Paradise8 Sister Sites

PARADISE8 IS NOT COVERED BY A UK GAMBLING COMMISSION LICENCE.

Sister Site is written for UK-based online casino players. As such, our primary focus is on casinos that hold a UK Gambling Commission licence. Paradise8 doesn’t hold such a licence, and nor do any of the Paradise8 sister sites. Instead, the Paradise8 sister sites are licensed and regulated by authorities in Curacao. The regulator has a long history of turning a blind eye to nefarious practices by the companies that it supposedly regulates, so players should think carefully before playing at any casino based there. That’s not to say that Paradise8 nor any of the Paradise8 sister sites are specifically unsafe – they’re just not as safe as the casinos covered by the UKGC. With all of that being said, let’s take a closer look at the other casinos on the SSC Entertainment N.V. platform.

This Is Vegas

This Is Vegas

If you put This is Vegas and Paradise8 side by side, they’d look like a “spot the difference” competition. All of the SSC Entertainment N.V. casinos have elements in common because of the template used by the operator when it put its casino sites together, but no two casinos on the platform look more alike than This is Vegas and Paradise8. That means if you’ve enjoyed playing at Paradise8, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t also enjoy playing at This is Vegas. Of the Paradise8 sister sites, This is Vegas is the one that’s most popular with players in the UK save for Paradise8 itself. Given the close connection between the casinos, it’s fair to assume that they’re popular for the same reasons. While most of the slots and games at This is Vegas come from Rival Gaming, there are a few well-known titles from better-known providers dotted around the casino’s homepage. The only thing missing is a proper Vegas theme –  there’s little effort to create one here save for the occasional splash banner image.

Cocoa Casino

Cocoa Casino

Without cocoa there would be no chocolate, and who wants to live in a world with no chocolate? Certainly not us. However, Cocoa Casino isn’t quite as important to the world of online casinos as cocoa is to chocolate. Despite looking broadly similar and offering a largely comparable selection of casino games, Cocoa Casino is nowhere near as popular as most of the other Paradise8 sister sites, including the ones we haven’t looked at yet. We’re not sure why that is. Perhaps it could be something as simple as two-tone brown being a bad choice of colour scheme for an online casino. Other possible reasons include the fact that it uses the same welcome promotion, and lists the same slots and games in the same order as the the bigger-name casinos on the platform. That’s not to say that Cocoa Casino isn’t perfectly functional; it’s just that there’s nothing about it that makes it stand out from the other Paradise8 sister sites.

DaVinci’s Gold

Davincis Gold

The extent of Leonardo da Vinci’s influence on the online casino world is one of iGaming’s strangest phenomenons. We can think of at least five different slots games that either use da Vinci’s name or feature his art, and now here we have a whole casino website that carries his name and makes liberal use of his most famous works of art. We’re not questioning the merits of da Vinci as a person of note – he’s one of the most gifted human beings ever to have lived. It’s just that he never had anything to do with casinos or gambling during his lifetime, and isn’t even known to have passed comment on the subject. Quite how he became a casino star is a mystery, and we’d love to know how he’d react to his iGaming fame if he knew about it. Why are we spending so much time talking about Leonardo da Vinci the person rather than Davinci’s Gold as a member of the Paradise8 sister sites family? Simple – because it’s yet another clone casino, identical to all three of those above.

Pantasia Casino

Pantasia Casino logo

One of the Paradise8 sister sites is not like the others, and that site is Pantasia Casino. From top to bottom, everything at Pantasia Casino looks a cut above the other casinos on this platform. If it weren’t for the fact that SSC Entertainment N.V.’s name appears in the footer of the Pantasia Casino website and confirms the company as the casino’s operator, we’d think it was made by someone else. Everything about Pantasia Casino is different, from the way its homepage is laid out to the promotions that it offers. Those promotions, by the way, list their values in dollars. That’s a little reminder that even though you can play at the Paradise8 sister sites if you’re based in the UK, you’re not really supposed to, and you’re not their target audience. Nevertheless, if you’re determined to do so, you’ll probably find that Pantasia Casino offers you the best overall experience from these options.

: This week, The Casino Magazine unveiled a comprehensive beginner’s guide to Paradise 8 Casino. With over 10,000 daily active users, this multilingual platform (offering English, German, Italian, French, and Spanish) boasts an impressive 97% payout rate, making it a popular choice among online gaming enthusiasts. The casino is said to pride itself on its robust safety measures, including the Antillephone N.V. licence, which is an odd thing to be proud of given its notorious weaknesses. Players are required to provide age and ID verification, which is crucial for accessing the casino’s numerous bonuses and promotions. The platform’s commitment to security is further reinforced by its responsive customer support and live chat feature, addressing issues within 24 hours. The casino’s allure is amplified by its generous bonus offerings. Newcomers are greeted with a 200% welcome bonus and periodic free spins, although it lacks a No Deposit Bonus. Additionally, players can benefit from two types of cashback bonuses: Cashback Insurance and Next Day Cashback, offering up to 30% returns on deposits during promotional periods.

: The popularity of fishing-themed slots with larger-than-life 3D graphics makes The Angler, available across all Paradise8 sister sites, a noteworthy attraction for its visual splendour. Developed by Betsoft, this video slot game stands out with its fishing expedition theme, set against a picturesque backdrop of a lake surrounded by mountains. The game features a fisherman character and reels adorned with charming aquatic creatures like fish and turtles, showcasing Betsoft’s commitment to extraordinary graphics. The Angler is structured with 20 pay lines and 5 reels, offering players a variety of betting options. The coin size can be adjusted from 0.02 to 1, and players can select the number of coins per line and the number of lines to bet on. The game includes a ‘Max Bet’ option for high rollers and an ‘Autoplay’ feature for uninterrupted gameplay. The ‘Double Up’ feature allows players to gamble their winnings on a coin toss, adding an extra layer of excitement.

Paradise8 The Angler

One of the game’s unique features is the red angry octopus wild symbol, which substitutes for all symbols except the scatter and bonus symbols. Appearing on all reels except the first, the wilds become sticky during Free Spins, remaining in place for the duration of the feature. The pearl clam scatter symbol triggers the free spins feature when it lands on reels 3, 4, and 5, with the number of spins depending on the number of symbols landed. This feature can be re-triggered for additional spins. The game also includes a ‘Time to Fish’ bonus game, activated by landing bonus symbols on reels 1, 2, and 3. This interactive segment tests players’ fishing skills, offering credits for each successful catch.

: New Bonuses, a website dedicated to providing the latest and most attractive casino bonuses, has recently showcased a variety of enticing offers from various online casinos, including a notable promotion from Paradise8. According to the New Bonuses writers, as of December 11, 2023, Paradise8 is offering 100 free spins on the game ‘Hail Caesar’, a deal that stands out for its generosity. This offer is specifically targeted at new players and comes with a wagering requirement of 35x. The promotion is set to expire on December 17th, giving players a limited window to take advantage of this opportunity. In addition to Paradise8, New Bonuses has highlighted several other notable promotions. For instance, the relatively unknown casino Davinci’s Gold is offering 75 free spins, while Aussie Play extends a 235% deposit bonus to all newbies. Cocoa Casino is another featured site, presenting 20 free spins to new players. Each of these offers comes with its own set of terms and conditions, including wagering requirements and expiration dates, catering to a range of preferences among players.

New Vegas Casino is also part of the roundup, with a promotion of 50 free spins, alongside another offer from Paradise8 Casino for 50 free spins on ‘Majestic Mermaids’. Candyland Casino joins the list with its own 50 free spins offer, and Las Vegas USA rounds off the selection with a substantial 400% deposit bonus. These promotions reflect the competitive nature of online casinos and their efforts to attract new players with appealing offers. The variety of bonus structures cater to a wide range of players, from those who prefer bonus spins to those interested in more substantial deposit bonuses.

: Betsoft’s “The Magic Shoppe” has emerged as a standout game across the Paradise8 sister sites, delighting players with its mystical allure and stunning 3D graphics. This 25-payline online slot game offers a riveting gaming experience set in an enchanting world of magic. The game’s theme is beautifully rendered with high-quality 3D graphics, featuring classic magic motifs such as playing cards, top hats, handcuffs, and daggers. The attention to detail in the animation adds a dynamic touch, making the game visually appealing and engaging. The slot boasts an solid Return to Player rate of 96%, offering a fair chance of winning to its players. The game’s betting range is quite flexible, accommodating both low and high rollers, with players able to wager between 2p and £1 per line.

Paradise8 The Magic Shoppe

One of the game’s most exciting features is the Sun and Moon Free Spins, which can be triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 matching sun or moon box symbols on the reels. This feature offers players 3, 6, or 12 free spins, respectively. Additionally, the Magic Wand feature turns sun or moon boxes wild, enhancing the player’s winning potential. Wild symbols in the game not only substitute for other symbols to create winning combinations but also offer their own generous payouts, ranging from 800x to 2400x. The game is also optimised for mobile play, allowing players to enjoy the game on various devices without the need for downloading any software. This flexibility ensures that players can experience the same high-quality graphics and gameplay on any device.

: Since the launch of 10 Times Vegas, the Paradise8 sister sites haven’t introduced many new slots, but this game continues to be a standout on their platform. 10 Times Vegas, developed by Woohoo Games, is a classic-themed slot that brings a vibrant neon aesthetic to life, combining cutting-edge graphics with a vapour-wave style. This game is not just about its visual appeal; it also boasts an array of impressive bonus features and symbols that enhance the gaming experience. The game is a 3-reel video slot which offers a range of betting options from 9p to £120 per spin. This flexibility makes it accessible to players with different budgets and spinning styles. Players can easily track their wins with the pay table conveniently located to the left of the slot.

One of the game’s highlights is its Wild Multiplier Feature, which includes three types of Wilds. The Wild X2 pays 100 coins when all three are hit, the Wild X5 pays 500 coins, and the Wild X10 offers a substantial payout of 5000 coins. Additionally, there’s a chance to win a Jackpot Spin randomly if the Wild retrigger results in any win. The Jackpot symbol itself has its own pay table, offering 10 times the total bet for one symbol, 20 times for two, and a Jackpot Win for three symbols. With a Return to Player of 96.50%, 10 Times Vegas not only provides an engaging visual experience but also offers fair chances of winning. This game has gained popularity among players, reflected in its popularity score of 6 on the slot review site, Sunshine Slots.

: The website CasinoGap.org has recently revealed the most comprehensive roll call of UK casinos that circumvent the GamStop self-exclusion, a questionable read for those keen to resume their gaming post-haste. This list, meticulously curated following exhaustive research, showcases the most reliable and secure gambling havens that stand outside the GamStop network, ensuring that those who have self-excluded can still indulge in their gaming pursuits. At the pinnacle of these offerings are the operators who extend a warm welcome to UK players, complete with enticing bonuses and a plethora of convenient payment methods. The top sites included Goldenbet, Casino, MyStake Casino and Golden Mister Casino. Although the Paradise8 sister sites, under the stewardship of SSC Entertainment, didn’t ascend to the top echelons of this list, they’ve been honoured for their commendable service in the industry. Yet, there’s a darker side to this freedom — non-GamStop casinos may not offer the same level of UKGC-mandated protections, leaving players to lean on alternative self-exclusion tools, and potentially at risk – there is a reason why many of the platforms on the list are only licenced by the gambling authority in Curacao.

GamStop Logo

With that said, the vast majority of these platforms boast a range of titles from esteemed providers, ensuring an experience akin to UK-licensed sites. Bonuses, especially those that don’t require a deposit, feature prominently, offering players a warm welcome. However, the allure of these non-GamStop entities isn’t without its caveats. The escape from self-exclusion can be a double-edged sword, with the risk of unchecked gambling posing a potential pitfall. Thus, while CasinoGap.org’s list is a gateway to continued gaming for many, it comes with a caution to tread with awareness and responsibility.

: Paradise8 has just unveiled a spine-chilling addition to its line-up of online slot games: Blood Eternal. As the nights draw in and the haunting aura of Halloween surrounds us, what better way to indulge in a bit of eerie fun than trying your luck with this gothic-themed slot? Blood Eternal is not just another slot game, but a captivating experience that takes players on a mesmerizing journey into the world of vampires and eternal love. The introduction to the game portrays a dark and intriguing atmosphere, ensuring that players are immediately captivated by its mystique. Why should you give Blood Eternal a spin? For starters, the potential rewards are incredibly enticing, with a maximum win of a staggering 965,620 coins!

But it’s not just about the win; it’s about the journey and the unique features that make this game stand out. Blood Eternal boasts a plethora of bonus features that enhance gameplay, including double bat symbols, free spins, and a vampire bite feature that heightens the suspense with every spin. Delving deeper into the game’s math model, players will notice that this 6-reel slot provides ample opportunities for big wins, not to mention the allure of its intricate design and captivating symbols. The interplay of light and dark, coupled with the intense sound effects, ensures an intense gaming experience. The Paradise8 sister sites have truly outdone themselves by introducing Blood Eternal to its members. Whether you’re a seasoned slot player or someone looking for a thrilling new game to try, Blood Eternal promises a blend of suspense, fun, and the potential for massive rewards.

: The Paradise 8 sister sites may not have uploaded any new games for Halloween this year, but the casinos aren’t completely devoid of spooky games. The low volatility game by Genii, Dead Beats, is far from the most cutting-edge and immersive zombie-themed game you can experience the apocalypse with, but it has all the usual Genii charm, plus it is capable of delivering some fairly significant wins, despite the low volatility math model. In the free spins feature, all winning lines will be boosted in value by a 2x multiplier, which can lead to wins as significant as 1,700x your wager. The only slight qualm you may have with this game is that the 95.63% RTP rate falls under the 96% average by a fraction.

Paradise8 Dead Beats

If you turn up the volume on the soundtrack, you may be surprised to hear a jaunty and cheery tune instead of a score which amplifies the eerie appeal of the game. That may have been a slight oversight on behalf of Genii, but at least they paid meticulous attention to the arrangement of bonus features, which can especially be noted with the array of wild symbols you will encounter when you get the reel set into motion after setting your bet level between 1p and £37.50. Even without the bonus features pulling their weight, the standard playing symbols definitely pay their way; a 5OAK combo with the top-paying symbol will reward you with 300x your line bet. Wins are more likely in the bonus game, especially with the presence of expanding wilds on reels two and four.

: Time has continued to stand still at the Paradise 8 sister sites this week, there are no signs of life in the game library which hasn’t been replenished in months, and there is a distinct lack of new promotions – we almost feel like poking it to see if it is still alive! Given the stagnancy of the site, you would be braver than us if you would be prepared to sink your hard-earned cash into the site which is as dormant as a fossil, the only thing the platform has going for it is the classic collection of BetSoft games, including Viking Voyage. Viking Voyage may not be up to the same scratch as the Viking-themed games from the likes of Playtech and Yggdrasil, but if you like the nostalgic appeal of 2D slots and you don’t mind being out at sea while spinning the 5 x 3 reel set, prepare to meet an uncharacteristically friendly array of barbarians.

You can attempt to create winning combos on the 10 reels from as little as 10p or go all in with a max £10 stake. The max jackpot of 1,000x is paid when you find five of the top-paying Viking symbols in the same winning combo, which makes this game infinitely more classic than some of the new fruity slot games you see knocking about these days. There is a fairly standard free spin bonus feature, along with a re-spin feature, which will trigger every time you find three wild symbols on the same reel.

Paradise8 Review 2024

We’re not going to keep banging the drum about the fact that Paradise8 doesn’t have the benefit of being covered by a UKGC licence – we’ve made the point enough times already, and we know that plenty of you are happy to play at non-UKGC casinos anyway. We also know that Paradise8 is one of the most popular of the Curacao-based casinos. We have no idea why there isn’t a space between “Paradise” and “8” – that’s just how the casino likes to style the name – and we don’t know what Paradise8 actually means. We do know whether or not it’s a good casino, though, and so will you by the end of this review.

Paradise8 sister sites homepage

Paradise8 Welcome Promotions

On the homepage of Paradise8 is an advert for a 200% matched deposit welcome promotion. That sounds like a generous offer, but no further details are offered on the casino’s homepage. We went to the casino’s “Promotions” page in search of further details and found our first big red flag. When you click on the bonus for more information, a pop-up box offers a choice between two welcome bonuses at “Casino Crazywinners.” It’s apparent that the terms and conditions of Paradise8 have been transplanted copy-and-paste style from another casino, with very little attention to detail paid.

The pop-up didn’t tell us anything about terms, conditions or wagering requirements, so we tried to dig deeper. Unfortunately, there’s no further information to be found. The casino’s general terms and conditions make it clear that wagering requirements will also apply unless specifically stated otherwise, but we have no idea what those wagering requirements are. That’s not a great start.

Other Promotions

In addition to its mysterious matched deposit welcome bonus, Paradise8 also offers “cashback insurance.” Again, there’s no explanation of how this works – players are simply advised to speak to a support agent once they’ve exhausted their account balance, and a percentage of cashback will apparently be added to their account. A separately listed “next day cashback” promotion identified the percentage as thirty per cent and stated that cashback is always paid the following day. That conflicts with the information given in the “cashback insurance” promotion.

The biggest of the ongoing promotions at Paradise8 is its VIP Points system, which is a loyalty scheme. Again, though, the casino refers to itself as “Crazywinners” in the “more information” tab attached to the bonus. Points can be turned into cash at a rate of £1 for every one thousand points. It isn’t clear how much players need to spend to earn a point, but then it isn’t clear how any of the other bonuses work either.

Pros and Cons of Paradise8

Pros:

The casino offers the full spectrum of customer support – telephone assistance, live chat and email support. For that, it should be applauded. It’s also a casino that accepts cryptocurrency, which will be seen as a plus for a niche group of players.

Cons:

Pretty much everything else. The lack of a proper licence, the fact that the casino’s terms and conditions are a copy-paste from a different casino, the fact that all the games come from a single provider, the lack of clarity around wagering requirements, the lack of information about withdrawal processing, the fact that the casino charges for handling deposits – take your pick. We could go on.

Top Games at Paradise8

Paradise8 is a Curacao-based casino, and Curacao-based casinos often use Rival Gaming as their one and only provider of games. Paradise8 isn’t an exception to that, although it seems to offer a couple of slots from other places which may or may not have been cloned. The top games at Paradise8 at the time we visited it to write this review were the ones listed below.

Get ready for a festive celebration with Reel Party Platinum, a 5×3 slot game by Rival Gaming. With 15 betways and an RTP of 96%, this title offers a lively atmosphere themed around alcohol, fireworks, and parties. While the game’s variance is not specified, it does feature Free Spins and Wild symbols to keep the excitement going. Whether you’re in the mood for some bubbly or looking to light up the sky with fireworks, this slot has something for everyone.

Next up is a holiday heist like no other with Reel Crime: Stealing Christmas! This cheeky slot by Rival Gaming features the notorious duo, Remy and Raoul, who are up to their old tricks again—this time, targeting the Richmore family mansion. With an RTP of 95.43% and low volatility, this slot offers 243 ways to win in normal mode. Trigger the “Defend the House” round by landing three scatters, and you’ll unlock the fourth floor, increasing your pay lines to 1,024. But that’s not all; make it to the Mayhem Penthouse round, and you’ll have a whopping 3,125 ways to win! Multipliers ranging from 3x to 9x add an extra layer of excitement.

In third place is the whimsical world of Fairytale Fortunes: Queen of Hearts, a slot by Rival Gaming that transports you to a medieval fairy tale setting. With an RTP of 95.3% and low volatility, this title offers 4,092 ways to win. The game features a Wild symbol represented by a cat, which can replace other symbols to form winning combinations. Expanding Wilds fill entire reels to create new winning opportunities. The game also includes additional Free Spins and a unique Bonus game where you pick heart-shaped pies to reveal prizes. All of this can be enjoyed on any modern device.

Withdrawal Processing & Support

The logos of Visa, Mastercard and Bitcoin appear across the bottom of the Paradise8 website, and that’s about as much as we can tell you about the casino’s withdrawal processing policies. There’s a banking page, but it provides close to no useful information whatsoever. The casino doesn’t specify how long it takes to process each withdrawal request. We know there’s a three per cent fee applied for handling deposits, which makes us worry that a similar fee might apply to withdrawals, but we have no way of knowing.

Customer Services & Licensing

Customer care is one of the few things that we can give Paradise8 credit for. There’s a telephone number to call – +1718 732 0154 for players in the UK – and there’s also live chat available. If you’d rather send an email, the correct address is [email protected]. That’s the good news. The bad news is that the only licence that covers this casino is Curacao licence 8048/JAZ. Based on the effectiveness of Antillephone N.V. as a regulator, that’s about as much use as not having any kind of licence whatsoever. If Paradise8 wants to get any bigger than it is, it’s going to need a more respectable licence.

Paradise8 – The Verdict

If you’ve read this whole review, you’ll know what we’re about to say. Having great customer support doesn’t make up for the many and varied problems this casino has, from the lack of basic information it provides to the dodgy terms and conditions. Charging players for handling deposits is quite frankly rude, and then there’s the lack of variety in the casino’s games portfolio to take into account. It’s not a good casino and, in our eyes at least, isn’t worth the risks that come with playing at it.
