WinCity Casino Sister Sites 2024
Win Casino
The common theme among the casinos on the Megasoft N.V. network is winning. We’re sure the players who come to visit the casinos would love that to be a common theme for them, too. It’s very easy to establish a theme for your chain of casinos when you have so few of them – at the time of writing, the WinCity sister sites family comprises just itself and Win Casino, so it’s a network of two. It isn’t going to stay that way for much longer, though – we’ve seen that Megasoft N.V. has recently added the names of several new casinos to its Anjouan-issued iGaming licence, including Orbita Bet, 21Win and BitWins, and we can also see that the websites for those casinos are in various stages of being built. This family will soon expand.
Our assessment of Win Casino is that sadly, we think it promises more than it actually delivers. The apparently enormous value of its welcome promotions seems to be fenced in by the terms and conditions, which imply that while you can claim six-figure bonuses, you can never win more than £1000 from the bonus funds. We also have unanswered questions about the withdrawal process at Win Casino, which seems to imply instant withdrawals but then suggests that fast withdrawals are only available for VIP members. It’s a confusing casino brand, so we hope that when these new WinCity sister sites arrive, they come with a greater degree of clarity.

WinCity Casino Review 2024
WinCity Casino sets out its stall in plain and simple terms – it claims to be a high-RTP casino, and it also claims to have a great sportsbook. Those are things that the majority of people looking for online casino would be interested in, and so we can describe WinCity Casino as a gambling site that looks to cover the basics well. In practice, though, it goes far beyond that – it’s a cryptocurrency casino, and it claims to have more than six thousand slots and games for us to consider. Is there really more to this place than meets the eye? Let’s find out.
WinCity Casino Welcome Offers
The welcome bonuses at WinCity seem to be smaller than those advertised at its sister site, Win Casino, but given how confusing the terms of the bonuses at Win Casino are, that probably isn’t a bad thing. First deposits quality for a 100% match up to £500, and come with one hundred free spins. Second deposits get a 25% match up to £500 again, and come with another fifty spins. The same offer is available again with third deposits, and fourth deposits get a 50% match up to £500 and another one hundred free spins. In total, that’s a possible £2000 in casino bonus funds and three hundred spins, with a minimum qualifying deposit of £20 each time, and a wagering requirement of x40.
WinCity also offer sports betting, and there are separate welcome bonuses for that, but only on the second and third deposits – you get nothing with your first deposit. So long as you’re OK with that, you can get a 50% match up to £1000 to spend on sports betting with both of those deposits. Sports betting bonuses have to be wagered x5 before they can be withdrawn.
Ongoing Promotions
Players using the casino at WinCity can get a 100% matched deposit worth up to £300 (plus fifty bonus spins) once per week, available only on Sundays. The bonus is again subject to a £20 minimum and an x40 wagering requirement. Separately, you could also (or instead) claim a 100% matched deposit worth up to £100 for sports betting every Saturday. You’ll have to deposit at least £30 to claim the bonus, which keeps the wagering requirement the same at x5. These bonuses require codes to be entered to activate them, so make sure you check the bonus pages at the WinCity Casino website to ensure you have the most up-to-date codes.
WinCity also offers cashback, and does a much better job of explaining the terms of its cashback than its sister site does. Players can claim up to fifteen per cent cashback every week, paid out on Tuesdays. The sum is worked out as ten per cent on losses below £1000, twelve per cent on sums above £1000, and fifteen per cent on sums above £10,000. The minimum eligible cashback sum to be paid per week is £3, and the maximum is £5000. We don’t believe there to be any wagering requirements attached to cashback, but the casino could be clearer on this point.
WinCity Casino VIP Club
WinCity Casino’s VIP Rewards offer a tailored experience for players who aim for more than just gameplay. By becoming a VIP, you unlock privileges such as a personal VIP assistant available nearly 24/7, exclusive gifts, and individualised services designed to meet your specific needs. The VIP service includes guidance on gaming strategies, technical support, and help with withdrawals, ensuring a seamless experience. With a focus on fostering connections and delivering excellence, the programme aims to make you feel like part of an exclusive club. To join, you’ll need to verify your phone number and make a minimum deposit of £1,500, after which your personal assistant will contact you within 24 hours.
This service is ideal for frequent players who value high stakes, priority withdrawals, and personalised assistance. It’s not just about having VIP status but enjoying a refined, hassle-free gaming experience with bespoke support. Whether you need help navigating games, setting limits, or arranging special perks, the VIP programme is tailored to enhance your experience every step of the way. However, it’s not suited for occasional players or those content with standard features. For those who thrive on premium gaming and expert guidance, the VIP programme unlocks hidden opportunities and a world of exclusive rewards. Even so, the lack of specific information about these rewards is an annoyance.
What are the Pros and Cons of WinCity Casino?
Pros: The quality of information available about bonuses at WinCity Casino vastly outstrips that of its sister site, and the bonuses are good, offering regular rewards for both casino fans and sports bettors. The portfolio at WinCity includes more than six thousand games, and the casino claims that withdrawals are processed immediately.
Cons: Geo-restrictions mean that not all of the casino’s content will be available in every area, although we found that some content was still available in the UK. That shouldn’t be the case on the grounds that it isn’t legal to play at WinCity in the UK. The casino advertises priority withdrawals for VIP players, which makes no sense if everyone gets instant withdrawals already. In general, the stated benefits of the VIP program are woolly and imprecise.
Top Games at WinCity Casino
As we noted above, geo-restrictions mean that the games you’ll find at WinCity will depend on your location. As an example of that, we could see very few slots when we wrote this review, with Sweet Paradise by Manna Play and Cleopatra’s Code by the same provider the only two in the “hot” section. Kitty Carnival (Urgent Games), Mystic Phantoms (Urgent Games), Bonbon Bonanza (GamingCorps), and Gnomes & Giants (Gnomes & Giants) are the other slots of note on the homepage – not a great collection, and entirely devoid of big-name providers.
We had slightly better luck with WinCity’s live dealer and live casino selection, with plenty of titles by Pragmatic Play available. That being said, most of those titles are basic casino staples like baccarat and blackjack rather than anything more modern or exciting from the provider’s range of live game shows. Other live games come from Vivo Play, although many of that provider’s titles are hosted by women in swimwear. WinCity also offers a small but well-selected range of crash and instant-win games, including Take My Plinko and Turbo Plinko. Some of the games at the casino are promoted as crypto games, but we don’t think any of them are exclusively or specifically reserved for players who use crypto to play at the casino. On top of all this, there’s sports betting available.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
The list of withdrawal methods that WinCity Casino supports is exhaustingly long. Every major crypto coin and token in the world is supported, and several smaller coins are supported, too. For e-wallets, players can use AstroPay, Jeton, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Neteller, Netwallet, Pix, Skrill, or Sofort. That’s in addition to bank transfers and standard debit card withdrawals, which are also supported. The terms and conditions are confusing, though – the WinCity FAQ says that withdrawals are usually instant, but priority withdrawals are listed as a specific perk for VIP players. It’s impossible for both of those things to be true, so we’re not sure what the reality is.
Customer Support and Licensing
WinCity doesn’t offer live support. If you click the Support button, you’ll be taken to a contact form and invited to fill it in. A “message us” link appears in the corner of the screen where you’d expect a chat widget to be, but the agents were listed as last being available “some time ago” when we tried to use it. As a Megasoft N.V. casino, WinCity Casino is covered by the Internet Gaming Licence that the operator holds in Anjouan. This same licence covers the WinCity sister sites. We remind you again that if you live in a regulated territory, this licence doesn’t offer much (if any) regulatory protection. By offering casino and betting facilities to players in the United Kingdom, WinCity places itself at odds with the law.
WinCity Casino – The Verdict
WinCity is a lot better than Win Casino is, so it’s won its most important battle by being the best casino on its network. We don’t think that makes it a great casino, though – it’s too unclear in too many places for us to describe it as “great.” The terms and conditions that the casino lists for withdrawals seem to be contradictory when it comes to speed and priority, and the benefits of the VIP scheme that it advertises are never really explained. The lack of live customer support counts heavily against the casino, too. Still, these are all things that are well within WinCity’s power to resolve or improve if it has the desire.
