Royal Planet Casino Sister Sites 2024
Casino Lust
Casino Lust is SSC Entertainment N.V.’s effort to create an enticing and seductive online casino. However, if they were aiming for that vibe, they might have been better off following the design cues of one of the prettier casinos on the platform. Instead, Casino Lust is stuck with the same generic, uninspired layout that you’ll find across most of the Royal Planet Casino sister sites. There’s very little that’s truly lust-worthy about this site, and we’re not just talking about its bland design. Perhaps the most positive aspect of Casino Lust is that you have three different ways to contact customer support, but even that doesn’t really differentiate it from the other casinos under the same management. While none of the casinos in this group are particularly remarkable, Casino Lust falls noticeably short of the mark. Lust isn’t love, and we don’t think you’ll be falling in love with this casino.
Casino Fiz
Casino Fiz does have a few things going for it, particularly in its design, which shows more effort than most of the other Royal Planet Casino sister sites. However, it seems a bit confused about its theme. For example, the “Fiz” in its logo, complete with little bubbles, might make you think of champagne, which would be a fair assumption. But when you land on the homepage, you’re met with a cartoonish Mariachi character, suggesting a Mexican theme. This inconsistency doesn’t stop there—the URL says “Casino Fiz,” while the logo reads “Fiz Casino.” These sorts of basic design slip-ups shouldn’t happen, and if they do, they should be quickly corrected. The fact that Casino Fiz has been left in this state points to a lack of attention to detail from SSC Entertainment N.V. It’s particularly strange considering it’s one of the operator’s more recent launches.
FatBet Casino
The concept behind FatBet Casino isn’t one that’s likely to take you a long time to work out – it’s an online casino, and it’s a site where you can place big, fat bets. The problem is that you can’t actually do that. When we talk about “placing a fat bet,” we’re usually talking about betting on sports. That activity isn’t available to you at FatBet Casino, which shouldn’t come as a huge surprise on account of the fact that it isn’t available to you at any of the other Royal Planet Casino sister sites, either. Without any sports to bet on and without a unique look or feel, FatBet Casino becomes much like all the other casinos on the SSC Entertainment N.V. platform – dull and bland. If anything, it’s worse than Royal Planet Casino on account of its bonuses not having as much bite.
Casholot Casino
Labeling Casholot Casino as “old school” feels a bit too generous; “outdated” might be more fitting. Out of the many Royal Planet Casino sister sites, Casholot doesn’t exactly shine, and unfortunately when it does stand out, it’s for all the wrong reasons. The site doesn’t bother to improve upon the typical SSC Entertainment N.V. template, resulting in a dull design that matches its equally uninspired gaming experience. Every casino from this operator feels like it’s been produced in bulk, with only minimal changes in appearance to set them apart. If there’s one thing worth mentioning about Casholot Casino, it’s its surprising longevity. Being online for almost a decade is quite an achievement, especially compared to many of its counterparts. So, it seems to be doing something right, though it’s not immediately obvious what that is. If we ever figure it out, we’ll make sure to update this review.
EuroFortune Casino
EuroFortune is an online casino that proudly shows off its European heritage, even using the EU flag’s colours in its design. However, this strategy doesn’t seem to appeal to British players, especially given the UK’s mixed feelings about the EU after the 2016 referendum. This might be the reason why EuroFortune hasn’t gained much popularity among UK players compared to other Royal Planet Casino sister sites. In fact, UK players should avoid EuroFortune completely, as it doesn’t have a valid gaming licence. Despite these drawbacks, the site still manages to attract some visitors, though far fewer than it used to. This decline is evident in the dwindling and increasingly negative customer reviews found on sites like Trustpilot. If you’re searching for positive aspects, you’ll be disappointed – we have none for you. EuroFortune suffers from the same issues as its sister sites, making it hard to recommend.

Royal Planet Casino Review 2024
Royal Planet Casino used to be a self-operated, standalone international online casino until around the middle of 2024, when the site briefly went down. When it came back up again, it was on the SSC Entertainment N.V. platform. That means the casino is now part of one of the biggest networks based in Curacao. Sadly, though, the network isn’t known for its quality of the fairness of its terms and conditions. Royal Planet Casino has managed to keep its cartoonish decor, but has it managed to keep any of its other previous charms, or has it defaulted to the service standards of its new operator? Let’s see.
Royal Planet Casino Welcome Promotions
Royal Planet Casino provides two welcome bonuses, neither of which are the “100% welcome bonus” advertised on the homepage, and both of which are rather typical for this network’s offerings. The first one is curiously titled “400% Weekly Promotions and Specials,” which is confusing as it’s actually meant to be a sign-up bonus. When you look closer, it’s just a 400% match on your first deposit, but the details are vague—there’s no mention of a maximum amount or specific wagering requirements. After sifting through the fine print, it becomes clear that the wagering requirement ranges between x20 and x60, and you can’t withdraw the bonus itself, only the winnings that come from it.
The second option is a “cashback insurance” on your first deposit. Essentially, if you lose your initial deposit, you can claim it back by contacting customer support. However, this offer is also light on specifics, with no clear terms and conditions provided, leaving players without a full understanding of how it works.
Other Promotions
Royal Planet Casino promotes various raffles and tournaments, but it doesn’t provide much detail about them. One of the more concrete offers is called “Cashtravaganza,” a weekly event that supposedly gives players an 80% bonus on all deposits made during the so-called “cashparty” period. However, the site fails to specify when this period begins or ends, and the word “Cashtravaganza” isn’t mentioned anywhere else on the site, leaving players in the dark.
Another ongoing promotion at Royal Planet Casino is their loyalty programme, known as “Comp Points.” As you play, you earn points that can eventually be converted into cash, though the conversion rate is far from generous. For every £1 you wager, you earn one point, but these points can only be exchanged at a rate of £1 for every 1000 points. To add to the challenge, you must accumulate a staggering 100,000 Comp Points before you can make a withdrawal, meaning you’ll need to wager £100,000 before seeing any real benefit.
What are the Pros and Cons of Royal Planet Casino?
Pros: We suppose we have to mention something here, so we’ll go for the three-pronged approach the casino takes to customer support. Having a phone number to call is great, even if we think it’s a bit odd that the number is UK-based.
Cons: Literally everything else. The terms and conditions of the bonuses that the casino offers are either unfair or misleading. There are unfair restrictions on withdrawals, which take up to three weeks even if they get approved. The casino operates without any recognised iGaming licences in place. It’s hard to imagine why anyone would want to play here.
Top Games at Royal Planet Casino
When Royal Planet Casino moved to SSC Entertainment N.V., it lost access to all of the slots and games that it used to host, swapping them for the standard-issue portfolio that’s available to all the casinos on this network. That isn’t good news for players. The portfolio is very limit, drawn primarily from Rival Gaming and featuring no live dealer games or game shows. There are a few table game simulators, but they’re very limited in terms of what they can do.
The top slots at Royal Planet Casino as of the time of writing are Wolf Moon Rising (a clone of Wolf Gold by Pragmatic Play), Stampede (which appears to be an identical clone of the authentic Stampade slots game by Eyecom, and Jumbo Joker, which at least has the benefit of being an original slots game even if it’s a fairly traditional and bland one. The “Top Games For You” section of the Royal Planet Casino website is a dead ringer for all of its sister sites, and never seems to get updated. You could visit this casino on any week of any year, and you’d find the same old slots and games looking back at you from the homepage. The casino has gone stale.
Withdrawal Processing & Support
Royal Planet Casino falls short in this area too. While there is a banking page, it doesn’t clearly outline the payment methods available. The homepage footer features logos for Visa, Mastercard, and Bitcoin, while the banking section briefly mentions Neteller and Skrill, suggesting that e-wallets might be an option. However, the lack of clarity leaves you uncertain about whether these are the only options or if other e-wallets are also supported, which is more than a little frustrating.
The terms and conditions disclose that withdrawals can take anywhere from fifteen to eighteen business days. That just isn’t reasonable. Adding to the frustration, there’s a withdrawal limit set at ten times your most recent deposit, which feels particularly unfair if you’ve had a big win. On top of that, all withdrawals come with a fee ranging between £10 and £40, which could be the tipping point for any players still considering whether to stick with Royal Planet Casino.
Customer Services & Licensing
As we’ve said already, customer support is likely to be the only thing you won’t have an issue with at this casino. You can even give the support team a call on 01718 732 0154 if you want, although why a Curacao-based casino with no licence has a UK-based telephone support number is beyond us. The other two options are email ([email protected]) or the live chat service. It’s just as well there are so many contact options – if you play here, you’re likely to want someone to complain to.
The biggest problem at Royal Planet Casino is the fact that it doesn’t have any iGaming licences, Curacao-issued or otherwise. This is actually odd, because most of the Royal Planet Casino sister sites used to hold Curacao licences until relatively recently. We don’t know what changed, but we do know that the lack of any licence means that the casino can’t be trusted. It’s not like getting a licence from some of the Curacao regulators is especially hard, so we don’t know what happened to cause their sudden withdrawal from this operator. Add it to the pile of red flags.
Royal Planet Casino – The Verdict
Royal Planet Casino isn’t very good. We’re not normally so matter-of-fact about the casinos we review, but we don’t want any ambiguity here – we don’t think you should play here. That’s not just because it doesn’t have an iGaming licence, although that’s obviously a big factor. Even if you’re the kind of risk-happy thrill-seeker who doesn’t give a hoot about licensing, you should give a hoot about the terms and conditions of the casinos you play at, and the terms and conditions of Royal Planet Casino are stacked against the player in a variety of unfair ways, from restrictions on bonuses to timescales on withdrawals. There are thousands of online casinos out there – why waste time and money on this one?
What are players saying about Royal Planet Casino?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent player reviews of Royal Planet Casino.
- 09-Jun-2024 by Jeff:
I need to update my review as they have now paid me twice, but the payments were limited based on my winnings. I hit the major jackpot on Reels and Wheels XL for £16,000. It’s been two weeks and I’ve only received £2,800. Despite playing for months without winning, I finally won big last night. The chat agents can’t answer any questions about withdrawals. Since my second withdrawal was processed, I now can’t withdraw anything. I have over £2,000 still in my account and can’t make a withdrawal or get an answer when that will change. They are very slow at responding to emails. They do payout, but very slowly. They need to improve their payout speed based on players’ wagers and winnings. They did change ownership and are making changes, but it’s a slow process. I hope they allow me to make another withdrawal since I have won so much but have only received a small amount. – source: Casino Guru - 03-Jun-2024 by Kim:
Edited for the second time… To my surprise, many months later, I have finally been paid a partial amount of my withdrawal request. I believe FatBet might have different ownership now. I would still be cautious about depositing again. Despite mostly negative reviews, Casino Guru lists this casino as “Above Average.” They are ripping people off! My verification was all good, and I won fair and square, but they just won’t pay me my winnings, which was only £360. It shouldn’t take a month or more for a Bitcoin payout. Customer service reps are nice but keep repeating the same thing repeatedly. Very discouraging and aggravating. – source: Casino Guru - 12-Mar-2024 by Diamonds:
FatBet has a nice selection of slots and good promotional offers with low wager requirements on deposit bonuses. I won 5x my deposit in my first session and requested a BTC withdrawal (£457). However, the withdrawal process is too slow for crypto. It’s been four days since my request, and nobody has even checked the documents. KYC and crypto withdrawal can be completed in 10 minutes, so 3-5 days is too long. I’m losing trust, but this can be easily improved. Speed up the KYC and make crypto withdrawals instant, and my rating will be higher. Currently, the BTC withdrawal is the slowest I’ve seen, and the support isn’t very helpful. – source: Casino Guru - 05-Feb-2024 by Edwin:
Poor service, it’s a scam. Don’t waste your time. No withdrawal, no matter if you win. – source: Casino Guru - 22-Jan-2024 by Anansa:
Scammers! I made two deposits, but they never added the money to my account. Customer service is terrible, and nobody helps. I will be reporting them. – source: Casino Guru - 18-Jan-2024 by LaLa:
Stay away! They are thieves. Made two deposits, which were deducted from my bank account but not reflected on my profile. Sent them all the necessary proofs, but they still avoid refunding me or adding the money. Customer service agents are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. – source: Casino Guru - 25-Dec-2023 by Daniel:
Nice casino and has many no-deposit bonus codes. This casino gives you a chance to win. – source: Casino Guru - 14-Jul-2023 by Stuart:
Seems okay. £ 500 no deposit bonus on sign-up. Seriously struggling to play games, possibly due to my slow PC. – source: Casino Guru
