Win Casino Sister Sites 2024
WinCity Casino
Megasoft N.V. hasn’t taken the most adventurous of approaches with the names of the casino brands it’s launched so far. The Win Casino sister sites family consists of just WinCity and Win Casino, so winning is apparently the theme of this network. Let’s hope that it’s also a trend among the players that use the casinos. WinCity is, we think, a secondary brand to Win Casino, with Win Casino itself positioned as the flagship of this small but growing network of online casinos. Nevertheless, it promises players that it’s a high RTP casino and a great sportsbook to boost, so it’s covering a lot of bases.
While there isn’t much in it, we think that Win City is a little better-looking than Win Casino, making it the prettiest of the Win Casino sister sites. It also appears to have better cashback deals available and makes a bigger deal out of the fact that it offers sports betting as well as more than six thousand “provably fair” online casino games. Click the logo above for our full review. We should also note that this family is expected to grow soon – Megasoft N.V. has added BitWins.io, 21Win.gg and Orbita Bet to its licence in Anjouan, and those casino websites are in the process of being built.

Win Casino Review 2024
We all want to win when we visit an online casino, so Win Casino is positioning itself as a place to make that dream come true. It’s not a traditional online casino, though – instead, it markets itself as the world’s number one Telegram casino. Call us sticks in the mud, but we think we preferred the days when online casinos were more interested in being online than they were in being on Telegram. It’s a basic casino in style and design with very little to look at in terms of imagery – so let’s look at content instead.
Win Casino Welcome Offers
The sign-up offer at Win Casino is absolutely massive and splits across four deposits. First deposits are matched at 100% up to a stated maximum of £140,000. Yes, you read that correctly, and no, we didn’t accidentally add any zeros. Fifty free spins come with the bonus, which is subject to a minimum deposit of £10, and a maximum win amount of £1000. The bonus has to be wagered x40 before it can be withdrawn. How a maximum win amount of £1000 tallies with a maximum bonus value of £1000 is beyond us.
Second deposits at Win Casino attract another 100% deposit up to a maximum of £70,000 and another fifty spins, followed by the same again on deposit three, and a return to the terms of the first deposit on deposit four. In theory, that’s a maximum possible bonus amount of £420,000. We’re still a little concerned that the maximum win value for each leg of the bonus is listed as £1000, though, so we’re confused by the offer more than excited by it.
Ongoing Promotions
There are three ongoing bonuses listed at Win Casino – a reload bonus for sports fans, a casino reload bonus, and a weekly cashback scheme. Unfortunately, nothing happens when you click on the links for the first two bonuses other than a page loading with nothing other than a blue gift box icon on it. Clicking the icon takes you to a login or registration screen, so the bonuses either don’t exist or are squirrelled away for the eyes of members only.
The cashback offer at Win Casino is awarded at a rate of up to twenty per cent per day on losses of £100 or more. The maximum that can be claimed from the offer is £5000 per day, and as no wagering requirements for cashback funds are mentioned, we assume that none exist. We’re not sure why the percentage is listed as “up to” twenty per cent – there’s no discussion anywhere of lower percentages or a tiered cashback system, so we assume that it’s a flat twenty per cent for everybody.
Win Casino VIP Club
The terms of entry to the Win Casino VIP Club couldn’t be simpler – all you need to do is make a single deposit of at least £5000. Once you’ve done that, you’ll gain entry to a VIP system that has multiple tiers, personal account management, exclusive bonuses and promotions, and faster withdrawals. We’re not sure how “faster withdrawals” works when the casino already claims that all withdrawals are processed instantly. Other listed benefits include invitations to special in-person events, higher betting limits, and a loyalty points system to enable progression through the tiers. Specific details, though, are thin on the ground – we have no idea what the value of any of these bonuses might be.
What are the Pros and Cons of Win Casino?
Pros: Like its sister sites, Win Casino offers more than six thousand casino games, with contributions from big names like Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. If we can take the welcome promotions at face value, there’s worth unbelievable amounts of money. Withdrawals, so we’re told, are processed immediately.
Cons: We have concerns about those lucrative-sounding bonuses. The maximum win is barely a fraction of the stated maximum value of the deposit bonuses, which makes no sense. Some of the other promotions that the casino advertises don’t appear to exist, the terms of the cashback offer aren’t specific, and the VIP rewards are even less specific. Even the fast withdrawals might not be what they’re advertised as – faster withdrawals are advertised as a perk for VIP members, which can only be possible if the instant withdrawals offered to everyone else aren’t actually instant.
Top Games at Win Casino
We struggled to get any casino games to load when we visited Win Casino to write this review, but that might be because we’re based in the UK. Win Casino doesn’t have a UK Gambling Commission licence, so blocking access to UK players is exactly what it should be doing. Strictly speaking, though, access should be blocked to the whole website rather than specific games. As we noted above, we can confirm that Win Casino hosts slots and games from Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Novomatic, Evolution Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Playson, and many more, but we’re unable to verify any specific titles.
While we couldn’t get near any of the casino games, we were able to access the Win Casino sportsbook. Again, that shouldn’t be possible in the UK because of the casino’s lack of appropriate licensing. Nevertheless, we can see that the sportsbook at Win Casino has a particular interest in US basketball, although football, tennis, ice hockey, and volleyball are all also featured sports. If Win Casino is serious about having more than six thousand games, we suspect that it covers all the usual bases.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
As we noted in the “Pros” section above, we’re puzzled by the terms of the withdrawal process at Win Casino. The casino claims that all of its withdrawal methods are available for instant processing, but one of the listed benefits of the VIP scheme is “faster withdrawals.” Those two statements are incompatible, so the casino is misrepresenting itself somewhere. In any event, withdrawals can be made to e-wallets held with Neteller, Astropay, Jeton, or Skrill. You could also use Apple Pay, Google Pay, your Visa or Mastercard debit card, or one of four cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Tether).
Customer Support and Licensing
There doesn’t appear to be any live customer support at Win Casino. We clicked the headphones icon in the hope of being put through to support, but all we got was a contact form. There’s no way of knowing how long it might take the casino to reply to contact form requests. The Internet Gaming Licence that covers Win Casino is held by Megasoft N.V. with the State of Anjouan. It’s a bit of a flimsy licence, and it doesn’t offer any regulatory protection to players in most European countries, the UK included.
Win Casino – The Verdict
Win Casino’s inconsistencies are infuriating. It appears to offer enormous welcome bonuses, but the terms and conditions of those bonuses appear to cap their value well below the advertised amount. It offers cashback, but doesn’t say how it works out the applicable percentage. It offers a VIP scheme but doesn’t provide enough details for us to assess it. It can’t even keep its story straight about how fast or slow the withdrawal process might be. We have a lot of concerns about this casino – far too many for us to feel comfortable saying it’s a safe place to play.
