PixieBet Sister Sites

The name “SCGO Limited” might not be familiar to you, but the name “Vivaro” might ring a few bells. The network that hosts the PixieBet sister sites has recently both rebranded and expanded, with several new casinos and betting sites springing up in late 2022 and early 2023. The operator’s new name might not roll off the tongue in quite the same way that its original name did, but it’s clear that SCGO Limited is a company with aspirations for serious growth. Check out our dedicated page for the operator if you want to see all of the PixieBet sister sites, but we’ve picked out the top sites in the range for you below.

VBet

Vbet logo

When it comes to the topic of PixieBet sister sites – which is what we’re all here to discuss – VBet undoubtedly takes the top spot. This site is the crowning jewel of the SCGO Limited platform, serving as the cornerstone of the whole network. In fact, VBet and Vivaro are so closely linked it’s almost impossible to separate the two brands. They both burst onto the scene simultaneously in the mid-1990s, the brainchild of two innovative brothers from Armenia. Before long, VBet shops began to appear all over Armenia, eventually making their way to Germany and, subsequently, the online world.

Since those early days, VBet has evolved into a major player in the sports betting arena. While it hasn’t gained as much popularity in the UK as it has internationally, where it proudly sponsors AS Monaco and Nice; two titans of the French football world. It’s steadily making waves in the UK too. With a range of ongoing cashback deals and a plethora of other promotions, you might find VBet gives your regular go-to betting site a run for its money. VBet isn’t just considered the leading site among the PixieBet sister sites because it’s been around for the longest; it’s also generally seen to offer the best quality on the platform.

Dafabet

Dafabet logo

Beyond VBet, all the other betting platforms and casinos within the PixieBet sister sites family  are “white label” operations. This means SCGO has a crucial hand in creating them, but the day-to-day operations are handled by another entity. Out of the ever-growing list of white-label sites under this umbrella, Dafabet stands out as the most notable. Its fame, much like that of ManBetX (more on that site later), is due to a strategically clever series of football shirt sponsorships. If you follow the English Premier League, you’ve undoubtedly have noticed Dafabet’s name and logo featured on the shirts of Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Sunderland and Leeds United. Scottish football fans will know Dafabet very well as the long-standing primary shirt sponsor of Celtic.

It goes without saying that these top-tier football shirt sponsorships don’t come cheaply. The multitude of sponsorships that Dafabet holds suggests that the white-label partner handling its operations, in partnership with SCGO, has more substantial financial resources than those behind other PixieBet sister sites. As for what Dafabet’s website offers to players – it’s neither more nor less than what you can find on the other SCGO Limited sites.

Ava Bet

Ava Bet logo

The moniker “Ava Bet” may not immediately click until you voice it aloud. Give it a go. That’s right – it’s a clever spin on “Have a bet.” This playful twist injects a dash of personality into Ava Bet, a trait that seems to be in short supply among many of the PixieBet sister sites. It’s fortunate that the name brings some charisma, as the aesthetic of Ava Bet’s homepage doesn’t exactly stand out. Even if you lean towards betting sites with a more professional look over those designed for leisure, you might find Ava Bet’s design a bit too simplistic.

However, where Ava Bet falls short in visual appeal, it strives to compensate with a variety of options. The majority of visitors to Ava Bet, like with any of the PixieBet sister sites, are there to bet on sports. But the platform doesn’t limit you to just that. Ava Bet also extends its offerings to include a full suite of casino facilities, including some that come with real dealers. Virtual sports betting and e-sports betting are there as options to be played with, too.

ManBetX

Manbetx Uk logo

ManBetX might not be a name that slips easily off the tongue – we’re honestly not certain how it’s meant to be pronounced – but despite that, it’s made a moderate impact in the UK market. This is largely due to its longstanding primary shirt sponsorship of English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers. While football shirt sponsorship deals involving betting companies in England are set to become prohibited due to new regulations, ManBetX managed to seize the opportunity while it lasted. Its visual presentation might not be the most spectacular we’ve seen in the realm of sports betting sites, but its success lies in its player attraction, which is notably higher than most PixieBet sister sites.

The sportsbook at the majority of SCGO Limited betting sites is relatively uniform, meaning the PixieBet sister sites must differentiate themselves in other ways. For ManBetX, this came in the form of a sports news section, providing players with the latest updates in their favourite sports. Regrettably, the updates appear to have come to a standstill in March 2023, and the reason behind this remains unclear.

BinkBet

BinkBet logo

PixieBet and BinkBet have a lot in common. They’re both among the more recent additions to the SCGO Limited platform, and they’re both looking to establish themselves in the marketplace. Thus far, we’d say that BinkBet has had more success in this regard than PixieBet has. It’s a good measure of the popularity of an iGaming site when it starts to attract player reviews on sites like Trustpilot. Not all of the PixieBet sister sites have reached that point yet, and PixieBet itself hasn’t, but BinkBet attracts new reviews almost every day.

Unfortunately for BinkBet, not all of those reviews are complimentary. From the lack of customer service available at the site to its downright ugliness, players don’t seem to be in short supply of reasons to complain about it. We think some of the complaints are a little harsh. BinkBet might not be an oil painting, and it could certainly use more comprehensive customer support, but its sportsbook is substantial, and the casino’s new player promotions represent a warmer welcome than you’ll find at the majority of the PixieBet sister sites. If sports betting is your thing, it might be worth a look.

PixieBet Review 2024

PixieBet launched in 2023, joining a platform that had, up until that point, been all about sports betting. There’s sports betting available at PixieBet, too, but the site styles itself as a casino rather than a sports betting site. To back that idea up, it comes with more than two thousand slots. Does that make it a better entertainment option than the PixieBet sister sites? Read on and find out.

PixieBet Welcome Promotions

We’re not off to the best of starts. There aren’t any welcome promotions or sign-up offers at PixieBet. You don’t get anything at this site as a new player. It’s less of a red carpet welcome and more of a “take the side entrance” welcome. All of the PixieBet sister sites other than this one offer welcome promotions, so we’re not sure why PixieBet hasn’t been equipped with any. There’s an area of the site where such promotions are clearly supposed to be listed, but there’s nothing in the sections when you click on them.

Ongoing Promotions

The lack of welcome promotions is the first piece of bad news about bonuses at PixieBet. The second piece of bad news is that there are no other promotions either. Despite having clearly defined pages for casino bonuses and sports bonuses, with clickable links to both on the homepage, there was zero promotional content at PixieBet at the time of our visit to the casino to write this review. Again, the PixieBet sister sites do far better when it comes to bonuses. If perks and promotions matter to you, you’re going to want to give PixieBet a miss.

PixieBet Pros and Cons

Pros:

There are more than 2300 slots and games at PixieBet, and that’s not even factoring in the fact that the casino also comes with a sportsbook. The wealth of choice at PixieBet is truly enormous.

Live chat support is available to all players at all times.

Cons:

PixieBet is a promotion-free zone. There are no bonuses here, and that hurts the appeal of the casino enormously.

Virtually no information is provided about the casino’s withdrawal processing policies. The casino’s FAQ is vague and makes reference to a “banking” page that doesn’t appear to exist.

Top Games at PixieBet

With so many slots and games to choose from, anyone could be forgiven for getting lost in the PixieBet iGaming portfolio. To make things easier, the casino lists its slots in order of popularity on its homepage. If you’d rather be betting on sports, playing scratch games or taking part in any of the other forms of iGaming than PixieBet offers, you’ll find conveniently-placed links to all of them on the homepage. Here are the top three slots at PixieBet.

Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead: The issue with ranking slots in order of popularity is that the same familiar names always find their way to the top. Book of Dead by Play’n Go turns out to be just as popular at PixieBet as it is at every other online casino in the world that hosts the game. We’re sure that you don’t need any introduction to this Egyptian-themed slot by this point, and you can rest assured that it comes with the same mix of expanding symbols, high volatility and low RTP at PixieBet as it does everywhere else.

Big Bass Bonanza: Like Book of Dead, Reel Kingdom’s Big Bass Bonanza is no stranger to winning popularity contests. Having wrestled the crown of “most popular fishing-themed slots game” away from Reel Time Gaming’s Fishin’ Frenzy a couple of years ago, Big Bass Bonanza has gone on to become one of the outright most popular slots games in the world. Fishing is the perfect metaphor for slots – we can all identify with the feeling of having to be endlessly patient before eventually getting a bite – so it’s no surprise to see the Big Bass Bonanza series resonates so well with millions of players.

Peak Power: This slots game, released by Pragmatic Play in February 2023, is a less obvious choice than the other two. It appears to be more popular at PixieBet than it is pretty much anywhere else in the iGaming world. That’s not a knock on the quality of the game, though. Random line multipliers could boost the value of any win by up to x500 at any time, and that doubles to a potential x1000 during free spins. You can file Peak Power under the category of “simple but effective,” which is a style that Pragmatic Play tends to excel at. Beware the slot’s high volatility if you’re going to play it, though.

Withdrawal Processing and Support

Wouldn’t we love to know? PixieBet doesn’t tell players anything like enough about the way it handles deposits and withdrawals in the FAQ section of its website, and despite alluding to the existence of a banking page during that FAQ, no such page exists. We know from reading the casino’s full terms and conditions that PayPal is an accepted payment method, though, and we have to assume that the casino accepts debit cards. Beyond that, we’re in the dark. PixieBet says that withdrawals are “mostly” processed within 2-3 business days, which implies that instant withdrawals aren’t possible here.

Customer Support and Licensing

PixieBet customer support is available through the live chat button on the “contact us” page of the casino. If you’d rather not use live chat, you can email the casino’s support team on [email protected]. There’s no way to contact this casino over the phone.

PixieBet is listed on UK Gambling Commission licence 44662, which is held by SCGO Limited (formerly Vivaro). The operator was found to have breached licence conditions pertaining to anti-money laundering protocols and customer interaction in January 2023 following a UKGC regulatory review. Instead of paying a fine, SCGO Limited agreed to settle the matter for £337,361 and now has further conditions added to its licence. The same licence covers all of the PixieBet sister sites.

PixieBet – The Verdict

PixieBet is a white-label iGaming site. That means someone paid SCGO Limited to come up with a bland, basic-looking casino site in 2023 and add no bonus features to it, and was then subsequently happy to set the casino live. We have no idea why. It has a huge number of games, but its low-quality presentation, lack of bonuses and vague terms and conditions make it hard to recommend it as a great place to play.
