NetBet Sister Sites 2025
NetBet used to be quite a complicated iGaming website. The main NetBet website was little more than a landing page or a portal, from which players could choose to enter NetBet Casino, Netbet Poker, NetBet Lotto, or a number of other smaller sub-brands. Rather than any NetBet sister sites existing, NetBet chooses to build a mini-site for every form of iGaming and then contain it within the larger NetBet website. Why run multiple brands when you could just run one core brand, and keep adding new limbs to it?
The NetBet sister sites situation became a little more streamlined in 2024 when the brand opted to shed some of its minisites and focus on just three core products – sports betting, casino games, and poker. As such, we now treat NetBet as one site. It’s large, but it’s singular. The below review will tell you everything you need to know about this new, slimmed-down version of NetBet, where the operator attempts to address all of your iGaming needs and desires under one roof.
NetBet News
: NetBet has become an official betting sponsor of UFC, and the timing couldn’t have landed better for fans gearing up for UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Brady at The O2 in London. This new partnership sees NetBet stepping into the Octagon in more ways than one, with branding set to appear during UFC broadcasts and across the sport’s digital and social channels throughout Europe. The deal applies across the UK, Ireland, Greece, Italy, and Romania, giving NetBet a prominent role in UFC’s continued expansion throughout the continent. According to the update from UFC, this link-up arrives as they push to strengthen their foothold in European markets by aligning with a platform that already has a dedicated MMA audience. From NetBet’s end, the agreement has been described as a way to offer something extra to those who already follow the action closely.
As one of the more recognised betting brands in the markets covered, the platform is now in a better position to connect fans to the sport in real-time, particularly through matchday promotions and fight-specific betting markets. While no app or product updates were announced alongside the partnership, the implication is that new campaigns or UFC-focused features may follow, as both parties look to turn viewer interest into more interaction around the events. The crossover between MMA and online betting continues to grow year on year, and NetBet’s move into this space reflects the ongoing shift towards making sportsbook platforms part of the live viewing experience. With this deal beginning during one of the most anticipated events in the UK calendar, the groundwork has clearly been laid for a strong start, with both UFC and NetBet looking to maximise visibility during a packed 2025 fight schedule.
: The NetBet game library has expanded once again after a recent content partnership deal was signed with Swintt, proving, if anything, that the NetBet sister sites certainly aren’t picky about who they partner with. The latest agreement sees a selection of Swintt’s slot games added to NetBet UK’s platform, introducing players to a mix of classic and modern titles. Swintt has built its reputation on a varied catalogue, which includes games like Stacking Bison, Elysium VIP, and The Crown, a title that features British actor Vinnie Jones. With over 135 games to its name, the developer covers a broad range of styles, from traditional slot layouts to more feature-packed designs. For NetBet, the partnership is another in a long line of deals aimed at keeping its content selection from going stale.
Both companies have framed the move as beneficial for players, bringing more variety to the already crowded online casino space. There is also an emphasis on responsible gambling, with Swintt’s CEO, David Mann, describing the partnership as an opportunity to expand while ensuring players remain at the centre of the experience. NetBet’s PR manager, Claudia Georgevici, echoed that sentiment, stating that this collaboration aligns with the platform’s commitment to offering a diverse mix of games. While the addition of another provider may seem like a routine update, the deal gives NetBet users more options, whether they prefer straightforward slot mechanics or more elaborate bonus-driven gameplay. In an increasingly competitive market, operators need a steady flow of new content to hold player interest, and this latest move shows that NetBet is keeping up with that demand.
: NetBet sister sites are helping their members feel the love over Valentine’s Day with a promotion which will extend throughout February. Players logging into their NetBet Casino accounts will have the chance to claim 10 Free Spins every day by placing a qualifying bet of at least £20 on any slot. The spins can only be used on Hearts Highway, a game by Push Gaming, with the promotion running from 3rd to 28th February. Once players have opted in and met the betting requirement, the Free Spins will be available to claim via the Rewards Centre, but they must be used within three days before they expire. The offer is limited to one claim per day, ensuring that those who return daily can collect spins throughout the month.
Winnings from the Free Spins will be credited as bonus funds and must be wagered 40 times before they can be converted to cash, with a maximum withdrawal limit of £200 after meeting the playthrough requirement. Players should also note that any attempt to place a stake higher than £5 per spin while using an active bonus from this promotion will not be authorised. NetBet has also outlined that players who attempt to manipulate the promotion, such as those using multiple accounts or systematic betting techniques, risk being excluded. Only one promotion can be active at any time, so those looking to take part in multiple offers must complete or cancel one before opting into another. As always, standard NetBet Casino terms and conditions apply, and players are encouraged to check the full promotional details to ensure they meet all requirements before participating.
: On the 2nd of January, Gaming Intelligence shared that the NetBet sister sites are planning to boost their status as a global iGaming operator through an innovative partnership with Flows. By integrating Flows’ no-code automation platform, NetBet aims to streamline its operations while providing a more tailored experience for its players. This move will allow the operator to implement bespoke promotions, host unmissable tournaments, and improve player protection measures, all in real-time. The collaboration is designed to reduce the time and resources typically required for development, enabling NetBet to stay ahead in a competitive market. Flows, known for simplifying technological processes in the digital space, has been embraced by numerous companies seeking operational agility. NetBet’s decision to adopt this platform reflects not only its ambition to improve player experiences but also its commitment to maintaining a leading position in the sports betting and online casino sectors.
By leveraging Flows, the operator can introduce features and updates at a much faster pace, ensuring its players receive a responsive and seamless gaming environment. NetBet’s head of operations, Anna Olrik Wallenstein, highlighted how this partnership signifies a step forward in operational efficiency, underscoring the brand’s dedication to innovation and player satisfaction. As the global iGaming landscape continues to evolve, such advancements are crucial for operators aiming to remain competitive and relevant. With this integration, NetBet is poised to deliver a more responsive and enjoyable service, reinforcing its appeal among players while strengthening its global presence. This collaboration not only sets a promising trajectory for NetBet but also reflects the growing influence of automation technologies in reshaping the future of the online gaming industry.
: The Mail Online has picked up on NetBet’s new Christmas Cracker promotion, a festive campaign offering daily prizes to players throughout the holiday season. Running from 20th November to 31st December 2024, the promotion provides a cheerful incentive for both long-time members and newcomers to explore NetBet’s range of games. From 20th to 30th November, any player who has previously deposited funds could claim a daily reward. In December, the offer is extended to those who have made a deposit in the last 30 days, with one prize available per person each day. The promotion adds a festive twist by inviting players to select from virtual stockings to reveal their rewards. The prizes include cash bonuses, NetPoints, and free spins, all of which can be used on the platform’s selection of games.
For new players, there’s an added incentive—using the code NBWELCOME500 on their first deposit could unlock up to 500 free spins. This makes it an attractive time for anyone considering joining NetBet to take part in the festivities. As the year winds down, this promotion not only captures the holiday spirit but also offers players a chance to enjoy a little extra through daily surprises. Whether it’s through bonus funds or spins to use on their favourite games, NetBet is delivering a reason to celebrate the season. However, as with any gambling activity, players are reminded to participate responsibly and only wager amounts they can afford. For those interested in diving into the Christmas Cracker promotion or taking advantage of the welcome offer, more details are available on NetBet’s official website.
: NetBet has recently become a prime destination for virtual sports betting, as recently observed by Gambling Insider. In a move to diversify their virtual sports wagering options, NetBet Italy has entered into a partnership with Isibet Pro to introduce a wide selection of virtual games which encompass football, horse and dog racing, motor racing, cycling, and tennis. Isibet Pro is known for its comprehensive range of virtual sports titles, and this partnership will incorporate these into NetBet Italy’s already robust sports betting platform. Claudia Georgevici, PR Manager at NetBet, was called upon to speak about the new partnership; as usual, she was palpably enthused about the collaboration, highlighting the improved service that will now be available to their customers. She emphasised that this collaboration aligns with NetBet’s commitment to making their sports gaming experience as enjoyable and varied as possible.
From Isibet Pro’s perspective, CEO Romano Biondi noted the shared values between the two companies, particularly in terms of iGaming and responsible gaming practices. This partnership is not only about expanding the game library but also ensuring that the gaming experience aligns with ethical gaming standards. This development is part of NetBet Italy’s broader strategy to provide an unparalleled range of betting options on its platform. Shortly before the deal with Isibet Pro, the betting company also announced a partnership with Relax Gaming, which saw the addition of a new selection of gaming titles to their platform. Gambling Insider observed that each step and new partnership is carefully designed to improve the user experience, ensuring that NetBet Italy remains at the forefront of the betting industry, offering both variety and quality in their gaming options.
: The game Golden Halloween Winner has recently arrived at the NetBet sister sites; however, the math model hardly makes the title an ideal game to stick with over the spooky season! Developed by Inspired, Golden Halloween Winner puts a twist on the conventional fruit machine by infusing it with a Halloween theme. This slot is adorned with eerie symbols like cobweb-covered grapes and watermelons, set against a backdrop illuminated by a creepy neon green light. The spooky ambience is completed with Jack-O lanterns and animated bats that flutter across the screen, creating a playful yet spine-tingling gaming environment. The game operates on a high volatility model, with a return to player rate of 94.5%, which might not appeal to all players due to its lower-than-average payout percentage. The slot features five reels, three rows, and ten fixed paylines. Bettors can place wagers starting from as little as £0.10 up to £5.00, with the potential to win up to 5,682 times their stake.
The main draw includes the Free Spins feature, activated by landing three or more golden tombstone Scatter symbols, offering between 10 and 20 free spins based on the number of scatters. During the free spins, players can encounter the Wild bells, which not only substitute for other symbols to form winning combinations but also trigger cash payouts when appearing alongside pumpkin symbols. The game also features a bonus trail where collecting bells can unlock additional spins and increase multipliers. Despite these elements, the game’s high volatility and lower RTP might deter players looking for more consistent payouts.
: On the 2nd of September, news broke of NetBet’s new partnership with Gaming Corps, which adds Gaming Corps to a long list of content partners which contribute to the NetBet sister sites. This collaboration is set to benefit the casino’s unique audience as they gain access to a slew of innovative games from Gaming Corps’ extensive portfolio, including titles like 777 Jackpot Diamond Hold and Win Deluxe, Egypt Bonus Pot, and Penalty Champion. NetBet Casino, already celebrated for its broad selection of games, took another major step forward in its commitment to providing top-tier entertainment by integrating Gaming Corps’ well-crafted games, which have already garnered popularity among players globally. If you have ever spun a Gaming Corps slot before, you will know that the iGaming developer always goes above and beyond to craft superlative gaming environments that go beyond traditional gameplay.
Claudia Georgevici, PR manager for NetBet, is no stranger to press releases following new content partnerships, in the press release following the Gaming Corps deal, she noted that introducing Gaming Corps’ acclaimed games reinforces NetBet’s reputation for delivering a diverse and dynamic gaming platform. Danielle Calafato, CCO at Gaming Corps, highlighted the shared visions of both companies in pushing the boundaries of what online gaming can offer, emphasising their commitment to responsible gaming and creating immersive game worlds. Notably, this alliance is not just a business expansion but a fusion of shared values and visions which will offer a richer and more varied gaming experience to members of NetBet’s laudable casino.
: The NetBet sister sites are currently hosting the Games Global Summer Spectacular tournament, offering an exciting opportunity for avid slot players. Running from the 5th of August to the 1st of September, this event is divided into four weekly segments, each featuring a substantial £125,000 prize pool. Participants have the chance to win from a stash of 24,180 cash prizes, totalling half a million pounds across the tournament duration. To engage in this event, players must opt into the tournament on any of the eligible Games Global slots like Mega Moolah Megaways or Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah, and place a minimum bet of £0.10 per spin. The competition heats up as players climb the leaderboard based on the percentage win from a single qualifying spin, with the top scorer for the week taking home £10,000.
In addition to leaderboard winnings, daily Prize Drops randomly award players during their gameplay, adding an element of surprise with prizes ranging from £5 to £250. These drops occur throughout the promotion period and require a qualifying spin to trigger potential wins, ensuring that every participant has a shot at an extra reward. It’s essential for players to be aware of the terms and conditions attached to the tournament. Only real money bets qualify for the leaderboard and Prize Drops, with certain payment methods like PayPal and Skrill being excluded from promotional eligibility. All prizes must be claimed within a week after they’re awarded; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Additionally, players flagged as bonus seekers are ineligible for prize collection, and NetBet reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
: NetBet has daringly sidestepped traditional sports sponsorships and announced its official partnership with Power Slap, an American slap fighting promotion, setting a new precedent in the sportsbook industry. This collaboration, earmarked for the entirety of 2024, aims to amplify the presence and appeal of Power Slap sports betting across diverse markets including the UK, Ireland, France, Romania, Brazil, and Mexico. Marcel Prioteasa, CEO of NetBet, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting it as a merger of the burgeoning sport of slap fighting and NetBet’s renowned betting experience. He anticipates providing fans with unique ways to engage with Power Slap as the sport gains traction globally. The alliance is mutually beneficial as it will also boost the betting brand’s visibility as the brand will feature prominently on the Power Slap table and canvas during events.
Power Slap’s growing appeal and its alignment with reputable brands are underscored by the addition of NetBet to its list of partners. Frank Lamicella, President of Power Slap, remarked on the sport’s upward trajectory and growing fanbase eager for betting opportunities. He pointed out that the partnership would expand betting possibilities for fans in Europe, Mexico, and Brazil, highlighting the sport’s increasing integration with mainstream betting markets. The collaboration kicks off with the Power Slap 8 event, featuring a match between Da Crazy Hawaiian and Danie Van Heerden. This event, which is set to broadcast live and free on Rumble, represents the first of many where fans can witness the uniquely catty combat sport; NetBet will also present several betting markets to celebrate the new partnership.
: As detailed in an article in the Sun, the NetBet sister sites are now hosting Euro minigames, giving their members the chance to get excited for the European Championship fixtures while earning cash prizes. Football fever is sweeping the nation, and NetBet’s online casino is tapping into this excitement with a series of engaging promotions. From mid-June, players can dive into the action with the Headers Champions Cup, a special football-themed promotion offering daily prizes such as Free Spins, Cash, and Deposit Bonuses. To participate, players need to have made a deposit within the previous seven days. Once eligible, they can select their favourite footballer on the Headers Champion Cup page and aim to achieve as many headers as possible to win daily prizes.
NetBet has also curated a dedicated Football games category, featuring top football-themed slots from leading providers. Players can enjoy titles like European Football Roulette from Playtech, Sports Bonanza from NYX, and iSoftBet’s Shot Shots Mines, ensuring a diverse and thrilling matchday experience on both desktop and mobile platforms. New players can also take advantage of an exclusive welcome offer, with up to 500 Free Spins on their first deposit, providing a fantastic introduction to NetBet’s array of games. This generous offer makes it easy for newcomers to immerse themselves in the excitement of the European Championship and the wide variety of football-themed slots available. NetBet’s initiative to create fun and engaging promotions showcases their commitment to providing an exciting experience for their players. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the site, these promotions are a brilliant way to get involved in the football action and potentially win big.
: If you have been following our updates, you will know that the NetBet sister sites are close to running out of external forces to join with after creating so many content partnership deals. However, this week, they partnered with Yggdrasil to feature Yggdrasil content on their platforms in Denmark. This collaboration is notable as Yggdrasil, founded in 2013, has built a strong reputation in the iGaming industry, winning several awards, including Innovator of the Year at the International Gaming Awards 2023. Their popular games, such as Giganimals GigaBlox, E-Force, and Frost Queen Jackpots, will now be available to NetBet Denmark’s users. NetBet Denmark’s PR Manager, Claudia Georgevici, stated that partnering with top gaming providers is essential for their strategy to offer players excellent game options. This deal with Yggdrasil means NetBet can expand its game offerings, providing its users with a wider range of high-quality games.
For Yggdrasil, this partnership represents an opportunity to reach a broader audience and solidify its presence in the Danish market. This collaboration is expected to benefit both parties, with the increasingly global casino enriching its game portfolio and Yggdrasil expanding its market reach. The inclusion of Yggdrasil’s innovative titles is set to offer NetBet players an enriched gaming experience, further establishing both companies’ reputations in the competitive iGaming landscape. This partnership reflects the growing trend of strategic alliances in the online gaming industry, aimed at delivering diverse and engaging content to players while expanding market presence. The integration of Yggdrasil’s games into NetBet Denmark’s platform signifies a significant step for both companies, promising exciting developments for their user base and the broader iGaming community.

NetBet Sister Sites Review 2025
We noted at the top of this page that NetBet has streamlined its operations. Accordingly, we’ve streamlined our review. We used to treat all the different aspects of NetBet as separate entities, but this new version of NetBet makes it easier – not to mention more logical – to review them all in one place. There’s always a risk when a brand makes a deliberate decision to shrink down its offerings because something important could be lost. Having said that, it’s also said that good things come in small(er) packages. Now it’s shorn of the NetBet sister sites, is NetBet better off as a compact brand? Let’s see.
NetBet Welcome Offers
The three NetBet welcome offers are made very clear when you land on the homepage for the first time – you can even see them in the screenshot above. For those who’ve come for NetBet Casino, it’s up to five hundred free spins in return for a first deposit of at least £10, with the total number of spins you end up with connected to the size of your deposit. Anything you win from those spins will have to be wagered x40 before you can withdraw it.
For NetBet Sports, which is arguably the most popular aspect of NetBet in terms of player numbers, the offer is up to £30 in free bets to anyone who joins the site and bets £10 on a Bet Builder. It doesn’t matter if the bet builder wins or loses – you’ll get the bonus anyway, and it’ll be delivered as three £10 free bets. One onf those bets is to be used on the Bet Builder, another is for accas, and the third is a general free bet that can be used on any sport.
The poker welcome promotion is a little more enigmatic. Weknow what the headline is – it’s an offer to triple the value of your first deposit up to a maximum of £1300. However, the small print says that “play through applies,” as do additional terms and conditions. NetBet Casino has no issue stating its playthrough requirements, so we’re not sure why Poker NetBet can’t do the same. As there’s no link to the terms and conditions on the homepage, potential new players are left in the dark about the terms.
Ongoing Promotions
NetBet has multiple promotions in each of its minisites, and they can be a little overwhelming to look at. NetBet Casino alone has a whole page full of promotions, with some of them appearing to overlap, and others having very short shelf lives. You’ll find that across the NetBet sister sites, several of the promotions are of a “here today, gone tomorrow” variety, and as such, we can’t write about them in detail because they’ll likely be gone by the time you read these words. There is one promotion we can write about, though, and that’s the NetBet Players Club. It covers all of the NetBet mini-brands, and it’s a place where the company promises that loyalty will be rewarded.
There are seven levels to the NetBet Players Club, with every new player beginning at Bronze level by default. There are no benefits at that level, but you earn points towards the next level, Silver, with every bet you place. You need a monthly haul of 770 points to become a Silver member, where you get an extra 2.5 free points for every ten you accumulate during regular gameplay. From there, the ranks are Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Stellar and Elite, with the monthly points tally for Elite set at 15,554,500. Points can then be spent in the Club Shop, where players can buy cash bonuses, free spins, actual cash, mystery gifts and more. The more points you have and the higher your status, the better the level of gift available to you.
What are the Pros and Cons of NetBet?
Pros: This is a one-size-fits-all casino and betting site, hosting a variety of great iGaming content. The welcome promotions are relatively generous regardless of which aspect of NetBet you’re looking to use.
Cons: Despite having value, the terms and conditions of the promotions aren’t always as clear as they could be. The way that NetBet is essentially sliced into multiple NetBet sister sites can be confusing at first.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
NetBet boasts in-depth coverage of a range of betting markets. However, football, e-sports, horse racing and greyhound racing bettors will have the most options when it comes to in-play and pre-match betting odds. In terms of online slot games, there should be few complaints from players on the range of content available. From classics such as Book of Dead, Twin Spin, and Reel King Mega to hot new bonus-rich titles such as Cash Patrol, Drop the Wilds, Bomb Bonanza and Dead or Alive 2 to 100% exclusive games such as NetBet Bonanza, the casino has covered all bases. There are tonnes of jackpot games to attempt to get lucky with too, including 10 Minute Jackpot games from Red Tiger Gaming, Power Play Jackpots from Playtech, progressive jackpots from Microgaming and Drops & Wins games from Pragmatic Play. The selection is just as impressive when it comes to First Person and Live Casino games, once again, there is plenty of choices here too.
If that wasn’t enough content to entice you into giving NetBet a try, you can stake on lottery games from around the globe and get involved with the poker tournaments and sit and play games. With the exception of bingo, it’s fair to say that if you can’t do something iGaming-related at NetBet, it’s probably not worth doing.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
Deposits can be made via 18 different methods. The most popular include PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Fast Bank Transfer and Pay Safe Cards. Across most withdrawal methods, the minimum withdrawal is £10, and payments take 2 – 4 working days to complete. Given that there’s support for e-wallets and other modern methods, we’d have liked things to move a little faster than that.
NetBet Customer Support and License
The live chat service is available between the hours of 9 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week. For out-of-hours queries, fill out the online contact form with your query, and a member of the contact support team will respond within 24 hours. NetBet is licenced and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under licence, 39170. It’s a clean licence, and it also automatically extends to the NetBet sister sites.
NetBet – The Verdict
NetBet is an oddity. It’s either several sites that appear to be one, or one site that appears to be several. The strangeness of it only serves to make it more memorable, though. While thought of by most as a sports betting website, NetBet contains plenty for players who want to play live casino games, slots, poker or even lottery games, with some innovative promotions and loyalty rewards. On the downside, using the website can feel like a cumbersome process at times, and customer support is made harder to find than it really ought to be.
What are players saying about NetBet?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Netbet reviews from real players.
- 11-Feb-2025 by Ez:
Good site, everything runs smoothly. – source: Trustpilot - 11-Feb-2025 by Richard:
Fantastic service! Simple and clear explanation with a great outcome. Well done, Christine! – source: Trustpilot - 11-Feb-2025 by James:
Great service, sorted my free bet issue straight away. – source: Trustpilot - 10-Feb-2025 by James:
Customer service is excellent, but the promotions and bonuses can be quite confusing. They don’t always explain things clearly. Thankfully, support answered all my questions and resolved my issue. – source: Trustpilot - 09-Feb-2025 by Maximus:
The moment you write an honest review, they try to have it removed. If you give details, they close your account; if you don’t, they delete your review. Meanwhile, fake positive reviews stay up without issue. I voluntarily closed my account, so let’s see if they try to remove this. NetBet is one of the worst companies I’ve come across. The RTP is ridiculously low, and they seem to change the rules as they go along. Before imposing an automatic betting limit, I lost between £1,000-£2,000. They have some special arrangement with Games Global and Red Tiger, yet you never seem to win. I played close to £3,000 and couldn’t even withdraw £300! If you ask them, they’ll just say it’s all “random.” In reality, everything feels predetermined. Every spin, every feature—it’s like they already know the outcome. Gambling companies claim to use RNGs, but that’s just a smokescreen. If you’re playing for fun, fine. But if you expect to win, especially at NetBet, do yourself a favour and close your account now. – source: Trustpilot - 08-Feb-2025 by Jase:
This is a follow-up to my original review. NetBet has refused to pay my £1,000 winnings, claiming they already sent it to me. However, on live chat, they admitted they didn’t even have my correct bank details. I provided proof from my bank confirming I never received the money. Over a month ago, IBAS ruled in my favour and told them to pay up, but now NetBet says I need to provide a letter from my bank confirming I haven’t been paid. They know full well that a bank won’t issue such a letter. It’s disgusting. Live chat agents Michael, Max, and Luke just tell lie after lie. This site picks and chooses who they want to pay. Stay away—they’re nothing but thieves. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Feb-2025 by Harry:
Quick and easy to use. – source: Trustpilot - 07-Feb-2025 by Andy:
One of the worst sites I’ve ever played on. They lure you in with free spins offers, but by the time you qualify, your deposit is gone. The free spins seem to pay slightly better, but you can’t withdraw the winnings—you have to play them on the games they choose. The slots just drain your balance. They claim everything is fair and random, but when you see the same strange names appearing as winners, you have to wonder. Yes, gambling is about risk, but you’d expect to win something back now and then. Here, the slots just take and take. – source: Trustpilot - 06-Feb-2025 by Paul:
NetBet has a great selection of games and a quick withdrawal process, but playing here is incredibly frustrating. Constant pop-ups asking if I’m happy with how much I play, followed by automatic cool-down periods that block me for an hour mid-game. If I wanted to stop, I’d stop myself. After withdrawing money, my account was then blocked until I spoke to someone on the phone to verify I could afford to play. There’s no way I’m discussing my finances with a stranger over the phone. I’ll just take my money elsewhere. Any verification questions should be handled in the live chat, not through random phone calls. – source: Trustpilot - 06-Feb-2025 by Mr F:
Fantastic customer service. I made a mistake while placing a bonus-qualifying bet, and Mike from the support team sorted it out straight away, even honouring the bonus bets. Really appreciate it! – source: Trustpilot
NetBet – A Deeper Dive
NetBet Casino Commercials and Adverts
NetBet has run many major multimedia ad campaigns, there are plenty of adverts that have been aired over the years that prove just how multifaceted the flagship casino of NetBet Enterprises Limited really is. The most memorable adverts aired in 2015, it was a quintessentially British spin on When Harry Met Sally. Their ‘When Barry Met Ally’ TV ad takes viewers to a bleak greasy spoon café, where everyone looks fairly dreary, aside from one man on a date with his partner who is caught up in the joy of his sports bet being a lucrative one. The ad ends on their long-time slogan, NetBet: Making Sports More Exciting.
In 2016, NetEnt appealed to UK Sports Betters again in their cinematic adrenaline-fuelled advert that took players to the biggest football stadiums, the fastest car races and gave them ringside seats on some of the fiercest boxing matches. In July 2017, one of NetBet’s biggest adverts hit UK TV. The flashy ad took UK viewers across to the big apple, to avoid cliches, the casino brand didn’t focus on Vegas, it took viewers to plenty of the most lavish and luxurious states, including New York, Palm Springs and Miami.
Over in the casino section of the site, NetBet has created an ‘as seen on TV’ section for their slot games. The most popular games under this tab include Holmes and the Stolen Stones, Jack Hammer 2, and Dead or Alive, along with the officially licenced video slot games, Guns N Roses, Game of Thrones, Jumanji, Narcos and Jurassic World.
NetBet Introduces New Sports Betting Features
In 2021, NetBet remains one of the most exciting sports betting sites. It sets itself apart from competitors with massive welcome bonus offers for sports fans, the ability to personalise bets and create accumulators instead of choosing between existing accumulators. The SnapBet Feature has proven to be wildly popular with the site’s sports betters looking to place hard and fast bets in the spur of the moment. On any of the live sports games, gamblers can make snap bets, for example, players can bet on the next team or player to score in 30 seconds, or in the next 1, 5, or 10 minutes.
Players placing ACCA bets can take advantage of combo boosts that can boost winnings by up to 50%. Winning can be boosted on baseball, ice hockey, football, tennis and basketball games. A recent boost improved the odds from 8 / 1 to 10 / 1. When it comes to innovation, NetBet put most sports betting sites to shame. They deliver cutting-edge tech, but they make the process of sports betting as easy as possible with flexible banking options and an easy to use interface.
NetBet Sponsorships
NetBet takes its position in the sports betting world incredibly seriously. They are continually investing in teams and clubs in the UK and across the globe. The casino site operates in and attracts players from 15 different countries, which is reflected in their list of existing and expired sponsorships and partnerships.
NetBet Sponsors the Brazilian Red Bull Bragantino Football Team
The casino and sports betting brand is just as big in Brazil as it is in the UK; in 2019, they made the move to sponsor the Red Bull Bragantino football team. The partnership was so much more than a cold financial transaction, which was proven when NetBet joined in the celebrations when the club won their first-ever international final match Other football clubs that have been sponsored by NetBet include West Brom, St Etienne, Steaua Bucharest and Hamilton.
NetBet Partnerships
Slowly but surely, NetBet has been attracting some of the biggest casino game developers. iSoftBet was one of the first developers to come aboard in 2013, it wasn’t long before Playtech followed suit and signed a 6-year contract with the site. Not only did Playtech agree to move the best of their portfolio across to NetBet, they also agreed to give the site exclusive access to some of their top games. One of the latest developers to move across to the site was Iron Dog Studios, who brought a range of high-quality games to their players.
NetBet on Mobile
Slot spinners, sports betters and live casino fans are all catered for in NetBet’s flash and responsive app. In the apple app store, it holds a 4.5 / 5 customer rating, it is also number 181 in the casino and gambling category. Mobile players will benefit from all of the bonus promotions that online players do, including grabbing up to 5,000 free games every week! Apple users will need a device that runs on iOs 12.1 or later. The NetBet app is even more popular in the Google Play store. Since it was released in 2018, it has been installed over 100,000 times by UK players. The customer rating score is slightly lower at 3.5 / 5, but there are still plenty of positive reviews which highlight the casino’s fun games, track record with payments and variety of titles.
