What are the Pros and Cons of BetMGM Casino?

Pros: BetMGM is one of the biggest names in gambling on a global level. It looks and feels like a prestigious brand, and it comes with most of the things that you’d expect a prestigious brand to come with.   Absolute joke. Locked me out of my account after I placed my bet, as I needed to prove my identity. They wouldn’t accept a screenshot of my bank statement, asking for a PDF instead, which would include all transactional data. They wouldn’t accept an invoice from my letting agency either.   The only way to hear from them is to contact them numerous times via live chat or email, and then they might contact you from their Customer Experience Team. This happened to me. Adam called me, and after explaining the situation, he said he would take ownership of the matter and contact me at 15:00. I was then asked for more bank statements, which I sent immediately, then radio silence again. Yesterday, the money was back in my account and the account was closed with no explanation.   I was persuaded to use this site by their glossy adverts featuring Chris Rock. I thought they must be something different, but I was wrong. The app is rubbish, difficult to navigate, and finding placed bets is a nightmare. Poor odds and offers. No better, in fact worse, than other sites. Avoid. – source: Trustpilot

  Signed up over a month ago and I’m pleasantly surprised so far. Odds are fairly competitive, they have honoured their offers, and withdrawing has not been a problem.   I made a review a while back. Since then, I’ve made quite a few withdrawals to the point where I’m up more than the house, which is unusual for betting sites. I have had a losing streak, but that’s the nature of the game. My ID was asked for and verified when I joined.   Day 33, and I still have not heard from their team who are looking into my account. I won a substantial amount of money, and then they froze my account. It’s over £12,100, so it’s not a small amount. This is the most corrupt site I’ve ever dealt with.   I must be an exception to most of the reviews on here, but I can only speak as I find. No problems with deposits or withdrawals. Money paid into my bank account quickly and without fuss.
