Win It Bingo is the rarest of all things on the Grand Battery Holdings Limited platform – it’s a new iGaming site. With a tiny handful of exceptions, all of the other 100+ Win It Bingo sister sites were acquired from 888 UK Limited when 888 decided to sell off its Dragonfish Bingo platform in 2022. Until Win It Bingo turned up at the very end of that year, nobody even knew whether or not the new operator was interested in creating iGaming sites of its own. Now that we know that it is, what are we to make of the first one?

Win It Bingo Welcome Promotions

Nearly all of the available space on the “above the fold” section of the Win It Bingo homepage is given over to promoting the welcome bonus, helped along by a model who bears more than a passing resemblance to Billie Piper. The sign-up offer is a 100% matched deposit plus fifty free spins for anyone who joins and deposits £10 or more. Free spins are an odd thing to package with a welcome promotion at what’s supposed to be a bingo site, but that’s what’s on the table.

The maximum matched deposit amount for this promotion is £50, and winnings are also capped at £50 plus the value of the original bonus. Wagering requirements for both the bonus amount and any free spins winnings are set at x35. That’s considered reasonable.

Ongoing Promotions

Compared to the welcome promotion, the other promotions at Win It Bingo are a little understated. There’s a “Mystery Jackpot” bonus, a “WOW” bonus, regular “Happy Hours,” and a £10,000 prize draw. We’d love to tell you more about these promotions – especially the “WOW” offer because we have no idea what that involves – but we can’t. That’s not for want of trying. The links to the Welcome Offer and Happy Hour instead take us back to the Win It Bingo homepage. This part of the website seems to be fundamentally broken.

Pros and Cons of Win It Bingo

Pros: Win It Bingo has an above-average welcome promotion when you compare it to the Win It Bingo sister sites. It also has a telephone number to call, which is increasingly a rarity for UK-facing casino and iGaming sites. On top of that, the design of Win It Bingo is modern and easy on the eye.

Cons: The links to the promotions are broken. That should have been noticed at the design stage, but failing that, it should have been corrected immediately as soon as the error was noticed. Instead, it’s been like this ever since the end of 2022, which implies nobody’s really looking after the site. In terms of the site’s functionality, withdrawals take far too long. Aside from the basic design error with the homepage, the withdrawal terms are the worst thing about Win It Bingo. Options are limited, with debit cards, wire transfers and PayPal being the only way to conduct transactions with the site. PayPal transactions ought to be fast, but nothing at Win It Bingo happens quickly. The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is two business days. The reasons for this long wait aren’t given. Following that, a further five business days are required to process a debit card withdrawal.
