All Palau Holdings N.V. Casinos 2024

Palau Holdings NV Sister Sites

The Palau Holdings N.V. casinos are all covered by a licenced granted by iGaming authorities in Curacao. While we accept that this is better than not having any licence at all, it isn’t a respected licence. There are several known issues with casinos and casino operating companies based in Curacao. This is one of the main reasons why casino sites based and licensed there aren’t allowed to offer their services to players in the UK. Most of the Palau Holdings casinos will automatically block any attempt to register with them from a UK address, but just in case they don’t, we advise that UK-based players shouldn’t play at any of them.

The safest way for UK players to play is at casinos licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

CyberSpins

cyberspins sister sites

Cyberspins attempts to identify itself straight off the bat as an online casino site that can do almost anything. It makes it very clear from the moment that potential players arrive on its homepage that the site offers not only online slots but also blackjack, keno, and bingo. The only thing missing from the proposition is sports betting. To make the deal even sweeter, the standing Cyberspins welcome offer is ten free spins on one of its trademark jackpot slots without the need to make any deposit. While the range of slots and casino games at Cyberspins isn’t enormous, the total number of available games stands somewhere close to nine hundred and includes contributions from some – but not all – of the best-known names in the casino industry. Cyberspins operates on the Vista Gaming platform, which has been online since 1996 and pre-dates the founding of Palau Holdings N.V. There’s nothing outstanding or even particularly memorable about Cyberspins, but it’s a competently-designed casino site and looks like it would be fun to play at if it weren’t for the lack of a UKGC licence.

Bingo Fest

bingofest sister sites

The conventional way of thinking about bingo sites is that they’re of more interest to women than they are to men. That might not be as true a statement as it used to be, but there are still more female bingo players than there are male, and that alone probably explains why Bingo Fest is bright pink. Colour scheme aside, Bingo Fest presents itself with a vibrant theme supported by a multicoloured logo and a happy-looking parrot mascot. The emphasis is very much on fun, which is precisely what a good bingo site ought to be about. In keeping with many modern bingo sites, Bingo Fest offers more than just bingo to keep its players entertained. Other gaming categories at this Palau Holdings N.V. casino site include slots, video poker and keno. The games portfolio is actually identical to that of Cyberspins – it’s just a simple case of repositioning to give more prominence to the bingo attractions. The Bingo Fest site has been online for a little over twelve years and so must have had previous ownership before the formation of the company that now owns it. Perhaps that has something to do with the fact that it’s also on the veteran Vista Gaming network.

Vegas Crest

vegascrestcasino sister sites

No casino network is complete without at least one site themed around Las Vegas, and so this is Palau Holdings N.V.’s attempt to jump aboard the train. However, Vegas Crest Casino makes it three out of three for sites that pre-date their owners. Palau Holdings N.V. didn’t exist before 2016 and didn’t gain its licence in Curacao until 2019. Vegas Crest Casino has been online since 2014. Given that Vista Gaming now belongs to Palau Holdings, it’s possible that Palau spawned from Vista rather than the other way round. We’re used to Vegas-themed casinos being brightly-coloured, gaudy affairs, but Vegas Crest Casino bucks that trend with its metallic look. Like its sister sites, Vegas Crest Casino has a mixture of online slots, video poker games, and table games, including keno. It looks like the nine-hundred-or-so games at Cyberspins are the same nine-hundred-or-so games that you’ll find everywhere else on the range. That leaves very little to pick between the casinos save for your choice of theme. Games at Vegas Crest Casino are provided by names like Betsoft, Saucify and Mascot Gaming, so if you played here, you’d probably find that you won’t find many of your favourites, but you might come across more than a few hidden gems that you’ve never seen anywhere else. Given the preference of big-name providers to work with casinos that have more respectable licenses, that isn’t especially surprising.

Bingo Spirit

Bingo Spirit

We could keep this description brief by saying that Bingo Spirit is merely a reskin of Bingo Fest. The pink hues of Bingo Fest are replaced by a more neutral blue at Bingo Spirit, but there’s no avoiding the fact that many of the design elements are the same. That includes the content of some of the promotional banners, which look out of place when they appear at Bingo Spirit because they’re the wrong colour. Checking the casino site’s homepage reveals that the promotions and tournaments that are staged at Bingo Spirit are also identical to those that are staged at Bingo Fest, right down to the special “Ladies Day” and “Mother’s Day” tournaments. Staging a mother’s day tournament might sound like an odd idea for a casino site, given that the event happens just once per year, but someone at Palau Holdings N.V. has apparently decided that mother’s day happens every Sunday. Bingo Spirit has been online for more than a decade and promises fans a first-class bingo spirit, but it also includes the same casino games you’ll find everywhere else on this network. At this point, we should point out that all of the Palau Holdings N.V. sites, including Bingo Spirit, come with a VIP loyalty reward scheme for players that stick with them for the long term. Again, it looks like a fun bingo site – it’s just not one that we can recommend our UK readers try because of the licencing situation.

CyberBingo Casino

CyberBingo Casino logo

Cyberbingo is, as you can probably tell from both the name of the site and the font used in its logo, a Cyberspins sister site. They would automatically be sister sites because they’re both part of the same casino network, but these two casinos go hand in hand with virtually identical branding. The big question we have about that is why it was deemed necessary. Cyberbingo is very much like Bingo Fest and Bingo Spirit in that it has the same promotions, layout and features, but it’s also very much like Cyberspins in that it offers all of the same casino games presented in a different order. It’s not like Palau Holdings N.V. is the only casino network company out there to use a template when it’s putting casino sites together, but in the case of Cyberbingo it’s hard to see what the site’s unique selling point is supposed to be. Perhaps it’s the casino’s age. We’ve already covered that Vista Gaming has been online since 1996, and if the promotional text on the Cyberbingo site is to be believed, this casino has been here since the very start. It was the first casino site to launch on the platform, and so by rights, it ought to be looked at as the flagship brand of Palau Holdings N.V. It’s just a shame that there’s nothing special about it apart from that.

About Palau Holdings N.V.

The story of Palau Holdings N.V. is very similar to the story of countless other casino network companies that call Curacao home. It’s a business that doesn’t have a website, nor does it have much in the way of any other discernible presence on the internet. Curacao is a place where casino network companies can effectively hide, free of the responsibilities that come with being licenced and regulated in the UK market. The downside of that from their point of view is that not having a UK Gambling Commission licence means that the company can’t offer its websites or services in the UK. While holding a Curacao iGaming licence has opened some doors in Europe and further afield for Palau Holdings, the door to the UK remains closed and will remain closed unless they decide to apply for the relevant licence. That, above all other reasons, is why we can’t recommend using any of the Palau Holdings casinos.

Another downside of not holding a more respectable licence is that Palau Holdings hasn’t yet been able to persuade some of the bigger game providers to work with them. You won’t find, for example, any casino games by the likes of Microgaming, Pragmatic Play or NetEnt at any of the Palau Holdings casinos. The lack of those three companies would be a big miss for any casino network company as it means that all-time classics like Immortal Romance, Wolf Gold and Starburst are off the menu. In their place, players get access to slots and games from the likes of Mascot Gaming, Betsoft and Rival Gaming. Playing at a Palau Holdings casino means getting the chance to see and play slots and games that might not be available elsewhere but they’re offered through necessity rather than choice. Still, the games portfolio at the likes of Cyberspins is still better than you’ll see with other Curacao-based casino network companies, many of which work only with one or two providers – most notably RTG. These downsides come without the usual upside we see with casinos from this part of the world. Most Curacao-based casinos accept cryptocurrencies as a form of both payment and withdrawal. This option is presumably open to Palau Holdings N.V., but the company has elected not to take it.

Palau Holdings N.V. and Vista Gaming

The current incarnation of Palau Holdings has existed since March 2019, which is when the company was founded in Curacao. We’ve alluded several times on this page to the idea that the company was born from a far older entity. Information on this front is scant, but we know that Palau Holdings is the sole owner of a company called Vista Gaming. Vista Gaming has been around since 1996. Either Palau Holdings N.V. acquired Vista Gaming shortly after the company was formed, or Palau Holdings was born from Vista Gaming and quickly grew so large that Vista became part of Palau.

The stated mission of Vista Gaming is outlined on the company’s sparse, old-looking website. It exists to “create value” through business development and partnerships with casino brands. Vista Gaming describes itself as a business-to-business service provider that can help aspiring iGaming brands grow and become successful through its portfolio of bingo rooms and casino software platforms. That means that Vista Gaming is a white-label casino company and raises the possibility that some of the casino brands on the Palau Holdings N.V. network are operated on a white-label basis, but it’s impossible to verify that. A white-label model would explain why some of the casino sites on the network look so similar – they might have been built with a template provided by Vista Gaming. Bingo is the main focus of Vista Gaming, with casino games like slots and poker relegated to second and third place. As a “turnkey” white-label company, Vista Gaming can handle everything from customer support to security and risk management. The platform is described as “award-winning,” but it neglects to say which awards it’s won and when it won them. The site looks so old-school that it’s hard to imagine it will attract many customers in the 2020s.
