Pocket Win Sister Sites 2022

Casino 2020

Casino 2020

In Touch Games probably didn’t envisage Casino 2020 becoming a big deal when it launched this Pocket Win sister site in 2019. They just saw it as a good opportunity to take advantage of all the people who’d be searching Google for “Casino 2020” in late 2019 and early 2020. They couldn’t have imagined how popular this casino would become from that one simple trick. Casino 2020 attracted so many players that for the entirety of 2020 itself, it was the group’s busiest, most popular casino site. It’s managed to hang on to that popularity from 2020 into 2021 and is now going beyond even that. Who knows how many years this surprise success story will continue to surprise us for? So long as it keeps its player base happy – which it’s managed to do so far – there’s no reason for the good times to come to an end, even if the casino’s name is increasingly outdated.

Mr Spin

Mr Spin

Mr Spin isn’t an outstanding online slots or casino site. It’s a solid performer for In Touch Games, but it isn’t one of the better Pocket Win sister sites. There’s nothing about the Mr Spin slot that we’d point at and say is disastrously wrong or unfair to customers – it’s just that the site doesn’t really do anything to distinguish itself. It markets itself as an online slots specialist site – hence the name “Mr Spin” – but its range of slots isn’t especially impressive even when you take into account the progressive jackpots that so many of them are hooked up to. Mr Spin also promises bingo and roulette but has only one bingo room and two roulette games, neither of which involve a live dealer. It’s all just a little underwhelming, and although we think it’s possible for players to have a good time here while they’re new to the site, they’ll probably move on to pastures new before very long.

Casino Mfortune logo 1

mFortune is at the other end of the scale to Mr Spin when we’re talking about Pocket Win sister sites. We wouldn’t like to say whether mFortune or Cashmo was the biggest site in the whole In Touch Games Limited family, but it has to be a close-run thing between the two sites. mFortune is an online casino site with a long history – longer even than the history of the casino network company that it belongs to. It saw itself as a “disruptor” of the online casino scene when it went live in 2007. Now it sees itself as an “industry leader.” It would be unkind – but accurate – of us to point out that the casino probably isn’t quite what it was when it was at its peak five or so years ago, but it’s still a perfectly well-rounded online casino site that offers bingo and Slingo along with a few exclusive online slots that you’re unlikely to find at other casino sites.

Cashmo logo 1

Cashmo is probably the best-looking and most modern of the Pocket Win sister sites. In a lot of ways, it was designed to serve the same purpose as Pocket Win. Pocket Win was conceived as an online casino for people who prefer to play casino games on their mobile phones. Cashmo Casino was launched in 2019 with the exact same mission. “Cashmo” is thought to be an abbreviation of “Cash mobile,” although In Touch Games has never specifically confirmed that. The site won “Best New Slots Site” at the 2020 BingoPort Player’s Choice Awards. That’s a lightly-regarded awards ceremony, but it’s still a nice accolade to have. Before you decide whether to check Cashmo out or not, though, there’s something you should know. This is a slots-only casino. You won’t find any table games, any roulette games, or indeed anything else at all at Cashmo other than slots. If you’re fine with that, head on over and spin the reels to your heart’s content.

Dr Slot

Dr Slot logo

Dr Slot casino was founded only in 2018 as part of In Touch Games limited company. The casino is regulated under the license of the solid licensing authority UK Gambling Commission which means it is totally safe to play here.
If Cashmo is the most modern-looking of the Pocket Win sister sites, Dr Slot is the most dated. We understand and appreciate that at least some of the retro feel of this online casino is deliberate – that much is made obvious by the neon logo and the focus on fruit machine imagery. What makes it look dated rather than cool, though, is the outdated style of web design that’s been used to put the whole thing together. Aside from a constant supply of new games being squeezed into the existing template, it looks like Dr Slot was designed somewhere around 2010 and hasn’t been given a facelift ever since. That’s what makes it such a surprise to find out that it’s actually only been around since 2018. We don’t know what In Touch Games was going for when it launched Dr Slot, but it missed the mark. There isn’t even a “doctor” character at the site to follow up on the casino’s name.

Jammy Monkey

Jammy Monkey

Jammy Monkey promises online slots players that it will introduce one newly released online slots game to its collection every month. When you consider that some online casinos add three or four games every week, that sounds like an absurd thing to boast about, but give Jammy Monkey a chance here. The new games that arrive at this Pocket Win sister site are likely to be exclusive. You may only get one new game a month, but it will almost certainly be a game that you won’t be able to play anywhere else. Exclusivity is the key to Jammy Monkey’s appeal. It keeps only a small portfolio of online slots – barely over thirty when we last counted them – but they’re all exclusive. Sure, you could go to a big-name online slots site right now and play Starburst, Rainbow Riches, and all the other big-name slots, but you’ll see those same slots everywhere you go. At Jammy Monkey, you’re guaranteed to see something different – and “different” can often be good.

Bonus Boss

Bonus Boss logo

The popularity of Bonus Boss has skyrocketed in recent months. It launched at the very end of 2020 and spent most of 2021 jostling with Casino 2020 for the position of “most popular Pocket Win sister site.” By the beginning of 2022, it had secured that role. MFortune and Cashmo may technically be bigger in terms of content, but Bonus Boss sees a lot more traffic. That might be down to the range of exclusive Bonus Boss games. There aren’t many games at Bonus Boss because it takes the same approach to exclusivity and quality as Jammy Monkey does, but something about the games here has lured in thousands of new players in the past year. The good thing about a casino site that has fewer than 40 games is that it won’t take you very long to have a look around it and see if there’s anything in it for you, so it wouldn’t hurt you to try.

What are players saying about PocketWin?

Here are our condensed / readers digest summaries of recent player reviews of PocketWin.

  • 07-Mar-2022 by Paige:
If I were you I wouldn’t waste any money on Pocket Win. They’ll take as much money as they can without verifying your identity but as soon as you want to take anything back out again they want every scrap of documentation. They won’t accept anything I give to them.  – source: TrustPilot
  • 25-Feb-2022 by Clare:
I honestly wouldn’t give this place one star. I don’t know how what they do is legal. I won fourteen free spins and won a couple of times from them, then suddenly they wanted me to wager £9600 before I could withdraw anything.  – source: TrustPilot
  • 20-Jan-2022 by Kevin:
Mark from the customer service team should be paid a bonus. Thanks so much for helping with my problem, Mark! – source: TrustPilot
  • 20-Jan-2022 by Martin:
My experience with Pocket Win so far has been very good. I’ve enjoyed the offers and I scored loads of bonuses off my free spins. – source: TrustPilot

I’ve had an account with Pocket Win for about two years, and I’m yet to wait more than 24 hours for a withdrawal. This year it feels like they’ve got even faster. Keep up the good work, Pocket Win! – source: TrustPilot
  • 10-Jan-2021 by Muir:
When I made a deposit I did not want the welcome bonus but the bonus pop-up would just not close and now I am stuck with the wagering requirements before I can withdraw all because of a bonus that I didn’t even want. – source: TrustPilot
  • 09-Jan-2021 by Luke:
This website is a scam like all the others. I waited two weeks just for my withdrawal to be processed but they came up with new excuses to delay it every time. So I just decided to waste all of it as I wasn’t going to get it out anyway. – source: TrustPilot
  • 08-Jan-2021 by Antonio:
Gave them my ID two weeks ago for a withdrawal verification. I won a bit again and wanted to withdraw that as well but now they’re asking for my ID again. – source: TrustPilot
  • 07-Jan-2021 by Chris:
Avoid this casino, they are a scam. I gave them my ID and all of the other documents for verification but they are still withholding my money. – source: TrustPilot
  • 06-Jan-2021 by Aderyn:
I have been playing on this casino for two years now and I have never seen such a well-designed website. The best part is that they only take a couple of days to process withdrawals. – source: AskGamblers
  • 02-Jan-2021 by Rob:
I really like this casino. Deposits and withdrawals are very fast. Took only a few hours for the verification process. – source: AskGamblers

This casino has a lot of providers to choose from and the sign-up process was very straightforward. The games are fair and fun as well. – source: AskGamblers
  • 12-Oct-2020 by Emma:
I am never using this site ever again. I won over £900 after completing my wagering requirements but they still give me £50 only and said that it was capped at that for some reason. – source: WhichBingo

Pocketwin Review 2022

Pocket Win is an online slots website. It might claim that it’s a full online casino because it has gaming content other than slots, but the sum total of that additional content is a single bingo room, one blackjack game, and a roulette game. The rest of the Pocket Win range is made up of online slots, and there are barely fifty of them. Pocket Win isn’t just an online slots site that’s optimised for the mobile format – it’s an online slots website that’s so small that you could package up all of its content and fit it into your pocket. People do often say that good things come in small packages, though, so let’s not write Pocket Win off purely because it has a tiny gaming portfolio. We’re going to assess it on its merits with this review.

pocketwin laptop screenshot 2021

Welcome Bonuses

The welcome offer at Pocket Win is split into two stages. The first is like a tiny “try before you buy” offer, and the second is a reasonably generous matched deposit offer. All a new player needs to do is register an account to receive a £10 welcome bonus, and these bonus funds can be used to play a selected online slots game immediately. When making a first deposit, players are eligible for a deposit match of 200% up to a maximum of £100. All bonus funds are subject to an x40 wagering requirement, and the max withdrawal from a bonus win is £50. Any unused funds are forfeit after thirty days. The £50 max withdrawal feels like a sneaky clause.

Ongoing Offers

The most (potentially lucrative) ongoing reward system at Pocket Win is the site’s “loyalty shop,” which is where the points a player earns by making deposits and playing games can be traded for bonus credits, cash, experience days or physical gifts. The smallest reward is £3 of bonus credit, which can be claimed with 290 points. At the higher end of the scale is a tour of Manchester United’s stadium with an overnight stay for two people, which can be redeemed at 18,500 points. For a Samsung fifty-inch 4K TV, players need 60,000 points. Needless to say, accruing that many points would involve spending an enormous amount of time and money.

Pocket Win also has a “refer a friend” bonus, specific promotions attached to its game of the month, and unspecified weekly bonuses, which are sent to players by text message so long as they’ve been active within the previous week. The “game of the month” usually comes with some free spins attached; for example, at the time of our visit, the game of the month was “Mega Cube,” and the offer was 45 free spins.

Top Games

The top slots and featured games at Pocket Win won’t be anything like the top slots and featured games you’ll find at any other online slots website in the UK. That’s because the games at Pocket Win are made by Slot Factory – a casino games developer and provider that’s owned and operated by In Touch Games themselves. The slots they make may not be to everybody’s tastes, but here’s an overview of the three that are attracting the most attention at Pocket Win as of right now.

Pocket Win Slot Factory

Mega Cube: This was the game of the month at the time of our visit to Pocket Win. It’s a 94.05% RTP slot which was released in February 2022. On the surface, it’s a very basic 5*3 slot, but the big, blocky, colourful symbols add some sparkle and the addition of free spins and jackpot symbols gives the slot a little bite. It’s pretty to look at, but it’s unlikely to be a lot you’ll remember for long after you’ve finished playing it.

Prize Pot Picks: This is an Irish-themed online slots game from Slot Factory and comes with – as the name suggests – a prize-picker bonus side game. That might be the feature that gives the slot its title, but it’s not the best feature in the game. That honour goes to the free spins feature because when free spins are triggered, all the low-value symbols are removed from the reels until the end of the bonus round. As if that weren’t enough to make it worth sticking around to trigger the feature, anything you’re able to win during free spins is worth double the amount it would be during the base game.

Black Hearts: This Slot Factory creation takes us back to the early days of online slots when graphics were 2D, and symbols were taken from card games. Unfortunately, it also takes us back to the days of low RTPs. The RTP in Black Hearts is a mere 93.93%. There’s a free spins round included, and the wild symbol doubles the value of every win it’s involved with, but that can’t lift Black Hearts above the mediocre niche it carved for itself when its RTP was chosen.

As we mentioned earlier, players at Pocket Win also have one roulette game, one blackjack game, and one bingo room to play with if they wish. All of the slots at the site are connected to progressive jackpots. Their cash value can vary but topped out at just over £170,000 when we wrote this review.

Payment Methods

The good news is that there’s a dedicated banking page at Pocket Win. The bad news is that the banking page is only open to registered members. You have to sign up for Pocket Win before they’ll tell you how they’ll handle your deposits and withdrawals, which seems unnecessary. However, we know from the logos that have been printed across the footer of the Pocket Win website that the casino accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paysafe Cards, and PayPal e-wallets. Some players on selected networks might be able to pay using their phone bills.

Withdrawal times will remain a mystery because of the barriers that Pocket Win has put in the way of finding out, but customer reviews indicate that same-day withdrawals are possible so long as verification status is in order.

Customer Services

The standard of customer care coverage at Pocket Win would have to be considered strong. There’s a live chat service available to all players at all times, and email addresses are also provided to anyone who’d prefer to write a long-form query. Those who would prefer to speak to somebody over the phone rather than through walls of text in a chat window can do so by texting a number to request a call back from the customer services team. Feedback indicates that callbacks happen fast. If all else fails, you may be able to speak to someone who can help you on the official Pocket Win Facebook page.

If Pocket Win’s parent company hadn’t been forced to pay seven-figure sums by the UK Gambling Commission twice in three years for similar issues each time, we’d have considered giving the site a five-star review. It has so much going for it that we might have been persuaded to overlook the comparatively small number of games on offer on account of the fact that they’re exclusive, and so the casino offers a bespoke experience. However, there’s no way to overlook those regulatory actions. Breaching customer care and social responsibility codes once is careless. Doing it twice is reckless. We sincerely hope that every necessary lesson that In Touch Games needed to learn from this has been learned – but the somewhat-unfriendly restrictions on bonus funds do make us wonder.

Pocket Win: A Deeper Dive

Succeeding By Stealth

The Pocket Win casino website is enormously popular. It belongs to the upper echelons of casino websites in the UK. We suspect that if you’re familiar with the country’s casino and slots scene, you’d heard of Pocket Win before you clicked on this review and decided to read it. Brand familiarity isn’t a problem for Pocket Win or its owners In Touch Games Limited. The big question is how they’ve managed to get to this level of popularity without following many – or, perhaps, any – of the usual methods casino brands rely on to get to the top.

Think of any big casino brand, and you can probably also think of an advertising campaign connected to the brand. Maybe you remember an advert they’ve aired on television. Perhaps you can think of a celebrity who’s promoted the brand or a sports team that’s been sponsored by them. None of that applies to Pocket Win. They have no high-profile sponsorships, have never been advertised on television, and have never been mentioned by any celebrities we’re aware of. They’ve made it this far by following their own path – and we suspect it has something to do with social media.

Pocket Win Banner

Facebook Friends

Facebook is often described as the most powerful marketing tool ever invented, and the description is probably accurate. When you’re advertising something on Facebook, you can tailor your adverts so specifically that they only show up at certain times of day to people of a certain age, with certain interests, living in a certain town. Obviously, you can launch advertising campaigns with much broader criteria than that if you wish – and we think that Pocket Win casino probably does – but the level of specificity is incredible. The reason we’re talking about Facebook is that Pocket Win has an enormous number of followers there.

At the time we wrote this review, Pocket Win had over forty-eight thousand followers on Facebook. That’s significantly more than almost any other casino brand in the world, and it’s an incredible achievement so long as the number has been reached organically. It also means that Pocket Win has a guaranteed audience reach of thousands of people every time they post anything on Facebook, which they do frequently. At least two promotional posts – usually connected to free spins or big wins – are posted every week. The company also posts regularly on Facebook to promote responsible gaming, thus underlining the idea of them being a reputable, ethical company.

Curiously, the proactive approach that Pocket Win has taken with Facebook doesn’t apply to other platforms. The official Pocket Win Twitter account hasn’t seen a single post since 2016, has fewer than one thousand followers, and is probably doing more harm than good by this point because it gives the impression that the brand is dead. It’s been five years since Pocket Win uploaded a video to the casino’s YouTube channel, too. The number of subscribers to the channel has been hidden, but we suspect it’s very low. None of the twelve videos posted to the channel – all uploaded in 2016 – have more than two hundred views. That includes a promotional video that offered VIP access to a Beyonce concert, which you’d expect to have attracted far more attention than it did. Except for the Beyonce video, all of the Pocket Win casino YouTube videos are short clips designed to promote specific slots. Given how brief the window of the channel’s activity was, it looks like it was opened as an experiment and then quickly abandoned when none of the posts found an audience. So long as the Facebook approach keeps working, though, Pocket Win has little reason to worry about anything else.

Award-Winning Owners

Pocket Win In Touch

The Pocket Win casino brand doesn’t get much attention in the mainstream media, but its owners do. Pocket Win is owned by In Touch Games, which is based in Halesowen, England, and was launched in the early 2000s. After twenty years of growth and success, the company is now ranked as one of the biggest privately-owned gaming companies in the UK. The business was recognised in its home region in 2018 when it was named the “Digital Business of the Year” at the West Midlands Tech Awards. The accolade is especially impressive when you consider that In Touch Games didn’t become digital until 2006. Prior to that, the company’s focus was physical gaming cabinets and jukebox machines.

There was further good news for In Touch Games in 2019 when they picked up “Best Slots Site” for their mFortune Casino brand and “Best New Slots Site” for Dr Slot Casino at the WhichBingo Awards. Pocket Win is yet to win a specific award of its own, but the content of the site is very similar to that of its parent company’s other brands, so an award for one ought to be counted as an award for all.

While they appear to be shy about directly promoting Pocket Win anywhere other than Facebook, In Touch Games has no such qualms about promoting itself. For the 2021/2022 season in the English Football Championship, In Touch is listed as a shirt sponsor of West Bromwich Albion. The club’s stadium is only a twenty-minute drive away from the casino company’s head office. The sponsorship logo appears on the back of West Brom’s shirt rather than the front – In Touch isn’t quite ready to splash the kind of cash that would be required for the latter yet – but it’s a clear sign that InTouch are stepping up their game and looking for more visibility for their brand.

Pushing On Personality

It’s clear from the kind of language used on the Pocket Win Facebook page and the Pocket Win casino homepage that the casino has a unique voice. Posts are written in the manner of someone talking to a friend rather than a business talking to its customers. You can see when you click on the website’s “news” page, where periodic promotions and updates are posted. The relaxed, colloquial style is designed to make visitors feel more at home instantly, and it’s a break from the occasionally cold textual approach you’ll get from other casino sites.

Perhaps that’s the best way to think of Pocket Win Casino. A sociable casino website led by a social media-first approach to marketing and finding customers. If In Touch Games continues to grow and branch out in the way that it has done for the past few years, we might eventually see Pocket Win adverts on television, but in the meantime, they’re doing just fine with good old likes and shares.
