Regal Wins Sister Sites

Regal Wins is currently on the Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited platform, but that hasn’t always been the case. A couple of years ago, it was a Daub Alderney casino. The Rank Group acquired Daub Alderney and brought all of its casinos in-house, and in the process, Regal Wins suddenly had a whole new set of sister sites. Some of those newer Regal Wins sister sites include some of the biggest-name casinos and iGaming sites in the UK today, whereas others are a little less popular. We’ve got a highlight list of the Regal Wins sister sites for you below, while the full details are available on our Rank Interactive operator page if you’d prefer.

Mecca Bingo

Mecca Bingo logo

There’s only one place to start with a list of Regal Wins sister sites, and that’s with the most popular bingo site in the UK. Mecca Bingo is a bingo and betting brand that’s famous not only nationally but internationally. If you live in a major town or city, there will be a Mecca Bingo somewhere near you. Perhaps you’ve even visited it. The online version of Mecca Bingo seeks to emulate the feeling of being in a real-life bingo hall but also enhances it with dozens of exclusive rooms and friendly chat hosts. As is so often the case with big bingo sites in the 2020s, though, Mecca Bingo has extended far beyond the remit of the bricks-and-mortar brand. The Mecca Bingo website offers not only all the bingo you can handle but also online slots, Slingo games, and even a few casino games with live dealers. The welcome promotion at the site is a little weak, but if you can overlook that, you’ll find that Mecca Bingo offers big prizes to regular players – including all-expenses-paid holidays! It’s a well-rounded casino site, and it’s designed for ease of use. All of the Regal Wins sister sites exist in the shadow of this one.

Grosvenor Casino

Grosvenor Casino logo

Much like Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos will be a familiar name to anyone who likes to go out and do their betting in person occasionally. It’s a real status symbol for Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited that both Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos are Regal Wins sister sites. However, the Grosvenor Casinos website isn’t quite as all-singing and all-dancing as the Mecca Bingo website. It’s a little blocky and dull with its layout and, in some places, doesn’t seem to know whether it would rather be an advertisement for real-life Grosvenor venues or a standalone online casino site. Without committing to either goal, it succeeds with neither. It’s not all bad news, though – Grosvenor Casino has a wide range of live dealers to choose from, with streams coming from genuine Grosvenor premises. There’s also a sportsbook, which is a unique proposition among the Regal Wins sister sites and makes Grosvenor Casinos an “all in one” betting site that covers all bases. If you’re happy with what you find here, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Kitty Bingo

Kitty Bingo logo

It could be argued that a casino network company that owns Mecca Bingo doesn’t need to own or operate any other bingo websites. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited doesn’t agree with that assessment. It operates several smaller bingo sites, one of which is Kitty Bingo. This is a can’t-miss site for all the feline lovers out there – and we know there are plenty! Kitty Bingo is one of the less well-known Regal Wins sister sites, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth a visit if bingo is your thing. For a start, it offers a £25 bingo bonus to all new players who start off with a deposit of at least £5. The wagering requirement for that bingo bonus is a mere x3, which is lower than average across the UK scene. Like most of the Regal Wins sister sites, Kitty Bingo offers a well-chosen range of online slots to go with its exclusive and non-exclusive bingo rooms. It’s not quite as well-stocked as Mecca Bingo is, but then again, none of the other casinos on the network are. Kitty Bingo is cute, cheerful, and popular. No matter your budget, you ought to be able to find a bingo room you love here.

Lucky Pants Bingo

Luckypants Bingo logo

People who play bingo can be a superstitious bunch, so we suspect there are quite a few of you who identify with the name and idea behind Lucky Pants Bingo. You don’t have to put on your lucky pants before you play here, but who’s to say it wouldn’t help? This is by far the quirkiest of the Regal Wins sister sites and has its tongue wedged so far into its cheek with some of its humour that it’s surprising it hasn’t come bursting out. Lucky Pants Bingo wants you to play with a smile on your face, but it’s serious about its iGaming portfolio and its promotional offers. Players who deposit at least £10 when they join Lucky Pants Bingo get a £30 bingo voucher to play with, although the homepage of the site doesn’t make the wagering requirements attached to the promotion clear. Visitors to the site are promised “plenty of saucy antics” if they decide to join (a promise it seems hard for an online casino to deliver on), and daily winnings paid out by the site are often in excess of £125,000.

Magical Vegas

Magical Vegas logo

Some of the Regal Wins sister sites were on the Daub Alderney Limited casino network before they became Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited network. As part of the move, the casinos underwent a redesign that saw them stretched across identical templates. Regal Wins itself was a victim of that strategy, and so was Magical Vegas, which looked a whole lot more magical before it was demoted to its current generic look. The template-based design has taken away a lot of what used to make these older casino sites unique. Magical Vegas used to have sparkle, but from a visual standpoint, it’s sadly lacking now. There’s more to a casino like Magical Vegas than what it looks like, though, and the facts remain that this is a casino that’s paid out more than £200m in its many years of operations. That marks it out as a generous casino, and it tries to follow up on that by offering a welcome promotion worth up to £300. Look closely, though, and you’ll see the wagering requirements attached to the bonus are x50. That’s a lot higher than the UK average and doesn’t represent a good deal for players.

Regal Wins Magical Vegas

Lucky VIP

Lucky Vip logo

Lucky VIP might be named as if it’s a prestigious casino site, but like the other Regal Wins sister sites that used to be on the Daub Alderney network, it’s suffered because of its switch to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited and the new look its been given. Nothing about the generic look of this casino site says “luxury.” The layout is basic, the colours are dull and there are few of the VIP trimmings you’d expect to see at a site that pursues the upper end of the high-roller market. Again, though, it has some perks to offer. New players at Lucky VIP can avail themselves of an offer that could see them net up to £555 in bonus funds through a matched first deposit, but those funds still have a way above-average wagering requirement of x50 attached to them. Aside from that, it offers the same platform of games as Regal Wins. It leads with live casino games rather than online slots, but it appears that the overall portfolio of games is identical at both sites.

Regal Wins sister sites Lucky VIP

Spin And Win

Spinandwin logo

Spin and Win is built on the same template we just referred to when we were discussing Lucky VIP – it just does a better job of disguising it. The white and blue colour scheme of Spin and Win makes it look fresh and airy, and the spotlight of the casino is very definitely on online slots. With a name like “Spin and Win,” it would be wrong to do it any other way. Several of the Regal Wins sister sites lead with online slots, though, and there’s little about Spin and Win that suggests it’s any more deserving of your money than the others. The top welcome promotion goes in its favour, though. At Spin and Win, the red carpet promotion is a 100% matched deposit with a cap of £500, and the good news here is that the massively high wagering requirement that plagues so many of the other Regal Wins sister sites doesn’t apply here. It’s set at x40. That’s still a little bit higher than the average across the UK online casino scene as a whole, but it’s much more reasonable than the x50 we’ve seen at more than one of the other sites.

Regal Wins sister sites Spin and Win

Bella Casino

Bella Casino logo

Bella Casino automatically delivers a little more prestige than most of the other Regal Wins sister sites. That’s because it’s the official casino of Bella Magazine, which is still published and read by thousands of people every week. Bella Magazine is primarily aimed at women. We’re used to seeing casinos aimed at women decked out in pink or purple and dominated by bingo games. Bella Casino is still decked out in purple and white, but it has a more forward-thinking approach. Here in the 2020s, we’re well aware that women enjoy online slots just as much as men do, and that’s why Bella Casino is dominated by the latest and greatest online slots from the biggest providers in the business. In fact, there are no bingo games at Bella Casino at all. Bingo is more than well catered for at other Regal Wins sister sites like Mecca Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo and all the rest, so Bella Casino offers slots, jackpot slots and live casino games. Wagering requirements are pleasingly low at x30, but the bad news is the maximum bonus you can claim as a new player is £50.

Regal Wins sister sites Bella Casino

The Vic

The Vic logo

There are many Grosvenor Casinos venues in the UK, but not all Grosvenor Casinos venues are equal. The biggest and best of them all is The Grosvenor Victoria in London, also known as The Vic. This is the official online casino version of The Vic, although we hesitate to describe it as a “real” online casino site. This isn’t a Regal Wins sister site in the same way that all of the other Regal Wins sister sites are. The majority of this website is dedicated to promoting The Vic as a venue, allowing people to make bookings and browse promotions that exist inside the brick-and-mortar venue. There’s a small “play online” section, but it contains only a handful of casino games and is there only to give people a taste of what’s on offer if they visit The Vic for real. If there’s a saving grace anywhere, it’s the fact that you can play games live-streamed from The Vic presented by real dealers who work inside the venue. The Vic provides a unique experience, but it has nowhere near as many features as you’d expect to find at a modern online casino site.

Regal Wins The Vic

Mecca Games

Mecca Games logo

Mecca Games ought to be a much bigger deal than it is. It’s an extension of Mecca Bingo, which should give it more name recognition value than any of the Regal Wins sister sites other than Mecca Bingo itself. Unfortunately, Mecca Games is guilty of a failure to launch. It hasn’t been around for very long, but it’s yet to capture any significant attention from the gaming public. At least part of that is down to Mecca Games not having a clear purpose. On the surface, the idea behind Mecca Games is that it does things that Mecca Bingo doesn’t. People should go to Mecca Bingo to play bingo and then come to Mecca Games to play slots and other casino games. The issue with that is Mecca Bingo now provides slots and all manner of other casino games, meaning that Mecca Games has no unique selling point. It’s basically Mecca Bingo without the bingo, and there’s no reason to come and play here when you could stay at Mecca Bingo instead and play the same games. Even the welcome promotion is weak, with a maximum of £40 available as a matched deposit bonus. We wouldn’t be shocked to see this site cease to exist in the not-too-distant future.

Regal Wins Review 2024

Regal Wins is a survivor. It’s been online since 2012 and has been through a few ownership changes during that time. Most recently, it moved from Daub Alderney to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in 2022. The move involved a makeover for the site – although, given what it did to the aesthetics of Regal Wins, it might be more appropriate to call it a “makeunder.” It’s not as pretty as it used to be, but how does it play? This review will tell you.

Regal Wins Sister Sites

Regal Wins Welcome Offer

The welcome promotion at Regal Wins is a 100% matched deposit offer. It sounds generous because it has a high cap of £500, but there are a couple of unfriendly terms and conditions that come along with it. The first is that the wagering requirements attached to the promotion are horribly high at x50, so if you do max out at £500, you’ll need to wager £25,000 before you can get anything back out of it. The second is that the maximum amount of bonus that can be converted to real money is x5, so even if you do make it through the £25,000 barrier, you won’t be able to withdraw any more than £2,500.

Ongoing Promotions

The only ongoing promotion at Regal Wins is the casino’s loyalty points scheme, promoted under the motto “earn as you play.” Every time you make a deposit and play a game at Regal Wins, you earn points. You need to amass one thousand points before you can convert anything to cash. When you do so, the exchange rate is £1 per 1000 points. The cash is treated as a bonus fund and has an x10 wagering requirement attached to it. The promotions page of Regal Wins makes it sound as if there are regular daily promotions and deposit offers, but if this is true, they must be delivered to players via email rather than promoted on the casino site as there’s nothing else listed save for the welcome offer and the loyalty reward scheme.

Regal Wins Pros and Cons

Pros:

Regal Wins is a fast-loading casino site with close to one thousand online slots to choose from.

Withdrawals to e-wallets, including PayPal, are processed in ten minutes or less on average.

Cons:

Wagering requirements are a problem. The wagering requirement attached to the welcome promotion is far too high at x50, and even the loyalty reward scheme comes with further requirements attached to it, which feels unnecessary.

Regal Wins is an ugly casino site. It was far better looking before its recent revamp, so it looks like it’s been downgraded.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

Regal Wins offers online slots with a side serving of Slingo games, so it’s the wrong casino to come to if you’re looking for table games or live dealers. If you’re fine sticking to the slots, you should find plenty of entertainment. The featured slots at the site change regularly, but these games were among the most popular at the time we visited Regal Wins to write this review.

9 Masks of Fire: This is a modern classic from Gameburger Studios, offering 96.24% RTP and above-average volatility. The free spins feature comes with an automatic multiplier of at least x2, but the big draw of 9 Masks of Fire is the way it pays out big jackpots to players who land multiple scatter symbols on a single spin. This mechanic has caught on across the industry, but 9 Masks of Fire is where it was seen first.

A Dark Matter: This is a lesser-known slot from Slingshot, which seems to have caught on at Regal Wins more than it’s caught on anywhere else. In all but name, the slot is based on the adventures of the fictional Victorian detective Sherlock Holmes. The quality of the artwork in the slot is excellent, and the stacked wilds make wins a little easier to come by during the base game. RTP is 96.18% with high volatility.

Ariana: Regrettably, this is not the official online slots game of Ariana Grande. However, it is a beautiful game themed around a powerful goddess and was launched by Microgaming in 2015. It’s now maintained by Games Global. The combination of average volatility and 95.48% RTP might not sound like much of a draw – especially to high-rollers – but the expanding symbols in both the base game and free spins help to bring the good-looking slot alive.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Regal Wins doesn’t offer a lot of choices when it comes to deposits and withdrawals, but it does offer speed. Options for deposit and withdrawal are Visa debit cards, Mastercard debit cards and PayPal. Pre-paid Paysafe cards are also options for deposits but don’t support withdrawals. You’ll be waiting 1-3 days if you choose to make your withdrawals to a debit card, but Regal Wins have pledged to process PayPal withdrawals in ten minutes or less so long as the customer requesting the withdrawal has passed verification.

Customer Support and License

To get a gold star from us for customer service, online casinos have to offer email, live chat and telephone support. Accordingly, Regal Wins gets a gold star. All three options are available, and someone should be available to speak to you at all times of the day.

Regal Wins is fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission through its parent company, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited.

Regal Wins – The Verdict

You should never judge a book by its cover. Regal Wins doesn’t look like much, but so long as you’re interested in online slots and nothing else, it’s a strong casino with plenty of options, fast withdrawals, and good customer support. If the wagering requirements attached to bonus funds at the casino weren’t so high, we’d be a lot more enthusiastic about recommending it.

Regal Wins – A Deeper Dive

Regal Wins – The Invisible Brand

Not every online casino brand indulges in expensive marketing campaigns, and that’s fine. Everyone finds their own way to the top, and not every company can or wants to spend millions of pounds on television campaigns. Almost everybody in the industry spends on marketing to some degree, though. Regal Wins is different because it partakes in so little promotion that it’s almost conspicuous by its absence. You can try as hard as you like, but you won’t find a Regal Wins YouTube channel. There isn’t a Regal Wins advert on television, and nor has there ever been. In cases like this, we normally expect to find that the casino has done most of its promotional work on social media, but with Regal Wins, that isn’t true.

The official Regal Wins Twitter account was suspended some time ago for unknown reasons and has never been re-instated. There’s no longer a link to it on the company website. The site does link to the official Regal Wins Facebook page, but that page has fewer than eight hundred followers and has seen only four posts in the past twelve months. Nevertheless, Regal Wins remains one of the most popular casino sites of its kind in the UK. Perhaps it’s all down to word of mouth!

A Change At The Top

Until 2019, Regal Wins was one of several casinos owned and operated by London-based company Stride Gaming. The success of the casino and its many sister sites attracted the attention of Rank Group Plc, which was actively looking to expand its presence in the UK’s vibrant iGaming sector at the time. The deal cost Rank £115m to complete and gave them ownership of not only Regal Wins but Lucky VIP, Bingo Extra, Aspers Casino, Kitty Bingo, Bella Casino, and several other casino brands well-known to UK-based players.

The big-money move was seen as a positive one for Regal Wins as a brand, giving them a spot on a higher-profile platform run by a well-respected company. Once the deal was confirmed to be complete, Rank Group Plc assigned ownership of the Regal Wins brand to its subsidiary company Daub Alderney Limited, which was also purchased from Stride Gaming that year. Things have changed again since then, with Rank Digital (Gibraltar) Limited assuming ownership of the casino.

Regal Wins Banner

Paying For Past Sins

There’s a topic that comes up again and again if you Google the names “Regal Wins” or “Daub International,” and it would be remiss of us not to mention it. In September 2021, Daub International Alderney limited was fined an enormous £5.85m by the Gambling Commission. The fine was levied because of breaches of anti-money laundering processes and social responsibility obligations.

The bulk of the offences were committed while Daub Alderney was still owned by Stride Gaming, but such matters are immaterial in the eyes of the regulator. This wasn’t the first time that Daub had fallen foul of its responsibilities while owned by Stride, as the company had previously been fined an eye-watering £7.1m in November 2018 for a separate set of anti-money-laundering breaches and social responsibility failures.

We should add that the Gambling Commission noted that improvements have been made since Rank Group acquired the company and that Rank fully co-operated with the investigation. That wasn’t of much comfort to Rank, who noted that the fine had increased during the investigation and felt that the change of ownership should have mattered to the outcome. They planned to appeal the verdict, but there’s been no further update on that process as of November 2021. The size of the fine made it such big news that it was reported on the ITV website. That’s not the kind of publicity that a casino website welcomes. The name “Regal Wins” barely appeared in the reporting at all, which is a minor positive for the casino brand.

In Their Own Words

Having an “about us” section on your website is an opportunity to tell your customers what your brand is all about in your own words. Surprisingly, not every casino website takes advantage of that opportunity. Regal Wins does, and it does so at length. The adjective that Regal Wins uses to describe its casino services in the opening line of its introductory paragraph is “majestic.” That’s a word you normally associate with exotic animals sweeping across open plains or athletes performing feats of grace and strength, so it’s quite a word to choose.

The various ways that the casino promises to give customers “the royal treatment” include large matched bonus deposits, all the best games, and market-leading security. There’s nothing ground-breaking here other than the sometimes-unusual choice of wording, but it gives you a taste of the casino’s personality.

Crying Out For Activity

It’s hard to escape the feeling that there isn’t much going on at Regal Wins at the moment. There’s no Twitter or YouTube account to communicate with players, there’s no television or sponsorship presence for the brand, and the lack of updates on the Facebook feed makes it feel like the casino is half asleep.

In truth, both Regal Wins and The Rank Group could use a high-profile publicity campaign to push the multiple news reports about that substantial fine further down the list of results when people Google search their brand. There aren’t many customers left who will happily spend their money without finding out about the history of a casino website beforehand. If they go looking for Regal Wins, they’re bound to see something about the disciplinary incident. If Rank Group plc feels that the fine is a past issue caused by a past owner – which seems to be the case – they might be able to go some way to balance out the effects of the negative publicity by buying some positive publicity. As we said at the start of this article, Regal Wins feels like the “invisible brand” among the most popular online casinos in the country. It’s there, but how it got there is a mystery and whether it can stay there amid a spate of bad publicity is a big question. Regal Wins has value as a brand. Keeping that value might require a push in the right direction from its owners.
