If staff are really there for that entire time, we’d expect to be able to speak to them via live chat as a minimum rather than crossing our fingers and waiting for a timely response to an email.

ZetBet is covered by the UK Gambling Commission licence that its parent company AG Communications Limited holds under reference 39483. As you can see in the table above, the licence isn’t a clean one – the operator was fined in late 2022. This same licence covers all of the ZetBet sister sites.

ZetBet Casino – The Verdict

ZetBet is yet another very solid offering from a casino network company that knows what players want and delivers it consistently. The range of casino games at the site is excellent, and the site itself is attractive to look at and easy to use. However, we have to take issue with the lack of basic customer support options and the x50 wagering requirement attached to some bonuses. It’s far too high for a modern online casino and makes ZetBet uncompetitive. A few more ongoing promotions and clarity over how the VIP scheme works wouldn’t go amiss either.
