Mansion Sister Sites

Mansion Casino

Mansion Casino logo

Mansion Casino is the company’s flagship brand and is an impressive casino to look at. All of the Mansion Casino sister sites pale in comparison to the original, but that’s the effect that a casino network company should want its flagship casino to have. The red and black colour scheme is bold and eye-catching, but not as eye-catching as the rolling tally of jackpots at the bottom of the screen. The combined value of all the progressive jackpot pools at Mansion Casino was in excess of £30m at the time we wrote this, but it’s not unheard of for it to go even higher than that.

This casino pushes the boat out in an attempt to impress you with its striking visuals, but if you’re a player who likes a wide range of games from a large variety of providers, you’re not going to find it here. Mansion Casino has just over three hundred online slots, which is about two hundred short of the average across top casino sites. The comparative lack of slots is balanced with an impressive number of live dealer and traditional casino games, but it’s still a slight disappointment from what ought to be a top-of-the-range casino. You might prefer Mansion Casino if you’re a blackjack fan rather than an online slots fan – there are twelve variations of blackjack at the site including blackjack surrender and blackjack switch, so if cards are your thing you could probably play here all day. The online slots providers working with Mansion Casino at the moment are NetEnt, Microgaming, Realistic and Playtech, so it’s a limited range, but between Microgaming and NetEnt a lot of the most popular slots in the UK are accounted for.

Mansion Casino Website

Casino.com

Casino.com logo

Mansion pulled off a masterstroke when they bought the domain name casino.com. Every casino network company in the world would love to have its hands on it, but it belongs to Mansion, and they’re unlikely ever to part with it while they’re still trading. It would have been understandable if they simply chose to direct the URL to Mansion Casino, but instead, they chose to build a bespoke website to feature at the address. However, it’s a long way short of being the best casino site on the network. By the standards of the best online casinos of the 2020s, Casino.com looks more than a little dated.

It’s not just the graphical style of Casino.com that’s a little behind the times – the content of the casino is a little lacking, too. There are barely more than two hundred games to play at this casino, and while two hundred is more than you’re going to get through in a weekend, it does mean you’re likely to run out of new games to play if you stick at Casino.com for the long term. On the positive side, though, the jackpot games at Casino.com are linked to the same massive prize pool as Mansion Casino, and customer service is available 24/7 all year. Casino.com is also available as an app, so if you’re not comfortable playing casino games in your phone’s browser, you can take advantage of the app for what ought to be a greater level of reliability and performance.

Casino.com Website

Slots Heaven

Slots Heaven logo

Slots Heaven has a similar look and style to Casino.com, which is to say that it looks a bit basic and dated. However, the homepage has a little extra sparkle because of the 1970s-style neon logo and the presence of an image of Robocop. Robocop doesn’t appear in any of the online slots or casino games at Slots Heaven, so why the famous movie character is there at all is unexplained. The big claim made by Slots Heaven is that it has the largest variety of slot themes and the largest selection of online slots on the internet. We’d love for this to be true, but unfortunately, it isn’t.

The number of slots and games at Slots Heaven is similar to the number available at Casino.com. There are roughly three hundred slots here, and they come only from Eyecon, Playtech, and Skywind. There are some major names missing from that list, and so if you came to Slots Heaven expecting it to live up to its name, you’d be disappointed. There’s a pecking order at every casino network company, and Slots Heaven definitely comes third out of the three at Mansion. In fact, the casino’s true strength may not be its slots but its other casino games. The site offers online versions of roulette, blackjack and baccarat, including live dealer varieties of each. It’s hard to recommend playing at Slots Heaven when Mansion Casino and Casino.com are both available, but the site remains popular, so its loyal players must be finding something to enjoy here.

Mansion Bet (Inactive)

Mansionbet logo

The name and logo of Mansion Bet will be familiar to every football fan in the United Kingdom. That’s down to their numerous football shirt sponsorships. The brand has sponsored Tottenham Hotspur in the past and has more recently sponsored Crystal Palace. Those high-profile promotions helped the Mansion Bet brand to expand and grow. It probably never reached the top five in the UK when it comes to popular sports betting brands and it never will now because the casino closed to UK players in March 2022.

Mansion Bet differentiated itself from most UK sites that offer sports betting by giving prominent placement to sports that aren’t among the most played or most watched in the UK. NBA basketball games were covered in detail, as were ice hockey fixtures. If you’re a fan of American sports and enjoy having a flutter on them, Mansion Bet could have become your new favourite sports betting site. That’s not to say that all the more popular sports weren’t covered as well, though – you could bet on football, cricket, tennis, rugby and snooker to your heart’s content. Unlike some betting websites, Mansion didn’t cover non-sporting content. You couldn’t go to Mansion to bet on political matters or on the likely winners at the next Oscars ceremony, but if you’re fine with that because you’re only interested in sports anyway, Mansion would have had you covered. It was comprehensive sportsbook provided by a quality brand, but it never captured enough of the UK market to be viable for its operator. Closing it down wouldn’t have been an easy decision, but it’s gone.

About Mansion Europe Holdings Limited

Mansion History

The official Mansion website will tell you that this is a casino network company with more than ten years of experience in the sector. It’s actually being a little modest about that. The company opened in Gibraltar in 2004, so the number of years Mansion has been in business for is actually closer to twenty than ten. The firm is still based in Gibraltar today and holds a licence with the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner, although its primary and most important licence is held with the UK Gambling Commission. As of 2022, both licences remain clean, with no history of censure or sanctions from either regulator. There aren’t all that many large scale casino network companies left that can boast of having a fine-free record with the UKGC, so that’s a positive sign in terms of how trustworthy the operator is.

Mansion is not yet as big in the United Kingdom as it would like to be, but the various brands that it operates have seen success further afield. European markets have opened their arms wide to the firm, which is why secondary Mansion offices have been opened in Bulgaria and Spain in recent years. Mansion’s casino and gaming websites are also popular in New Zealand and Canada, although no Mansion offices have opened in those countries as of yet. The company’s websites and products are now available in more than thirty languages, and there are approximately 150 Mansion employees working between the three offices. The number of casino games available to Mansion’s websites is theoretically around seven hundred, with big-name providers like Red Tiger, Blueprint, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play and Playtech all on board. As you’ve seen above, none of the Mansion casino sister sites actually provide all of these games at once. The company’s focus seems to be on delivering a smaller gaming portfolio that focuses on quality rather than quantity.

Mansion Website

The Mansion Mission

Once you’ve arrived at Mansion’s corporate website, it won’t take you long to find out how this casino network company feels about itself and what it does. The sub-heading beneath the “About Mansion” page is “simply the best,” and it isn’t a reference to the famous Tina Turner song. Mansion firmly believes that it’s superior to all of its opposition and has been an industry leader for more than a decade. Whether that’s true or not is a subjective question, but it’s obvious that Mansion is confident about the quality of its proposition. The service that it provides its players with is described as “boutique,” which isn’t a word you’ll often see on a casino network company’s website. The company believes that the backbone of its service is its customer support team, which is available all day every day throughout the year and is described as both knowledgable and personalised. Mansion “guarantees” the best online betting environment in the industry. You can see whether or not players agree with that idea from the range of customer reviews listed below.

Leaving a casino site with more money than you arrived at it with is the goal that all of us have in mind every time we make a bet, regardless of how often things actually work out that way. Mansion attempts to turn this idea into an expectation rather than a hope by using the motto “get paid to play.” That’s not a reference to the RTP rates of its casino sites but rather to its overarching customer loyalty scheme, which is available across all of its casino and betting brands. Every bet placed or spin paid for at a Mansion site earns loyalty points for the player who placed the bet, and once a sufficient number of loyalty points has been accumulated, they can be exchanged for cash bonuses. The loyalty offer is hardly unique – it works in the exact same way that most casino loyalty schemes work – but not every casino company has one, and so it elevates Mansion above the firms that have no such offer.

The Mansion promise that we have to take issue with is “unbeatable choice.” The company claims to offer a “huge variety” of games and betting styles across its three remaining sites. Visitors and potential players are promised an “incredible selection” of table games and slots with massive progressive jackpots. We concede that the progressive jackpots available at Mansion’s sites are indeed huge, but as we saw as we looked at the Mansion brands one by one, the statement about range and variety simply isn’t true. The average number of online slots at a big-name casino site in the 2020s is 500, with some brands offering more than double that number. Mansion doesn’t offer more than around three hundred games in total at any of its sites, leaving it lagging behind. The brand might have several strengths, but variety isn’t among them.

Closing Mansion Bet

Breaking into sports betting was once a major objective of Mansion. It’s the reason why the company once sponsored Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace in the English Premier League, splashing the Mansion Bet logo across the shirts of both teams and thereby having the brand promoted to an audience of billions of people around the world. The company is still very proud of its football sponsorships. It’s no longer active in the Premier League but still sponsors Millwall FC and Bristol City in the English Championship. However, those sponsorships now relate to Mansion Casino rather than Mansion Bet. That’s because the Mansion Bet experiment sadly failed, resulting in the withdrawal of the site from the UK market in March 2022 and, ultimately, its closure.

Casino.com Mansion Tottenham

The closure of Mansion Bet must have been a difficult decision for its parent company. Enormous sums of money had been spent on attempting to gain a foothold in the highly competitive UK market, but they never had a breakthrough moment. Competition is stiff, and with mega-firms like the Kindred Group and Flutter Entertainment as rivals, capturing market share is a tall order. Many industry insiders commented that the closure of Mansion Bet was sad but wasn’t a surprise. The horse racing industry might miss the site more than players do, as the removal of the brand means that there are now several high-profile race events in the UK calendar searching for a new sponsor. It’s difficult to imagine any new group or company breaking into the UK sports betting market and capturing enough of the market to stay afloat at this point in time, so the group’s decision to refocus its energies on the Mansion Casino brand seems like a wise one. Still, enormous sums of money were spent on Mansion Bet without much coming back the other way, so the business probably has good cause to regret ever trying to get involved with the UK sports betting market in the first place. They’re unlikely to try again, and the failure of Mansion Bet is likely to become a cautionary tale for any other iGaming or casino network company that might be tempted to take on the big names in the UK.

Mansion Affiliates

Mansion doesn’t operate any white-label casino sites, so it doesn’t make any money by creating website templates and lending its licences to third parties. That’s a common tactic for big casino network companies – the 888 Group alone has more than one hundred white label sites, as does Jumpman Gaming. Instead of operating such a scheme, Mansion instead operates “Mansion Affiliates” and hopes to bring money in that way instead. It’s a scheme open to almost everybody. If you know enough about SEO and website building to create a sales funnel and direct traffic to one of Mansion’s casino brands, Mansion is happy to pay you for each successful referral.

Mansion Affiliates promises that getting set up with the scheme is as simple as contacting an account manager and gaining approval from them, adding the official Mansion tracking software and creative suite to your existing website, and then earning money. Affiliates are paid a flat fee for each qualifying referral plus a revenue share from each player they refer. The scheme has been open for twelve years and currently has more than 1500 active partners. A collective sum in excess of £1m is paid to members of Mansion Affiliates every month.

What are players saying about Mansion Group casinos?

These are recent reviews written by players who have played at Mansion Group casinos and wanted to share their experiences and opinions with others. We’ve edited some of their comments for brevity and clarity.

  • 17-Mar-2022 Mansion Bet review by Tony:
Mansion Bet is a joke of a betting site. They can’t even offer guaranteed odds for horse racing, they force you to take whatever price they offer. The app is awful and the odds are awful too. – source: TrustPilot
  • 12-Mar-2022 Mansion Bet review by Dylan:
I’m trying to withdraw money from them and they’re telling me that it’s going to take longer than normal because they’re closing down soon. However, they can process smaller amounts just as quickly as they always have – it’s only large withdrawals they seem to have a problem with. – source: TrustPilot
  • 21-Apr-2022 Mansion Casino review by Julie:
Don’t ever deposit money here. I’ve been trying to get a withdrawal for ten days. I’ve sent in my ID multiple times but they keep telling me it’s too blurred. The links they send me in their emails to upload more documents don’t work. They’re happy to take my deposits without ID but won’t pay out, and they currently owe me more than £1000. – source: TrustPilot
  • 21-Apr-2022 Mansion Casino review by Joe:
Customer service at Mansion Casino is great, and withdrawals are processed really quickly. I’m surprised there are so many negative comments about them on here. Customer service really helped me when I needed them, they verified my ID and processed my first withdrawal within 24 hours. – source: TrustPilot
  • 18-Apr-2022 Mansion Casino review by Sarah:
Mansion Casino is a good site and hosts some great games. I find it easy to navigate. Withdrawals take longer here than they do at some other sites I play on, though, and there are sometimes glitches with the games. On the whole, the site could do with more promotions for players. – source: TrustPilot
  • 18-Apr-2022 Mansion Casino review by Alex:
I read a lot of bad reviews on here about Mansion Casino but none of them applies to my experience with them. I’ve only had good experiences with customer support and I enjoy playing here. I’d like them to keep up the good work. – source: TrustPilot
  • 21-Mar-2022 Slots Heaven review by Karen:
This is a professional casino site and treats customers with respect. They actually seem to care about their safer gambling responsibilities and their customer service team is second to none. The company that operates the site seems to be honest. – source: TrustPilot
  • 26-Dec-2021 Slots Heaven review by Nathan:
I’m sad I can only give five stars to this casino because I’d give six if I could. I had a problem but customer services got back to me really quickly and knew exactly how to deal with it. They were really knowledgeable. – source: TrustPilot
  • 21-Apr-2022 Casino.com review by Lee:
This is by far the best casino I play at. The games are great and payouts arrive fast. Customer service is just as good. I’ve recommended Casino.com to loads of my friends and I’d rate them ten out of ten. – source: TrustPilot
  • 20-Apr-2022 Casino.com review by Dean:
I’d give them zero stars. I played at Casino.com for less than an hour before I had to deactivate my account. I played through £200 and only made £2 back. The games freeze all the time and make you restart them. All the positive reviews on here are fake but I’m being 1000% truthful. This site is rigged and if you join them you’ll be on here writing a bad review soon too. – source: TrustPilot
