Elite logo

Bet Elite might have a name that suggests it’s ready to serve you with a VIP casino and betting experience, but check those expectations at the door, because it’s not going to happen. The template that underpins the functionality of Bet Elite is the same one that serves as the foundation of Luck City. It’s perfectly fine, and it works well, but it isn’t flashy or glamorous. What Bet Elite does best is cover the basics. It’s fairly quick, it has reasonable levels of customer service, and it provides players with a lot of choices when it comes to casino and betting categories. None of these things qualify the casino as “elite,” though. Having said that, we understand why the name was chosen. All of the Luck City sister sites have a hard time trying to stand out from each other, and a name like Bet Adequate was never going to cut it.

Mr Rex

MrRex

Mr Rex joined the ProgressPlay roster in 2022 after being snapped up from AG Communications Limited. It’s a white-label casino, meaning its day-to-day operations will involve another party, like a different company or individual, aside from the licensee. This setup allows the owners of white-label casinos to pull out from the platform if things aren’t working out or if the terms aren’t to their liking, giving them the freedom to relocate their brand. It’s not clear why things didn’t work out with AG Communications, especially since Mr Rex was quite a well-established name on their platform. Despite this, it has continued to do well, even with stiff competition from other Luck City sister sites on its new platform. Mr Rex retains its eye-popping orange branding, though it’s now presented in ProgressPlay’s newest standard design template, which is a bit of a shame as the original style had more flair.

Monster Casino

Monster Casino

Since we’re here talking about the Luck City sister sites, we really must highlight the best of the bunch, Monster Casino, which is a favourite among both players and reviewers. When you land on its homepage, it’s clear that Monster Casino is a cut above the rest in the ProgressPlay Limited group. Unlike most of the network’s casinos, which feature standardised, lacklustre designs, Monster Casino really stands out thanks to the unique flair and creativity poured into its design by its creators. It has a unique style and an incredible welcome bonus offering up to £1000 to newcomers. Such generosity is rare across the rest of the ProgressPlay Limited sites. For anyone dipping their toes into this operator’s range of casinos, Monster Casino is an excellent starting point. It truly sets the standard for the rest of the network, and most of the other sites can’t reach it.

Razzy Bet

Razzy Bet logo

Razzy, or Razzy Bet as it’s sometimes called, is another casino that sticks very closely to the family formula of the Luck City sister sites. In simpler terms, this is another clone casino. The design template used for Razzy is the same one that’s been rolled out across most of the one hundred and twenty (ish) sister sites in the ProgressPlay network, including Luck City itself. It becomes apparent quite quickly that despite the variety of brands within this casino network, many of them are essentially copies of one another, featuring identical slots, games, and promotions. Although it bears a name that might suggest a focus on sports betting, Razzy Bet actually puts its main emphasis on slots on its homepage. You can still place sports bets here if that’s your preference, but slots take centre stage. If all of this sounds familiar to you, it’s probably because you’ve just seen it at Luck City.

Can Luck City Be Trusted?

trust score

★★★★★

Luck City has been given a three-star trust rating.

1. Licenses and Fines Licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, Luck City’s operator settled a regulatory charge in 2022. Read our comprehensive review for the full scoop.
2. Accepts UK players? Yes, Luck City is designed with UK sports bettors and casino fans in mind.
3. Trustpilot Score Luck City hasn’t accumulated enough Trustpilot feedback to qualify for a rating just yet.
4. Operator Name & Location Managed by ProgressPlay Limited out of Cyprus, a location that has its critics in the iGaming world, but the firm holds respected licenses that satisfy most concerns.
5. Bonus Terms Be aware that the casino’s bonuses are tied to a rather unkind x50 wagering requirement, which might be tough to meet.
6. Customer Support Customer care is available through live chat and email, but unfortunately, there’s no telephone support.
7. Withdrawal Speed & Options Withdrawal methods include debit cards and e-wallets, but prepare to wait at least 48 hours for processing.
8. Number of Sister Sites Luck City is just one of over a hundred Luck City sister sites managed by the expansive ProgressPlay network.
9. Games portfolio With an extensive array of slots, a sportsbook, and live dealer tables, there’s something here for everyone.
10. On GamStop? Luck City is signed up to GamStop.
Overall SCORE > ★★★★★ – 3/5 Stars

Luck City Review 2024

It’s rarely a good idea to try to sum up an online casino in a single word, but if we were to try it with Luck City, the word would be “uninspired.” We’re not just saying that because the casino uses ProgressPlay’s boring, basic design template (although that’s a factor) – Luck City’s theme is also tired. We get the impression that there’s supposed to be an Irish theme here, but the only nods to it are the use of the word “Luck” and the two-tone green colours in its logo. We feel like we’re going to put more effort into this review than Luck City’s design team put into making their casino, but let’s do it anyway.

Luck City Welcome Offers

At Luck City, new players are welcomed with a tempting sign-up bonus: a 100% match on your first deposit up to £200. You’ll need to put down at least £10 to claim this offer. However, there’s a slightly painful wagering requirement of x50 attached, which is well above the UK average of x35 for bonuses like this. The high requirement makes the bonus a bit less attractive since it’s sticky and difficult to convert into withdrawable cash.

For those more interested in sports betting, Luck City offers a small incentive for newcomers. When you join, deposit £10, and wager it on a sporting event with odds of at least 1.5, you’ll receive a £10 free bet. If you’re lucky enough to score a winner off the free bet, you’ll need to wager the full balance of your winnings again on other sports bets before it turns into real cash that you can withdraw.

Ongoing Promotions

Luck City’s promotions section is bustling with enticing deals, offering daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses to give your deposits that extra edge. Every time you log in, you’re met with fresh opportunities to enhance your experience. At the heart of these promotions is a finely tuned Rewards Programme and Rewards Store. Players can earn points through completing ‘missions’, playing regularly, and securing high spots on the leaderboards. These points can be traded in at the Luck City Rewards Store for a range of rewards, such as extra bonus funds, varying levels of cashback, free spins, and popular options from both the casino and sports betting sections. Those who excel and top the leaderboards can expect special prizes like VIP experiences and the latest electronic goods and gadgets.

Luck City cleverly integrates its ongoing promotions with its rewards programme, offering additional points or better cashback on certain days. As the promotional offerings are always changing, it’s wise to check out the latest when you log in. While Luck City’s approach to promotions is comprehensive, be mindful that the high wagering requirements could lessen the thrill and make your winnings sticky.

What are the Pros and Cons of Luck City?

Pros: Luck City does a solid job of ticking all the important boxes, sticking to the tried-and-tested ProgressPlay template. Its real strength lies in sports betting, where it offers a wide selection of sports and betting options, accompanied by some really engaging promotions. For those who put a lot of money into their bets, the tailor-made Rewards Store provides some truly attractive rewards.

Cons: On the downside, the hefty wagering requirements for casino bonuses at Luck City can really spoil the fun, taking away from the overall enjoyment. The website’s template-based design feels quite stale and does little to make the site stand out. The choice of grey as the main colour for the site was a misstep, failing to add any sparkle. Furthermore, the speed of withdrawals lags behind what you might expect in today’s fast-paced online casino world.

Top Games at Luck City

If Luck City was serious about leaning into its chosen theme, the homepage would be full of Irish-themed slots. It wouldn’t be difficult for the casino to do that – it has literally dozens of them in its massive portfolio. Unfortunately, that’s more thought and care than the design team wanted to put in, which means what you’ll see on the homepage of Luck City is the same as what you’ll see on the homepage of virtually every ProgressPlay casino that shares this template, with the same slots even appearing in the same order. We’ll note that sports betting and live dealer options are also available, but slots is where the casino puts its focus.

Of the many slots available, the ones you’re likely to find on the homepage will be a combination of trusted classics and brand-new arrivals. We found Super Lion by Skywind Group on the homepage, for example, but we also found Fulong 88 by Play’n Go. The latter title was a relatively new release at the time this review was written, so we’d be surprised if the game hung around on the homepage for long. If your tastes are more traditional, you might be drawn to Triple 777 Jackpot by Games Inc or Hot To Burn by Pragmatic Play. It’s safe to say that all the main categories and genres are covered, as well as plenty of niche ones.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

Luck City offers a range of options to withdraw your winnings, including Skrill, PayPal, Payz, debit cards, and Neteller, making it easy to access your money. Typically, withdrawals are processed within one business day, but it can take between a day and a week for the funds to appear in your account, with e-wallets usually being the quickest method. The transactions will be listed on your statement under the name of Babaloo Limited or ProgressPlay Ltd, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your withdrawal begins. Be aware that withdrawing funds might incur a small fee, which won’t exceed 1% or £3. Additionally, Visa and MasterCard users in certain regions may face some restrictions. Luck City also has the authority to delay or cancel withdrawals to verify the authenticity of deposits.

Customer Support and Licensing

The casino provides a 24/7 live chat service, which you can most easily find on the banking pages. If you’re struggling to connect via live chat, or it’s not working, you can always reach out for help by emailing [email protected]. Luck City, managed by ProgressPlay Limited, is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 39335. In May 2022, instead of facing formal action, the operator agreed to pay a settlement of £175,718 to the regulator. This was after the UKGC determined that ProgressPlay had not fully complied with the licensing requirements for assessing customer risks and preventing money laundering. The licence is still valid and applies to all of Luck City’s sister sites.

Luck City – The Verdict

We probably sounded harsh at the beginning of this review, but that’s because we were wearily resigned to experiencing a very generic, nominally Irish-themed online casino, and that’s exactly what happened. We’ll happily say that Luck City doesn’t do anything wrong – it has a fantastic selection of games and other iGaming options, from its slots to its sports betting – but nothing about the casino is memorable. In name, theme and appearance, Lucky City is simply drab. It’s competing against dozens of other casinos on the ProgressPlay Limited platform, and it simply doesn’t do enough to stand out among them. A makeover would do the casino a world of good.
