QueenPlay Sister Sites 2024
QueenPlay is an AG Communications Limited casino. What that means for you is that there are more than seventy Queen Play sister sites to choose from. We’re going to take a look at some of the best of them here in the list of highlights below, but if you’d rather see all of them in one place with links to full reviews, go to our dedicated AG Communications Limited page.
Luck Land
A structured loyalty program, lots of providers, and a near-endless list of casino games. That’s the basic premise of what Luckland Casino is all about. At the time of writing, Luckland Casino works with almost every provider worth its salt in the iGaming market, including names like SG Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt and many, many more. As is the case with almost all of the AG Communications Limited casinos, Luckland is optimised for the mobile format. You’ll find it works better on your phone or mobile device than it does on your laptop. The same is true of nearly all the Queen Play sister sites, which moved into the mobile age several years ago. Deposit and withdrawal methods at the casino are plentiful and easy to use, so players should find they have few reasons to complain when they play here – unless, of course, their luck isn’t in.
Karamba
You might find us repeating ourselves a few times as we look at the best of the Queen Play sister sites, as many of them have features in common. Karamba Casino is a perfect example of what we mean by that, as it has many similarities to both Queen Play and Luckland, but it would be more accurate to say that Queen Play and Luckland have things in common with Karamba Casino. That’s because Karamba and its blue parakeet mascot have been around for a very long time. It was 2005 when the first version of Karamba went live on the internet, which is practically the Dark Ages in terms of online casinos. It’s grown exponentially since then and currently holds licenses with three respected and trusted authorities – the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, and the relevant iGaming regulator in Sweden. The licenses enable Karamba to operate almost everywhere in Europe. While there often isn’t much to pick between QueenPlay sister sites, the level of customer support available at Karamba is above average for this network.
Bet Regal
BetRegal isn’t one of the bigger sites on the AG Communications Limited platform or one of the most popular QueenPlay sister sites, and nor would it ever claim to be. However, there’s a case for saying that it should be more popular than it is. A big chunk of that hypothetical case rests on the fact that BetRegal has an enormous sportsbook to offer. There are over seventy casinos on this operator’s platform, but only a handful of them have opted to include the sportsbook that AG Communications Limited offers to all of its white-label partners. The inclusion of the sportsbook, which makes BetRegal a well-rounded casino and iGaming site, is part of the reason why it’s been able to remain online and be successful for almost fifteen years. Still, it’s more popular elsewhere in Europe than it is in the UK, and that’s possibly down to the fact that other Queen Play sister sites spend more on domestic advertising.
Atlantic Spins
If you were to boil the standard AG Communications Limited design template down into its purest form, this is what you would end up with. Atlantic Spins has a barely-there undersea theme, and uses the same template that powers Luckland, Hopa, HeySpin, and quite a few of the other high-profile Queen Play sister sites. There are limitations to the template – not least the fact that it’s a little ugly – but it does an effective job of compressing almost all the games that Atlantic Spins has to offer into a single space in the middle of the homepage. Picking your way through the Atlantic Spins catalogue might take you a while, but you can do it with the benefit of a small matched deposit welcome bonus to help you out. Just be wary of the wagering requirements attached to the offer, which aren’t unreasonably high but also don’t amount to giving money away quite as freely as the offer might seem to suggest.
Neptune Play
Neptune Play is a relic of a bygone era at AG Communications Limited. There have always been more white-label QueenPlay sister sites than there were casinos and betting sites run by the company directly, but Neptune Play was one of the last two that remained until 2024. That year, Jambo Casino closed its doors forever, and Neptune Play became a white-label casino. It became far less interesting the moment that the change happened – and we don’t mean because it stopped being centrally controlled. For some reason, when Neptune Play was farmed out, its theme was all but removed. This casino used to have the kind of mythology-inspired undersea kingdom theme that its name strongly implies that it ought to have, but the theme is long gone. It’s now a fairly bland and featureless casino site, and we find ourselves wondering what the point of keeping it was.

QueenPlay Review 2024
QueenPlay belongs to what’s fast becoming a forgotten age of iGaming – an era when casino sites were made specifically for men and women. As such, this was once a much pinker website with more overtly stereotypical female-interest imagery. That’s no longer the case with either the industry or this casino. QueenPlay has changed with the times, and the modern version of the casino looks both attractive and inviting no matter your sex or gender. You’ll know from reading the above table that QueenPlay has a couple of issues, but do its positives outweigh its negatives? Read on to find out.
QueenPlay Welcome Offers
Queen Play welcomes new players to the realm with a generous welcome package consisting of a 3-part deposit match offer which can pay up to £200 in bonus cash and 100 bonus spins on top online slot games. On the first deposit, there is a 100% deposit bonus match that can award up to £50 in bonus cash and 20 bonus spins on Starburst. On the second and third deposits, there is a 50% deposit match bonus, which can pay up to £75. Additionally, on the first, second, third and fourth day after the qualifying first deposit, there are 20 free games on Finn and the Swirly Spin, Book of Dead, VIP Black and Aloha: Cluster Pays, respectively.
The minimum deposit required to unlock all of these bonuses is £20, and the offer is restricted to UK players. All bonuses that require a deposit, including the free spins winnings, must be wagered a minimum of 35x, and the max wins are capped at £500. These clauses are fairly standard across the QueenPlay sister sites.
QueenPlay is owned by AG Communications Ltd
During its long existence, AG Communications Ltd, which is a small part of the Aspire Global corporate entity, has established over 90 online casinos – mostly on a white-label basis for its international partners. That leaves Queen Play with a substantial number of sister sites, although it is worth noting that not every Queen Play sister site was created equal. There is a vast disparity between the nature of the platforms, which is noted mostly in the promotions. Some of the most popular Queen Play sister sites include Slots N Play, Griffon Casino, 24 Spins, Atlantic Spins, Casiplay, Chilli Spins Generation VIP, Hey Spin, Mr Mega, Scratch 2 Cash and VIP Casino. In more recent years, AG Communications Ltd, which has headquarters in Malta, has made major moves in the online gambling industry by integrating sportsbooks into Queen Play sister sites, such as Hopa, Karamba and Bet Target.
In November 2014, AG Communications Ltd became infinitely more credible when they gained their first licence from the UK Gambling Commission to complement the licence from the MGA. In 2017, the reputable casino brand operator gained their real event betting licence from the UKGC, which came two years before it became an approved vendor of online bingo products. However, online bingo content is absent from most Queen Play sister sites at the time of writing.
QueenPlay Ongoing Promotions
There are very few ongoing promotions at QueenPlay Casino, which is a shame because there used to be lots. As of the time this review was written, the only regular ongoing promotion available was the standard AG Communications Limited “Daily Spin Frenzy,” which rewards players with a package of free spins so long as they’re prepared to make large deposits each day. It’s possible to get ten free spins by wagering £100 at the bottom end of the offer, or fifty free spins by wagering £500 at the top end. The spins are expensive to acquire, and the x35 wagering that comes attached to them feels harsh given the cost.
If you want more than the above, you’re at the mercy of the time of your visit to the casino. Drops & Wins promotions are available all year round, but given that receiving rewards from Drops & Wins promotions has far more to do with luck than judgment, we don’t see them as bonuses in the traditional sense. You might also get access to other tournaments and competitions run by other providers – the Play’n Go “Buildin’ Bucks” tournament was due to start at the time of our visit, for example. In terms of bonuses and promotions that genuinely come from QueenPlay rather than its game providers, though, there’s nothing more to report.
What are the Pros and Cons of Queenplay Casino?
Pros: The casino offers up to £200 in bonus cash for new players, which isn’t bad for this network. The selection of slots is enormous and impressive, and it’s a decent-looking casino website.
Cons: The lack of ongoing deposit bonuses (or any other bonuses, in fact) will put off bonus hunters. Customer support isn’t provided live, which is badly behind the times in terms of service standards.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
The featured games at Queen Play are all titles that have been serving online slot spinners for quite some time, including Book of Dead, Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza, Immortal Romance, Wolf Gold, Primate King and Book of Itza. Thankfully, the New Games pages serve up a little more ingenuity and innovative mechanics with titles such as Time Spinners, Piggy Gangsters, Revved Wilds, Forest Fortunes, and Octobeer Fortunes.
While nobody could deny that QueenPlay Casino does an excellent job of curating top slots and adding to its selection with the best new releases from its partners, it’s not quite so impressive in other departments. The live casino suite is large, but it’s hidden away on a side menu and isn’t given the chance to shine on the casino’s homepage that it really deserves. Also, there’s no sports betting on the menu at QueenPlay. That’s probably a holdover from the days when QueenPlay was still supposed to be a casino for women – the operator didn’t add sports betting because it didn’t think female players would be interested in such a thing.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
The information available about withdrawal processing at QueenPlay is too vague for our liking. While promising that instant withdrawals are possible on almost every supported withdrawal method, including debit cards, e-wallets and services like Trustly, the casino gives itself a lot of wriggle room. Debit card transactions, for example, might be instant or take up to six days. The four e-wallets supported by the casino (MuchBetter, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller) might be instant, but could take up to two days. You’re looking at zero to four days for Trustly or instant banking, and the same again for AstroPay or ecoPayz. The only method that can never be instant is wire transfer or Interac transfer, which might take up to six days but will definitely take at least two.
QueenPlay Customer Support and License
The QueenPlay customer support team is ready to assist between 8am and midnight every day, but the only way to get in touch with them is by using the contact form on the website. There’s no live chat support and no phone number to call, which leaves QueenPlay lagging behind the best casinos in the marketplace when it comes to customer care.
The UK Gambling Commission licence that covers QueenPlay is held by AG Communications Limited under account no. 39483, and has regulatory action registered on it after an incident in 2022. A regulatory review revealed that the operator had failed in its obligations with regard to preventing money laundering, and a fine of £237,600 was issued. A formal warning was also handed out, and additional conditions were imposed on the company’s operating licence. The same licence covers all of the QueenPlay sister sites.
QueenPlay – The Verdict
This is a casino that looks better than it is. QueenPlay is one of the best of all the AG Communications Limited casinos when it comes to aesthetics, but it doesn’t measure up when it comes to content. Not only does it appear to have fewer games to play than quite a lot of the QueenPlay sister sites, but it also has very weak customer service and attracts consistently low scores at review sites like Trustpilot. We don’t think it’s as bad as some of the reviewers make it out to be (you can check out some of the reviews below), but nor do we think it’s one of the best casinos that this operator has on its roster. There’s definitely room for improvement.
What are players saying about QueenPlay?
Here are our condensed/reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of QueenPlay.
- 19-Jul-2024 by Neil:
Avoid this site at all costs. The games constantly cut out, making it impossible to win. When I reported the issue, I was told there was nothing wrong and that I should deposit more money and take screenshots to prove it. I’ve been a loyal player and never complained, but this has happened more than 10 times in a single game session. There are far better platforms out there – steer clear of this one. – source: Trustpilot - 09-Jun-2024 by Laura:
Avoid this site – they’re nothing but thieves. I deposited money, which left my bank account, but now I can’t even log in. Customer service was useless, suggesting I clear my cookies, cache, or try different devices. None of it worked, but they were quick to take my money. I’m going to seek advice from Citizens Advice on Monday because they’re clearly stealing from people. Total scammers – don’t waste your money here. – source: Trustpilot - 28-May-2024 by Mo:
This site is shocking. They charge you to deposit money and again to withdraw. None of the bonuses they advertise actually exist, and their customer service just fobs you off. Avoid at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Jul-2023 by IT:
I received an email saying I had registered, but I definitely hadn’t. I’m assuming it’s a scam or someone’s using my email. When I tried to reset the password (in case a scammer signed up using my email), the reset code never arrived. This site is 100% a scam, and I just hope whoever’s behind it is out of pocket. Avoid it at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 05-May-2023 by Sabrina:
I opened an account yesterday, won some money, and tried to withdraw it. The withdrawal is pending, but now I can’t log back in as my account has been deactivated. I emailed support and was told to use live chat, but there is no live chat on the site. After reading other reviews, I doubt I’ll get my withdrawal. This site is a complete mess. – source: Trustpilot - 01-May-2023 by Anonymous:
This site doesn’t honour its promotions. After you deposit, they take your money and claim there’s a technical issue. The live chat team is unhelpful, and I’ll be reporting them to the Gambling Commission. – source: Trustpilot - 02-Jan-2023 by Kamila:
This casino is a scam. I deposited £100 and won £1,300, but when I tried to cash out, they disabled my account. I haven’t been able to log in for over two weeks. They’ve even blocked my emails, which now bounce back. The customer service is dreadful – they don’t know what they’re doing, and it’s clear they don’t want to pay out my winnings. Avoid this casino. – source: Trustpilot - 02-Sept-2022 by Jade:
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this site. I won £450 on a 75p spin and received the money the same day. More recently, I won £1,300 from a £1 spin, withdrew the funds at 2:15, and had them in my bank by 2:30. I uploaded my ID when I first joined, so I’ve never had any issues. The customer service team is friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this site. – source: Trustpilot - 08-Aug-2022 by Vanessa:
Avoid this site at all costs. You never get fair play, no matter how much you spend. The bonuses they advertise don’t appear, and it’s a totally shocking experience. I can’t understand how sites like this are allowed to operate. Don’t waste your money here. If I could leave zero stars, I would. – source: Trustpilot - 18-Jun-2022 by Wayne:
Don’t play at this casino – it’s a total rip-off. It’s incredibly hard to get a bonus, and even if you do, the payout is minimal. I’ve played on loads of sites and complained about many, but this is by far the worst. They even charge you to deposit. Stay away – trust me. – source: Trustpilot
