Rizk Sister Sites 2024

Guts Casino

Guts logo

The list of Rizk Casino sister sites is short, but it includes Guts.com, which is mainly a poker website. While it specialises in poker, Guts newcomers can also enjoy a range of slots and poker offers on featured games such as the official “Narcos” video slot game, based on the television series of the same name.  A visit to Guts.com in 2022 gives a rather cold welcome with a simple message saying that Guts.com is not available in this territory (UK) – but players can still email [email protected] if they have any questions. It’s a shame that Guts is gone, as we recall it as an online casino site with an entertaining theme and an approach to customer service that put the customer experience first above all other things. The gaming library at Rizk was stocked by providers with established names like OMI, Big Time Gaming, and Inspired Gaming. Some of those games were exclusive, and the quality and range of the table games were difficult to match. Guts remains available to players inside the UK, but as far as those inside the UK are concerned, it’s gone, and it’s unlikely ever to come back.

The story of Kaboo Casino is very similar to the story of Guts Casino. It was once a Rizk sister site – and still is if you happen to be based outside the UK – but its days of providing casino services to players in the British Isles are over. Kaboo was a unique-looking online casino site designed to look like a cinema, and the cinema theme was sown richly throughout the site. The idea of the site was it offered players a “journey” from buying a ticket through to “watching a movie” on the big screen. It was all pretty high-concept stuff for a humble online slots casino, but it was innovative at the time the casino was launched. In fact, being ahead of the curve with high-concept themes might be part of the reason why it was withdrawn from the UK market. So long as the casino remains available abroad and Zecure Gaming Limited retains a UKGC licence, it’s possible that Kaboo could return, but we’re not exactly holding our breath waiting for that to happen.

Rizk Review 2024

Rizk has been online since 2016 and is both owned and operated by Zecure Gaming Limited. There used to be two Rizk Casino sister sites, but both were withdrawn from the UK within a couple of years of trading, leaving Rizk as the last casino standing for its network company. The site operates under two licences – one from the UKGC and one from the Malta Gaming Authority. That ought to make the casino trustworthy, but there’s more to being a great casino than just being trustworthy. Let’s take a closer look

Rizk sister sites homepage

There’s a lot about Rizk that doesn’t make sense. On its website, the casino describes the “stupendous” game selection that it offers, but the reality is that there are only around three hundred casino games of any kind available here. More worryingly, if you hit the “new games” tab in the casino section, you’ll see nothing at all. That might have changed by the time you visit Rizk, but the lack of any new games makes us worry for this casino’s long-term future. The older games are still here, though, and there’s both a live casino and a sportsbook, so let’s review what Rizk can offer us rather than what it can’t.

Award-Winning Gaming?

If you take an extended browse around the Rizk Casino website, you’ll notice that it frequently refers to itself as an “award-winning casino.” This is technically true, but the rewards it appears to have might not necessarily be the awards that it actually has. You’ve probably heard of the EGR Awards before if you’ve spent a lot of time around casinos and online slots websites, and Rizk will tell you that it won the “Socially Responsible Online Casino” award from EGR for 2016, and the “Top Casino Operator” award for 2017. Look a little closer, though, and you’ll see that these awards came from the Nordic version of the EGR, not the larger ceremony. From a UK point of view, Rizk Casino has never won any awards at all.

The website’s promotional text can be misleading in more broad and general terms, too. It promises “the fastest withdrawals in the land” and backs that up by saying e-wallet withdrawals are instant. That’s a great feature to have, but lots of other online casinos also have it. Debit card withdrawals, on the other hand, can take up to three days. We’d call that average. There are some casinos out there that can move debit card withdrawals along faster than that.

Rizk Welcome Offers

We don’t know whether Rizk Casino has a welcome offer or not, and that’s not for want of trying to find out. There’s no welcome offer listed on the site’s homepage or promotional pages. However, if you open up the page that contains information on the “Rizk Power Bar,” you’ll find a section highlighted in yellow which asks whether visitors are new to Rizk Casino. If they are, they can apparently claim a 100% matched deposit welcome offer with a cap of £50, plus fifty free spins to spend on Book of Dead. The minimum qualifying deposit is £10, and deposits made with e-wallets are excluded from the promotion. All bonus funds come with an x40 wagering requirement and have to be played through within thirty days.

Ongoing Promotions

Rizk Casino has two ways of rewarding player loyalty – the “Rizk Power Bar” and the “Wheel of Rizk.” We’ll take the Power Bar promotion first. It’s a simple enough promotion to understand – each time you place a bet on any of the games at Rizk Casino, the power bar fills up a little. Each time you fill it to the top, your account “levels up.” This is a feature that’s likely to be familiar to anyone who plays video games. To maintain or improve upon your current level you have to login and play at Rizk Casino at least once per week, or the level drops back down to zero. Each time you level up you’ll get one free spin on the “Wheel of Rizk,” upon which the prizes become more valuable as you progress through the levels.

The page of the Rizk Casino website that contains information about the Wheel of Rizk is a little unusual as it contains coarse language – players are promised that the wheel comes with “no bullsh*t.” The prizes available on the wheel include instant cash, massive jackpots (from level 10 upwards), double-speed charging for the power bar, free spins on selected slots, upgraded free spins at £1 per spin, and “mega free spins” at £3 per spin. All prizes won from the Wheel of Rizk have to be claimed and played within seven days.

Rizk Pros and Cons

Pros: We can tell that a lot of effort was put into the design of Rizk Casino back in 2016. The superhero theme is fun, the colour scheme is exciting, and the layout is intuitive. We always appreciate having both live chat and telephone support as customer service options, too. If the “Level Up” and “Wheel of Rizk” promotions combine and function in the way that’s described, it should be possible to earn some nice rewards that way.

Cons: There’s an air of decay about the entire Rizk Casino website. Broken pages exist anywhere, including crucial terms and conditions pages that ought to be linked from the promotional graphic on the homepage. That’s the sort of error that should be noticed and corrected immediately. The terms and conditions of the welcome offer are also missing, and it’s far from clear whether the promotion is even still valid. Nothing comes up in the “new games” section of the site, and there are only about two hundred games here anyway. If Rizk Casino isn’t slowly dying, it’s doing a good impression of an online casino that is.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

Rizk Casino Banner

It’s difficult to say what is or isn’t a “featured” online slots game when a site has so few of them to offer, but we’ll go with those that are highlighted under the “hottest games” section of the casino’s homepage. We imagine that the slots here are swapped out occasionally, but these were the top choices when we came to write this review.

Razor Shark: What’s worse than a shark? A shark with a razor, we guess. That must have been the idea behind this Push Gaming slot, which was released in 2019 and offers 95.05% RTP with high volatility. The “Razor Reveal” bonus feature is the key to this slot as it reveals multipliers every time it’s activated, and those multipliers can go as high as x2,500. Symbols often stack when they land and can be nudged during free spins to make wins more profitable. It’s possible for this slot to pay out as much as x85,000 a player’s stake, but as of 2022, it’s only ever happened once.

Chaos Crew: We’d describe Chaos Crew by Hacksaw Gaming as a “punk rock slot.” It’s full of skull and cat symbols, but the symbols are designed as if they were graffiti appearing on walls and the whole thing has a “DIY punk” feel to it. It certainly lives up to the “chaos” billing with a massively volatile 5*5 grid, 96.3% RTP and a free spins feature that invites players to collect multiplier symbols before combining them against the value of everything won during the feature. Those multipliers can be worth up to x5 per symbol, so payouts can be high if your luck is in.

Rise of Olympus: Play’n Go is an online slots developer that’s made more than a few classic slots in its time, and this is another one of them. It was released in 2018 and has remained popular ever since – not least because it pays out for winning lines that arrange themselves vertically as well as horizontally. A cynic would say that this is the Moon Princess slot reskinned with a “myths and legends” theme, but an optimist would say that having two ways of playing the same great slots game is a good thing. Each of the god characters has a modifier to use during free spins, but with volatility high and RTP down at 94.51%, it might take you a while to get there.

Rizk Casino also offers a limited collection of live dealer games and a fairly extensive sportsbook to go with its range of 150 or so online slots.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

We’ve touched on payments and withdrawals in this review already, but let’s take a closer look. On the face of it, the range of options for both depositing and making withdrawals at Rizk Casino is strong. The site offers Visa and Mastercard debit as card options, and for e-wallets, you have PayPal, Neteller, and Skrill to choose from. Trustly’s electronic banking intermediary service is supporting, and good old-fashioned bank transfers are there if all else fails.

E-wallets and Trustly withdrawals should be processed instantly, with funds back in your account straight away. Debit card withdrawals might take up to three days, and bank transfers could take up to five. All withdrawals are subject to players clearing Rizk’s verification checks.

Customer Support and License

Rizk – nominally, at least – has excellent customer care support. The average waiting time for somebody to get back to you on live chat is just thirty seconds. If you send the site an email, they aim to respond within an hour. You can even request a phone call and should hear from a customer support agent within the hour. Customer feedback strongly suggests that these standards aren’t always adhered to.

Rizk Casino operates in accordance with the licences granted to its parent company Zecure Gaming Limited by the UK Gambling Commission (56427), and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/CRP/108/2004-05).

Rizk – The Verdict

It’s impossible to shake off the feeling that Rizk Casino is in decline. Promotions are disappearing, pages on the website aren’t working, and new games aren’t being added. If anything, it feels like the range is shrinking. We can’t stress enough that having broken links to important terms and conditions is not a good thing from either a customer service or regulatory point of view. Customers clearly aren’t happy based on recent Trustpilot reviews, and the Rizk sister sites have already been withdrawn from the UK. We still think it might be possible to claim good rewards from the “Level Up” promotion, but it’s hard to recommend Rizk in the condition it’s in at the moment.

What are players saying about Rizk?

The Rizk.com website hosts its own reviews, but we would always recommend you take these with a pinch of salt as casinos will never self-post any bad reviews, only the positive ones. One such review is from James in London, who says, “Gotta love the withdrawal lock function” – this is an odd review to promote on the Rizk.com homepage as the ability to not cancel withdrawals (or lock withdrawals so that they cannot be cancelled) is now prohibited by the UKGC as standard for UK casinos so its a strange thing to boast about.

The second featured review by Ian in Manchester simply states “User-friendly design & fast payouts, a top site” – Again this seems selective, and it’s not clear where Ian posted his review. It’s unlikely he would have emailed the website directly. There are more reviews, but quite honestly it’s hard to know if they can be trusted, so instead here are some reviews of Rizk.com from external websites that are likely to be more impartial and honest about the true experiences of players at Rizk.com.

  • 01-Nov-2023 by Filipe:
I’ve noticed that the RTP seems manipulated and the payouts have been adjusted. Especially in Netent games, the RTP feels tighter and big wins are a rarity. It feels like these games are designed to deplete your funds. I’d advise steering clear of this casino. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Oct-2023 by M. H.:
I’m over the moon with Rizk. It’s been a winning spree for me across various games, and I’ve managed to secure bonuses left, right, and centre. In just a couple of hours, I turned a modest deposit into a substantial withdrawal, which was processed swiftly to my PayPal. There’s still money left to play with, and I’m grateful to have found an online casino that’s both fair and pays out promptly. – source: Trustpilot
  • 19-Oct-2023 by Monika:
I’m baffled by the site’s decision not to reopen my account after I had self-excluded years ago. They’ve decided to permanently close it without providing any clear reason, which is quite frustrating and feels unjustified. – source: Trustpilot
  • 23-Sept-2023 by Matthew:
This casino is a letdown. The chances of winning seem non-existent, and on the rare occasion that a bonus is hit, the payout is laughable. I’ve had better experiences with other online casinos where the play feels fairer, and there’s a genuine chance of winning. – source: Trustpilot
  • 25-Aug-2023 by Patty:
The verification process was a drag, taking about four days, which is longer than I expected. However, once that was out of the way, the bonuses and wins have been satisfactory. The games seem to have a fair RTP, and I’ve enjoyed some decent wins since. – source: Trustpilot
  • 06-Aug-2023 by Hiroller:
I’ve been lucky enough to hit three significant wins in less than a month. The payouts were processed without a hitch, and the funds were in my account promptly. I’m quite pleased with my experience at Rizk. – source: Trustpilot
  • 22-Jul-2023 by Frasier:
The selection of games is decent, especially the slots, but the site could use some more variety. The user interface isn’t the best, and the overall design feels a bit uninspired. Withdrawals via Skrill are quick, which is a plus, but the customer service could be more knowledgeable and responsive. – source: Trustpilot
  • 20-Jul-2023 by Stephen:
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Rizk, particularly with the withdrawal process. Despite providing all the necessary documents, my account still isn’t verified, and it feels like they’re using every excuse to delay the payout. It took an arduous two weeks and numerous emails before a supervisor finally resolved my issue. I wouldn’t recommend Rizk based on this experience. – source: Trustpilot
  • 06-Jun-2023 by Don:
It feels like winning is a rare occurrence here. I’ve been consistently losing for months, which makes me question the fairness of the games. – source: Trustpilot
  • 26-May-2023 by Jo:
The live chat support is patient and helpful, and small wins are processed quickly without any issues. However, when it came to a larger amount, the verification process became a nightmare. Despite providing all the necessary documents, even with my bank’s involvement, they still questioned the legitimacy of my information. It’s disheartening when small wins are hassle-free, but larger sums are met with such resistance. – source: Trustpilot

About Rizk Casino and Zecure Gaming Limited

Rizk Casino was first founded in 2016 under the management of Zecure Gaming Limited, and this casino offers more than just your regular casino games. As well as casino and live casino, Rizk also offers a range of different sports betting markets including football, basketball, and many more. Rizk also has a unique feature called the ‘Wheel of Rizk’, which activates after you play games on the site and fill up the power bar. When you click on this section on the site it prompts you to create an account so you can get straight to spinning. This feature works like a wheel of fortune, with their own personal twist in the name – it’s simple, you spin the wheel to win rewards. And just like they say in their slogan, this wheel offers “Real Rewards, No Bullsh*t”. Players can also level up in order to have the chance to win better prizes. This is a unique selling point that not many casinos offer so it will stand out to players looking for a new casino to gamble at.

Alongside Rizk Casino, Zecure Gaming Limited also own a handful of other online casinos but they all seems to be either restricted or inactive. These sites include the likes of Guts Casino and Thrills Casino. In 2020, Zecure Gaming Limited was acquired by the Betsson brand, in a £28.8 million deal. Betsson is a Swedish gaming company that specialises in the online casino, betting, and sportsbook industry, and it is also based in Malta. Some of the other brands now residing within the Betsson Group include Betsafe, Europe Bet, and Casino Euro. The other casinos owned by Zecure Gaming Limited are also not part of the Betsson Group. Recently, in November 2021, Zecure Gaming Limited donated £50,000 to Gamble Aware, to help promote and maintain safer and healthier gambling within the industry. Overall, Gamble Aware received a grand total of £10.6 million in donations, from many other big brands.

Rizk Casino Advertising and News

Risk Casino actually has a small blog and news function, which is hidden away under the promotions button. It is named on the site ‘Rizk Insider’, and features blog-style articles such as “Let’s Talk About Safer Gambling” and “Craps Has Come to Rizk”. These articles will help to provide information, entertainment, as well as just something different for the players of Rizk Casino, and while it is still relevant to gaming and gambling, it gives people a chance to take a break from playing and relax while they read an article or two. There are only a handful of articles to be found here, so maybe in the future this feature will expand across the site with more content and gain its own tab on the site.

There are a handful of video adverts for Rizk Casino available on YouTube, starring American actor Kevin Dillon. As well as Kevin Dillon, these adverts feature both the slogan of the casino site “Real Rewards, No Bullsh*t”, as well as a character dressed up as a superhero with the Rizk logo – who is named on the website as the one and only Captain Rizk. Captain Rizk tells players on the main page of the site “I’m here to ensure you get an innovative, smooth, fair and immersive online casino experience”, which makes for another unique selling point. All of the adverts begin with Kevin Dillon speaking to the camera about luck or taking risks, then the video moves to Captain Rizk enjoying the games at Rizk Casino on his phone. The adverts all end with the same “Real Rewards, No Bullsh*t” slogan, so to ensure they all follow a theme and can be linked together. The adverts are quite humorous and sometimes quite crude, with one of the videos showing Kevin Dillon holding a pile of “bull sh*t”, but overall they portray the vibe of Rizk Casino in a funny way which will make people recognise and remember it.

Rizk Advert

Rizk Casino, Sponsorships and Social Media

As well as Kevin Dillon being an ambassador for this site and brand by appearing in a series of adverts, and Captain Rizk being the sitewide mascot, Rizk Casino has also advertised their brand by becoming the 2018 sponsors for the Finnish ENCE eSports team, where their logo appeared on the ENCE’s website and merchandise, except on players who were aged under 18, in order to maintain promotion of responsible gambling. This sponsorship deal is appropriate for Rizk Casino as eSports betting is available on the site to play, as well as the rise in eSports popularity. This sponsorship will likely be an opportunity to bring in many new players who come from the eSports community and want to try their hand in online casinos. The tournament will feature worldwide online gaming, so it is a common and appropriate event for a brand like Rizk Casino to partner with and sponsor.

Over on social media platforms, Rizk Casino has taken a more unique approach than most other online casinos, by naming all of their accounts ‘Captain Rizk’. The benefits of this, are that these social media pages stand out from the crowd and can take a funnier and more humorous approach to their social media presence. However, the cons, are that it is slightly more difficult to find the accounts if you are actively looking for them. The Facebook page is the most popular, with over 9k page likes. The Facebook page contains lots of different types of content, like safer gambling awareness posts, promoted games, and sports betting promotional posts. Over on Twitter, we see a similar type of content, but unfortunately, the account has been inactive since 2019. The Instagram account is similar, although this is branded as simply @rizkcasino, and features videos promoting the site and games, as well as the Wheel of Rizk that was mentioned earlier. Overall the social media game of Rizk Casino is pretty unique and not too shabby at all.
