NUMBERS GAME CASINO IS NOT COVERED BY A UK GAMBLING COMMISSION LICENCE

Numbers Game Casino is a very unusual iGaming site. Its owner, GAC Group Limited, is based on the Isle of Man. That’s the perfect location for a casino company to serve the UK market from, but GAC Group shouldn’t be serving the UK market at all. Rather than having a UK Gambling Commission licence, the only licence that covers this casino comes from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is in Canada. That means Numbers Game Casino shouldn’t serve players in the UK – and yet it does. To be absolutely clear on this point, it’s not safe for UK players to register or play at Numbers Game Casino. There’s no regulatory support if something goes wrong.

In terms of Numbers Game sister sites, there’s nothing to report. It can be difficult to comprehensively confirm whether non-UKGC casinos have any sister sites or not, but we’ve looked high and low, and Numbers Game appears to be the only casino that GAC Group Limited operates. If any new casinos or Numbers Game sister sites appear on this network in the future, we’ll let you know. In the meantime, here’s a full and detailed review of Numbers Game.

Numbers Game Casino Review 2024

Straight from the off, Numbers Game feels like a somewhat unorthodox casino. It looks friendly enough with its soft, purple-based colour scheme, but take a look at the “About Us” page of its website. There, it says that the casino believes in “uncompromising freedom” and people “living their lives as they see fit,” going on to talk about speakeasies, back rooms, and finding everything you need on the streets. It sounds more like a description of an anarchist uprising than an online casino. That doesn’t change the fact that Numbers Game is very much an online casino, though, so let’s see what it’s made of.

Numbers Game sister sites homepage

Numbers Game Casino Welcome Offer

We’ve already established the fact that Numbers Game is a pretty weird casino. Here’s another weird thing about it. At the bottom of its homepage, there’s a specific link that’s labelled “bonus terms.” It does what it says it does – it takes you to a page where Numbers Game outlines the terms and conditions of the bonuses that it offers, including maximum limits and wagering requirements. The problem is that we can’t find any bonuses for the terms to apply to. There are none advertised on the Numbers Game homepage, and there isn’t a promotions page or anything similar anywhere else on the casino’s website either.

Ongoing Promotions

We’ve already covered the fact that there aren’t any promotions on offer at Numbers Game (or, at least, that there weren’t when we wrote this review), so let’s talk about something else that’s weird about this casino. When you open the “Betting Rules” link in its footer, you’re taken to a page that outlines the terms and conditions of the casino’s sportsbook. However, the casino doesn’t have a sportsbook. You can’t be on sports at Numbers Game, and as far as we can tell, it’s never been possible to do so. It’s almost like the terms and conditions of Numbers Game have been copied and pasted from another casino site and have no specific relevance to Numbers Game.

Pros and Cons of Numbers Game Casino

Pros: We’re really struggling to think of anything to put here. We’ll go with the fact that Numbers Game appears to offer an excellent range of slots and games and works with a number of highly respected providers. The casino looks very good.

Cons: Everything other than the above. The terms and conditions don’t appear to be related to the casino, there aren’t any promotions, there’s virtually no customer service, and there’s no published information about withdrawal processing. These are all massive red flags, and that’s without even taking into account the fact that the casino is trying to operate in the UK while holding nothing other than a Canadian iGaming licence.

Top Games at Numbers Game Casino

We’ve already established that Numbers Game doesn’t offer sports betting (despite explicitly claiming otherwise). It does, however, offer almost everything else. The casino offers slots, live dealer games, game shows, table game classics, and the increasingly popular “crash games” category, including the likes of Spaceman and Big Bass Crash. Mines: Dare 2 Win and Plinko: Dare 2 Win get banner space on the landing page, too. For all the modernity, though, online slots are still what the casino uses most of the space on its homepage to focus on.

Of the many slots available to the casino, Numbers Game seems to prefer the work of Pragmatic Play. No fewer than three of the provider’s slots appear in the top row of the casino’s homepage, and they’re new releases. Sugar Rush 1000 leads the way, but Big Bass: Day at the Races is right behind it, and Beware the Deep: Megaways is right there with them, too. Other picks from the top row include Hacksaw Gaming’s Wanted: Dead or a Wild and Habanero’s Wild Flow. The collection, as you can hopefully see, is extensive and varied.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

We know almost nothing whatsoever about the casino’s withdrawal policy, and that’s a huge problem. There isn’t a banking page. Withdrawals aren’t discussed in the limited Numbers Game FAQ and barely get a mention in the full terms and conditions. However, the logos of some payment providers appear in the footer of the casino website. Mastercard, Interac, AstroPay and Payz are all referenced by logo, so we assume they’re the available methods. As for how long it takes to get a withdrawal, whether any fees apply and what the maximum and minimum limits are – we know nothing at all.

Customer Support and Licensing

Clicking on the “contact us” link at Numbers Game takes you to a contact form, which you can fill in and then await a response. Someone on the casino’s support team will try to get back to you within the quoted service standard of two hours. There’s no live assistance, so if you have an urgent problem, you’re basically out of luck. The casino suggests that the solution you’re looking for might be contained within the FAQ, but given the brevity of the FAQ, that’s highly unlikely.

GAC Group Limited holds a licence with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is Canada-based and isn’t really intended to offer any regulatory protection beyond Canada. It’s certainly not enough to protect players in the UK, so from the point of view of UK players, Numbers Game is basically unlicensed. The same would be true of any Numbers Game sister sites if they existed.

Numbers Game Casino – The Verdict

Do we really need to tell you? If you’ve read our full review, you know what we think about Numbers Game Casino. It’s covered in red flags, from the seemingly stolen terms and conditions to the lack of customer support and banking information. It’s never safe for any UK player to play at an online casino that doesn’t have a UK Gambling Commission licence, but playing at Numbers Game wouldn’t just be unsafe – it would be something close to madness. The casino doesn’t do anything to engender trust and ought to be avoided.
