Memo Casino
Memo Casino sister sites include BDMBet, Kinghills Casino, Wbetz Casino, Jokabet, CryptoLeo, Nine Casino, NineWin Casino and more.
Memo Casino (memocasino.com) is operated by IntellogixSoft B.V. of Curacao.
Memo Casino Sister Sites 2024
The situation with the Memo Casino sister sites is a little more unusual than that of most casino families. The casinos we’ve listed below share a software platform and a template with Memo Casino, but they don’t share the same operator. The company behind Memo Casino is IntellogixSoft B.V., which is based in Curacao. The casinos we’ve identified as Memo Casino sister sites mostly belong to other Curacao-based casino network companies, although some of them are based in Costa Rica instead. Also, not all of them have iGaming licences in place. They’ll offer you a very similar experience to the one you’ve had at Memo Casino because the software platforms are the same, but they shouldn’t be considered sister sites of Memo Casino in the truest sense of the term.
BDMBet
In the corporate world, “BDM” generally means “Business Development Manager.” Unless this is the most niche casino in the world, we don’t think that idea was the inspiration for BDM Bet. That being said, we have no idea what the initials could otherwise stand for, so we’re open to suggestions. What we can tell you is that BDM Bet might not be anywhere near as well-known as the other Memo Casino sister sites, but that’s not because it lacks in quality. Virtually all of the casinos on this operator’s platform are identical, like they were bought in flat pack format from IKEA and then pieced together. One of the only differences you might find between the casinos on the network is that some have sports betting, and some don’t. BDMBet offers the facility, and that alone means that it’s above the operator’s average standard.
Kinghills Casino
When Uno Digital Media B.V. added Kinghills Casino to the collection of Memo Casino sister sites in early 2024, we thought, “Surely they can’t do it again.” We were convinced that the market had been saturated by Nine Casino, NineWin and Jokabet, and that there would be no room for another casino that looks and performs exactly the same. Like the man in the orthopaedic shoes, we’re always happy to stand corrected, and so corrected we stand. Despite having a name that makes it sound like a shopping centre, Kinghills has proven to be just as successful as the other casinos we just mentioned. Does it do anything that those casinos don’t do already? No. Does it have some secret magic ingredient that might otherwise explain its popularity? Well, if it does and you can find it, you’re doing a better job than us.
Jokabet
We can save time here by simply saying Jokabet offers more of what you enjoyed about the other Memo Casino sister sites. It doesn’t really stand out from them, except for its different name and a subtle green hue on its homepage. Actually, in some respects, it’s less appealing than the other Uno Digital Media casinos – and it’s not just because we think green was a poor colour choice. Jokabet seems to have fewer games compared to the top Memo Casino sister sites, and some of the promotions have been slightly reduced in value. However, sometimes the beauty of a good casino site is in its simplicity. If you appreciate a straightforward site, you might find Jokabet appealing. We know that there must be plenty of people out there who enjoy that spirit of simplicity, because Jokabet remains one of the platform’s top choices.
Nine Casino
It’s been quite a few years since non-UKGC casinos began trying to appeal to UK players, giving us ample time to determine which one stands out as the most successful in this category – even though, technically and in the eyes of the law, they shouldn’t be operating in the UK. Among the many contenders, none have achieved more rapid success than Nine Casino. This casino made a dramatic entrance in 2023 and has been thriving ever since. When new casinos emerge among the Memo Casino sister sites, they all aim to emulate Nine Casino. Perhaps this explains why they all resemble Nine Casino so closely – if a formula works, why not stick with it? Nine Casino isn’t flashy, but it excels in the basics. Perhaps that’s the lesson we should take from all of this – everyone’s trying to make complicated casinos, while Nine Casino wins by keeping it simple.
NineWin
On the surface, NineWin Casino looks like it shouldn’t have succeeded. It was launched to ride the wave of Nine Casino’s instant popularity, which remains the top Memo Casino sister site. There’s nothing unique about NineWin Casino compared to Nine Casino. Their names are confusingly similar, which is an odd branding move, and their layouts are identical. However, the reality often differs from expectations, and when NineWin Casino launched at the start of 2024, it quickly became so popular that it temporarily had more visitors than Nine Casino. It seems that players who had good luck at Nine Casino wanted to try their fortune again, so they moved to NineWin hoping for the same experience. Since the two sites are nearly identical, there’s no reason they wouldn’t get it. Perhaps you really can’t have too much of a good thing after all?

Memo Casino Review 2024
The company that makes the software that this casino family operates on will keep going back to the well to serve us near-identical online casinos for as long as players keep flocking to them. Given that the virtual equivalent of a stampede greets every new casino on the platform, we don’t see the pattern stopping any time soon. Memo Casino, though, is a little different from its sister sites. The focus at this site is one hundred per cent on the selection of more than five thousand slots and live casino games that it offers. It’s stripped back by the operator’s standards, but it still looks good for it, and it still offers sports betting to go with its general casino section. Let’s see what it has to offer.
Memo Casino Welcome Promotions
The casinos on this platform offer near-identical promotions. You’ll see an offer of a £450 “welcome package” on the homepage of each site, always accompanied by 250 free spins. You’ll have to make three deposits if you want to claim all of the cash and all the spins, though. Broken down, the offer is a 100% deposit match up to £150 on deposit one, 55% up to £150 again on deposit two, and 100% up to £150 on deposit three. The first 150 spins come with the first deposit and the remaining 100 lands with the second deposit. At all times, the wagering requirement for winnings from free spins and general bonus cash is set at x35, which is neither too high to be annoying nor low enough to delight us.
Other Promotions
Memo Casino offers a lot of extra bonuses, with the most appealing likely being its ongoing cashback offer. If you’re unlucky and finish your session at Memo Casino with losses, the casino will return twenty-five per cent of those losses to you the following week. There’s no mention of an upper limit to this offer. However, the cashback percentage you receive will vary based on your VIP status at the casino. More on the VIP scheme shortly. Memo Casino also has a wheel of fortune bonus, allowing players to spin the wheel once a day for a prize.
Oddly, Memo Casino offers both a loyalty scheme and a VIP Club, which is unusual since they’re typically combined. The loyalty scheme has four tiers, with promotions based on points collected through regular gameplay, though you can earn extra points by completing occasional missions set by the casino. Each new tier comes with a cash bonus and a one per cent increase in weekly cashback. As for the VIP Club, details are thin on the ground. The casino doesn’t provide much information upfront, suggesting that membership might be by invitation only.
What are the Pros and Cons of Memo Casino?
Pros: If you like this operator’s style but you hate distractions, you’ll like Memo Casino. It takes all the core elements of the top casinos on the platform but dispenses with some of the other superfluous elements to give us a streamlined iGaming experience. The slots are world class, and the terms and conditions of the promotions are broadly fair.
Cons: Not being able to assess the VIP program means that we can’t say whether it’s worth spending the time and effort at Memo Casino to reach the top of it. Withdrawals seem unnecessarily slow – we’re not sure why an e-wallet withdrawal would need to take five business days. The casino’s licensing status is also in question.
Top Games at Memo Casino
While Memo Casino is restricted to the same template as its sister sites, there are a few indications that it’s trying to find ways to be different. One of those indications is the way that the casino’s homepage is laid out. We know that there are over five thousand slots here because it tells us, and also because that staggering number is the standard allocation for casinos on this platform. However, it doesn’t showcase any of those slots on its homepage. Instead, players are invited to click a button to see “Original Games.” Upon doing so, they’re taken to a selection of games that are advertised as being exclusive to Memo Casino.
We’re not sure how “exclusive” these games really are. They have names like “Lucky Mines” and “Aviatrix” which closely resemble the names of some fairly famous crash games. The same applies to “Joker Poker” and “Bubbles.” The names of the games might be exclusive to Memo Casino, but the format isn’t. If you’re still more interested in slots, you might be interested to know that the top slots at Memo Casino at the time of writing are Burning Chilli X, Sugar Rush and Big Bass Splash. The presence of the latter two slots tells you how integral Pragmatic Play is to the Memo Casino portfolio.
Withdrawal Processing & Support
Memo Casino doesn’t have a comprehensive banking and payments page, which is a bit of a drawback. However, we’ve managed to gather enough details from other sections of the site to provide a good overview. To start, you can use your debit card for withdrawals, which is fairly standard. If you prefer e-wallets, your options include MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill, or Jeton. Unfortunately, PayPal isn’t supported. AstroPay is an option too, but the casino seems to prefer cryptocurrencies, and they accept all major ones through their various respective wallets. None of these methods are particularly speedy—withdrawals typically take up to five business days. Given that crypto is designed to be instant and e-wallets should be almost as fast, we don’t know why such a delay exists.
Customer Services & Licensing
Customer support at Memo Casino is provided two ways; players can either send an email to [email protected], or they can use the live chat service. Although the hours of live support aren’t given, we think the service is provided around the clock. The casino used to have a Curacao eGaming licence, but no longer claims to hold any licenses at all. This shift away from regulation is something we’ve also noted happening at several of the Memo Casino sister sites, and it makes us uneasy.
Is it Worth Playing at Memo Casino?
There’s no reason why Memo Casino can’t go on to become a success. Most of the casinos that use this software platform have found large audiences on the international scene, and Memo Casino is made of the same basic ingredients. It’s a little trim compared to some of the bigger ones, but there are plenty of players who’ll see that as a positive rather than a negative. The only question is whether players will eventually tire of having so many identical casinos to play at, but we’ve been wondering when that will happen ever since the launch of Kinghills Casino, and there are no signs of it starting to happen yet. Just remember that if you’re in the UK, you shouldn’t be spending money here.
Memo Casino Reviews
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of Memo Casino.
- 20-Nov-2024 by Amber:
Excellent casino, I absolutely love using it! – source: Trustpilot - 20-Nov-2024 by Melissa:
Absolutely disgraceful. While it’s easy to sign up, withdrawing your money is nearly impossible. I’ve submitted all documents except a bank screenshot, which my banking app doesn’t allow. Customer service was unhelpful and told me to be patient. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll report it as fraud to my bank. Avoid this site at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 20-Nov-2024 by Ben:
You have to wager your own deposited funds, not just bonus money. I deposited £150 and won £300, but then I had to wager it all and ended up losing everything. How is this fair? It’s absolutely ridiculous. – source: Trustpilot - 20-Nov-2024 by Charlotte:
Completely disgusted! As a UK player, I was able to sign up, verify my ID, and play with no issues for weeks. Then, suddenly, I was restricted from logging in because the UK is now blocked. My deposited money is gone. I’ve requested a refund and will pursue legal action if I don’t get my funds back. – source: Trustpilot - 20-Nov-2024 by Adrian:
Highly suspicious about the level of personal information needed to withdraw winnings. They ask for photos of your bank card and statements on top of ID verification. It feels like they’re asking for too much. Can anyone confirm if this is legitimate? – source: Trustpilot - 20-Nov-2024 by Zoe:
Memo Casino has agreed to refund my deposits after acknowledging UK restrictions and other issues. I’ve submitted all required verification documents and am waiting for the refund to hit my account. I’ll update this review once it’s complete, but I’m still quite nervous about the process. – source: Trustpilot - 19-Nov-2024 by Rayona:
This is a fantastic little casino with loads of choice. Absolutely love it! – source: Trustpilot - 19-Nov-2024 by Mark:
This company is a complete scam. They refuse to return your money and seem to fake positive reviews. Use this site at your own risk. – source: Trustpilot - 19-Nov-2024 by Nathan:
As a UK player, I’ve had a great experience so far. Signing up and verifying my account was simple, and customer service was quick and helpful. I initially gave four stars while waiting for a withdrawal, but the money arrived in less than 24 hours, so I’ve updated my review to five stars. – source: Trustpilot - 18-Nov-2024 by Marian:
This site is enjoyable for playing slots and better than many others I’ve tried. – source: Trustpilot
