Regal Wins Sister Sites
Regal Wins is currently on the Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited platform, but that hasn’t always been the case. A couple of years ago, it was a Daub Alderney casino. The Rank Group acquired Daub Alderney and brought all of its casinos in-house, and in the process, Regal Wins suddenly had a whole new set of sister sites. Some of those newer Regal Wins sister sites include some of the biggest-name casinos and iGaming sites in the UK today, whereas others are a little less popular. We’ve got a highlight list of the Regal Wins sister sites for you below, while the full details are available on our Rank Interactive operator page if you’d prefer.
Mecca Bingo
There’s only one place to start with a list of Regal Wins sister sites, and that’s with the most popular bingo site in the UK. Mecca Bingo is a bingo and betting brand that’s famous not only nationally but internationally. If you live in a major town or city, there will be a Mecca Bingo somewhere near you. Perhaps you’ve even visited it. The online version of Mecca Bingo seeks to emulate the feeling of being in a real-life bingo hall but also enhances it with dozens of exclusive rooms and friendly chat hosts. As is so often the case with big bingo sites in the 2020s, though, Mecca Bingo has extended far beyond the remit of the bricks-and-mortar brand. The Mecca Bingo website offers not only all the bingo you can handle but also online slots, Slingo games, and even a few casino games with live dealers. The welcome promotion at the site is a little weak, but if you can overlook that, you’ll find that Mecca Bingo offers big prizes to regular players – including all-expenses-paid holidays! It’s a well-rounded casino site, and it’s designed for ease of use. All of the Regal Wins sister sites exist in the shadow of this one.
Grosvenor Casino
Much like Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos will be a familiar name to anyone who likes to go out and do their betting in person occasionally. It’s a real status symbol for Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited that both Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos are Regal Wins sister sites. However, the Grosvenor Casinos website isn’t quite as all-singing and all-dancing as the Mecca Bingo website. It’s a little blocky and dull with its layout and, in some places, doesn’t seem to know whether it would rather be an advertisement for real-life Grosvenor venues or a standalone online casino site. Without committing to either goal, it succeeds with neither. It’s not all bad news, though – Grosvenor Casino has a wide range of live dealers to choose from, with streams coming from genuine Grosvenor premises. There’s also a sportsbook, which is a unique proposition among the Regal Wins sister sites and makes Grosvenor Casinos an “all in one” betting site that covers all bases. If you’re happy with what you find here, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.
Kitty Bingo
It could be argued that a casino network company that owns Mecca Bingo doesn’t need to own or operate any other bingo websites. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited doesn’t agree with that assessment. It operates several smaller bingo sites, one of which is Kitty Bingo. This is a can’t-miss site for all the feline lovers out there – and we know there are plenty! Kitty Bingo is one of the less well-known Regal Wins sister sites, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth a visit if bingo is your thing. For a start, it offers a £25 bingo bonus to all new players who start off with a deposit of at least £5. The wagering requirement for that bingo bonus is a mere x3, which is lower than average across the UK scene. Like most of the Regal Wins sister sites, Kitty Bingo offers a well-chosen range of online slots to go with its exclusive and non-exclusive bingo rooms. It’s not quite as well-stocked as Mecca Bingo is, but then again, none of the other casinos on the network are. Kitty Bingo is cute, cheerful, and popular. No matter your budget, you ought to be able to find a bingo room you love here.
Lucky Pants Bingo
People who play bingo can be a superstitious bunch, so we suspect there are quite a few of you who identify with the name and idea behind Lucky Pants Bingo. You don’t have to put on your lucky pants before you play here, but who’s to say it wouldn’t help? This is by far the quirkiest of the Regal Wins sister sites and has its tongue wedged so far into its cheek with some of its humour that it’s surprising it hasn’t come bursting out. Lucky Pants Bingo wants you to play with a smile on your face, but it’s serious about its iGaming portfolio and its promotional offers. Players who deposit at least £10 when they join Lucky Pants Bingo get a £30 bingo voucher to play with, although the homepage of the site doesn’t make the wagering requirements attached to the promotion clear. Visitors to the site are promised “plenty of saucy antics” if they decide to join (a promise it seems hard for an online casino to deliver on), and daily winnings paid out by the site are often in excess of £125,000.
Magical Vegas
Some of the Regal Wins sister sites were on the Daub Alderney Limited casino network before they became Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited network. As part of the move, the casinos underwent a redesign that saw them stretched across identical templates. Regal Wins itself was a victim of that strategy, and so was Magical Vegas, which looked a whole lot more magical before it was demoted to its current generic look. The template-based design has taken away a lot of what used to make these older casino sites unique. Magical Vegas used to have sparkle, but from a visual standpoint, it’s sadly lacking now. There’s more to a casino like Magical Vegas than what it looks like, though, and the facts remain that this is a casino that’s paid out more than £200m in its many years of operations. That marks it out as a generous casino, and it tries to follow up on that by offering a welcome promotion worth up to £300. Look closely, though, and you’ll see the wagering requirements attached to the bonus are x50. That’s a lot higher than the UK average and doesn’t represent a good deal for players.
Lucky VIP
Lucky VIP might be named as if it’s a prestigious casino site, but like the other Regal Wins sister sites that used to be on the Daub Alderney network, it’s suffered because of its switch to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited and the new look its been given. Nothing about the generic look of this casino site says “luxury.” The layout is basic, the colours are dull and there are few of the VIP trimmings you’d expect to see at a site that pursues the upper end of the high-roller market. Again, though, it has some perks to offer. New players at Lucky VIP can avail themselves of an offer that could see them net up to £555 in bonus funds through a matched first deposit, but those funds still have a way above-average wagering requirement of x50 attached to them. Aside from that, it offers the same platform of games as Regal Wins. It leads with live casino games rather than online slots, but it appears that the overall portfolio of games is identical at both sites.
Spin And Win
Spin and Win is built on the same template we just referred to when we were discussing Lucky VIP – it just does a better job of disguising it. The white and blue colour scheme of Spin and Win makes it look fresh and airy, and the spotlight of the casino is very definitely on online slots. With a name like “Spin and Win,” it would be wrong to do it any other way. Several of the Regal Wins sister sites lead with online slots, though, and there’s little about Spin and Win that suggests it’s any more deserving of your money than the others. The top welcome promotion goes in its favour, though. At Spin and Win, the red carpet promotion is a 100% matched deposit with a cap of £500, and the good news here is that the massively high wagering requirement that plagues so many of the other Regal Wins sister sites doesn’t apply here. It’s set at x40. That’s still a little bit higher than the average across the UK online casino scene as a whole, but it’s much more reasonable than the x50 we’ve seen at more than one of the other sites.
Bella Casino
Bella Casino automatically delivers a little more prestige than most of the other Regal Wins sister sites. That’s because it’s the official casino of Bella Magazine, which is still published and read by thousands of people every week. Bella Magazine is primarily aimed at women. We’re used to seeing casinos aimed at women decked out in pink or purple and dominated by bingo games. Bella Casino is still decked out in purple and white, but it has a more forward-thinking approach. Here in the 2020s, we’re well aware that women enjoy online slots just as much as men do, and that’s why Bella Casino is dominated by the latest and greatest online slots from the biggest providers in the business. In fact, there are no bingo games at Bella Casino at all. Bingo is more than well catered for at other Regal Wins sister sites like Mecca Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo and all the rest, so Bella Casino offers slots, jackpot slots and live casino games. Wagering requirements are pleasingly low at x30, but the bad news is the maximum bonus you can claim as a new player is £50.
The Vic
There are many Grosvenor Casinos venues in the UK, but not all Grosvenor Casinos venues are equal. The biggest and best of them all is The Grosvenor Victoria in London, also known as The Vic. This is the official online casino version of The Vic, although we hesitate to describe it as a “real” online casino site. This isn’t a Regal Wins sister site in the same way that all of the other Regal Wins sister sites are. The majority of this website is dedicated to promoting The Vic as a venue, allowing people to make bookings and browse promotions that exist inside the brick-and-mortar venue. There’s a small “play online” section, but it contains only a handful of casino games and is there only to give people a taste of what’s on offer if they visit The Vic for real. If there’s a saving grace anywhere, it’s the fact that you can play games live-streamed from The Vic presented by real dealers who work inside the venue. The Vic provides a unique experience, but it has nowhere near as many features as you’d expect to find at a modern online casino site.
Mecca Games
Mecca Games ought to be a much bigger deal than it is. It’s an extension of Mecca Bingo, which should give it more name recognition value than any of the Regal Wins sister sites other than Mecca Bingo itself. Unfortunately, Mecca Games is guilty of a failure to launch. It hasn’t been around for very long, but it’s yet to capture any significant attention from the gaming public. At least part of that is down to Mecca Games not having a clear purpose. On the surface, the idea behind Mecca Games is that it does things that Mecca Bingo doesn’t. People should go to Mecca Bingo to play bingo and then come to Mecca Games to play slots and other casino games. The issue with that is Mecca Bingo now provides slots and all manner of other casino games, meaning that Mecca Games has no unique selling point. It’s basically Mecca Bingo without the bingo, and there’s no reason to come and play here when you could stay at Mecca Bingo instead and play the same games. Even the welcome promotion is weak, with a maximum of £40 available as a matched deposit bonus. We wouldn’t be shocked to see this site cease to exist in the not-too-distant future.
Regal Wins News
: New reviews of Regal Wins sister sites keep appearing at a fast pace; one of the latest reviews was a 4/5-star review penned by WDW Bingo. The review takes a positive stance on Regal Wins, crediting the casino for its well-designed interface, solid promotions, and extensive slot selection. The review noted how the black and gold theme contributes to the platform’s refined aesthetic without feeling excessive, and while there’s no dedicated mobile app, the site runs smoothly on mobile browsers, making it accessible for players on the go. The review also highlights the casino’s latest promotion, which includes 100 free spins when depositing and spending £20 on selected slots. With a low 5x wagering requirement on winnings from the free spins, the offer is seen as an appealing addition to the site’s promotions, though the reviewer advises players to check the terms carefully to ensure they play on the correct games.
The selection of slots receives strong praise, with hundreds of options ranging from classics to more modern releases. Popular titles such as Riches of Wonderland, Cosmic Fortune, and Game of Thrones make an appearance, alongside more playful picks like Puggy Payout and Wonky Wabbits. The platform also offers well-known table games, giving players additional variety beyond slots. One of the standout aspects of the review is the recognition of Regal Wins’ connection to the Rank Digital network, which operates other well-known brands like Lucky VIP Casino and Magical Vegas. This connection reinforces a sense of reliability and trust, particularly for those familiar with Rank’s other platforms.
: In a bid to attract more players to the Regal Wins sister sites, Gambling.com has released a comprehensive guide to the platform’s promotions. At the centre of this push is a tempting welcome offer, where new players can claim a £20 slots bonus and 100 free spins by depositing just £10 and using the promo code RW100. The bonus, which carries a 30x wagering requirement, must be activated within seven days of registration, offering players a rewarding 200 percent match on their deposit. The 100 free spins are available on popular Blueprint slots like Fishin’ Frenzy: The Big Catch Megaways, with each spin valued at 10p and potential returns capped at four times the spin value. Beyond the welcome package, Gambling.com points to how Regal Wins offers ongoing promotions to retain player engagement. For example, over the spooky season, the Hallo-Win Wheel gave members the chance to spin daily for prizes, including cash, free spins, and bonuses, while Trick or Treat Days doubled the rewards for participating players.
Loyalty is also rewarded generously, with players accumulating points as they play, which can later be redeemed for cash or additional bonuses once they hit the 1,000-point threshold. Gambling.com also emphasised that the platform hosts a library of over 2,000 games, including top-rated slots such as Big Bass Splash, King Kong Cash, and Eye of Horus. Regular updates bring new releases like Spooktacular Bonanza and Bruce Lee Kung Fu Wilds, ensuring players always have fresh options. Fans of Megaways slots will find plenty to explore with titles like Gonzo’s Quest and Diamond Mine, while the Jackpot King series offers the thrill of potentially substantial payouts.
: The Fishin’ Frenzy franchise has its work cut out keeping up with all the Big Bass sequels, but with Fishin’ Frenzy – Rapid Fire Jackpots now a part of the franchise fray and available at the Regal Wins sister sites, it is clear that there are plenty more intersections for the developer to explore. This latest addition builds on the series’ enduring appeal by introducing a fresh element to its signature gameplay—Rapid Fire Jackpots. It’s a feature-packed slot that merges the familiar charm of its predecessors with new opportunities for players to reel in hefty wins. At the heart of the gameplay lies the popular Free Spins feature, triggered when three or more Bonus symbols appear. During these spins, the Fisherman Scatter symbol takes on an active role, catching fish symbols on the reels to award instant prizes. As players collect Fisherman symbols, they not only gather more rewards but also unlock fish upgrades, boosting potential payouts.
Collecting four Fishermen triggers an upgrade and grants an additional five Free Spins, creating a cycle that keeps the excitement flowing until all spins are used. What sets this version apart is the inclusion of the Rapid Fire Jackpots mechanic, adding unpredictability to the action – you will never know which way your spins are going to play out. These jackpots lurk beneath the surface of the game, offering sudden and rewarding surprises for players who bait the reels just right. With its combination of familiar features and fresh twists, this release ensures that the Fishin’ Frenzy franchise remains competitive in the ever-expanding fishing-themed slot market.
: The Regal Wins sister sites have updated their terms and conditions, which came into effect at the start of the month. This update brings with it a series of significant changes to how players interact with and use the services offered by the brand. The new guidelines explicitly state that any wager affected by errors, interruptions, or malfunctions, commonly referred to in the updated terms, will be rendered void, and any resultant winnings will not be payable. Further tightening their policies, the updated terms introduce more rigorous verification checks to confirm users’ age, identity, and financial circumstances. Such measures are put in place to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, with the company reserving the right to suspend accounts or withhold funds during the verification process. In terms of account usage, the update also stipulates that engaging in prohibited conduct could lead to severe repercussions, including account suspension, the voiding of wagers, and potential legal action.
Moreover, the terms have been adjusted to reinforce the criteria under which accounts may be deemed dormant if inactive for 12 months, with specific processes laid out for the reactivation of such accounts. The updated terms also clarify the conditions for closing accounts, detailing the scenarios in which the company may return the remaining balance to the user. One of the critical introductions in the updated terms is the emphasis on safer gambling, promoting tools and resources to help users manage their gambling activities responsibly. These tools include deposit limits, reality checks, and options for self-exclusion, reflecting the brand’s commitment to promoting a safer gambling environment.
: The Regal Wins sister sites have recently launched their Freebie Drop promotion; here’s how it works. The exciting initiative is open from Tuesday to Sunday every week, and it’s designed exclusively for invited players who have funded their accounts. Those eligible can view this offer under the ‘Promos’ section on the Regal Wins website. Participants have the choice between two exclusive offers: they can enter the code ‘SLOT’ for free spins or ‘BONUS’ for bonus credit, but they can only use one code per promotional period. For the spins option, players are granted 30 free spins daily on selected Pragmatic Games slots during the promotional period. These spins are credited automatically, although in rare cases, there might be a slight delay, with the spins being credited the following working day. The spins come with a 1x wagering requirement, and each spin is valued at 0.10p.
Importantly, there’s a cap on winnings from these spins, with a maximum of £2000 that can be converted to real cash, and the spins themselves expire after 7 days. Alternatively, players opting for the bonus credit will receive a £5 bonus that can be used on live games only. This bonus has a 30x wagering requirement and expires after 7 days of activation. The maximum winnings from this bonus that can be converted to real cash is five times the bonus amount. This promotion is managed by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited and comes with stringent terms to ensure fair play and compliance. It’s important for participants to understand that the promotion cannot be combined with other offers and that all winnings and bonuses may be subject to security checks and regulatory conditions.
: We can’t promise that the online slot game, Willy Wonka Pure Imagination, which has recently arrived at the Regal Wins casino sister sites, is as good as the Wonka experience which went viral earlier this year, but we can allow you to rest assured that it carries all the potential to become your new staple slot with its robust math model, moderately surreal graphics, and great bonuses. Developed by Playzido, this 5 x 5 reel slot offers up to 75 pay lines, with players able to stake anywhere between 25p and £50. The maximum win is a tempting 5,000x the bet, though the relatively modest RTP of 94.03% might not appeal to everyone. The game blends a classic vibe with a whimsical theme that pays homage to the beloved 1971 film Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory. The symbols range from fruit and sweets to recognisable characters like Charlie and Grandpa Joe, while wild symbols are represented by none other than the Oompa Loompas.
The Oompa Loompa feature can trigger randomly, delivering expanding wilds, extra rows, and multipliers up to 10x, making for an unpredictably fun experience. For even more thrills, landing five or more Golden Egg scatters will launch the free spins round, where oversized symbols take centre stage and guarantee a win of at least 10x your stake. While the game’s visuals might not blow you away, the features aim to keep players entertained, especially with the chance to unwrap a Wonka Bar at the end of the free spins, potentially revealing a massive 5,000x Golden Ticket prize.
: This week, the reviewers at Free Daily Spins cast their scrupulous eyes over Regal Wins casino before publishing a comprehensive review. The review outlines how Regal Wins uses a sophisticated platform that blends classic appeal with cutting-edge technology. The reviewers were pleased to note that the casino offers a welcoming environment for new players with a 100% match bonus of up to £500 on their first deposit; however, it’s important to note that this offer comes with a 50x wagering requirement on both the deposit and bonus amounts. The review highlights Regal Wins’ extensive gaming library, which includes popular slots such as Starburst by NetEnt and Book of Dead by Play’n GO. Players can also enjoy a variety of table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, as well as an impressive live dealer section powered by Evolution Gaming.
The reviewers loved how the live casino setup replicates the atmosphere of a real casino, providing players with interactive experiences alongside professional dealers. There were absolutely no qualms in the security and fairness department as the casino holds licences from both the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. These credentials ensure that the casino operates under stringent guidelines, offering a safe and regulated environment for players. The games are also audited regularly by independent testing agencies, guaranteeing fairness – regardless of what the angry reviews on Trustpilot say. The review concludes by stating that Regal Wins offers a well-rounded online gaming experience, with its extensive game selection, secure environment, and responsive customer service.
: If you’re in the mood for a ‘Splash of Riches,’ the new Irish-themed slot game which has just arrived at the Regal Wins sister site will quench your thirst. The recently unveiled slot machine, developed by Games Global, delivers a vivid glimpse into the charm of the Emerald Isle with its robust design and immersive gameplay. Set against a picturesque scene of rich greens and golds, Splash of Riches offers a classic five-reel setup with 20 active pay lines, welcoming both seasoned gamers and newcomers with bets ranging from a minimal £0.10 to £40.00 per spin. With the max multiplier coming in at 5,250x, for players spinning with the max bet limit, there is the potential to win up to £210,000.
However, spinning sensibly should be a priority with this game as it comes with a 5 / 5 volatility rating. The slot benefits from a respectable Return to Player rate of 96.02%, although it’s important to note that this figure is not fixed and may vary slightly depending on the casino’s configuration. Among the standout features of Splash of Riches are the wild symbols, the Hold and Win respins and free spins. Between the free spins and re-spins bonus features, there are plenty of opportunities to win big without a penny leaving your bankroll. Splash of Riches may not be the most adventurous slot, bonus-wise, but the thematic nature of the game more than has what it takes to lead you on an epic and fantastical adventure through Irish folklore.
: Best New Bingo Sites recently published a concise yet highly informative review of Regal Wins, which gave the platform 4.2 / 5 stars and let readers know exactly what they are in for if they join the platform. The review lauds the casino’s sophisticated and minimalist design, which makes it easy for users to navigate its extensive selection of games. It was also dually noted that after the site launched in 2017, it underwent several design changes, and while it lacks a regal theme, its user-friendly interface compensates for it. The site features games from renowned providers such as Barcrest, Blueprint, Eyecon, IGT, Inspired Gaming, PlayNGo, and more, ensuring that members won’t exhaust all of the gaming options easily.
The review dubs the welcome bonus as attractive, which is hard to disagree with, given that there is a 100% deposit, worth up to £500. Players should be aware that the minimum deposit to claim the welcome offer is £20, and the bonus expires within seven days. Additionally, the wagering requirements are quite steep, set at 50 times the deposit plus bonus amount, and only bets on the Top Slots Collection contribute to meeting these requirements. So even though the bonus gives you plenty of ‘free’ cash to explore the game library with, players will be hard-pressed to turn their bonus funds into withdrawable cash. On the plus side, payment options at Regal Wins are versatile, including PayPal, paysafecard, debit card, and Apple Pay, with a minimum withdrawal amount of £5 and no maximum limit. Most withdrawals are processed instantly, arriving within 15 minutes, although debit card transactions can take 1-3 days without Fast Withdrawal enabled.
: The Regal Wins sister sites have recently refreshed their selection of ‘Must Try’ online slot games with the addition of the unique Red Tiger Gaming title, NFT Megaways. Although the hype around NFTs might be over, this game is still roaring supreme. NFT Megaways brings together the intriguing world of non-fungible tokens and the excitement of Megaways slots in a distinctive 8-bit styled game. The slot features a 6-reel layout with up to 7 symbols per reel, and an additional horizontal reel at the top, offering up to 200,704 ways to win. Graphically, NFT Megaways is a nostalgic journey with its retro 8-bit design, complemented by modern, meme-inspired symbols. The lower paying symbols include various cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and Bitcoin, while the higher paying symbols feature pop culture references such as Tesla’s Cybertruck, Twitter’s bird logo, and a Shiba Inu.
The game boasts several engaging bonus features. The chain reaction feature removes winning symbols from the reels, allowing new symbols to fall into place and potentially create more wins. The wild multipliers, represented by Crypto Punks, can significantly boost winnings. These wilds only appear on the top reel and can increase in value with each collected low-paying symbol, up to a maximum multiplier of x30. If multiple wilds are involved in a win, their multipliers combine, offering the potential for massive payouts. NFT Megaways also includes a free spins feature, activated by landing three or more scatter symbols. Players can win up to 25 free spins, during which the Crypto Punk multipliers do not reset between spins. This can lead to substantial multipliers, with the game’s maximum payout reaching up to 10,500 times the bet.
: This week, the Regal Wins sister sites have placed a spotlight on Wizard Games, a developer renowned for its high-quality slots, with a special focus on Dragons of the North. This game, clearly inspired by the popular series Game of Thrones, features a dramatic landscape inhabited by feisty dragons and offers players a fantasy-rich adventure. The game operates on a 5-reel, 50-payline format and boasts an RTP of 95.98%. Dragons of the North includes several notable features such as free spins, cash prizes, and a jackpot wheel. Each reel contains a display that updates with every spin, indicating possible prizes like free spins, cash rewards, or even jackpot spins. The golden dragon egg plays a crucial role, acting as a scatter that can trigger these prizes. When landed, these eggs transform into wilds, increasing winning chances by completing pay lines.
Speaking of features, the game includes another unique feature, which can significantly boost payouts through multipliers that ‘breathe’ across the reels, reminiscent of an ice dragon’s chilly exhalation. This feature, along with stacked wilds that may nudge to reveal golden dragon eggs, adds a dynamic layer to the standard slot gameplay. Regal Wins and its sister sites are promoting this online video slot game not only for its thematic allure but also for its robust gaming mechanics that offer players varied ways to win and interact with the game. If you prefer to play with more pay lines, there is now a Megaways sequel to this slot, which naturally comes with more win potential and bigger bonus features.

Regal Wins Review 2025
Regal Wins is a survivor. It’s been online since 2012 and has been through a few ownership changes during that time. Most recently, it moved from Daub Alderney to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited in 2022. The move involved a makeover for the site – although, given what it did to the aesthetics of Regal Wins, it might be more appropriate to call it a “makeunder.” A second makeover in 2024 didn’t do much to improve things, either. It’s not as pretty as it used to be, but how does it play? This review will tell you.
Regal Wins Welcome Offer
The old Regal Wins matched deposit welcome promotion is gone. In its place is a less exciting offer – one hundred free spins in return for depositing £20 and spending the full amount on slots. While that might sound like a meagre reward, there’s some good news attached to it – if you win anything from your one hundred spins, the money is yours to keep with no wagering requirements attached. Your winnings will be capped at £2000 if you’re lucky enough to get that high, but that’s the only catch.
Ongoing Promotions
The only real ongoing promotion at Regal Wins is the casino’s loyalty points scheme, promoted under the motto “earn as you play.” Every time you make a deposit and play a game at Regal Wins, you earn points. You need to amass one thousand points before you can convert anything to cash. When you do so, the exchange rate is £1 per 1000 points. The cash is treated as a bonus fund and has an x10 wagering requirement attached to it. The promotions page of Regal Wins makes it sound as if there are regular daily promotions and deposit offers, but if this is true, they must be delivered to players via email rather than promoted on the casino site.
We’ll mention one other reward in passing – the Regal Wins Casino Golden Spinner bonus. That’s a special Wheel of Fortune that can be spun once per day to reveal a small prize. The prize could be a deposit bonus, free spins, or bonus cash, but be wary of the terms and conditions – they’ll vary with each reward, and wagering requirements can go as high as a nasty x50.
What are the Pros and Cons of Regal Wins Casino?
Pros: Regal Wins is a fast-loading casino site with close to one thousand online slots. On average, withdrawals to e-wallets, including PayPal, are processed in ten minutes or less.
Cons: Wagering requirements are a problem. The wagering requirement attached to general promotions isn’t fair at x50, and even the loyalty reward scheme has further requirements, which feel unnecessary. Also, Regal Wins is an ugly casino site. It was far better looking before its recent revamp, so it looks like it’s been downgraded.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
Regal Wins offers online slots with a side serving of Slingo games, so it’s the wrong casino to come to if you’re looking for table games or live dealers. If you’re fine sticking to the slots, you should find plenty of entertainment. The featured slots at the site change regularly, but these games were among the most popular at the time we visited Regal Wins to write this review.
9 Masks of Fire: This is a modern classic from Gameburger Studios, offering 96.24% RTP and above-average volatility. The free spins feature comes with an automatic multiplier of at least x2, but the big draw of 9 Masks of Fire is the way it pays out big jackpots to players who land multiple scatter symbols on a single spin. This mechanic has caught on across the industry, but 9 Masks of Fire is where it was seen first.
A Dark Matter: This is a lesser-known slot from Slingshot, which seems to have caught on at Regal Wins more than it’s caught on anywhere else. In all but name, the slot is based on the adventures of the fictional Victorian detective Sherlock Holmes. The quality of the artwork in the slot is excellent, and the stacked wilds make wins a little easier to come by during the base game. RTP is 96.18% with high volatility.
Ariana: Regrettably, this is not the official online slots game of Ariana Grande. However, it is a beautiful game themed around a powerful goddess and was launched by Microgaming in 2015. It’s now maintained by Games Global. The combination of average volatility and 95.48% RTP might not sound like much of a draw – especially to high-rollers – but the expanding symbols in both the base game and free spins help to bring the good-looking slot alive.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
Regal Wins doesn’t offer a lot of choices when it comes to deposits and withdrawals, but it does offer speed. Options for deposit and withdrawal are Visa debit cards, Mastercard debit cards and PayPal. Pre-paid Paysafe cards are also options for deposits and also support withdrawals. You’ll be waiting 1-3 days if you choose to make your withdrawals to a debit card unless your card is approved for faster payments, but Regal Wins has pledged to process PayPal withdrawals in 10 minutes or less so long as the customer requesting the withdrawal has passed verification.
Customer Support and License
To get a gold star from us for customer service, online casinos have to offer email, live chat and telephone support. Accordingly, Regal Wins gets a gold star. All three options are available, and someone should be available to speak to you at all times of the day. The telephone number for the casino is 0800 031 4961.
Regal Wins is fully licensed by the UK Gambling Commission through its parent company, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. This is the same licence that covers all of the Regal Wins sister sites. It’s clean as of the time of writing, and we’ll update this review immediately if that ever changes.
Regal Wins – The Verdict
You should never judge a book by its cover. Regal Wins doesn’t look like much, but so long as you’re interested in online slots and nothing else, it’s a strong casino with plenty of options, fast withdrawals, and good customer support. If the wagering requirements attached to bonus funds at the casino weren’t so high, we’d be a lot more enthusiastic about recommending it.
What are players saying about Regal Wins?
Here are our condensed/reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of Regal Wins. The reviews are real, but we’ve edited some of the comments to keep them brief.
- 02-Feb-2025 by Kathryn:
I’m convinced their daily spins are rigged. There’s supposed to be a 1 in 8 chance of landing on ‘no win,’ yet somehow, every single day, that’s exactly what I get. Feels incredibly suspicious. – source: Trustpilot - 18-Jan-2025 by Jordan:
Deposited £20 to claim the free spins offer, but they never arrived. Customer service was completely useless, especially Amara, who was no help at all. – source: Trustpilot - 11-Jan-2025 by David:
This casino just swallows your money without giving anything back. Played through £80 without a single bonus round—it’s no fun at all. I won’t be playing here again. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Jan-2025 by Joanna:
If I could give this casino negative stars, I would! It’s the worst one I’ve ever played on—just takes your money and gives nothing in return. I’ve never had such a bad experience on any other site. – source: Trustpilot - 31-Dec-2024 by Monika:
This app is nothing but a scam. I deposited £250 and took a £75 bonus, but when I started winning, I kept getting system errors. Played six different games, and every single one glitched. Customer service is impossible to reach, and I lost all my money without a single decent win. Stay away! – source: Trustpilot - 08-Dec-2024 by Ryan:
The welcome offer is a total scam. Deposited and played £10 as required to unlock £20 and 100 free spins—never got any of it. Customer service is a joke. Will never use this site again. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Dec-2024 by Keilie:
Signed up for the welcome offer that promised double my deposit and free spins. Instead, my money just disappeared, and I received nothing. Total rip-off. – source: Trustpilot - 24-Oct-2024 by Mark:
This site is an absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs—win rates are ridiculously low, and it shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. – source: Trustpilot - 06-Oct-2024 by Jacob:
Complete scam. They advertise promotions that don’t even exist. False advertising at its finest. – source: Trustpilot - 04-Oct-2024 by Paul:
At first, it was great, but now it’s gone completely dead. No bonuses, endless deposits, and nothing to show for it. Over £3,500 gone since my last withdrawal of £250. I know it’s all down to luck, but this just feels ridiculous. – source: Trustpilot
Regal Wins – A Deeper Dive
Regal Wins – The Invisible Brand
Not every online casino brand indulges in expensive marketing campaigns, and that’s fine. Everyone finds their own way to the top, and not every company can or wants to spend millions of pounds on television campaigns. Almost everybody in the industry spends on marketing to some degree, though. Regal Wins is different because it partakes in so little promotion that it’s almost conspicuous by its absence. You can try as hard as you like, but you won’t find a Regal Wins YouTube channel. There isn’t a Regal Wins advert on television, and nor has there ever been. In cases like this, we normally expect to find that the casino has done most of its promotional work on social media, but with Regal Wins, that isn’t true.
The official Regal Wins Twitter account was suspended some time ago for unknown reasons and has never been re-instated. There’s no longer a link to it on the company website. The site does link to the official Regal Wins Facebook page, but that page has fewer than eight hundred followers and has seen only four posts in the past twelve months. Nevertheless, Regal Wins remains one of the most popular casino sites of its kind in the UK. Perhaps it’s all down to word of mouth!
A Change At The Top
Until 2019, Regal Wins was one of several casinos owned and operated by London-based company Stride Gaming. The success of the casino and its many sister sites attracted the attention of Rank Group Plc, which was actively looking to expand its presence in the UK’s vibrant iGaming sector at the time. The deal cost Rank £115m to complete and gave them ownership of not only Regal Wins but Lucky VIP, Bingo Extra, Aspers Casino, Kitty Bingo, Bella Casino, and several other casino brands well-known to UK-based players.
The big-money move was seen as a positive one for Regal Wins as a brand, giving them a spot on a higher-profile platform run by a well-respected company. Once the deal was confirmed to be complete, Rank Group Plc assigned ownership of the Regal Wins brand to its subsidiary company Daub Alderney Limited, which was also purchased from Stride Gaming that year. Things have changed again since then, with Rank Digital (Gibraltar) Limited assuming ownership of the casino.
Paying For Past Sins
There’s a topic that comes up again and again if you Google the names “Regal Wins” or “Daub International,” and it would be remiss of us not to mention it. In September 2021, Daub International Alderney limited was fined an enormous £5.85m by the Gambling Commission. The fine was levied because of breaches of anti-money laundering processes and social responsibility obligations.
The bulk of the offences were committed while Daub Alderney was still owned by Stride Gaming, but such matters are immaterial in the eyes of the regulator. This wasn’t the first time that Daub had fallen foul of its responsibilities while owned by Stride, as the company had previously been fined an eye-watering £7.1m in November 2018 for a separate set of anti-money-laundering breaches and social responsibility failures.
We should add that the Gambling Commission noted that improvements have been made since Rank Group acquired the company and that Rank fully co-operated with the investigation. That wasn’t of much comfort to Rank, who noted that the fine had increased during the investigation and felt that the change of ownership should have mattered to the outcome. They planned to appeal the verdict, but there’s been no further update on that process as of November 2021. The size of the fine made it such big news that it was reported on the ITV website. That’s not the kind of publicity that a casino website welcomes. The name “Regal Wins” barely appeared in the reporting at all, which is a minor positive for the casino brand.
In Their Own Words
Having an “about us” section on your website is an opportunity to tell your customers what your brand is all about in your own words. Surprisingly, not every casino website takes advantage of that opportunity. Regal Wins does, and it does so at length. The adjective that Regal Wins uses to describe its casino services in the opening line of its introductory paragraph is “majestic.” That’s a word you normally associate with exotic animals sweeping across open plains or athletes performing feats of grace and strength, so it’s quite a word to choose.
The various ways that the casino promises to give customers “the royal treatment” include large matched bonus deposits, all the best games, and market-leading security. There’s nothing ground-breaking here other than the sometimes-unusual choice of wording, but it gives you a taste of the casino’s personality.
Crying Out For Activity
It’s hard to escape the feeling that there isn’t much going on at Regal Wins at the moment. There’s no Twitter or YouTube account to communicate with players, there’s no television or sponsorship presence for the brand, and the lack of updates on the Facebook feed makes it feel like the casino is half asleep.
In truth, both Regal Wins and The Rank Group could use a high-profile publicity campaign to push the multiple news reports about that substantial fine further down the list of results when people Google search their brand. There aren’t many customers left who will happily spend their money without finding out about the history of a casino website beforehand. If they go looking for Regal Wins, they’re bound to see something about the disciplinary incident. If Rank Group plc feels that the fine is a past issue caused by a past owner – which seems to be the case – they might be able to go some way to balance out the effects of the negative publicity by buying some positive publicity. As we said at the start of this article, Regal Wins feels like the “invisible brand” among the most popular online casinos in the country. It’s there, but how it got there is a mystery and whether it can stay there amid a spate of bad publicity is a big question. Regal Wins has value as a brand. Keeping that value might require a push in the right direction from its owners.
