Bzeebet Review 2024

Bzeebet made its debut on the AG Communications Limited platform at the beginning of 2023 as a new white-label betting site. It’s different to most of the Bzeebet sister sites in that while many of them offer sports betting, Bzeebet specialises in it. We can’t tell you how to pronounce the site’s name – we’d guess that it’s supposed to sound like “Busy Bet” – but we can tell you whether or not it’s any good. That’s what we’re going to do in this review.

Bzeebet Welcome Promotions

There are two welcome promotions at Bzeebet; one for sports bettors and one for casino players. As it presents itself as a sports betting site, we’ll deal with the sports betting welcome promotion first. It’s a £10 free bet for everyone who joins the site, deposits a tenner into it and then bets that £10 on any matter with odds of 2.0 or greater. The bonus token arrives free of wagering requirements but must be used as a single bet on a matter with odds of 1.8 or greater.

If you’d rather use the casino welcome promotion, it’s a 100% matched first deposit of up to £100, and it’s served with one hundred free spins on one of Bzeebet’s top slots games. The minimum deposit for this promotion is £20, and the associated wagering requirement is a reasonable x35 both for the matched deposit sum and any free spins winnings. For both promotions, deposits made with e-wallets don’t qualify.

Ongoing Promotions

Rather than offering a VIP reward scheme or a single overarching bonus, Bzeebet instead offers a series of small bonuses. What are the Pros and Cons of Bzeebet?

Pros: Bzeebet is a great all-around performer. It has more than two thousand slots and a comprehensive sportsbook and also offers some fair and reasonable promotions to keep things interesting. There’s a lot of variety and a lot of fun to be had. It’s also a well-turned-out iGaming site with an attractive, modern design.

Cons: The shortcomings of Bzeebet are the same as the shortcomings of plenty of the Bzeebet sister sites. The biggest of them is the absence of anything that resembles an acceptable level of customer service. Players of the 2020s expect live chat as a bare minimum if they need assistance, and Bzeebet doesn’t provide it. We find the wording of the site’s withdrawal policy a little too vague, too, and we’ll talk more about that a little later on in this review.

Top Games at Bzeebet

Bzeebet breaks with the conventions of the AG Communications casinos and betting sites in more ways than one. You could pick almost any of the Bzeebet sister sites, and you’d find that they highlight the most popular of their online slots and casino games on their home pages. Even those that focus on sports betting have a selection of the latest odds and big fixtures on their home pages. Bzeebet doesn’t do that. It instead provides us with a brief overview of the three sections of its website; the sportsbook, the slots casino and the live dealer casino.

The sportsbook is listed first, and so if anything is a “top game” at Bzeebet, the sportsbook is it. Players are promised access to literally thousands of sports betting opportunities on what it claims to be a state-of-the-art platform. We’re not denying that it’s a solid one – but it’s also the same sportsbook you’ll find at Mr Play, so it’s not exclusive.

Withdrawal Processing & Support

This is where we find the wording of Bzeebet to leave a little to be desired. The payments page of its website dutifully lists all of the options available to players – and there are plenty of them. Debit cards are as welcome as you’d expect them to be, but Bzeebet can also pay out and settle bets using Skrill, PayPal or MuchBetter if you’d like to use an e-wallet, or AstroPay or Trustly if you prefer alternative options. The issue is that while every method (including debit card) payments could potentially be instant, there are no assurances. The window for debit card withdrawals is given as 0-6 business days, with 0-2 business days for e-wallets, 0-4 for Trustly, and a flat three days for AstroPay. Bank transfers will always take between 2-6 business days.

Customer Support & Licensing

As we said earlier, the standard of customer service at Bzeebet is unacceptable. The only way to contact this iGaming site is to send a message through its contact form. Live chat isn’t offered, and players don’t have a phone number to call. If something goes wrong, you’re likely to be left with a frustrating wait for assistance.

Bzeebet is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence no. 39483, as held by AG Communications Limited. The operator’s record with the regulator isn’t squeaky clean. The UKGC saw fit to fine AG Communications Limited in November 2022 after finding that the operator had failed to follow AML guidance. The licence remains in force, and still covers all of the Bzeebet sister sites.

The fact that Bzeebet looks so much newer than most of its sister sites gives it some advantages, one of which is a clean, sharp design that makes it look like a modern and exciting place to play and bet.
