Slootz.io Sister Sites 2025

Tracking down the true owner of Slootz.io was a mission in and of itself. Turn 1 B.V. doesn’t list its name anywhere on the Slootz Casino website, with its name only appearing on a PDF of an old Curacao Interactive Licensing certificate that can be downloaded from a link in the footer. We’ll be talking about that license in more detail later. For now, the key information we need to give you is that, despite rumours of a connection between Slootz.io and Bitspins.io, we don’t believe there to be any Slootz.io sister sites in operation. If there are, Turn 1 B.V. isn’t owning up to operating them. We’ll update this page if anything changes on that front, but for now, here’s a comprehensive review of this latest incarnation of Slootz.io and what it offers to players.

Slootz.io Casino Review 2025

Slootz.io appears to have gone offline and back online again in the past couple of years, and it may have done it more than once. To the best of our knowledge, the first time it came online was 2023, and the last time it spent any great deal of time offline was in mid-2024. The version of Slootz Casino that exists now isn’t exactly the same as the version of Slootz Casino that existed then, but we think it’s always been owned by Turn 1 B.V., to whom a Curacao Interactive Licensing certificate for the casino may or may not have been issued in June 2023. There’s quite a lot we don’t know about Slootz.io, as you can probably already tell. Why are we so uncertain? Keep reading to find out.

Slootz.io Casino Welcome Offers

The big banner right at the top of the Slootz.io homepage promises new players a 250% bonus “plus reloads” as a new user. It turns out that the “plus reloads” bit means that there are bonuses attached to the second, third, and fourth deposits, as well as the first. The specific details of the offer, then, are a 250% match up to a maximum of £2000 on deposit one (minimum: £10), followed by 100% up to £2000 on deposit two, 75% up to £2000 on deposit three, and 100% up to £2000 on deposit four. The wagering requirement remains at a constant x35 across all of the deposit bonuses, and the total value of the package is £8000.

If you’re playing at Slootz.io using cryptocurrency (specifically Bitcoin) rather than fiat currency, this promotion could be worth a whole lot more. The boost percentages remain the same, and so do the wagering requirements, but the maximum value of each bonus increases to two entire Bitcoins.

Ongoing Promotions

Given how keen Slootz.io is on accepting Bitcoin, we’re surprised that it doesn’t have a big-money loyalty reward scheme. You can usually rely on such things to be a staple of crypto casinos. Instead, there are just two ongoing bonuses at Slootz Casino – a reload bonus of 70% up to £2000 every Monday, subject to the same terms and conditions as the casino’s welcome bonus, and daily cashback against losses.

Cashback is only available to those who’ve deposited £20 or more (obviously, else you wouldn’t have anything to be paid cashback on), and is issued at a rate of ten per cent up to a maximum of £2000. It’s not all good news, though – the cashback comes with the casino’s standard x35 wagering requirement, which is very high for a bonus of this kind. There’s a separate link on the Slootz.io homepage labelled “Bonus Vault,” but clicking on this takes you to a sign-up page for the casino’s Telegram channel.

What are the Pros and Cons of Slootz.io Casino?

Pros: A big welcome bonus that gets even bigger if you’re using Bitcoin, plus another large deposit bonus every week. Cashback of ten per cent up to £2000 every day. Withdrawals are processed and issued within an average of twenty-four hours.

Cons: No live customer support. Unreasonable wagering requirements levied against cashback amounts. No loyalty or VIP reward scheme. The licence that the casino claims to hold no longer exists, and even if it did, it wouldn’t permit Slootz.io to accept players from the UK. The fact that it does so is against the law, and it’s highly unlikely that the casino would be unaware of this.

Top Games at Slootz.io Casino

The rule of thumb when it comes to casinos and the games they provide is that if you don’t have a top-quality iGaming licence, you won’t get access to the best slots and games on the marketplace. Slootz Casino doesn’t hold any recognised licenses at all but is somehow able to offer slots from the likes of Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, and Play’n Go. Hand of Midas 2, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War, Big Bass Halloween, Starlight Princess 1000 (all Pragmatic Play), Razor Shark and Jammin Jars (both Push Gaming), and Book of Dead and Rise of Merlin (both Play’n Go) are highlighted on the casino’s homepage. We’re not sure how they came to be there, but we really hope they weren’t cloned or obtained through other illegitimate means.

There’s supposed to be a selection of live casino games at Slootz, but when we clicked the “Live” link, the page we were taken to was blank. We don’t know whether that’s a consequence of us being in the UK or whether it’s because Slootz doesn’t have any live casino games anymore, but it’s not a good look either way. In fact, it doesn’t look like Slootz Casino has any content other than slots games, but perhaps we shouldn’t be overly surprised by that – the clue was always right there in the casino’s name.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

The full terms and conditions of Slootz Casino state that withdrawals are processed within twenty-four hours once they’ve been approved, and approval is often instant. Those same terms don’t say anything about approved methods, though. We can only assume that the providers referenced by their logos in the footer of the casino’s website are accurate, in which case you can use any Visa or Mastercard debit card. You can only use Skrill or AstroPay if you’re an e-wallet fan, though, and your crypto options are Bitcoin, Ripple, Ethereum, Litecoin, or Tether.

Customer Support and Licensing

The only way to contact Slootz Casino is by sending an email to [email protected], so there’s no live chat nor any other means of getting instant, live assistance. Such a poor standard of customer care no longer cuts the mustard. Throughout this review, we’ve made several references to the fact that Slootz.io claims to hold an iGaming licence via Curacao Interactive Licensing. That regulator no longer exists. It was replaced by the Curacao Gaming Control Board in 2024, and the new regulator hasn’t issued this casino or its operator with a new licence. As such, the entire Slootz.io sister sites family is considered to be unlicensed, unregulated, and illegal in most regulated territories.

Slootz.io Casino – The Verdict

The welcome promotions at Slootz.io kick things off nicely, and there are a couple of other things that go in the casino’s favour, too. Ongoing cashback is always a pleasant perk to have, and twenty-four hours is a perfectly reasonable turnaround time for withdrawals. The problems, though, are massive. The casino claims to hold a licence that it can’t possibly hold, doesn’t offer live customer support, and illegally accepts registrations and deposits from players in the United Kingdom. Ignoring one red flag would be daft when you’re considering playing at an online casino. Ignoring as many as Slootz.io has would be outright lunacy.

What are players saying about Slootz.io Casino?

Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Slootz.io reviews from real players.

  • 11-Mar-2025 by Bård:
Scam site, without a doubt. I deposited £75 and they topped up my account with a bizarre £21 bonus — completely unsolicited. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but it’s not one you want to be involved with. Stay away. – source: Trustpilot
  • 15-Aug-2024 by Tiago:
This casino is a scam. I deposited £17 with a 280% bonus and a 10x wagering requirement — but suddenly it says I have to wager over £135,000. I tried to withdraw once and never saw a penny. There’s no licensing info or ownership details on the site either. Avoid this one like the plague. – source: Trustpilot
  • 24-Jan-2024 by Larry:
Still haven’t received my withdrawal from 26 December. Every time I contact support, they just copy and paste the same reply, then abruptly end the chat. No help at all, just the same loop over and over. – source: Trustpilot
  • 17-Jan-2024 by i_review:
Two words: don’t deposit. That’s it. You’ll regret it otherwise. – source: Trustpilot
  • 30-Dec-2023 by Alexandru:
It’s a scam. My withdrawal has been stuck in pending for five days now with no update. Avoid at all costs — they clearly don’t pay out. – source: Trustpilot
  • 14-Dec-2023 by JH:
I had a decent first impression — even managed to withdraw once. But since then, I’ve had four withdrawal requests ignored for over nine days. Support just repeats the same scripted nonsense and never gives a real answer. Meanwhile, they keep spamming me with bonus offers from a different domain. Shame really — the game selection’s good, but everything else is dodgy. I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone. – source: Trustpilot
  • 09-Dec-2023 by Tuva:
Don’t deposit here — the site is shady. I’ve been waiting two weeks for a withdrawal and keep getting robotic responses from someone called Carlos. I asked about their licence and got another unrelated copy-paste reply. These people aren’t processing withdrawals — they’re just wasting your time. – source: Trustpilot
  • 05-Dec-2023 by Marco:
Still haven’t received my payment after almost two weeks. All I hear from support is “We’ve forwarded it.” Nothing ever happens. Don’t trust them. – source: Trustpilot
  • 27-Nov-2023 by Casino guy:
This casino refuses to honour withdrawals, even when all terms are met. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for mine. They’ll hit you with hidden limits — even on regular deposit bonuses — and the support staff are rude, unprofessional, and shut down the chat with a “bye bye.” It’s run without a licence and I’ll be reporting them, but don’t expect that to change anything. Stay far away — these are crooks. – source: Trustpilot
  • 18-Nov-2023 by Ryan:
As someone who promoted this site as an affiliate, I strongly advise staying well away. I never received a single withdrawal and now I’m warning others — they’re one of the worst crypto casinos out there. Don’t waste your money here. If you want to see what I went through, find me on Twitch or Kick under Ryansgambling. Much love, but steer clear of Slootz. – source: Trustpilot
