That might seem like an obvious statement to make when Big Spin Casino is one of the MYB Casino sister sites, but bear with us. MYB Casino was launched off the back of My Bookie in an attempt to cash in on the popularity of My Bookie and draw its players towards slots and casino games. Big Spin Casino was, in turn, launched off the back of MYB Casino. The operator saw success with MYB Casino and decided to push it further by launching a new casino free of the My Bookie brand, so Big Spin Casino was born.

It has to be said that “Big Spin Casino” isn’t an original name for a slots website, and the decor of the casino website is a little drab. The connections between My Bookie and MYB Casino are so strong that MYB Casino doesn’t really have an identity of its own – it was created as an extension of My Bookie, and so it has remained. As we noted above, the appeal of MYB Casino has been dented by the fact that My Bookie has added a casino section to its website in the years since MYB Casino launched, so the question is, does MYB Casino still have enough about it to attract players as a standalone casino site?

MYB Casino Welcome Offer

MYB Casino claims to be the biggest in the world when it comes to bonuses and prestige. That isn’t close to being true – we doubt it would scratch its way into the top one hundred – but there’s still some substance to its welcome promotion. New players are offered a 200% deposit boost sign-up bonus with a maximum value of £1000. Players need to deposit £45 or more to qualify for the offer and must quote MYCB200 when making the deposit to receive it. The wagering requirement imposed on the bonus cash is x40.

Ongoing Promotions

There are two reload bonuses available at MYB Casino – one for players using regular currency and one for players using crypto. If you’re still on standard currency, it’s a 100% deposit match up to a maximum value of £1000 with an x40 wagering requirement, and it can be claimed once per week. For crypto users, it’s a 200% boost up to a maximum of £2000, and it can be claimed twice per week with a wagering requirement of x40. Clearly, cryptocurrency users get preferential treatment at MYB Casino.

A special offer that’s only available on weekends gives players a further 250% deposit boost up to £2000 (and keeps the x40 wagering requirement in place), and there are fifty free spins for all deposits of £45 or more on Wednesdays. Pros and Cons of MYB Casino

Pros: The promotions at MYB Casino are numerous and well-balanced. We don’t love the fact that users of fiat currency are effectively second-class citizens at the casino, but such is the way of the iGaming world. This is a good-looking casino site with a strong brand identity. It actually looks classier than it really is.

Cons: The size of the game portfolio at the casino isn’t great, and that’s a consequence of MYB Casino’s biggest problem – it isn’t covered by an iGaming licence. It claims to be licensed by authorities in Curacao, but it offers no proof of this, and we can’t verify the claim. Unlicensed and unregulated casinos can’t be trusted – not even if they look as good as MYB Casino does.

Top Games at MYB Casino

In a sense, the entertainment options at MYB Casino are quite limited, but then again, they’re supposed to be. If you want sports betting and a more expansive experience, you should go to My Bookie, to which MYB Casino has always been the little sibling. The casino focuses on slots and live casino games, with an emphasis on the former. However, without a proper licence to persuade providers of its trustworthiness, it’s obvious that the casino has struggled to acquire top-quality slots.

At the time of writing, the top slots at MYB Casino were Dragon’s Gold, Wish Granted: Hold & Win and Pho Sho Hold & Win. They’re not famous names, but they’ve copied their themes and some of their functions from far more popular slots. You’re not going to be able to find your favourite or most familiar slots here, but you should be able to find something within the same theme or genre.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

There’s a banking page at MYB Casino, but it only talks about deposits and says nothing about withdrawals. That’s a highly questionable move and leaves players scrabbling to find withdrawal processing information. There isn’t much of it, but it’s listed under the FAQ. There, players are told that they’ll likely have to wait 3-5 business days to receive their money after asking for it, and they should only contact customer support if they still don’t have their money after seven business days. Based on the listed logos, the withdrawal options supported by this casino are Bitcoin, Visa and Mastercard. That’s not a lot of range.

Customer Support and Licensing

Here’s yet another thing that’s odd about MYB Casino – if you visit the “Support” option on the casino’s website, you’ll find that it offers nothing more than a contact form, via which players can raise complaints. There’s a live chat option, but it’s only available if you’re already logged into your account. However, if you visit the FAQ, you’ll find that the casino also offers a phone number. It’s +1 (844) 335-3536. We have no idea why it’s not listed on the contact page.

At the very bottom of its homepage, MYB Casino claims to be licensed and regulated by the Government and laws of Curacao. There’s no licensing stamp or logo, though, and we’ve been unable to find any evidence of the casino holding such a licence. As such, we have to consider it unlicensed, and we have to assume that the MYB Casino sister sites are also unlicensed.

MYB Casino – The Verdict

At the start of this review, we asked if there’s still a point in visiting MYB Casino now that My Bookie has trodden all over its toes and started offering casino games under its own banner. Sadly, we conclude that the answer is a firm and resounding “no.” MYB Casino has a shallow pool of games and a muddy withdrawal process, and the fact that this is also true of its sister sites doesn’t make it any better. Ultimately, the risks posed to any UK-based player by playing at any casino that doesn’t hold a UK Gambling Commission licence will always be too high to justify, and we’re not going to make an exception for this one.
