VBET Sister Sites 2025
The company that operates the VBET sister sites has been through a rebranding exercise. With the rebranding came the closure of almost all of the sites on the network. Originally, this was the Vivaro Limited iGaming platform, and VBET was its flagship site. Nowadays, it’s known as SCGO Limited, and VBET remains its flagship site. While it’s based in Malta today, the story of the company behind VBET begins in Armenia. You can find out all about that on our dedicated page for the operator, but on this page, we’ll walk you through all that remains of the VBET sister sites.
Dafabet
Doing what we said we were going to do above isn’t going to take us very long. When you look at Dafabet, you see one of two brands that remain on what was once a busy network of VBET sister sites. Unlike VBET, which is directly owned and operated by SCGO Limited, Dafabet operates on a white-label basis, with another person or company involved in the operation of the site. Given that Dafabet is older than SCGO Limited, that makes sense. Its visibility in the UK is considerably bolstered by astute football shirt sponsorship deals, prominently featuring its name on the jerseys of several English Premier League clubs like Aston Villa, Leeds United, Sunderland, and Bournemouth.
Fans of Scottish football will be familiar with Dafabet as the main shirt sponsor for Celtic – a role it’s held for many years now. Needless to say, securing such high-profile football shirt sponsorships is not a low-cost venture. The sheer number of sponsorships Dafabet holds implies that the white-label partner responsible for its daily operations, in collaboration with SCGO, is financially well-heeled. Why it needs SCGO as a partner is something we’re unsure of. It strikes us that Dafabet would be more than capable of standing on its own two feet. Maybe it just wants somebody else carrying the can in terms of licensing.
HighBet
A lot of what we just said about Dafabet also applies to HighBet. This, too, is a brand that’s come to the SCGO Limited network after starting life somewhere else. Rather than being one of the original VBET sister sites (there are none of those left now), HighBet used to operate in the UK under the licence and umbrella of AG Communications Limited. As with all white-label iGaming brands, though, HighBet always had the freedom to go elsewhere if it wanted to. It was with AG Communications for many years, but in 2025, it decided to see if the grass was greener with SCGO.
The new HighBet looks a lot prettier than the old HighBet, which was bound by the ugly template that its previous operator forced on it. It’s also a higher-profile brand than it used to be – not long after becoming one of the VBET sister sites, Highbet brought former boxing World Heavyweight Champion David Haye aboard as an official brand ambassador. It covers the same ground as its sister sites, but you may find that the promotions are a touch better at HighBet.

: Esports Insider has excitedly announced the extension of the partnership between VBet and AS Monaco. The collaboration, now set to run through to 2029, builds on five years of sponsorship and keeps VBet firmly in place as the club’s official sports betting partner. The agreement includes continued branding visibility at Stade Louis-II, a prominent position on player shorts, and a renewed focus on online presence through social media content involving Monaco’s first-team squad. With over 26 million followers across platforms, the club’s digital reach gives VBet a substantial outlet for its promotions, while Monaco fans can look forward to a batch of exclusive perks designed to go beyond regular ticket giveaways. The deal also reflects SoftConstruct’s confidence in the project, with VBet France’s President praising the connection between business and sport that has taken shape over the past five seasons. For AS Monaco, the commitment provides continued backing both financially and in terms of visibility, as the club pushes forward on and off the pitch.
The esports angle also plays a role here, with AS Monaco’s competitive gaming team continuing to represent the club across various titles, including eFootball and EA FC. The esports squad has already left its mark in the eLigue 1 McDonald’s and the eFootball Championship Pro, and VBet’s presence ties into that side of the operation too. From a broader perspective, VBet’s growing list of partnerships in both traditional and digital sport hints at a more global focus, with previous ties to teams across football, hockey, and even esports collectives like Passion UA.
: The imminent return of the Vbet Women’s League Cup has become a major talking point across many spectator sports platforms, including the website NI Football League. With the competition set to kick off on 11 April, teams are preparing to battle through the newly structured group stage format, which will determine the two finalists. Defending champions Cliftonville Ladies are placed in Group A alongside Derry City Women, Linfield Women, and Lisburn Ladies, while Group B sees last year’s runners-up Lisburn Rangers facing Glentoran Women, Crusaders Strikers, and Larne Women. Each team will compete in three group stage matches, with the top side from each group securing a spot in the final.
Last season, Cliftonville Ladies claimed the trophy after a decisive victory over Lisburn Rangers in front of a record-breaking attendance of 1,102 at Blanchflower Stadium. As anticipation grows for the upcoming season, fans won’t have to wait long for further updates, with the fixture schedule for the Sports Direct Women’s Premiership set to be released on 13 March. The upcoming campaign promises to showcase intense competition as teams look to assert themselves in a tournament that has continued to grow in both stature and following. With a mix of experienced contenders and ambitious challengers in both groups, the race for the final is shaping up to be an unpredictable and closely fought contest. As the countdown continues, attention is turning to which teams will rise to the occasion and stake their claim for silverware in what is expected to be another competitive season in Northern Irish women’s football.
: Vbet has become the new front-of-shirt sponsor for Botafogo, marking a major step in the operator’s expansion into Brazilian football. This agreement, set to last three years, is the most lucrative commercial partnership in the club’s 130-year history. The deal sees Vbet’s logo featured on the front of both the men’s and women’s kits, solidifying its presence in the country’s football scene. The announcement was made during an event in Rio de Janeiro and shared across social media, reinforcing the club’s ambitions for continued success at the highest level. Ruben Tovmasyan, CEO of Vbet Brazil, described the partnership as a milestone that aligns with the company’s commitment to growth in the region. He emphasised Vbet’s focus on regulatory compliance, aiming to provide a safe and reliable experience for football supporters.
Botafogo’s CEO, Thairo Arruda, echoed this sentiment, viewing the partnership as a boost for the club’s future. He highlighted the club’s rich history and the importance of working with brands that recognise its achievements and long-term aspirations. Vbet has already made a name for itself in football sponsorships, backing teams such as Monaco, Nice, Arsenal, Dynamo Kyiv, and the national teams of Argentina, Ukraine, and Malta. Its latest move into Brazilian football further cements its global sporting footprint. However, Botafogo has been in the spotlight for other reasons too. Last year, club owner John Textor claimed to have evidence of match-fixing in Serie A, bringing attention to integrity concerns within Brazilian football. He spoke before the Brazilian Senate’s Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, likening match-fixing to doping in its ability to go unnoticed until exposed.
: VBET has already signed its first partnership of 2025, joining forces with Brazilian football champions Botafogo in a landmark sponsorship deal. The online sportsbook, part of Armenia-based BetConstruct, has become the main sponsor of the Série A club, marking a pivotal moment for both parties. As part of the three-year agreement, the VBET logo will feature prominently on the front of Botafogo’s men’s and women’s team shirts, symbolising the largest commercial contract in the club’s 130-year history. This collaboration not only underscores the growing financial opportunities within Brazil’s emerging betting market but also highlights the appeal of football sponsorships to international betting companies. With Brazil officially launching its nationwide betting market on 1 January 2025, the partnership arrives at an opportune time. VBET’s move builds on its history of strategic sports sponsorships, including agreements with prominent clubs and associations such as Arsenal, Monaco, the Argentine Football Association, and Ukraine’s national team.
In the case of Botafogo, the collaboration reflects shared ambitions for growth, as both entities seek to strengthen their presence in Brazil and beyond. Botafogo CEO Thairo Arruda described the partnership as a significant milestone for the club, which he referred to as a champion of Brazil and America. He emphasised that VBET’s belief in the club’s legacy and success aligns with Botafogo’s aspirations to reach greater heights in Brazilian and global football. The deal also signals VBET’s commitment to regulatory compliance and innovation within Brazil’s newly launched betting market, which is anticipated to be a major driver of sponsorship and revenue for football clubs.
: OLBG covered how the VBET sister sites have removed their best odds guaranteed feature, a decision that marks a negative change for horse racing and greyhound racing bettors. This shift follows closely on the heels of Star Sports announcing the gradual sunset of their similar service, which is set to fully end in January. VBET’s decision comes as a disappointment to those who appreciated the platform for its unmatched offering of Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish horse racing. Notably, VBET had stood out for its midnight activation on race days, absence of limits on additional winnings, and compatibility with multiple bets—a rare combination that made it a favourite for punters. With VBET’s exit from this market, bet365 has now risen to the top of OLBG’s Best Odds Guaranteed ratings. Bet365’s current BOG offer ensures customers benefit from larger odds if the Starting Price (SP) exceeds the original odds taken. However, restrictions apply, including limited availability to bets placed from 8:00 am on race day and exclusions for races in certain countries, such as Australia and Japan. Despite these conditions, bet365 is now highlighted as the leading provider of this service.
This reshuffle in the Best Odds Guaranteed rankings also positions BetVictor and talkSPORT BET as strong contenders, offering competitive terms for punters seeking value in their horse racing bets. OLBG’s extensive data analysis continues to serve as a helpful resource, allowing bettors to evaluate which platforms provide the most appealing options across various features. While the removal of VBET’s BOG service is a setback, alternatives remain, ensuring that bettors still have viable options for maximising returns on their wagers. As the market adjusts, punters will likely keep an eye on how other operators respond to these changes in promotions.
: Gambling Insider has reported on how VBET is embracing AI to support responsible gambling practices in the Netherlands. To fortify player safety, VBET has teamed up with Mindway AI to incorporate advanced technology into their gaming operations. This partnership marks the introduction of GameScanner, an AI-driven tool specifically designed to detect early signs of gambling-related issues among players. GameScanner operates by using artificial intelligence coupled with insights from neuroscience to scrutinise player behaviour and flag potential risks of problem gambling. This proactive approach not only aims to elevate VBET’s commitment to responsible gaming but also aligns with regulatory requirements in the Netherlands, ensuring a secure and supportive gaming environment. The technology is set to revolutionise how VBET identifies and assists players demonstrating risky gambling patterns, providing them with timely interventions and tailored support.
Ed Quigley, VBET’s Regional Director for the Netherlands, emphasised that the integration of GameScanner will improve their capability to detect and act on early signs of problem gambling effectively. He highlighted that creating a safer gambling space is central to the company’s values and this move is a step forward in reinforcing their commitment to player protection. Additionally, Mindway AI’s CEO, Rasmus Kjaergaard, commended the deployment of GameScanner at VBET, noting it as a testament to VBET’s exemplary dedication to safeguarding its customers. The initiative not only underscores VBET’s focus on innovation but also on fostering a responsible gaming culture. Furthermore, Mindway AI recently expanded its technological horizons through a collaboration with Amazon Web Services, which is expected to boost the efficiency and reach of tools like GameScanner by leveraging AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure and machine learning capabilities.
: Many bettors in the UK take talkSPORT’s word as gospel; when its team of sportsbook experts turned its attention to VBET, it undoubtedly led to plenty more interest in the platform. The review sheds light on several aspects that make VBET a good choice for bettors, yet it also notes areas where the platform could improve. One of the key advantages highlighted is the selection of sports betting markets available, which include popular choices such as football, tennis, and esports. VBET also impresses with its competitive odds, particularly in football and tennis, increasing its appeal among bettors looking for value. While VBET provides a solid range of markets and generally good odds, the review pointed out that the promotions, although plentiful, could be better structured to provide more substantial benefits to the players.
Additionally, the absence of live streaming services is noted as a significant shortcoming, limiting bettors who prefer to watch the action unfold in real-time. The welcome bonus at VBET is rated positively, especially because of its straightforward and accessible nature. New users can enjoy a free bet offer which is easy to understand and use, contributing positively to their initial experience on the platform. On the downside, the review expresses some concerns over customer service, suggesting that response times could be quicker and interaction more helpful to resolve user queries more efficiently. Overall, the talkSPORT review presents VBET as a reputable betting platform with a strong sportsbook but recommends improvements in customer engagement and service. The review underscores the importance of ongoing development in areas like live streaming and customer support to match the evolving demands of modern bettors.
: VBet has continued to leave its mark on international football by becoming a principal partner of Malta’s national football team. This new alliance is part of the sports betting operator’s strategy to expand its influence across European football. Aragats Asatryan, CEO of VBet, highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering the development of football in Malta and improving the fan experience. This partnership not only aligns VBet more closely with Maltese football but also builds on its existing relationship as a partner of the Malta Premier League. The Malta Football Association, led by President Bjorn Vassallo, welcomed the partnership with enthusiasm. Vassallo noted the timing as particularly propitious, coinciding with the team’s upcoming matches in the UEFA Nations League this September. The association, established in 1900 and one of Europe’s oldest, manages large-scale football infrastructure in Malta, including the Ta’ Qali National Stadium and the Centenary Stadium.
The association also oversees several competitions and the various national teams across different age groups. VBet’s new alliance with the national team is seen as a key pillar in its broader European strategy. Earlier in the month, the operator had announced a partnership with the 360 Sports Malta Premier League, wherein it became the international betting partner. As part of this agreement, VBet has taken on sponsorship of the Coach of the Month and Coach of the Year awards, a move that celebrates and supports coaching talent within the league. Through these partnerships, VBet is extending its brand presence within Malta and reinforcing its role in supporting and developing local sports talents and events.
: News is circulating throughout the gambling industry, announcing VBet’s new partnership with the 360 Sports Malta Premier League. This collaboration heralds a new chapter for both entities as VBet secures its role as the international betting partner of Malta’s foremost football league. This alliance is particularly noteworthy as it coincides with VBet obtaining its first European license, underlining its sizeable expansion in the international sports betting landscape. VBet’s commitment to the 360 Sports Malta Premier League is not just a sponsorship but a pledge to increase the visibility and excitement of Maltese football. As part of this partnership, VBet will sponsor the Coach of the Month and Coach of the Year awards, recognising and rewarding the masterminds behind the teams’ successes.
This initiative reflects VBet’s dedication to fostering talent and celebrating excellence within the league. Aragats Asatryan, CEO of VBet, shared his excitement about this significant partnership, viewing it as a milestone for the company’s presence in European sports. Meanwhile, MPL Chairman Alan Abela welcomed VBet as the league’s first-ever International Sports Betting Partner. He lauded the bookmaker for its deep connection with football fans across Europe and its passion for the sport, making it an ideal partner for the league as it adopts a dynamic new competition format. Featuring the top 12 teams from the island, the league promises to deliver top-tier talent and exhilarating matches. This innovative format aims to intensify competition and amplify fan engagement, ensuring that each game is more than just a match but a spectacle of high-level football.
: Vbet has recently helped its members to get excited about this weekend’s horse racing action via a blog post which highlights which horses are ones to watch and take a punt on. This informative piece delves into the upcoming races at Cheltenham and Lingfield, pinpointing five horses that stand out as valuable picks for bettors seeking to capitalise on insider insights. At the 1.45 race at Cheltenham, Pentland Hills is tipped as a promising contender. Transitioning from hurdles to chasing, this horse exhibits the robust characteristics of a top chaser and, despite the competitive field, the odds of 11/2 suggest he might be undervalued. Next, the 2.20 Cheltenham race features Stolen Silver, a horse that has already proven itself over the course and distance. Despite a 7lb weight increase, this runner’s prior success and the acumen of its trainer give it a strong shot at victory with odds of 7/1.
The third highlighted horse is Sidi Ismael in the 2.55 Cheltenham race, priced at 9/2. This horse comes off a successful run at Worcester and benefits from a recent wind operation that seems to have boosted its performance, making it a significant contender despite the challenges of a more competitive race. Shifting to Lingfield for the 3.10 race, Bolshoi Ballet, a former Derby favourite, is offered at 3/1. After a period of underwhelming performances, this horse is expected to make a strong comeback with the aid of first-time blinkers, aiming to recapture its peak form. Finally, the 3.30 race at Cheltenham introduces Time Flies By as a fascinating entrant. With odds of 6/1, this horse demonstrated its speed at Fontwell and, carrying a favourable weight, is poised to excel in a longer race, potentially nearing graded class.
: The talkSPORT writers have evidently been putting in overtime to cover all the welcome bonuses from online sportsbooks for their readers who want the best deals when they are betting on the European Championships; only recently did they cover what is available from Vbet. Currently, for a limited time only, the Vbet sister sites are inviting their new members to stake £10 to receive £30 in free bet tokens. Qualifying for this promotion is as simple as it is effortless; new users need to create and verify their accounts. Once the account is set up, placing a sportsbook multi-bet with at least three legs with a minimum stake of £10 will qualify them for the promotion. After the qualifying bet is settled, the sportsbook will credit 3 x £10 bets.
These free bets come with no odds restrictions but must include at least three legs each, offering great flexibility for wagering on various Euro 2024 matches. It’s important to note that this offer is valid for up to 14 days after the account is created; additionally, only deposits made via Trustly and Nuvei are eligible for this promotion. The first £10 free bet is awarded within 24 hours after the qualifying wager is settled, and the remaining free bets follow subsequently. While the free bets can be used on any sports market, they do not return the stake, meaning any winnings will exclude the free bet amount. This Vbet promotion provides a fantastic opportunity for new bettors to up their betting game while following the action.
: This week, Vbet has officially been announced as an official NIFL betting partner. The Northern Ireland Football League (NIFL) has entered into a five-year partnership with Vbet, making them the title sponsor of the Women’s Premiership League Cup. This collaboration will see Vbet’s brand prominently featured across NIFL’s network, including impactful stadium signage and bespoke digital content on social media platforms. The sponsorship will also involve joint digital innovation projects through the 2028 / 2029 season. The partnership kicks off with the newly rebranded Vbet Women’s Premiership League Cup final, featuring a match between Cliftonville Ladies and Lisburn Rangers. Ian Forrester, NIFL’s Chief Commercial Officer, expressed immense enthusiasm about the collaboration in a recently circulated press statement, highlighting Vbet’s commitment to investing in both male and female football, which aligns with NIFL’s goals of expanding and enhancing its leagues. Pantelis Kotopoulos, Vbet’s Chief Growth Officer, echoed this sentiment, emphasising Vbet’s pride in supporting NIFL and its dedication to putting fans and the community first.
Vbet, known for covering 30,000 live matches and over 40,000 pre-match events each month, also offers a wide range of casino games, live casino options, virtual sports, and esports, putting them in a prime position to take NIFL to the next level. With over 20 years of experience and an innovative platform powered by BetConstruct, Vbet aims to provide a flexible and secure gambling experience for followers of the league. This partnership marks a significant step for both the sportsbook and NIFL, promising to bring elevated experiences to fans and players alike.

VBET Review 2025
When Vivaro Limited (now known as SCGO Limited) was formed in Armenia more than twenty years ago, VBET was the first brand that it came up with. It started out as a few shops dotted here and there in its home country before spreading out across Europe, starting with Germany. There are still plenty of VBET shops out there in the wild today, but it’s become better known as an internet-based brand. Thousands of people arrive on the VBET website every day to play casino games and bet on sports. What kind of experience do they have when they get there, though? This review will tell you.
VBET Welcome Offers
VBET used to do a combination package welcome promotion that allowed players to have a little fee fun with both sports betting and the VBET Casino. We’re not sure why that option was taken away, but it has been. Instead, players now have to pick between two competing welcome promotions depending on what they want to do. If it’s the VBET Casino that interests you, the offer is fifty free spins on Big Bass Bonanza in return for depositing £10 and then staking the £10 on slots. Anything won from those spins is delivered free of any playthrough requirements.
For most visitors to VBET, the offer that appeals most will be the sports betting welcome bonus. It’s a simple £20 free bet in return for deposing £10 and then staking your £10 on any event with odds of evens or better. Again, the bonus comes without any linked wagering requirements.
Other Promotions
There aren’t quite as many bonuses at VBET as there used to be. If you’re using VBET Casino, the only bonus other than the welcome promotion is ten per cent weekly cashback on all losses on slots under the casino’s “Super Slots Saver” scheme. The maximum weekly cashback is £50, and we don’t think there are any wagering requirements attached to the cash. A separate five per cent cash back offer is available from the VBET casino live games.
The remaining promotions that VBET offers to its sports bettors are nothing to write home about. First past the post, best odds guarantees and live betting cash-outs are all nice to have, but you expect any decent sports betting site to offer these features in the 2020s. You might also find free-to-play games available during the football season, but the prizes attached to these games are usually small. There’s less punch to the VBET promotional range than there was the last time we reviewed it.
What are the Pros and Cons of VBET?
Pros: The VBET sportsbook is big and diverse, offering unique odds and betting opportunities that you’re not guaranteed to get from every betting site. The quality of customer support offered by VBET is excellent, with telephone support available as an option.
Cons: Player feedback about VBET is almost exclusively negative, so there are underlying problems somewhere. The UKGC had cause to take action against SCGO Limited in 2023.
Featured Slots and VBET Casino Games
It certainly can’t be said that VBET sister sites cover a diverse array of betting markets – it gives most of its sports betting space over to football and horse racing. There is also a limited selection of e-sports games, such as League of Legends. Over in the casino, things really start hotting up with the selection of online slot games from POPOK Gaming, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Probability Jones, Stake Logic, Pragmatic Play and Play N Go.
Even though VBET is a sportsbook first, there is no shortage of hot online slot games in VBET Casino, such as VBet Sweet Bonanza, Triple Tigers, Gates of Olympus, Reel King Megaways, Lucky Jungle and Wild Blood 2. In the jackpot category, players can take their pick from jackpot games from Playtech and Microgaming. The top titles include 6 Tokens of Gold Hyper Hold, Mega Moolah, Age of the Gods Ruler of the Sky, Divine Fortune and Age of the Gods Goddess of Wisdom. In the live casino category, the games were contributed by Creedroomz, Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming. There is also a decent selection of video poker, roulette, blackjack and baccarat games.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount at VBET is £5, and players can choose from a range of banking partners, including Visa, Eco Payz, Trustly, Neteller, PayPal, Skrill and MuchBetter, so there’s extensive support for e-wallets. The average withdrawal takes 72 hours to complete. Unfortunately, the casino is no more specific than that – it doesn’t break down withdrawal turnarounds by method selected, so we assume it’s a blanket 72 hours no matter which route you go down.
VBET Customer Support and License
The fastest and easiest way to get in touch with the support staff at VBET is to call them on 02023 582 4005, where there are staff available to speak to you between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day. If you need assistance outside those hours or you just don’t want to speak to anybody over the phone, live chat is available on a 24/7 basis. As a third option, emails can be sent to [email protected].
The licence that covers VBET is held with the UK Gambling Commission by SCGO Limited under reference 44662. The UKGC took regulatory action against SCGO Limited in January 2023 after the operator broke licence conditions related to anti-money laundering regulations and requirements for interacting with customers. The operator paid £337.631 in lieu of a fine. The licence is still in force, and also applies to the VBET sister sites.
VBET – The Verdict
On paper, VBET looks like a very good betting and casino website. It has fantastic games from high-quality providers, a range of fair promotions, and a competitive sportsbook. The story told on paper isn’t always accurate, though, and the overwhelmingly negative tone of customer reviews of VBET on sites like Trustpilot can’t be ignored. Everyone’s experience is different, but if you want to give VBET a try, perhaps do so with small amounts of money to see how things go before laying down larger amounts.
What are players saying about VBET?
Here are our reader’s digest / condensed summaries of recent VBET reviews from real players.
- 20-Mar-2025 by M.T:
This site is an absolute disaster. After a few initial losses, I started winning and turned £10 into over £320. Then I placed a £160 bet during a hockey match, and seconds later the team scored — but instead of paying out, VBET voided the bet and claimed I must have known the result in advance. They then reduced my betting limit to 8p, effectively shutting me out. I was watching a delayed stream, and if I’d somehow known the outcome, I’d have staked everything, not just a portion. Their stake limits are the harshest I’ve seen, and they clearly don’t want winners on their site. I’d strongly advise anyone thinking of using VBET to stay away — they lure in losers and quietly ban those who win. – source: Trustpilot - 15-Mar-2025 by John:
Only giving one star because I can’t give none. VBET is the worst betting company I’ve ever come across. After taking a string of losses, they restricted my account the moment I started to place higher bets. They don’t even honour losses properly. I’ve reported them to the Gambling Commission. Shocking behaviour — avoid at all costs. – source: Trustpilot - 11-Mar-2025 by Craig:
VBET is an awful site. Everything about it feels rigged and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t touch it again — total scam in my opinion. – source: Trustpilot - 10-Mar-2025 by Jarek:
Do not use this company under any circumstances. I placed a winning bet on total goals, and the payout was supposed to be £2,200. Instead, they claimed I’d placed an “Asian” bet — something I’ve never heard of or used — and reduced the payout to under £900. I’ve got screenshots proving my bet, but after weeks of back-and-forth, they’ve now closed my account. I’m reporting them to the ombudsman and the Gambling Commission. They manipulate bet details to avoid payouts. This site should not be allowed to operate. – source: Trustpilot - 03-Mar-2025 by Charles:
Terrible site and even worse customer service. If you don’t read every bit of the small print, they’ll find a reason not to pay out. Completely put me off using them ever again. – source: Trustpilot - 19-Feb-2025 by Kimonka:
This has to be the worst betting site I’ve used. The support team is either completely clueless or being deliberately unhelpful. My sister was asked to send in a selfie for verification six or seven times, despite already providing everything they requested. Ridiculous. – source: Trustpilot - 16-Feb-2025 by Ben:
Not for me. As soon as I signed up, they stopped me from depositing until I verified my account — something I’ve never had to do before placing a bet on other sites. When I finally got access, the gameplay was awful. Out of around 150 spins, most were dead. I ended up with next to nothing back from both deposit and bonus. Just didn’t enjoy any part of the experience. Won’t be coming back. – source: Trustpilot - 11-Feb-2025 by Jack:
Dreadful site. The support is no help at all, and they’ll do whatever they can to stop you claiming your winnings or bonuses. Definitely one to avoid. – source: Trustpilot - 30-Jan-2025 by Angela:
This site is a joke. As soon as I started winning, they stopped me from depositing. Total waste of time and money. Don’t bother. – source: Trustpilot - 28-Jan-2025 by JR:
VBET has been nothing but hassle. My debit card expired, and I uploaded my new one, but they wouldn’t accept it without extra proof — like a statement that doesn’t even show the card details they wanted. They also asked me for a screenshot of a Skrill account I don’t even have. It feels like they don’t understand how UK banking works at all. I gave up in the end and told them to give the £70 in my account to charity. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust them with anything again. – source: Trustpilot
