We’re not sure what’s meant by the name “NinBet.” We suspect that the “Nin” might be shorthand for “nine,” in which case the casino has missed the chance to use that name to stand out – we’ve seen NineWin and Nine Casino fly up the charts like they’ve got rockets strapped to their backs within the past twelve months. DuoBetz Review 2024

It’s clear what’s meant by the name DuoBetz – it’s a duo of bets. How it applies to the casino site is something we’re less clear on. There are far more than two forms of betting here, so the casino is doing itself a disservice with the name. DuoBetz has a pirate mascot character on its homepage promoting the site’s matched deposit sign-up promotion, but the pirate theme isn’t carried through to the rest of the website, and seems oddly out-of-place on the otherwise subdued homepage. Peel back the layers, though, and you’ll find that DuoBetz offers far more than initially meets the eye. Let’s look closer.

DuoBetz Welcome Offer

DuoBetz offers a three-stage welcome promotion, which is something else that makes a mockery of the “DuoBetz” name, but we guess that underpromising and overdelivering is a good way to get business. When players make their first deposit of £20 or more at the casino, they can claim a 125% boost up to a maximum of £5000. Second deposits of £20 or more get a 50% boost up to the same maximum limit, and third deposits of £20 or more are eligible for a 25% boost up to the same amount. That means there’s up to £15,000 available for big spenders. All three stages of the welcome promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement, which is x20.

Some of the DuoBetz sister sites have a separate welcome promotion for sports betting. One of them even has a separate welcome bonus for players who want to play mini or casual games. DuoBetz offers both categories but doesn’t have bonuses to cover them. That means it’s not the best casino on the platform if bonuses are a big motivator for you.

Ongoing Promotions

As well as having less to offer in terms of welcome promotions than some of its sister sites, DuoBetz is also weaker when it comes to general promotions. There isn’t a VIP scheme here, nor a specific way of rewarding players for loyalty. There aren’t any crypto bonuses either, which is odd, because players are just as welcome to spend crypto at DuoBetz as they are at the other casinos under this operator’s umbrella. Instead, the only other promotion listed at this casino is a ten per cent cashback offer, which can be claimed once per week on Mondays, and is subject to an upper limit of £1000. The offer is only applicable to losses incurred while playing slots between Saturday and Sunday. There’s no mention of any associated wagering requirement.

Pros and Cons of DuoBetz

Pros: £15,000 in bonus cash is a solid offer to big spenders and might persuade a few to come through the casino’s virtual doors. The catalogue of slots and games available at the casino is massive, with thousands of slots and separate areas of the website for casual games, poker, and live dealer games. Withdrawals are issued on the same day that they’re asked for in the majority of cases.

Cons: While the casino’s welcome promotion is decent, there’s no follow-up. The only other bonus at the casino is a very specific and very limited cashback offer. Bigger than that is the casino’s licensing problem. We will have issues with casinos and operators based in Costa Rica until the territory cleans up its act in terms of regulation, and the fact remains that DuoBetz accepts UK players without having an appropriate licence to do so.

Top Games at DuoBetz

We’ve touched on this area a couple of times already, but we’ll say it again for the sake of completeness – the selection of iGaming categories at DuoBetz is impressive, as is the depth of each category. From casual mini-games like Aviator and JetX to live dealer poker games and a very detailed sportsbook, DuoBetz has more than something for every type of player. The casino’s portfolio is the single most impressive thing about the site. You’ll never have to worry about boredom when you play here because you’ll never run out of new games to play. Even with all that being said, though, most of the games that DuoBetz chooses to highlight on its homepage are good old-fashioned slots.

When we say “old-fashioned,” we mean it. Starburst, which was released by NetEnt over a decade ago, remains the top pick in the DuoBetz library. Given the enduring popularity of the slot, we shouldn’t really be surprised. We’re also not surprised that Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play and Big Bass Bonanza by Reel Kingdom occupy slots two and three – they’re almost as popular as Starburst is. Sugar Rush and Gonzo’s Quest make the top row, too, with JetX being the only non-slots game on that row on the casino’s homepage. Other highlighted slots include Sweet Bonanza, Twin Spin, and Dynamite Riches. Every major provider is featured within the casino’s collection.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

The casino doesn’t have a banking page for us to check, but there’s some information about withdrawal processing in its FAQ and its full terms and conditions. Where possible, DuoBetz will check and either approve or reject your withdrawal request within one hour. If approved, your withdrawal will be processed instantly. That should result in same-day withdrawals in the vast majority of cases. The terms and conditions do include the disclaimer that some players might have to wait 2-3 business days, which is a stipulation that we presume applies to bank transfers and some debit cards. Every major debit card is accepted at DuoBetz – even Maestro – and almost every cryptocurrency you can name is also supported. You can’t conduct transactions using e-wallets, though, and there’s no Trustly support either.

A live chat widget will always be in view no matter which page of the DuoBetz website you’re using, and players should find that there’s someone available to speak to twenty-four hours per day. If that’s not the case for any reason, players can fill in a contact form or email [email protected]. The casino doesn’t say anything about holding an iGaming licence, and we can’t find any licensing information about its operator, Alimaniere LLC, either. Because of that, we must warn you that we believe DuoBetz and all of the DuoBetz sister sites to be operating without licenses or any regulatory oversight.

DuoBetz – The Verdict

The best casino on this operator’s platform is DogsFortune Casino. When you use that site as a measuring stick, DuoBetz doesn’t measure up. The biggest difference is in the promotions at the respective casinos – DuoBetz just doesn’t put as much bonus cash on the table to keep players interested. There’s still plenty to do at the casino and fantastic selection of games, but it comes off as weaker by comparison. Even if it didn’t, there’s no way that we’d be able to overlook the site’s licensing problem. DuoBetz doesn’t have a licence, and there’s nobody overseeing it in terms of regulation. We’re not calling it a rogue casino, but if it decided to operate as a rogue casino, there’s nothing anyone would be able to do to stop it.
