Heat Bingo Sister Sites

The Heat Bingo sister sites are a mix of newcomers to the iGaming scene and long-standing industry veterans. That’s the thing about a casino and bingo site network that has more than one hundred and fifty active sites on it – it’s inevitably full of variety. With a network of that size, some of the bingo sites are bound to be better than others. Those who wish to see a complete list of the Heat Bingo sister sites can do so by visiting our dedicated Grand Battery Holdings Limited page for the operator, but we’ve handpicked some of the best options for you below. You’ll also find a full review of Heat Bingo.

Fav Bingo

Fav Bingo logo

One of the reasons you might be looking for Heat Bingo sister sites is that you like the look and feel of Heat Bingo, but you’ve decided that you’ve gained as much as there is to be gained by playing there. As such, you’re possibly looking for something fairly similar. None of the Heat Bingo sister sites are as similar to Heat Bingo in tone and content as Fav Bingo. That’s not a coincidence. Both bingo sites were created by Grand Battery Holdings Limited itself rather than being imported from elsewhere, and both were launched in 2022. They were almost certainly made by the same design team and share plenty of the same design elements. That includes the minimalist style of Fav Bingo, which will already be familiar to anyone who’s played at Heat Bingo. Fav Bingo is a little light on bonuses save for its welcome promotion, but it’s hardly the only member of the Heat Bingo sister sites family that criticism could be made of.

Robin Hood Bingo

Robinhood Bingo logo

Robin Hood is, as surely everybody knows, the famous fictional outlaw who robbed from the rich and gave to the poor. He’s one of Britain’s greatest folk stories, and makes for a perfect theme for a UK-facing bingo site. It’s puzzling, then, that Robin Hood is nowhere to be seen at Robin Hood Bingo. He used to be, though. Back when (most of) the Heat Bingo sister sites belonged to 888 UK Limited, Robin Hood Bingo went overboard with a cartoonish theme related to Sherwood Forest’s finest, but Grand Battery Holdings gave the site a 2022 makeover which, for unknown reasons, erased every trace of Robin Hood save for the Robin Hood Bingo logo. That means the site is fairly plain and boring to look at, lacking a theme or any other visual quirks. The same great platform of around five hundred slots and fifteen bingo rooms is still available to be played with, though.

Duck Duck Bingo

Duckduck Bingo logo

Duck Duck Bingo is one of the more unique members of the Heat Bingo sister sites family and has lost none of its charm since switching networks. One of the weirder aspects of that charm is that despite being called “Duck Duck Bingo,” you won’t see a duck on this bingo website – merely the traces of where ducks used to be. There are some duck footprints on the wooden beams that make up the backdrop of the Duck Duck Bingo homepage, but no actual ducks. The template that Duck Duck Bingo was made with is one of the older ones you’ll come across on the Grand Battery Holdings Limited platform and makes it a little harder to find the site’s bingo games and rooms that they perhaps should be, but the fact that one hundred free bingo tickets are put up for grabs as part of the site’s welcome promotion helps to make up the inconvenience.

Moon Bingo

Some of the Heat Bingo sister sites are better known than others. If you’ve heard of any of the bingo sites on this list before, the chances are that it’s either Moon Bingo or the bingo site we have coming up next. Moon Bingo’s star might have waned a little in recent years, but it still has an enormous player base thanks to the many years it spent as one of the most popular bingo sites in the UK. The statistics that Moon Bingo lists on its homepage are impressive; it’s paid out more than half a billion pounds in prize money during the twelve-plus years of its existence and has over six hundred thousand registered players. While we’d be surprised if any more than a sixth of that amount at most were still playing at Moon Bingo today, a player base of one hundred thousand would still be nothing to sniff at. It’s not what it was, but it’s still one of the top Heat Bingo sister sites.

Costa Bingo

Costa Bingo logo

Speaking of Heat Bingo sister sites that aren’t what they used to be, here’s Costa Bingo. Some of you might remember this once-mighty brand being advertised on television by a member of the Spice Girls (Mel B, if you must know), which happened around ten years ago when Costa Bingo was at the peak of its powers. With its twin site Costa Games (which also remains online as one of the Heat Bingo sister sites), it formed part of a powerful one-two punch of great British iGaming sites. Unfortunately, Costa Bingo has been allowed to decline for several consecutive years now, and the decline started long before the site was sold to Grand Battery Holdings Limited. It’s not that Costa Bingo lacks games or promotions – it has plenty of both – but its style is ten years behind the times. A new look would do Costa Bingo a world of good. Given that Grand Battery Holdings appears to be redesigning several of its older bingo sites at the moment, we can only hope that Costa Bingo is next in the queue.

Heat Bingo Review 2024

There are a few Heat Bingo sister sites that have connections to glossy magazines. Pick Me Up Bingo is one example, and Chat Mag Bingo is another. For that reason, you might have cause to suspect that Heat Bingo is the official bingo site of Heat Magazine. With apologies to anyone who might be disappointed by this news, we’re afraid that’s not the case. Heat Bingo is merely a heat-themed iGaming site, but it happens to be one of the newer bingo sites on the Grand Battery Holdings platform. Let’s see what it’s made of.

Heat Bingo sister sites homepage

Heat Bingo Welcome Promotions

Like a lot of the Heat Bingo sister sites, Heat Bingo dabbles with slots as well as offering bingo games and bingo rooms. As such, its welcome promotion gives new players the chance to try out both the slots and the bingo games at the same time with bonus money. The promotion is listed as a 200% matched deposit boost, plus twenty free spins to use on slots. The headline doesn’t tell the full story, though.

Reading the terms and conditions on the homepage confirms that the bonus is split into two. The maximum matched deposit is £100, but it’s split fifty per cent between slots and bingo. If you deposited £10 and got a £30 bonus, it would be £15 for bingo and £15 for the casino. Rudely, Heat Bingo doesn’t confirm the wagering requirements for these bonuses on its homepage alongside the offer. Having read the full terms and conditions of Heat Bingo, we can confirm that it’s a perfectly fine x2 for the bingo bonus and a totally out-of-line x60 on the casino bonus. The maximum winnings from the bonus spins are a miserable £5.

Other Promotions

The Heat Bingo homepage makes it look like there are more promotions on the site than there actually are. Towards the bottom of it, you’ll find a “Promotions” section, with “Mystery Jackpot,” “Happy Hour,” “The Big £10,000” and “WOW” all listed as promotions. In reality, these aren’t promotions. They’re the names of bingo rooms at Heat Bingo, and they describe what you can expect to find within them. We’ll talk about them more later on in this review, but it seems that the only real promotion at Heat Bingo is the sign-up offer.

Pros and Cons of Heat Bingo

Pros: Heat Bingo’s customer support team provides three different ways to get in touch, which is a comprehensive level of service. The entire website is available as an app if you’d prefer to play that way, and the site as a whole comes with an attractive design. The selection of bingo rooms and games is, as is usually the case with this operator, excellent.

Cons: Hiding wagering requirements from players is universally considered to be poor form and is something that the regulator is known to disapprove of. We can see why Heat Bingo wants to hide its wagering requirements, though, because x60 on the casino bonus is far too high to be thought of as fair. Other issues at Heat Bingo include the lack of promotions beyond the welcome offer and the long wait that customers face for withdrawals.

Top Games at Heat Bingo

While Heat Bingo can be criticised for a long of things, the game selection isn’t among them. If it’s bingo you’re after, you’ll find fifteen different rooms here, each with a different theme. Whether you want to pay for a pound a ticket, a penny a ticket or for free, Heat Bingo has a room for you. In fact, the free-to-play Roller Coaster Room is the most popular bingo room that Heat Bingo has to offer. Earlier on, we mentioned the Mystery Jackpots room. It does exactly what it sounds like it should do by providing mystery prizes and is played with 75 balls at 10p per ticket. The WOW Bingo room dispenses free spins to use on slots, and we’re sure you don’t need us to tell you what the maximum jackpot is in “The Big £10,000.”

In addition to its bingo rooms, Heat Bingo provides an array of around seven hundred slots to choose from. You can rest reasonably well-assured that all of your favourites are included in that selection, but Heat Bingo differs from a lot of the Heat Bingo sister sites by showcasing some of the less well-known titles in its collection, including oddities like WWE Legends: Link and Win and Wild Catch, which is another slots game to consider if you’re a fan of the fishing theme.

Withdrawal Processing & Support

Heat Bingo provides several withdrawal methods, including Visa/MasterCard debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. The withdrawal process depends on the payment methods used for deposits and the amounts deposited. When a withdrawal request exceeds the total sum deposited via a method (Transaction Balance), the excess (Remaining Withdrawal Balance) is paid to a payment method chosen by the user. Processing times vary: Debit card withdrawals take 4-7 business days, wire transfers take 7-10 business days, and PayPal withdrawals take 4-5 business days. The minimum withdrawal limit for all methods is £5. If a withdrawal has not been processed within the specified timeframe, users are advised to contact support. Multiple withdrawals within the same 24-hour period may be combined as one payment. The fact that even a simple debit card or PayPal withdrawal might take more than a week to complete makes Heat Bingo uncompetitive when compared to top bingo sites.

Customer Support & Licensing

Heat Bingo’s telephone number is 0800 901 2510, which is a freephone number. Someone should be there to take your call between 10am and 2am every day. There’s also live chat assistance available inside any of the bingo rooms or in the dedicated “help room.” If you’d rather take the old-school route of sending the site an email, you can do that through the contact form. Whatever else might be wrong with Heat Bingo, its standard of customer care is excellent.

UK Gambling Commission licence 58267 covers Heat Bingo and all of the Heat Bingo sister sites. It was awarded to Grand Battery Holdings in February 2022 and is currently clean. The operator has never been sanctioned in any way by the regulator, much less fined.

Heat Bingo – The Verdict

Heat Bingo looks great, but there are a couple of glaring issues here that we can’t overlook. Not listing wagering requirements next to promotions on the homepage of a bingo or casino site is a shady practice that we associate with non-UKGC sites. Sites that hold a UKGC licence are expected to do better. When you do eventually find the wagering requirements, you’ll find that they’re far too high. Players who are willing to overlook that might eventually find themselves frustrated with the torturously slow withdrawal process anyway. All in all, Heat Bingo looks better than it actually is.
