Bingo.com, which is also sometimes known as uk.bingo.com, is one of a range of high-end casino and bingo sites owned and operated by Platinum Gaming Limited. Platinum Gaming Limited is, in turn, owned and operated by the Kindred Group, which makes Bingo.com part of one of Europe’s biggest casino networks. It’s not the best-known of the company’s brands and is arguably a bigger deal elsewhere in Europe than it is in the UK, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it has nothing to offer UK-based players. If you’re curious about what it might have to offer, you’re about to find out.

Bingo.com is never likely to win any web design awards, but it doesn’t have to. The site has been designed for efficiency. You won’t be waiting more than a second or two for it to load, and once it’s finished loading, you’ll likely find that you intuitively know where to look for your desired content. The mostly white-and-red colour scheme is easy on the eye, and the constantly scrolling splash banners of promotions and website features are there to let you know what’s hot and current at the casino right now. Let’s look past that and focus on the meat of the content instead.

Bingo.com Welcome Bonus

None of the promotions at Bingo.com appear to be permanent. There were ten active promotions available on the website when we visited it to write this review, but so many of them are associated with either new games or daily or weekend events that it’s hard to say whether any of them would still be there if we came to look again a month from now. As an example, there’s a section on the promotions page for “lottery offers,” but there were no promotions in that section at all at the time we looked. To cut a long story short, there aren’t any promotions at Bingo.com intended for the use of new players. That might not be the case in the future, but it was the case when this review was written. Rolling out the red carpet or putting something attractive together for potential new players is considered almost essential for new casinos in the 2020s, but apparently, Bingo.com disagrees.

Ongoing Offers

We’ve established that there are no welcome offers at Bingo.com, and we’re afraid that the news about the promotions that do exist at the site isn’t much better. While there are several options to choose from, none of them is what we’d call “substantial.” The “Bingo Double Weekender” offers £10 vouchers to players who play in any of the sites 90 Ball or 75 Ball on Saturdays or Sundays, which is nice to have but isn’t the sort of big-money offer you’d expect to see at a five-star casino website. On weekdays, players can win free spins to be used on the Bingo.com online slots collection by playing in the bingo rooms. Aside from a potential £150 bonus for referring a friend, that’s pretty much all that’s on the table for bingo players. Given that this is supposedly a dedicated bingo site, the promotions here are underwhelming.

Things get a little more (potentially) lucrative if you’re playing online slots at Bingo.com. There’s a £10,000 Lucky Spin tournament on offer at the site at the moment, but we note that its expiry date was supposed to be January 27th. That date had already been and gone by the time of our visit. Pragmatic Play’s “Drops and Wins” games are listed as promotions but obviously aren’t exclusive to the site. Those offers aside, the best offer at Bingo.com is a 10% cashback offer that applies to selected online slots. Players have to opt into the promotion to become eligible for it and can earn a maximum of £50 via this route. The range of qualifying slots isn’t large, though, so check what you’re playing before you make any assumptions that you’ll recoup your losses.

Banking information is even harder to find at Bingo.com than customer service information, and finding customer service information is difficult enough. We know from the logos at the bottom of the screen that the site supports Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard debit, Maestro, and bank transfers. We can’t see anything within the FAQ section to suggest that Bingo.com works with e-wallets, nor any other method of payment.

After rooting through the FAQ section for withdrawal turnaround information, we found that card withdrawals should be completed within 1-3 days, and bank transfers are more likely to take 3-5. Again, this information could be much more clear and ought to be far easier to find than it is.

Bingo.com – The Verdict

Owning an internet address like Bingo.com ought to be a licence to print money. There isn’t a casino network company in the business that wouldn’t love to take the address off the Kindred Group’s hands. That’s what makes it so hard to understand why the company is largely squandering it. If this was a five-star bingo website, it would surely be the most popular in the country purely by virtue of being so easy to find. Instead, it’s desperately average. It’s a lower priority to its network company than Unibet Bingo, its promotional offers are either weak or outdated, and the site as a whole lacks pizazz. It’s by no means a terrible site, but it’s not even in the same league as the best in the country.
