With very few exceptions, all of the Wunderwins sister sites are elaborately decorated casinos with strong themes and identities. Wunderwins has no theme and isn’t quite as pretty as its better-known peers. That might partially explain why it hasn’t reached the heights of, for example, GoSlot! or Scatters Casino. The casino still enjoys plenty of custom, though, and appears to come with some attractive promotions. Let’s see how well it performs.

Wunderwins Casino Welcome Offer

The Wunderwins homepage touts a welcome promotion of 100% as a matched deposit on first deposits, 200% on second deposits and 300% on first deposits, plus three hundred free spins. It sounds generous, but the key terms and featured of the bonuses aren’t disclosed on the homepage. When we check the promotions page, we find that there’s a cap of £550 on each stage of the bonus, so that’s £1650 in possible bonus cash. The free spins are dished out at a rate of 100 per deposit. Unfortunately, the casino doesn’t tell us the minimum qualifying deposit or what the wagering requirements for the bonus cash are, so the picture that it paints is incomplete.

Ongoing Promotions

Keep scrolling down the Wunderwins homepage, and you’ll find a section marked “Wunderwins Loyalty.” There, you’ll see an offer of twenty-five per cent cashback on losses every week, paid every Saturday. There’s no mention of an upper limit to the cashback offer, and a wagering requirement of just x1 on the funds. Again, though, the advert doesn’t tell the whole story. To get twenty-five per cent cashback, players need to be at the top of the casino’s tiered loyalty scheme, for which 100,000 loyalty points are required. At the first level (which opens up at 500 points), the percentage of cashback delivered is just 3%. Nowhere on the page does Wunderwins tell us how much we have to spend to acquire loyalty points, so we can’t say whether the cashback scheme represents a fair return.

Elsewhere, the casino offers periodic or seasonal bonuses. As an example, we visited Wunderwins close to St. Patrick’s Day to write this review, and there was a special one-off 100% matched deposit promotion available. The casino also has access to the famous Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins games if you want to go prize hunting.

Pros and Cons of Wunderwins Casino

Pros: By the standards of non-UKGC casinos, Wunderwins offers a lot of slots and games, most of which come from trusted, respectable providers. It sounds plausible that the cashback scheme offers genuine value for money. If Wunderwins is like its sister sites, it might also offer fast withdrawals – it’s just a shame that the site doesn’t see fit to tell us.

Cons: Wunderwins doesn’t do a good job of explaining information to players. There’s key information missing from both its sign-up offer and its ongoing cashback incentive. Also, the casino doesn’t have a banking page, which is something you’ll find at almost all of the other Wunderwins sister sites. The only licence that the casino holds is from Canada’s Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is as good as having no licence at all for all the protection that it offers.

Wunderwins is heavily focused on slots. There are some live casino games, but they’re very much a secondary concern. It’s strange to see that it appears to be so popular with players here.

Weirdly, Wunderwins doesn’t have a payments or banking page. Nearly all of the Wunderwins sister sites do, so we have no idea how this was overlooked when the casino was designed.
