Lucky Carnival Sister Sites

LUCKY CARNIVAL IS NOT COVERED BY A UK GAMBLING COMMISSION LICENCE.

Lucky Carnival of one of what might be one hundred or more casinos on the Cerberlot N.V. platform. All of them accept registrations from players based in the UK. None of them ought to be doing so. That’s because none of the Lucky Carnival sister sites are covered by a UK Gambling Commission licence. Cerberlot N.V. doesn’t have one, so none of its casinos have one either. The risks posed to UK-based players by playing at unlicensed casinos are too high to justify, so we can’t recommend any of these casinos to our readers in the UK. If you’re not in the UK, though, read on to find out more about what the Lucky Carnival sister sites have to offer.

Yeti Win

Yeti Win logo

Legend has it that the Yeti, a sort of enormous woolly monster, lives in the Himalayas with Bigfoot. Some people even claim to have obtained photographic evidence of the existence of the yeti over the years, although their footage is always conveniently blurred. We can’t confirm whether or not the Yeti exists, but we can confirm that Yeti Win exists and is one of the most popular of the Lucky Carnival sister sites. The (perhaps) mythical creature is central to the casino’s design and aesthetic, serving as both a mascot and a host. The choice of character gives Yeti Win a playful ambience, but there’s plenty of substance to come with the whimsical approach. Yeti Win is especially notable for the generosity of its welcome promotions. The amount of boosted deposit cash on offer might not be massive, but the x1 wagering requirements mean that you have a realistic chance of walking away from the promotions in profit.

Yummy Wins

Yummy Wins logo

Yummy Wins is about all things tasty. If you’re lucky, a few tasty wins might also be on the menu. Your dentist wouldn’t approve of Yummy Wins – instead of focusing on healthy foods, it’s all about the kind of sugary snacks that your parents always warned you against eating too much of. We know that this is a popular theme and that popularity is reflected in the number of Lucky Carnival sister sites that use it – Sweety Win also uses the same theme and a very similar aesthetic. Of all the casinos we’re going to mention to you in this list, though, Yummy Wins has more in common with Yeti Win than any of the others – and that’s not just because they both start with the letter ‘Y.’ Both casinos have very similar sign-up promotions, so the spirit of generosity we just lauded Yeti Win for also exists at Yummy Wins.

Bounty Reels

Bounty Reels logo

A name like “Bounty Reels” gives a web designer free reign to go mad with a pirate theme for an online casino. We know that pirate themes are popular at online casinos because of all the smash-hit pirate-themed online slots out there, so we can’t help but feel like Cerberlot N.V. missed the mark when putting Bounty Reels together. There are no pirates at this casino – the theme is just “money,” which makes it one of the least interesting Lucky Carnival sister sites to look at. If that were the only problem at Bounty Reels, we could look past it, but it isn’t. It’s obvious from the wording of some of the text on the website that the terms and conditions have been copied and pasted from another one of the Lucky Carnival sister sites called Golden Mister, and the promotions have the highest wagering requirements on this casino network. Bounty Reels is one to miss.

Voodoo Wins

Voodoo WIns logo

People in the western world tend to view Voodoo as a fun bit of fluff. The city of New Orleans in the United States of America is almost entirely themed around voodoo for the entertainment of the many tourists who visit the city every year. In other parts of the world, though, the topic of voodoo is taken very seriously. Plenty of people would be appalled to find out that there’s an online casino called Voodoo Wins, but here it is – and it’s another of the most popular offerings on the Lucky Carnival sister sites platform. In all honesty, though, there isn’t much to the theme. The logo looks kind of spooky, but the rest of the casino is almost down to the bare bones of the generic template that Cerberlot N.V. so often uses when making new casinos. A few more magic-themed slots or a magician mascot character wouldn’t go amiss here.

Twister Wins

Twister WIns logo

Thankfully, we in the UK don’t have to deal with tornadoes or twisters all too often. There was a very small one in the north of England in early 2024, and its rarity was enough to ensure that it made national news, but that tornado wouldn’t even have raised an eyebrow in America’s tornado alley, where twisters are almost a fact of daily life. They’re enormously destructive events, so let’s hope that Twister Wins doesn’t prove to be just as destructive to your bankroll. Sadly, it’s another of the Lucky Carnival sister sites to have let itself down a little with its theme. Very little has been done with the concept behind the casino, and the dark red colour scheme feels like a poor choice. Given how similar the majority of the casinos on this platform are, it’s the ones with the great themes that stand out the most. Twister Wins isn’t among their number.

Lucky Carnival Review 2024

Lucky Carnival is, as its name suggests, inspired by carnivals, parties and fiestas. Given the casino’s decor, we believe it to be specifically inspired by the party scene of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, which is famous all over the world. The theme makes for some exciting and attractive images on the Lucky Carnival homepage, but it’s still the same standard-issue Cerberlot N.V. casino underneath. Experience tells us that the casinos on this network are made or broken by the promotions that they offer, so let’s have a closer look at those while we review the casino in full.

Lucky Carnival sister sites homepage

Lucky Carnival Welcome Offers

Lucky Carnival provides deposit bonuses to go with the first three deposits a newcomer makes at the casino, should said player decide that they’re happy with the terms on offer. First deposits get a 100% boost up to a maximum limit of £1000. The same boost and same limit apply to second and third deposits, too, but the minimum qualifying deposit increases each time. It’s £40 on deposit one, £100 on deposit two, and £200 on deposit three. That makes the price of entry quite high compared to your average online casino. All bonus cash is subject to an x35 playthrough requirement before any real money can be withdrawn.

Ongoing Promotions

A lot of the Lucky Carnival sister sites have separate promotions for their sports betting facilities. Lucky Carnival does not, which automatically makes it weaker than many of its siblings. Overall, the casino is pretty weak when it comes to ongoing promotions in general. There are prize draws and tournaments, but the casino doesn’t always seem to be aware of the difference between a prize draw and a tournament, and the prizes for victory are unclear. Similarly, the banners that appear on the Lucky Carnival homepage speak of bonuses that are awarded for, say, installing the official Lucky Carnival app or connecting with the casino on Telegram, but no details are provided about how players might obtain the advertised bonus after taking the required action.

Pros and Cons of Lucky Carnival

Pros: The welcome promotion at Lucky Carnival is OK, but no more than that. The amount of bonus cash up for grabs is fine, as is the stipulated wagering requirement, but the minimum deposits that the casino asks for are high. The portfolio of slots and games is impressively large, and we appreciate that the casino has a dedicated telephone number to call for UK-based players in need of assistance.

Cons: While having the telephone number is great, it doesn’t change the fact that Lucky Carnival shouldn’t be dealing with UK-based players at all – it doesn’t have the licence that it’s required to have in order to do so. Even if we could overlook that – which we can’t – the casino is way too vague when it comes to the terms and conditions of its promotions and its withdrawal policy.

Top Games at  Lucky Carnival

While Lucky Carnival doesn’t outright state how many slots and games it has available, we can get a hint of the full range by opening the “Games” tab and scrolling down. We can see that there are several hundred online slots here, plus cyber sports betting, real sports betting and a few live casino or live dealer games to boot. There are, however, only a handful of providers working with the casino, which is likely a consequence of the casino being unlicensed. Evolution Gaming is the best-known of the represented providers, with other names including Endorphina and BGaming. Most of the names that you’d see at a UKGC-licensed casino are missing, so the selection of slots and games on the Lucky Carnival homepage will likely feel unfamiliar.

As an example of what we mean by the above, the top slots game at Lucky Carnival as of the time of writing is Bone Bonanza, which is a colourful Aztec-themed game. We’re sure the slot’s fine, but it’s not exactly Starburst. Similarly, Sun of Egypt 4: Hold and Win isn’t exactly Book of Dead, and Grab More Gold isn’t exactly Bonanza. All your favourite themes and genres are covered, but they’re covered by titles that you’re unlikely to have come across before unless you’re something of a non-Gamstop aficionado.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

Lucky Carnival doesn’t do a very good job of making clear the options available to players when it comes to deposits and withdrawals at the casino. There isn’t a banking page, so there’s little to go off other than the list of payment provider logos that appear in the footer of the casino’s homepage. Mastercard and Visa are both referenced there, so we know debit cards are welcome. If you’d rather use cryptocurrency, your options are Tether or Bitcoin. That appears to be the entire selection, so there’s no coverage or support for any e-wallets. Some players might find that restrictive.

While there isn’t a banking page at Lucky Carnival, the casino does have an FAQ, and in that FAQ, it gives is a modicum of detail about transaction timings. Two working days is the processing time for every withdrawal request, but this might sometimes slip to three. We also note that “processing” isn’t the same thing as “transferring,” so it might be that a further wait is required after processing is complete. We have no idea how long or short that wait might be.

Customer Support and Licensing

We’ve mentioned Lucky Carnival’s UK-based telephone support number as a positive for the casino a couple of times now, so here’s the number – 0204 5868065. If you don’t want to speak to anybody over the phone, your alternative options are to use the live chat service or to send an email to the casino at [email protected].

Lucky Carnival doesn’t claim to hold any iGaming licences – not even a Curacao eGaming licence. Casino licenses are easy to obtain in Cerberlot N.V.’s native Curacao, so we’re not sure why the operator doesn’t hold one – it doesn’t reflect well on the company’s credibility. Without any evidence to the contrary, we have to assume that Lucky Carnival and all of the Lucky Carnival sister sites are entirely without license or regulation, which is the biggest of all red flags for online casinos.

Lucky Carnival – The Verdict

Even if everything else about Lucky Carnival was world-class, we still wouldn’t be able to recommend it to our readers. There’s no good reason for any online casino to be unlicensed and unregulated, so the natural assumption is that those casinos that choose to go without any regulatory oversight are up to no good. That’s not a specific accusation directed at Lucky Carnival – it’s just an observation. However, Lucky Carnival isn’t a world-class casino anyway. It doesn’t have world-class providers working with it, the promotions aren’t on that level, and there are too many unanswered questions about some of the site’s service standards. There are better casinos on the Cerberlot N.V. platform than this one, but ultimately, even those better casinos are also unregulated. Best to give the whole lot a miss.
