The Sun Vegas Sister Sites

Fabulous Bingo

Fabulous Bingo

Fabulous Bingo might not share the same branding as Sun Bingo and The Sun Vegas, but there are still tell-tale signs that this is a Sun Vegas sister site if you know where to look. The most obvious place is at the games collection, where you’ll notice the presence of both the Mystic Meg online slots game and the Mystic Meg-themed bingo room. Both of these products are exclusive to the Sun’s casinos. This classy hot pink-and-white has been online for a fair few years now, and while it isn’t as popular as its siblings (or even close to that level of fame), it’s a popular bingo site that goes beyond the parameters of what you’d necessarily expect to find at it. Fabulous Bingo offers a decent number of casino games – including a few with live dealers – to go with its bingo rooms and some well-matched promotions to make them all the more appealing. This is an elegant and classy website, laid out in the style of a glossy magazine, and is likely to appeal to the same demographic as Sun Bingo.

Sun Bingo

Sun Bingo

Sun Bingo is a bigger site than The Sun Vegas. There are so many casino games available at Sun Bingo that it’s a wonder VF2011 Limited sees a continuing need for The Sun Vegas to exist at all, but we guess their philosophy is that there’s no need to stop at one successful casino website when you could have two (or, in their case, three). This Sun Vegas sister site is the older of the two that bear the name of the newspaper and is also the one with the highest profile. You’re unlikely to see The Sun Vegas advertised on television, but commercials for Sun Bingo seem to appear every night. The site is very much led by bingo, as its name suggests, but “Sun Bingo” isn’t really an accurate description of everything that awaits you within it. It’s expanded far beyond those horizons and now offers every type of casino game you can think of, right down to virtual sports. Some of the prizes available within the frequent Sun Bingo prize draws involve physical gifts, like holiday breaks to Ireland or Amazon vouchers. Sun Bingo is the king of the Sun Vegas sister sites and is likely to remain that way until VF2011 Limited decides to come up with something even bigger.

Sun Vegas sister sites Sun Bingo

Fabulous Vegas

Fabulous Vegas logo

Fabulous Vegas is an extension of the Fabulous Bingo brand in much the same way that Sun Vegas is an extension of the Sun Bingo brand. VF2011 has created a template with its Sun Vegas sister sites and seems to be intent on sticking to it. This is the newest of the casinos and iGaming sites on the platform, and so it ought to look sharper and more modern than all the rest. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. There’s nothing massively wrong with the way Fabulous Vegas is put together, but its plain blue background and stripped-down style mean that it doesn’t have anything that resembles a Las Vegas theme. That breaks the promise it makes with its name. The bigger problem, though, is that Fabulous Bingo already offers slots, and most of the slots you’ll find there are the same as the slots you’ll find at Fabulous Vegas. Fabulous Vegas is just Fabulous Bingo minus the bingo and with a different colour scheme. There’s no reason to visit it if you’ve already spent time at the other Sun Vegas sister sites unless you have a pressing need to move on from them.

The Sun Vegas News

: The Sun Vegas was described as ‘a ray of excitement’ by Top Mobile Casino this week, and their review didn’t stop at surface-level praise. The latest update spotlighted the platform’s steady growth since launching in 2019 and gave readers a deeper look into how its mobile presence and gameplay mechanics measure up. While the layout and design might not stray far from convention, what earned approval was how The Sun Vegas manages to stay well-organised without overcomplicating the experience. The app, according to the review, mirrors the desktop site in terms of usability and delivers an accessible gateway to a broad mix of slots, table games, live dealers and virtual sports. The reviewer also made a point of noting the strong mobile compatibility, with both Android and iOS apps functioning smoothly for extended sessions.

Although the welcome package — a 100% deposit match up to £300 — came with its fair share of restrictions, including excluded payment methods and a 50x wagering requirement, the general consensus was that it still offers decent value for those willing to meet the terms. The site’s licensing from both the UK Gambling Commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission was also mentioned as a key point for players looking for added confidence in fair play and safety. In terms of withdrawals, the process is fairly typical of a regulated platform, with verification checks in place and most requests completed within a few days. Game-wise, the reviewer appreciated the variety, especially the inclusion of popular titles like Buffalo Blitz and Age of the Gods, as well as niche picks such as Mega Fire Blaze Roulette and The Money Drop.

: For members of the Sun Vegas sister sites, Easter is about far more than sating a sweet tooth, thanks to the new Easter Winning Reel promotion. Every day from midday until just before midnight, players who’ve deposited and wagered at least £10 over the last month can take a spin on the prize wheel. What you walk away with depends entirely on the spin – cash, no-wagering free spins, Slingo rewards, bonus funds, or even entries into the £2,000 weekly prize draw, which takes place every Monday evening. The rules are straightforward: one spin per day, one potential prize, and a few lucky names picked out for extra treats once the week wraps up. Those who deposited and staked £10 the day before get a bit more in return, as this unlocks the enhanced version of the wheel. It’s essentially a deluxe version of the daily draw, offering larger prize options and better odds at bagging something extra.

Sun Vegas Easter Winning Reel

The more active you’ve been, the greater the chance you’ll gain access to this upgraded option. Whether you’re chasing five free spins or looking to sneak your name into the draw for a £150 top prize, the Easter promo caters to a wide range of playing styles. All rewards are issued instantly after the spin, with clear expiry periods to keep things moving. You won’t find wagering hoops here either – everything you win is yours to use or cash out. While the prize wheel does include the odd blank spot, the range of potential wins means most players will find some value over the course of the campaign.

: In the spirit of St Patrick’s Day, the Sun Vegas sister sites have moved Paddy’s Golden Fortune into the Slot Light for their popular free spin promotion. Running from Monday, 3rd March, to Sunday, 9th March, players who opt in and stake at least £15 on Paddy’s Golden Fortune will be rewarded with up to £5 in slot bonuses. Every £15 wagered unlocks a £1 bonus, with the full £5 available for those reaching a £75 stake. The promotional bonuses can then be used across a selection of well-known slots, including The Walking Dead Cash Collect, Cleopatra, Fluffy Favourites, and Big Bass Splash, offering plenty of variety for players keen to try something new while making the most of their rewards.

Paddy’s Golden Fortune brings plenty of luck and anticipation, inviting players to explore its forest-themed setting while keeping an eye out for rewarding features along the way. As part of the Slot Light spotlight, the game is set to be a popular choice for those looking to make the most of this limited-time opportunity. The promotion is open to registered players on thesunvegas.co.uk who are residents of the UK or ROI and aged 18 or over, with ID verification required. Eligible players must also have made a deposit of at least £10 in the 28 days leading up to the end of the promotion to participate. Once players have met the staking requirements, bonuses will be credited automatically, with any winnings from bonus funds transferred to the cash balance once wagering is complete.

: Strangely, when The Sun listed all of the top online casinos recently, they didn’t think to mention any of the Sun Vegas sister sites. Given the platform’s reputation and its connection to the very publication that compiled the rankings, the omission raises a few eyebrows. Especially as Sun Vegas has long been a familiar name among UK casino players, offering a mix of slot games, table classics, and live dealer experiences, all wrapped up in a polished interface designed for smooth navigation. With a focus on reliability, varied gameplay, and enticing promotions, it’s the kind of platform that would usually be expected to make the cut. While other operators were praised for their game selection, unique features, and customer service, Sun Vegas and its sister sites weren’t part of the conversation, despite their established presence in the industry.

The Sun Top Casinos

The rankings highlighted platforms with extensive game libraries, exclusive bonuses, and innovative takes on online gaming. Betway’s roulette selection, Mr Vegas’ overwhelming choice of slots, and Duelz’s mix of live and interactive casino experiences were all brought to the forefront. Many of the casinos featured in the list earned recognition for offering fast withdrawals, generous loyalty rewards, and mobile-friendly designs—areas where Sun Vegas has also kept pace. For a publication that has its own branded casino, it’s an odd move to leave out an entire network of sites linked to its name. Sun Vegas continues to be a preferred option for many, with its straightforward interface, a steady stream of promotions, and a gaming catalogue that includes progressive jackpots and live dealer tables.

: If upgrading your tech is on your list of New Year’s Resolutions, don’t miss out on the new promo which has launched across the Sun Vegas sister sites. Every Wednesday, players have the chance to snag a tech prize by staking £100 on any live casino game. Alongside this, participants will receive a £1 Golden Chip to use on live casino tables, with the promotion running from midnight until 11:59 pm each Wednesday. The added incentive comes from a weekly prize draw, where one lucky qualifier will walk away with a tech gift, adding an extra spark to the midweek gaming session. To qualify, simply wager £100 in cash on any live casino product within the promotion period. The £100 stake can be cumulative, meaning smaller bets throughout the day will count towards the total. Once the threshold is met, a Golden Chip will be credited to your account and can be used across various live casino games.

The tech prize winner is determined every Thursday, with winners notified via email. The email will include a link and code to claim the prize through the Sun Vegas Prize website, where players can select their desired item and arrange delivery. It’s important to note that all Golden Chips expire after seven days, so prompt use is essential. Similarly, tech prize winners must claim their reward within 28 days of receiving the email. Players are advised to ensure their account details are up to date to avoid missing out on notifications. This promotion is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with full ID verification required upon registration.

: Chances are, if you are a member of Sun Vegas, you would love nothing more than a chance to experience the real Vegas slot-spinning experience, which is why the online casino is making an all-inclusive trip to the Vegas Strip the main prize in its big Christmas promotion. The £50,000 prize draw promises an array of rewards, with the headline being an £8,000 Las Vegas getaway. This includes a £6,000 holiday package and £2,000 in spending money, offering winners the chance to explore the iconic Strip, take in a Cirque du Soleil show, or even glide through The Venetian’s canals on a gondola ride. For those preferring something different, the trip can be exchanged for another destination of the winner’s choice. The Christmas promotion also includes thousands of other prizes. From winter getaways and hotel vouchers to cash payouts, free spins, Slingo bonuses, and Golden Chips, over 7,000 rewards are up for grabs.

Sun Vegas Christmas Promo

To enter, players simply need to participate in Sun Vegas’s daily festive games by selecting a Christmas bauble, which earns entries into the grand prize draw. Bigger entries can be earned through additional Christmas games and promotions running throughout the festive period. Beyond the holiday draw, Sun Vegas keeps the excitement alive with weekly events such as slot tournaments, Slingo sharepots, and mystery prize draws, ensuring there are plenty of opportunities to win throughout the season. Winners of physical prizes will be contacted via email with details on how to claim, with delivery arranged within 28 days.

: This week, it was announced by Gambling.com that the Sun Vegas sister sites and the attractive bonuses offered by these casinos are drawing significant attention in the online gambling sphere. The article details how, since its inception in 2019, Sun Vegas has made a noticeable impact on the UK gambling market with its selection of slots, table games, and live dealer games on an intuitive gaming platform. The casino has crafted an inviting welcome offer where new customers can benefit from a 100% match on their initial deposit up to £300. This incentive is conditioned on a minimum £10 deposit and comes with a 50x wagering requirement within 30 days on selected games. The review also notes how the casino doesn’t shy away from ensuring players have a secure environment to play, holding a licence from the UK Gambling Commission.

Yet, despite its many strengths, the question remains if Sun Vegas can sustain its position as a top choice among online casinos. The Gambling.com review attempts to answer this question by looking into the content and the platform’s partnerships with leading software providers like Playtech and Games Global. The review notes how Sun Vegas doesn’t rely heavily on promotional codes but instead keeps the door open for future exclusive offers. For those wondering about the availability of extra spins, the casino seems to be gearing up to introduce such promotions soon. As it stands, all current bonuses require a deposit, but there’s an anticipation of more generous, time-sensitive offers down the line.

: The recent reviewers of The Sun Vegas aren’t feeling very sunny side up as detailed in the 1-star reviews which landed on the Trustpilot page this week. Frustrations have been mounting over issues ranging from persistent losses to withdrawal woes. A number of users have described their experiences as “scam-like,” with some stating that after depositing hundreds of pounds, their spins yielded little to no rewards. Emma Clifford, for instance, returned to the site after a break only to find that her spins were just as dead as before, with no improvement in the outcomes. Similarly, Robert expressed frustration over depositing more than £1,200 and only seeing minimal returns from his bets, labelling the platform as being purely profit-driven.

Sun Vegas Trustpilot

Complaints about bonuses and payouts also feature heavily. Some reviewers, including Mark, felt misled by the promotional free spins, which turned out to be essentially play credits rather than real cash. He voiced disappointment at this not being made more explicit in the advertising. Others reported technical issues, such as Lukas Flitar, who recounted how a £350 win was followed by the site freezing, resulting in the loss of his earnings, and then being accused of dishonesty when he reported it. Matt Hart’s experience reflected a similar sentiment; after an initial win of £140, subsequent deposits were quickly consumed without any significant wins, leaving him questioning the fairness of the platform. While there were a few positive comments, even these were tempered by ongoing issues, such as slow withdrawal processes, with one user still waiting for funds after seven days. It’s clear that many players have been left disillusioned, feeling that The Sun Vegas prioritises deposits over player satisfaction.

: If you want to partake in the 3000k Prize Draw at the Sun Vegas sister sites, don’t walk, run. The promotion has caught the attention of many avid gamers with its £3,000 prize draw that promises hefty cash rewards to over 180 lucky participants. This promotion kicked off on the 30th of August and will run up to the 28th of September, during which players needed to opt in, deposit at least £10 and stake the same amount on selected games to earn an entry into the cash prize draw. For those keen on doubling their chances, staking £10 on the double ticket games, such as 12 Masks of Fire Drums & Gold Blitz, grants two entries. If those games aren’t quite your cup of tea, there’s a solid roster of alternative titles, including hit games such as Immortal Romance II, Massive Gold, and 3 Lucky Rainbows Action Boost, among others.

The prize structure is particularly generous, offering one top prize of £200, five prizes of £100, eight of £50, twenty of £20, and a whopping 150 prizes of £10, making the total giveaway an impressive £3,000. Prizes are allocated through a computerised randomiser tool, and cash winnings will be credited to the winners’ accounts within 72 hours after the draw, which will take place on the 6th of October. The terms and conditions stipulate that it’s crucial for participants to have had their accounts open and in good standing at the time of the draw to qualify for the winnings.

: No online slot developer does modern Joker-themed slot games like Pragmatic Play; this week, the Sun Vegas sister sites treated its members to the epic new title, 6 Jokers. This new release features a 6×5 reel setup with a scatter-paying mechanism, requiring at least 8 matching symbols anywhere on the grid to win. The game, known for its high volatility, offers an RTP of 96.55% and a maximum win potential of 5,000 times the stake. Visually, 6 Jokers combines elements of a lively rave and an old-fashioned theatre, with flashing lights and a backdrop resembling curtained boxes. This setting gives the game a vibrant yet classic fruit slot feel. The symbols include a mix of fruit icons like limes, plums, grapes, watermelons, oranges, as well as traditional symbols such as horseshoes, bells, and various sevens.

Sun Vegas 6 Jokers Slot

The gameplay utilises a tumble mechanic, where winning symbols are removed to allow new ones to fall into place, potentially creating additional wins. Each win triggers another tumble, continuing until no new winning combinations appear. A unique feature of 6 Jokers is the Joker Reels, where one reel is randomly selected on each spin to become a Joker Reel. With each tumble, additional reels can become Joker Reels, and once all reels are highlighted, wild symbols with random multipliers ranging from x2 to x100 can appear. To spice things up, players can opt for the Ante Bet feature, which increases their stake to start spins with multiple Joker Reels active. Depending on the chosen ante level, players can begin with up to five Joker Reels, boosting the chances of landing wild multipliers.

: If your funds can’t stretch to a getaway in Europe but you do have some cash to test your luck with, the new promotion at Sun Vegas which can whisk you away on holiday is an unmissable event. Sun Vegas is offering players the chance to win cash, European getaways, and experience day vouchers through their Pick Your Kick games during the European Championships. The promotion includes two versions of the game: the Free Pick Your Kick game and the Deluxe version. To participate in the Free game, players must either be new to Sun Vegas within the last 30 days or have deposited and staked £10 in the past 30 days. For the Deluxe game, players need to deposit and stake £10 the previous day to qualify for a kick. Both games involve selecting where to place the ball in the goal, with prizes dependent on the chosen spot. Prizes range from cash, free spins, and Slingo bonuses to entries in a weekly £2,000 prize draw, European weekend trips, and £500 experience day vouchers.

The Deluxe game guarantees a win every time, amplifying the excitement by ensuring no player leaves empty-handed. Throughout the promotional period, which runs daily from midday to midnight until the 14th July, players can enjoy the thrill of potentially winning fantastic rewards. This initiative by Sun Vegas is a testament to their dedication to offering fun and lucrative opportunities, making it a perfect chance for players to try their luck and possibly secure a memorable prize.

: Unlike some online casinos, the bonuses aren’t always geared to slot spinners at The Sun Vegas, as pointed out in a recent article published by The Sun which explains how members of the casino can win additional cash prizes by playing roulette games. Every weekend, Sun Vegas players can join the excitement of the £1,000 prize draw by staking £150 on any live roulette game. The promotional period runs from 00:00 on Saturday to 23:59 on Sunday, giving players ample time to qualify for the draw. There are 50 cash prizes available each weekend, ranging from £10 to £100, and players can earn unlimited entries, increasing their chances of winning multiple prizes. To participate, players must be registered members of The Sun Vegas, residing in the UK or ROI, and over 18 years old. The prize draw is conducted every Monday, and winners are determined through a computerised randomiser tool.

Sun Vegas Roulette

Cash prizes are credited to the winners’ accounts within 72 hours of the draw. It’s crucial to note that only deposits made via VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer qualify for the promotion, while deposits made using the Pay By Phone Bill option do not. Players must ensure that their accounts are open at the time of the draw to be eligible for prizes. If an account is closed by the player or The Sun Vegas before the draw, the player will be disqualified, and the prize will be allocated to another participant. The cash prize winners will have their prizes credited directly to their Sun Vegas cash balances, making it easy to withdraw or use for further gameplay.

: This week, the Oxford Mail has directed poker fans towards the most respected online platforms for engaging in real money poker this year, prominently featuring sites like Sun Vegas, which, while not surpassing the top-ranked site Poker Stars, stands out with its generous £300 welcome package. Poker Stars secures its position as the best overall due to its extensive variety of high-quality cash games and tournaments, complemented by a user-friendly mobile app and a substantial £400 welcome bonus. The criteria for selecting these platforms were meticulously based on each site’s game variety, user experience, bonus attractiveness, and customer feedback. Sun Vegas, described as a strong contender, offers a solid variety of games, although it lacks traditional cash games and poker tournaments. Instead, it appeals with a suite of live dealer and video poker games, making it ideal for those looking for a less intense, yet engaging poker experience. Their welcoming bonus and the overall ease of use of their platform underscore their position near the top of the list.

Poker Stars, on the other hand, remains unmatched, particularly for serious players. Its platform is not only rich in game diversity and high-stake opportunities but also provides detailed poker guides and a slew of payment options enhancing accessibility and convenience for users. The site’s commitment to providing substantial tournament prize pools and frequent tournaments contributes to its top billing. The selection process highlighted by Oxford Mail includes rigorous testing and review, ensuring that each site meets high standards of security, game fairness, and overall user satisfaction.

The Sun Vegas Review 2025

The Sun Vegas is, as you might have guessed from its name, an online casino owned and branded by the Sun newspaper. It’s one of the most popular – not to mention controversial – daily newspapers in the UK. Sun Vegas is the second Sun-branded casino to be launched in the UK by VF2011 Limited, following on the heels of the Sun Vegas sister site Sun Bingo. The site doesn’t offer much that isn’t already available at Sun Bingo, but it presents its extensive online slots and casino games collection with a hint of Las Vegas flair and a focus on modern styles of gaming. Has the casino found its spot in the market after its 2011 launch, or is it an unnecessary casino on the grounds that Sun Bingo already exists? Which of the Sun Vegas sister sites is more deserving of your money? This review will help you to decide.

The Sun Vegas sister sites homepage

The site takes its design cues from the Sun newspaper itself, so the colours are red and white. Loading speed isn’t an issue at Sun Vegas, and nor is finding your way around the site so long as all you’re looking for is games. Customer service and support options are a little more difficult to find, but we’ll come to that later. The site’s Vegas feel is established through a background image that shows the famous replica of the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas, with the stunning Sin City skyline lit up behind it. Your attention is more likely to be attracted by the casino’s welcome offer, though, so we’ll take a closer look at that now.

The Sun Vegas Welcome Offers

The welcome offer for new players at The Sun Vegas is a matched fund bonus applicable to a newcomer’s first deposit. Subject to a minimum of £10 and a maximum of £100, all first deposits are matched at 100%. Once bonus funds have been allocated to a player’s account, they must be played through in full within thirty days, or they’ll be removed. The funds can be redeemed only on certain online slots and aren’t valid inside the live casino. They’re also subject to an x30 wagering requirement, which is fine and dandy. Only deposits made via bank transfer or debit card are considered valid under the promotion’s terms and conditions, so PayPal and e-wallet deposits won’t trigger the bonus. As a kicker, the promotion also comes with one hundred free spins. Anything won from those spins attracts a lower wagering requirement of x20.

Ongoing Promotions

The Sun Vegas keeps it simple with promotions and incentives when compared with the Sun Vegas sister sites, most notably Sun Bingo. Whether or not you decide to use the welcome offer is up to you, but the only other major promotion available at Sun Vegas is the site’s “loyalty points” scheme. This is the Sun Vegas equivalent to a VIP reward program. The basic idea is that players earn points for every betting activity they partake in on the site, whether that be playing games or making deposits. Loyalty points can be converted into cash once a certain level has been reached. The rate of accrual is one loyalty point for every £10 wagered and spent on the casino’s online slots. This increases to £20 per point on roulette, card, and live casino games and £30 per point for video poker or blackjack. The rate of redemption isn’t fantastic. Players are able to withdraw £1 in cash for every 100 loyalty points they gain. That means if you’re playing online slots, you get £1 back for every £1000 you spend. The information on the loyalty points page tells players that building up a substantial amount of points is the key to becoming a “Priority Member” of Sun Vegas. That sounds like a formal VIP club, but no further information about this club is provided anywhere on the Sun Vegas website.

While that is indeed that as far as major promotions at Sun Vegas go, there are a few other perks and bonuses to grab hold of at the casino if you so desire – it’s just that they change regularly. When we wrote this review, for example, there was a free daily prize wheel that could be spun once per day by every player who made a deposit, with prizes up to £2000 in bonus cash to be won. There were also free spins attached to specific slots, short-term “mystery box” promotions, and a few ongoing tournaments. Confusingly for a UK-facing casino, there were also live casino bonuses listed in dollars rather than pounds. Given how fleeting these other promotions often are, you’d be best served by checking the casino’s promotions page to find out what’s new every time you visit the site.

What are the Pros and Cons of The Sun Vegas?

Pros: The Sun Vegas has a substantial and attractive portfolio of casino games. Every major provider is represented along with their best creations, and the chances of finding hidden gems within the casino are high, too. Making deposits is also easy because of the number of different payment methods that Sun Vegas supports. PayPal withdrawals are processed within twenty-four hours.

Cons: While the site makes a lot of noise about its promotions, the reality is that they’re not great. Lots of them are short-term, added and removed in the link of an eye, and the rate of cashback offered by the loyalty points scheme is pathetically low. Additionally, the site can’t commit to processing debit card withdrawals any faster than three business days. We know it’s possible to move faster than that these days, and we feel like a brand as big as Sun Vegas should do better.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

The Sun Vegas Banner

You need only look at the homepage to find out which slots and games Sun Vegas is most proud to host. The “featured” section of the casino site is a mixture of new slots and hot slots, so while the new slots will change regularly, the hot slots are more likely to stay at the top because of their enduring popularity. Here are a few of the slots that occupy those positions right now.

Cheltenham Sporting Legends: Ash Gaming’s “Sporting Legends” online slots are usually smash hits, and this horse racing-themed one doesn’t look likely to be an exception to that rule. The developer released it in March 2022, just in time for the real Cheltenham Festival. Played on a 5*4 grid with no fewer than three progressive jackpots to play for, Cheltenham Sporting Legends also comes with a “wild snake” bonus feature and three respins features designed to replicate the excitement of a real-life horse race. RTP is 94.21%, with average volatility.

Wild Pistolero: This is a “Wild West” themed slot from Rarestone Gaming and comes with the provider’s signature “Mega Fire Blaze” bonus features. For those not familiar with the format, it’s a series of respins that expand the reels each time they’re triggered. Coupled with the number of randomly-generated reel modifiers in the good-looking base game of this Western slot, it means every spin feels different to the one before. There’s also a free spins bonus, but it’s weak sauce compared to the excitement of the respins round. This slot offers 95.96% RTP and comes with moderate volatility.

Gold Party: Everything about this Irish-themed Wild Streak Gaming slot is designed to surprise players. It looks like the most generic, uninspired slots game you’ve ever seen in this genre when you first load it, but if you can get rolling with the bonus features, you’ll eventually find that it expands into four matching 5*3 grids that spin independently of each other. Each of those grids comes with a different reel modifier, and when respins are triggered on one of them, the feature is replicated across the rest. The volatility of Gold Party is every bit as high as you’d expect it to be after reading that description, and RTP is 95.48%.

Clicking through the links at the top of the Sun Vegas homepage will show you that the casino site also offers jackpot games, simulated and live casino and table options, and an array of virtual sports to bet on. The promotions at Sun Vegas might not stand up against what’s on offer at the Sun Vegas sister sites, but there’s nothing wrong with its collection of games.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

We are a little bit confused about what’s actually fair game when it comes to depositing and withdrawing at Sun Vegas. There’s a line of logos in the casino’s footer suggesting that it accepts any UK-registered debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro are seemingly all fine), plus Skrill, MoneyBookers, and PayPal. However, the terms listed in the Help section of the site suggest that withdrawals can only be made via PayPal, debit card, or bank transfer. You’re looking at a twenty-four hour process for PayPal, up to three business days for debit cards, and a whole ten for bank transfers. Basically, use PayPal if you can.

Customer Support and License

Happily, we can report that progress has been made in this department since we last review The Sun Vegas. A “Help” section has been added, and the section contains answers to common questions, and contact information. Live chat is still only available between 8am and 1am, which is a pain for night owls, but you can email [email protected] or call 020 8016 2332 if you’d rather.

The UK Gambling Commission licence that covers The Sun Vegas is number 45110, and is held by VF2011 Limited in its capacity as the casino’s operator. This licence, which is clean as of the time of writing, also covers the Sun Vegas sister sites.

The Sun Vegas – The Verdict

The Sun Vegas is steadily making improvements. The previous time we reviewed the casino, we took issue with its high wagering requirements on bonuses, and it had no options for fast withdrawals. Both of those problems have been resolved, but the casino still isn’t perfect. The loyalty scheme is still pretty unattractive, and we still think the website could be a little easier to use than it is. Overall, this is a strong casino brand with plenty of great games. Plenty of players disagree with that assessment, though, and you can see some of their views by checking out the player reviews section below.

What are players saying about The Sun Vegas?

Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Sun Vegas reviews from real players.

  • 12-Mar-2025 by Ben:
Don’t bother playing here. I won’t waste time going into detail about how bad this site is, but I put over £350 in at £1 stakes and never triggered a single bonus. Contacted live chat and emailed support, but they don’t care. All they say is that “it’s random”—not a chance. – source: Trustpilot
  • 08-Mar-2025 by Artur:
Never again. Deposited £300 and should have triggered at least four bonuses, but nothing happened. Absolute rip-off. Avoid this site. – source: Trustpilot
  • 06-Mar-2025 by James:
They deliberately make it impossible to figure out which slots qualify for specific bonuses. No direct links in the bonus section, no way to navigate to the right games, and the terms and conditions are so vague they’re useless. Customer support was completely unhelpful—just gave irrelevant answers and even sent silly emojis. – source: Trustpilot
  • 02-Mar-2025 by Hugo:
Sometimes the slots are fun, but other times you can just spin endlessly and lose without winning a single penny. – source: Trustpilot
  • 26-Feb-2025 by Shane:
What a joke of a site. Deposited £140 and never had a win over £10. Feels completely rigged just to take your money. Worst casino I’ve ever played on! – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Feb-2025 by AJH:
Great site with really fast withdrawals. I’ve only had small wins so far, but a win is a win! Happy to keep playing at Sun Vegas, hopefully I’ll hit a bigger one soon. It’s all about having fun, and I really enjoy playing the slots here. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Feb-2025 by Joe:
Absolute joke of a company. They don’t clearly tell you whether you’re using bonus funds or real money. I thought I was playing with bonus money, but it turns out I was spending my own cash! – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Feb-2025 by Claudiu:
This site just takes your money and never gives anything back. They should rename themselves “Never Pay Back” or “Max 2x Winnings.” Absolutely awful. Will never play here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—unless you enjoy losing money! – source: Trustpilot
  • 18-Feb-2025 by Soul:
I’ve put a lot of money into this site over the years, and yes, I’ve had a few wins. But after two years of playing, I deposited £25, and my account was suddenly blocked before I could even use it. I’d used the same card I always had, but now my account is permanently closed, and I’m still fighting to get my £25 back. As someone who works in the gambling industry, I know the laws, and this is completely unacceptable. If they don’t return my money, I’ll be taking this further with the Gambling Commission. – source: Trustpilot
  • 09-Feb-2025 by Mark:
Awful site—save your money. I tried it for a month, depositing £30 a week. In the last two weeks, I spent £60 on a single slot and never won once! The first two weeks weren’t much better either. This must be the lowest-paying casino online. Won’t be depositing again. – source: Trustpilot

Sun Vegas Behind The Headlines

Staring at the Sun

There’s nothing in the UK more visible than the sun. We don’t mean our native star, of which we see very little in the UK outside of the summer months. We mean the Sun newspaper, which has arguably been the most popular newspaper (outside of Liverpool) in the country for the past thirty years. Articles written in the Sun can end the career of politicians. Opinions written in its sports section can cause a football manager to lose their job. Whether we like it or not – and there are plenty who don’t – the Sun matters.

Aside from being a very familiar brand to British people, the Sun is backed by Rupert Murdoch’s News International company. That means it has a massive budget to throw behind just about any promotional endeavour it wants to get involved in. When the Sun decided it wanted to get involved in the growing UK casino scene a few years ago, it was inevitable that its chosen brand would become one of the biggest names in the game from the moment it launched. That’s proved to be the case with Sun Vegas.

The Sun Vegas Rupert Murdoch

Marketing Genius

The biggest advantage that Sun Vegas has over any of its rivals in the casino game is that it doesn’t need to pay for advertising. The casino has never aired a televised advert, but that doesn’t matter. It doesn’t have a Twitter account, but it’s never going to need one. It doesn’t have an official celebrity sponsor or endorsement because it’s never going to need one of those either. The Sun Vegas has the advantage of being able to appear in the Sun newspaper whenever it wants, attached to any global megastar it likes. That’s the kind of promotional edge that money can’t buy, and it puts the casino’s name in places that no other casino could reach.

There will never be a major sporting event mentioned on the Sun’s website without a link being provided so that readers can go and place a bet on it. The Sun Vegas site might specialise in slots and casino games, but it also has a sportsbook, and it uses its sports betting offers as a lure for everything else. If there’s a big fight coming up, you’ll find references to Sun Vegas in the Sun’s coverage of it. If a football manager looks likely to lose their job and there’s a story about it in the Sun, you’ll find a link to go and bet on who their replacement is likely to be. This kind of constant high-visibility coverage would cost six or seven figures for any other casino. For The Sun Vegas, it’s free.

Support From Other Sources

Given everything we’ve said above, it’s clear that The Sun Vegas doesn’t need support or coverage from other news outlets or publications in order to be a success. It has everything it needs already. Despite that, it gets coverage in other places anyway. One of those places is the Scottish newspaper The Scotsman, which gave us its take on the best slots in the UK in October 2021. The purpose of the article was to review slots rather than any particular casino website. Despite that, it found space to both mention and link to The Sun Vegas in its reviews of the Red Wizard slot. The mention looks a little like paid promotion, although we can’t imagine why The Sun Vegas would want or need to pay for such a product placement. Other casino websites were mentioned in the same article, so it might have been a genuine reflection of the Scotsman’s opinion that The Sun Vegas is the best place to go to play the slot.

A little earlier in 2021, Yahoo Finance decided to cast its eye over the best online slots and casino websites on the internet that allow players to deposit and withdraw funds via Paypal. It picked ten sites and ranked them according to their relative merits. The Sun Vegas was ranked third overall (behind Play OJO and Mansion Casino) and was named the best of all the options for its table games and dedicated live dealers.

Second Billing?

For all the advantages that the Sun Vegas has – all of which we’ve outlined above – it might still be a secondary priority in the eyes of the Sun newspaper and the owners of the casino website. That’s because The Sun Vegas isn’t the only casino and gambling brand associated with the newspaper. There’s also Sun Bingo – and Sun Bingo isn’t just a bingo website. Sun Bingo also offers casino and slots games. It offers everything that Sun Vegas does apart from sports betting – and seems to get much more promotional backing from its owners than Sun Vegas does.

Unlike the Sun Vegas brand, Sun Bingo has indulged in a few big-money sponsorships. It was the final sponsor of the ill-fated Jeremy Kyle show before ITV took the show and its controversial host off the air a few years ago. More recently, it’s sponsored “Love Island.” Those aren’t the only things that Sun Bingo has done on television. In another key difference between Sun Vegas and Sun Bingo, the latter brand has advertised solidly on television for more than ten years.

Sun Vegas Sun Bingo

Between 2018 and 2019, the face of the Sun Bingo TV commercials was Jayde Adams, a comedian and actor who’s best known for her appearances on “Alma’s Not Normal” and “Good Omens” as well as appearing as herself on panel shows like “8 Out of 10 Cats” and “Crazy Delicious.” It was during this time that the “Are You Gonna Bingo” advertisements were launched. The insanely catchy theme tune to the adverts – which was sung by Adams – wormed its way into the heads of viewers and brought new customers to the Sun Bingo website.

All of this is good news for Sun Bingo, but less so for Sun Vegas. There’s nothing stopping Sun Bingo from deciding to offer sports betting alongside all of its other casino entertainment at some point in the future. Should that happen, we’d have to ask what the point of Sun Vegas is. It does fine because of its brand name, and it’s still heavily promoted by the Sun, but it seems to be the lesser of the two casinos in the eyes of the people who manage the brand.
