SlotMonster Casino Sister Sites 2025
Crashino
SlotMonster Casino launched as the first-ever online casino from EOD Code SRL of Costa Rica in early 2024. However, it didn’t stay that way for long. Crashino quickly followed it, and so the family of SlotMonster sister sites began to expand. You’ll often find that casinos on the same network – especially those on international casino networks – are virtual clones of one another. That isn’t the case with the casinos on this platform. There’s a clue in the name of Crashino as to the audience it’s after – it wants to find modern players who favour fast-paced crash games more than slots. It still has slots games – lots of them, in fact – but crash games take centre stage at Crashino. The site also makes a bigger deal out of being a cryptocurrency casino than SlotMonster does, so that’s two reasons you might want to consider it if they’re better suited to you.
Incognito Casino
It looks like EOD Code SRL wants to expand quickly, because Incognito Casino became the third site on its network in June 2024. However, we get the feeling that it might have been launched in a bit of a hurry. When we reviewed Incognito Casino shortly after its launch, we found it had a lot of key information missing, including the entire contents of its “Promotions” and “About Us” pages. It would be very difficult to trust the casino without that information even if it had the benefit of being covered by an iGaming licence, which Incognito Casino isn’t. On top of that, it isn’t even incognito – it uses debit cards as its only payment method, and there’s nothing anonymous about debit cards. There are only two SlotMonster Casino sister sites, but Incognito Casino is easily the weakest of the sites that exist on the network at present.
Caibo Casino
Caibo is a little understated when you compare it to the other SlotMonster sister sites, but that’s not a reason to underestimate the potential potency of this casino. Sure, it could probably have got more mileage out of its cat mascot than the 8-bit style mascot character that appears in its logo, but that’s not the way Caibo Casino is laid out – it’s aiming for minimalism. It also might look a little bit more reserved with its welcome bonus than a lot of its sister casinos are, but that’s only because it’s made a silly mistake with its promotional banners. You’ll see on the homepage that the sign-up incentive is a 100% matched first deposit. What the banner doesn’t tell you is that the bonus is worth a maximum of £10,000 – an enormous sum by anybody’s standards, and a reason to check Caibo out.
Fast Slots
Not all of the SlotMonster sister sites are available in the UK. That’s down to licensing reasons. In order to serve players in the UK, you need to have a UK Gambling Commission licence. None of the EOD Code SRL casinos do, but it seems that the operator only remembers to observe the law about fifty per cent of the time when it’s launching casino brands. It forgot to exclude UK players when it launched Fast Slots in early 2025, but eventually remembered what it is and isn’t allowed to do, and started blocking access to UK-based players a couple of months after the casino launched. Those who can legally access Fast Slots say that it’s the most slots-orientated of all the casino brands on the operator’s network, but that’s not really a huge surprise when you consider the casino’s name.
WSM Casino
There comes a time everybody’s life when they begin to realise that they’re getting older, and some of the things that young people talk about don’t make any sense to them. For us, that moment came when we first heard of WSM Casino. We thought it was an odd name for a casino until someone explained to us that the WSM stands for “Wall Street Memes,” which is apparently a big thing on the internet for Gen Z. As such, you could argue that WSM Casino targets a younger demographic of players than the rest of the SlotMonster sister sites. We couldn’t find any actual memes on the WSM Casino website, though, which feels like an obviously missed opportunity if the name was supposed to connect to the concept. In any event, WSM Casino offers ongoing cashback to its VIP members, alongside other attractive perks.

SlotMonster Review 2025
SlotMonster went live in 2024, launched by an operator in Costa Rica that was, at the time, new to the industry. It’s a modern-looking casino site with big thumbnail graphics, a purple colour scheme, and a cute fluffy purple mascot character. The casino looks relatively easy to use, and it’s obvious from the briefest of glances at the homepage that there are plenty of different iGaming options and categories to consider. All looks good based on first impressions, but are those first impressions accurate? Let’s find out.
SlotMonster Welcome Offers
One of the recurring features of international casinos and the companies that operate them is that they usually try to tempt players in with massive welcome promotions. SlotMonster hasn’t tried to do that. The banner on its homepage advertises a simple 100% matched deposit bonus with a maximum value of £500. That’s all the banner says, though, so we went to the casino’s Promotions page looking for more information. We were very surprised to find that the extra detail wasn’t there, though – the Promotions page doesn’t tell us much more than the banner does.
The full terms and conditions of SlotMonster stipulate that all bonuses come with an x35 wagering requirement and that the maximum winnings from a bonus are capped at £2000. You’ll need to deposit £20 or more to qualify for this promotion. It has to be said that this bonus is much, much smaller than what’s available to new players at most other casinos on the same network.
Ongoing Promotions
When you use a word like “monster” in the name of an online casino, you’re indirectly suggesting that everything at the casino will have monstrous proportions compared to your average slots and casino site. SlotMonster doesn’t fit the bill. There are no guaranteed promotions at SlotMonster other than the sign-up offer save for the “Monster Surprise,” which promises a different bonus for every day of the week but doesn’t provide much more information than that. We get the impression from reading the description that these daily bonuses are a little on the small side. Again, most of the SlotMonster sister sites are a lot more generous with bonuses, and SlotMonster looks like small fry by comparison.
What are the Pros and Cons of SlotMonster Casino?
Pros: SlotsMonster looks like a fun time. It comes with all the biggest and best slots, and it intelligently divides them into neat categories on its homepage, making everything easy to find. The casino doesn’t get high marks from us for much, but we’re happy to acknowledge that it’s good for ease of use.
Cons: The welcome promotion at SlotMonster is one of the weakest on this casino network’s platform, and there are no other real bonuses available at the casino. The casino says that some withdrawals might attract fees, but doesn’t say why, when, or how much. It also doesn’t say how long those withdrawals might take. The casino’s biggest weakness is that it’s operating in plenty of places – the UK, for example – where it doesn’t have a licence to trade, thus placing it firmly on the wrong side of the law.
Top Games at SlotMonster
The selection of games at SlotMonster is the best thing about the casino. Its name is “SlotMonster” so it was always going to be a slots-led casino – and it is – but there are actually several other categories in play here. The live dealer selection is stacked with gameshows and classic table games from leading providers, with Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette among the top features. As a modern casino, SlotMonster also has a section for crash games, which is led by Aviator, Spaceman, Big Bass Crash and the somewhat more niche Hockey Shootout. Meanwhile, if you’re looking for classics like Starburst and Book of Dead, you’ll find them in the “Old but Gold” section.
Given that Starburst and Book of Dead have basically been consigned to a category full of relics from the past, you might be wondering what the top games at the casino are. The answer is that there’s actually quite a lot of crossover between some of the categories. The top slots at SlotMonster are in the “Monster Love” section at the top of the homepage. Book of Dead and Starburst both appear there, too, alongside Sweet Bonanza, Legacy of Dead and Big Bass Splash. If nothing else, it serves as confirmation that SlotMonster almost certainly has all of your favourite games.
Withdrawal Processing and Support
The absence of a banking page at the casino means that there’s a lack of certainty about the way that SlotMonster handles withdrawals. The familiar logos of Mastercard and Visa appear in the footer of the website, so we know that debit cards are valid. Based on the other logos, we can also use MiFinity e-wallets or Bitcoin, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don’t have any information about timescales for withdrawals (the casino keeps things loose by saying they could be anywhere between instant and five days), and our biggest bugbear is that the SlotMonster FAQ says that fees might apply in some circumstances. It says nothing about how big or small those fees are or what those circumstances might look like. Charging for withdrawals isn’t really on in this day and age, and the lack of specificity is a concern.
Customer Support and Licensing
There’s a chat widget always in view no matter which page of the SlotMonster website you’re using. We’re not sure whether it’s a 24/7 service – the casino doesn’t say – but there was an agent there for us to speak to when we wrote this review during normal business hours on a Thursday. If you can’t get through to anyone, you could instead email [email protected]. Although it doesn’t find time or space to mention this anywhere on its website, SlotMonster is covered by the Internet Gaming Licence that its operator holds in the State of Anjouan. The licence is issued to a company called Igloo Ventures SRL, which we assume to be a trading style or sister company of EOD Code SRL. The licence doesn’t grant permission for the casino to operate in the UK, but it does apply to the SlotMonster sister sites, too.
SlotMonster – The Verdict
We started this review off by hoping that SlotMonster could live up to the strong first impression that it makes with its graphics and its layout, so we’re a little bit sad that it couldn’t. Things started to go wrong when the casino didn’t readily provide us with the terms and conditions of its welcome bonus, and they never really got better from there. Threatening to charge for withdrawals without saying why or to what extent is a party foul, and the lack of bonuses and promotions make SlotMonster weak compared to your average international casino site. Throw in the lack of a relevant licence for the parts of the world that it operates in, and you’re looking at a casino that struggles to make a compelling argument to join.
What are players saying about SlotMonster Casino?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent SlotMonster reviews from real players.
- 16-Mar-2025 by Deek:
It’s been four days now, and my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed. I’m fully verified and didn’t even use a bonus, so there’s no reason why they shouldn’t pay out. It’s starting to seem like the negative reviews are true. – source: Trustpilot - 15-Mar-2025 by Danial:
All these reviews saying SlotMonster doesn’t pay out must be from people who haven’t read the bonus terms properly. I’ve been playing on the site for months and never had a single issue with deposits or withdrawals. It does take a few days, but you definitely get paid. – source: Trustpilot - 15-Mar-2025 by Bianca:
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My withdrawal has been pending for four days, and I’ve had no response, no updates—nothing! The account managers never reply, and this site seems incredibly dodgy. They hold onto withdrawals for as long as they want without giving a reason. Maybe now that I’ve left this review, someone will actually respond to me. – source: Trustpilot - 17-Mar-2025 by Shane:
SlotMonster is 100% legit! I’ve been playing here for a long time, deposited thousands, and withdrawn thousands with no issues. I recently won a huge £64,000, and so far, they’ve sent me £3,272 today as part of their daily withdrawal limit for VIPs. The 20% withdrawal fee people mention is false—it’s only about 2%. I’ll keep updating this, but so far, I’m very happy with how they’re handling it. – source: Trustpilot - 11-Mar-2025 by Shawn:
I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal to be approved, and instead, they just keep cancelling it and putting the money back into my account. I’ve lost over £2,000 on this site, and now they’re refusing to pay out £350. Be careful—this site seems like a scam! – source: Trustpilot - 09-Mar-2025 by Carlo:
This is the only casino I’ve played at where withdrawals take three or more days. Absolutely ridiculous! – source: Trustpilot - 09-Mar-2025 by Bex:
I actually enjoy this site most of the time—the variety of games is great, and big wins are possible from small bets if you’re lucky. But I have to take a star off for how long withdrawals take. Mine has been pending for three days, and live chat just told me to wait because they’re busy. Another issue is that NetEnt games don’t work properly. They were available for one day and then stopped again, which is really frustrating. If these two things get sorted, I’ll update my review. – source: Trustpilot - 08-Mar-2025 by G Coleman:
This site is a complete scam! They voided my £3,200 withdrawal with no explanation. They claim I broke the bonus terms but provided no proof. Stay away from this casino! – source: Trustpilot - 07-Mar-2025 by Kasper:
The site works well, and the games are good, but my £600 withdrawal has been pending for two and a half days now. Let’s see when it actually arrives. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Mar-2025 by Wesley:
Never had any problems with this site—every withdrawal I’ve made has been paid out. The RTP on the games is some of the best I’ve seen. I’m currently waiting for another withdrawal, and I’ll update once it arrives. Overall, a great experience! – source: Trustpilot
