Casumo Sister Sites
In the strictest of terms, there are no Casumo sister sites. Casumo is the only casino owned and operated by Recro Limited, and it stands alone. If you’re looking for something similar to Casumo, you may be interested in checking out one or more of the alternative Casumo sister sites we’ve listed below. Some of them are more like Casumo Casino than others, but that’s to be expected when we’re dealing with a casino that operates in isolation.
Party Casino
Party Casino makes for a great alternative Casumo sister site because it offers the same combination of casino products that Casumo does. Party Casino offers a large range of slots, and so does Casumo. Party Casino also offers sports betting, and so does Casumo Casino. Neither of the casinos is better known for its sports betting range than they are for their traditional casino portfolios, but that’s what makes them so similar. Party Casino belongs to the LC International casino network, which includes massive names like Ladbrokes and Coral. If you’re looking for a similar experience to Party Casino but with the backing of a massive network, Party Casino might well be your best bet. If you’re new to Party Casino, you can take advantage of a welcome offer of fifty free spins on the permanently popular Net Ent online slots game Starburst in return for making a first deposit of at least £10. Anything you might be lucky enough to win from those spins will come with a wagering requirement of x10. It’s not as good as getting wager-free spins, but the requirement is well below average, so the welcome is still fairly warm.
Bwin Casino
We’ve gone with Bwin Casino as our next stand-in Casumo sister site for many of the same reasons that we chose Party Casino as the previous one. Like Casumo, Bwin Casino is known for one aspect of casino gaming but also offers another. It’s just that with Bwin Casino, the roles are reversed. Casumo is a well-known online slots website that happens to additionally offer sports betting. Bwin Casino is a sports betting website that also offers slots. The sites are both opposite and equal. If you like the sound of Party Casino, it’s reasonable to assume that you’d also enjoy what’s on offer at Bwin Casino. Both sites belong to LC International Ltd, so there’s some crossover in the range of games available and the style of presentation. Bwin Casino also comes with some impressive exclusive slots and games. It’s not quite as generous with promotions as Party Casino is, as there’s nothing on offer specifically for newcomers to the casino area of the site, but there are plenty of enhanced bet, build-a-bet and other promotions available if you’re more interested in betting on sports. However, if you’re looking for Casumo sister sites purely because you’re interested in playing slots and traditional casino games, Party Casino might be a better bet.
888 Sport
888 Sport is, as the name strongly implies, a far more sports-dedicated casino site than Casumo – so why have we included it in our list of alternative Casumo sister sites? The answer isn’t so much about what 888 Sport is as it is about what 888 Sport is connected to. 888 Sport is one of the most popular sports betting websites in the UK, and it owes a lot of its fame to being part of the 888 UK Ltd network and carrying the 888 name. Each of the three “main” 888 casino brands are portals to each other. If you visit the 888 Sport site, you have one-click access to both 888 Poker and 888 Casino. In that way, the 888 Sport site replicates everything you can do at Casumo. In fact, given that poker is also an option at 888 Sport, you could even say it does a little bit more. While saying that, we should point out that the 888 Sport site isn’t quite the complete betting and iGaming solution that it was in the past. It was once possible to access 888 Bingo from the 888 Sport homepage in the same way you can access 888 Casino and 888 Poker, but that’s no longer the case because 888 UK Ltd decided to sell all of its bingo brands to Broadway Gaming in early 2022. Incredibly, its own-brand bingo site was included in the deal.
William Hill Vegas
It’s taken William Hill a long time to arrive at William Hill Vegas as the perfect home for its non-sports betting portfolio. There was once a standalone site called William Casino, but that was shut down a couple of years ago in favour of adding a William Hill Casino section to the William Hill sports betting site. William Hill Vegas was then introduced to run alongside it. It was always hard to see why there was a need for both sub-brands to exist, and so it wasn’t a great surprise when William Hill Casino vanished to be replaced by William Hill Vegas. This is now a one-stop-shop area of the main William Hill website offering slots, poker, table games, live casino games, Slingo, bingo and more. New customers can claim one hundred free spins on the Fishin’ Pots of Gold slot by staking £10 on slots. There’s no wagering requirement on the bonus, but the maximum possible win is capped at £30, so some of the fun is sucked out of it. Still, when you play at William Hill Vegas, you have the advantage of playing with one of the most trusted and respected iGaming brands in the world. That’s why we’ve included it in our list of alternative Casumo sister sites.
32Red Sport
The story of 32Red Sport is very similar to the story of William Hill Vegas. There was a time when there were separate websites for 32Red Sport, 32Red Poker, 32Red Casino and 32Red Bingo. When 32Red became the property of the Kindred Group, there was a change in philosophy about how to handle the family of casino sites. 32Red Bingo was torn down altogether, but 32Red Sport and 32Red Poker were incorporated into 32Red Casino to create one enormous, powerful casino brand. You’ll know where we’re going with this by now if you’ve been paying attention – 32Red Sport makes a good alternative to Casumo Casino because of its product range, depth, and variety. Granted, you’ll have to overlook the fact that Keith Lemon’s face is all over the website if you’re not a fan of the comedian’s shtick, but the many thousands of loyal players at the 32Red brand consider that a small price to pay. The power of the 32Red sports betting platform speaks for itself, but 32Red is also a good place to look if you want to get early access to the latest releases from the biggest slots providers in the business. First deposits at this casino are matched at 150% up to a maximum of £150 but come with a somewhat-unfriendly x50 wagering requirement. You might never find another casino exactly like Casumo anywhere else, but there are “close enough” alternatives out there if you know where you look for them – which you do now.
Casumo News
: Promotions remain a cornerstone of the appeal at the Casumo sister sites, especially the Umodays promo which is running up to the end of the month. True to form, the campaign gives players daily control over how they interact with the site, one bonus at a time. From the moment Monday rolls around, there’s a rotating carousel of perks on offer, from extra spins to deposit match deals. Each day brings a different mechanic — Mighty Monday, Takeoff Tuesday, and so on — with players choosing from a set of active valuables that reset every 24 hours. While the titles may sound whimsical, the terms are rooted in structure, with every bonus requiring opt-in, wagering, and adherence to time-sensitive rules. For instance, on Wednesdays, a deposit could unlock bonus spins on Poseidon-themed reels or a deposit match capped at £50.
Thursdays focus on Inspired’s Gold Cash Freespins, and Fridays roll out Fishin’ Frenzy. Saturdays and Sundays round it off with Big Bass Splash and Poseidon Megaways respectively. Players can earn spins either by depositing or wagering, depending on the option they pick, with each route mapped out clearly to avoid confusion. Crucially, these promotions aren’t bolted onto the site as an afterthought — they are housed in the player’s profile under their valuables section, meaning it’s easy to track what’s available and what’s been redeemed. With wagering requirements set at x30 and spin values locked in at 20p each, there’s no ambiguity about what players are working with. Those looking to make the most of their week will want to engage early in the day, as each bonus expires within 24 hours of activation.
: The Casumo sister sites have recently issued a fairness statement, undoubtedly in a bid to prevent angry Trustpilot accusations that the games don’t play in a fair way. In their newly released statement, these casinos explained precisely how their slots and casino games function, emphasising that all outcomes are purely random thanks to the advanced Random Number Generators used by the gaming platforms. According to Casumo, neither the stakes nor the specific bets placed by players have any effect whatsoever on the outcome of these RNG processes. To maintain transparency, Casumo highlighted that independent third-party testing organisations regularly evaluate the RNG systems. This rigorous checking process is in place specifically to confirm the randomness and impartiality of the games, aiming to reassure users that fairness remains a fundamental priority.
Beyond external scrutiny, Casumo added that they themselves subject each game to intensive internal testing before allowing them on their platform. Additionally, the casino’s partner software developers also undertake comprehensive evaluations of their games prior to release, adding another safeguard layer for player confidence. The statement also clarified that players can easily find detailed theoretical Return to Player (RTP) information directly within the game’s help or information section. By openly publishing this data, Casumo evidently aims to further dispel concerns and avoid potential misunderstandings regarding the fairness of their gaming mechanics. This move follows recent critical feedback appearing on review sites like Trustpilot, suggesting dissatisfaction among certain players about perceived unfairness during play sessions. By clearly outlining their rigorous testing protocols and the measures taken to ensure transparency, Casumo is directly addressing player doubts and criticisms head-on.
: Print Studios may not be the biggest slot developer, but if they continue to develop slots in the same vein as Big Stack Lumberjack, which is currently keeping Casumo sister sites members entertained, they could be one of the powerhouse developers in no time. This latest release taps into a classic lumberjack theme while introducing fresh mechanics which divert from the usual reel-spinning experience. The game brings a balance of straightforward play and rewarding features, making it a solid choice for those looking for a slot with more than just standard spins. The Stack Respin mechanic is a major draw, giving players repeated chances to land winning combinations by stacking matching symbols. The base game keeps the action moving with wilds appearing at just the right moments, while the Free Spins round offers a route to larger wins by increasing the frequency of high-value symbols.
With a larger than life design and a carefully crafted payout system, it’s no surprise that Big Stack Lumberjack is getting attention. The developer has shown they can create titles that keep players immersed without overcomplicating gameplay. The betting range accommodates different bankrolls, making it accessible while still offering enough volatility to appeal to those chasing bigger wins. If Print Studios keeps refining its approach, they could soon be in the same conversation as the more established names in the industry. Their ability to combine well-executed mechanics with out of the box themes is already making waves across the industry and Big Stack Lumberjack is proving to be a step in the right direction.
: This week, talkSPORT named Casumo as one of the top online casinos which Canadian players can join for as little as £10. The platform has earned attention for its generous welcome package, offering a 100% deposit match up to £2,000 alongside 99 free spins. For those looking to stretch a smaller bankroll, this deal provides a strong starting point to explore Casumo’s game selection, which includes popular titles like Mega Moolah and Gonzo’s Quest. talkSPORT also mentions that after the platform was established in 2012, Casumo has built a reputation for delivering a smooth gaming experience with quick payouts and a loyalty programme designed to reward regular play. While the casino’s game library covers a broad selection of slots, some users have noted that the availability of table games is somewhat limited.
To give prospective players a better idea of what the Casumo sister sites are all about, talkSPORT iterated that the mobile-friendly interfaces ensure players can access their favourite games without hassle, although there is currently no phone support for customer service inquiries. Casumo’s low deposit threshold makes it a viable option for those wanting to test the waters without a major financial commitment, while still benefiting from bonuses that rival those found at higher minimum deposit sites. With competition among Canadian online casinos heating up, operators are refining their promotional packages, and Casumo’s inclusion on this list suggests it remains a strong contender in the market. To conclude the article, the casino experts summarised that the trend of lower deposit requirements is making online gaming more accessible, allowing casual players to experience real-money gameplay without the pressure of large initial outlays.
: Reel life and real life are always finding new ways to intersect, which can be observed with the game of the week at the Casumo sister sites, Brawler’s Bar Cash Collect. This release from Quickspin takes a cheeky twist on the usual leprechaun-themed slot, moving the action from rolling green hills to a lively urban pub setting. Packed with features and a distinct sense of humour, the game unfolds on a 5-reel, 3-row grid with 25 paylines, offering a theoretical return-to-player rate of 96.02% in its default setting. The visuals set the tone with bouncers flanking the reels and a backdrop buzzing with mischief, where collecting cash prizes doubles their value after each win. The slot introduces an exciting twist on the Cash Collect mechanic. Here, players gather Cash Prize symbols through Cash Collect icons that land on specific reels. In the base game, collected values reset after each spin, but during the free spins round, they carry forward, allowing the prize pool to build.
Free spins are triggered by scatter symbols, whose values determine the number of bonus rounds. An optional Extra Bet feature boosts the chances of landing Cash Collects, while free spins can also be purchased, adding flexibility to the gameplay. Complementing the core mechanics are tumbling reels, where winning symbols are replaced to create potential chain reactions. The volatility is rated high, meaning payouts may be spaced out but potentially lucrative, with a maximum win of 6,925x the bet. A mix of low-paying symbols, including card ranks, and higher-value icons like boxing gloves and golden horseshoes add to the experience, while wilds substitute and reward generously.
: Top News has recently explored how the Casumo sister sites have expanded beyond borders. According to the report, Casumo Casino has evolved into a pioneering force in the global online gambling scene since its launch in 2012. The company’s success stems from its focus on innovation, user-friendly design, and engaging marketing campaigns. Founded by entrepreneurs with backgrounds in gaming and technology and initially led by former CEO Shelly Suter-Hadad, Casumo set out to redefine online gaming with a player-first approach that incorporates gamification elements. The casino has secured substantial financial backing from institutional investors and private equity firms, enabling it to broaden its gaming offerings and technological capabilities. Operating across Europe, Asia, and North America, Casumo holds licenses from authorities such as the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, and the Swedish Gambling Authority.
Its strong presence in European markets, especially in Scandinavia and the UK, has been key to its growth, and it is now targeting expansion in Canada due to the rising interest in online gambling there. Casumo was recognised by Top News for its innovative marketing strategies that use gamification to attract and retain players. By investing heavily in digital advertising, social media, and partnerships with popular influencers, the company has launched campaigns like “Adventure Begins” to highlight its unique features, promotions, games and tools. Its gamified system rewards players with virtual trophies and bonuses as they complete challenges, boosting engagement and loyalty. Features such as personalised promotions and an intuitive mobile platform further distinguish Casumo from its competitors.
: The online gaming scene is abuzz with excitement around Beanstalk Goes Wild, which has quickly ascended to become one of the most played slots across the Casumo sister sites. This slot game, developed by Trigger Button, exhibits endless appeal with its enchanting mix of adventure and chance, set within a fairy-tale theme that reimagines the classic Jack and the Beanstalk story. The slot machine features a 5×4 grid and offers 20 pay lines where players can win by aligning various thematic symbols, including axes, harps, and, of course, magic beans. Players engaging with Beanstalk Goes Wild are treated to a range of interactive and dynamic gameplay elements. Notable features include growing wilds that can expand to fill entire reels, creating more opportunities for wins. Additionally, the game includes a golden egg win multiplier which can increase up to 10 times.
The free spins feature is another highlight, triggered in the usual way via the game’s scatter symbols. The slot’s design incorporates vibrant, cartoon-style graphics and animations that bring the fairy-tale theme to life, supported by a cheerful soundtrack that complements the visual elements of the game. The medium volatility of the game means that the stakes of the slot aren’t overly high, but that is nicely balanced with the assurance that dry spells won’t last for long, making it theoretically easy to maintain your bankroll as you spin the slot which is undoubtedly one of the best Jack and the Beanstalk-inspired games the slot spinning community has seen in recent years.
: News of how Casumo has adopted AI technology in the name of innovation has quickly spread throughout the betting community. SBC News was just one of the platforms to cover the story this week and detail how the online casino and sportsbook platform has partnered with Future Anthem, a firm specialising in AI-driven data science, to integrate its Amplifier AI product. This new development will allow Casumo to provide players with personalised game recommendations, delivering a more tailored experience to its user base. According to Future Anthem’s Chief Product Officer, Ian Tibot, Amplifier AI is designed to meet the growing demand for real-time personalisation, which is becoming increasingly expected by players. He also mentioned that this integration would help Casumo maintain its status as an industry leader in providing world-class player experiences.
The partnership signals an unflinching commitment to leveraging AI to improve player engagement, and there are plans for even more features from Amplifier AI to be incorporated over time. Casumo’s Chief Product Officer, Tony O’Mahony, highlighted that this collaboration perfectly aligns with their focus on delivering unique, player-centred experiences. He praised Future Anthem’s efficiency during the integration process and expressed excitement about the potential of AI technology to improve the gaming experience on Casumo’s platform. The deal is set to provide Casumo with a technological edge in an increasingly competitive market, and both companies seem optimistic about future expansions of the partnership. Casumo’s forward-thinking approach positions it well to keep pace with changing player expectations and industry trends.
: Casumo has decided to renew its partnership with NetRefer, continuing a fruitful collaboration that has been pivotal since the company’s inception. This enduring relationship with NetRefer has enabled Casumo to develop and sustain robust affiliate relationships crucial for its growth and market presence. The renewal of this partnership underscores a mutual commitment to fostering transparent and enduring affiliations, which both parties believe are essential for sustained success. Dexter Cutajar, CEO of NetRefer, remarked on the renewed agreement with enthusiasm, praising Casumo for their shared values and pursuit of excellence, which has characterised their long-standing relationship. On the other hand, Ivan Vuckovic, Casumo’s Growth Director, attributed the strength of their affiliate network and the scalability of their operations to the robust foundation provided by NetRefer’s platform.
This announcement coincides with significant internal changes at Casumo, including a major rebrand and an overhaul of its leadership team. These changes are part of a broader mission to adapt to evolving market conditions and regulatory environments, aiming to position the platform at the forefront of the industry with a fresh brand identity and a dynamic approach to leadership. The company’s COO, Tim De Borle, commented on the transformations, describing them as a year of significant change and redirection, necessary to align with current and future market demands. By renewing this partnership, the casino not only reaffirms its commitment to its foundational business strategies but also signals its readiness to navigate the challenges of a rapidly changing digital landscape. This move is expected to bolster Casumo’s market position by making its affiliate network more effective and providing more value to the casino’s customers and partners.
: Casumo’s chief technology officer has recently spoken to Casino Beats about how AI will reshape the landscape of iGaming. Cristina Turbatu, the CTO of Casumo, expressed her views on the transformative role AI is expected to play in the gaming industry, particularly at the upcoming CasinoBeats Summit. This event, a hub for unveiling technological advancements, offers Casumo and similar companies a platform to showcase innovations and explore new trends. Turbatu highlighted how the integration of AI in personalising casino experiences is leading to an increase in client retention and revenue for the casinos which have implemented AI-driven game recommendation systems. Research indicates that personalised experiences, akin to those used by giants like Amazon and Netflix, are now becoming increasingly popular in the gaming sector, potentially leading to higher player satisfaction and loyalty.
At the summit, discussions are anticipated to focus on heightening the excitement of iGaming entertainment through AI. Furthermore, AI is increasingly being relied upon to ensure player safety with smarter and more efficient protective measures. While many online casinos are dabbling with AI, the Casumo sister sites are at the vanguard of the AI revolution. The casino has been proactive in incorporating AI to not only improve customer interactions but also to streamline their operational processes. Turbatu elaborated on Casumo’s use of AI in various areas, including customer support through chatbots, content personalisation for marketing, and advanced algorithms for player protection. Notably, Casumo has also integrated AI tools like GitHub’s Copilot in its software development, boosting productivity and fostering innovation within their development teams.
: If you needed any proof that the Casumo sister sites do things differently, their celebration of Christmas in summer with their promotional event is the ultimate evidence. Throughout the entire month of July, Casumo is bringing the festive spirit to the sunny season with its unique “UMOdays” event. This promotion offers players a chance to recharge their accounts every weekend with a special deposit bonus, making it an excellent opportunity to enjoy some early Christmas treats. During each weekend of July, from Friday to Sunday, players can receive a 20% deposit bonus up to £100. To participate, players must opt in and make a minimum deposit of £10. Once the qualifying deposit is made, the bonus will be available to use exclusively in the Casino section.
The promotion is accessible only to existing users who have received the invitation. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount, which must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The example provided illustrates that a £10 deposit with a 50% bonus results in a £5 bonus, requiring £150 to be wagered within the casino to fulfil the 30x wagering requirement. Casumo ensures transparency and fairness by outlining all terms and conditions clearly. Players with existing bonuses or wagering restrictions on their accounts are not eligible for this promotion. Additionally, only one offer is permitted per household, IP address, email, telephone number, or payment method, maintaining the integrity of the event. Any accounts found sharing these details may face restrictions or have funds confiscated.
: Gambling Insider recently published the profile of the Casumo CEO, Francesco Postiglione, so, if you ever wanted to know who keeps the internationally acclaimed casino ticking, dig into the profile which tracks his illustrious career which started in 2000. Francesco’s journey in the gaming industry has seen him occupy several pivotal roles. His first notable position was as the Chief Marketing Officer at SNAI, where he honed his skills in strategic marketing and brand development. This role laid the groundwork for his future in the industry, allowing him to gain invaluable experience in a competitive market. Francesco then moved on to Lottomatica, where he served as the Head of Digital and Sportsbook. Here, he was instrumental in driving digital transformation and expanding the company’s sports betting portfolio. His success in these initiatives underscored his ability to innovate and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape, making him a key player in the sector.
In 2014, Francesco took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Gamenet, one of Italy’s largest gaming companies. Under his leadership, Gamenet saw significant growth, particularly in its online gaming division. Francesco’s vision and effective management were critical in positioning Gamenet as a leader in the Italian market. Francesco’s next major role was as the Chief Executive Officer of Stanleybet Group, where he was responsible for overseeing operations across multiple countries. His tenure at Stanleybet was marked by substantial expansion and diversification, enhancing the group’s market presence and operational efficiency. In January 2020, Francesco assumed the role of CEO at Casumo. His extensive background in marketing, digital transformation, and executive leadership equipped him well to lead Casumo into its next phase of growth.
: talkSPORT recently published an article highlighting the best free spin offers for online casino enthusiasts in Ireland, pointing out that Quickslot and Casumo are among the top choices for such promotions. Quickslot, although lesser-known, topped the list as the best destination for free spins, offering players the chance to win through the Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins promotion, despite not having a free spins welcome bonus. Following closely is Casumo, which ranks as the second-best option, providing 50 free spins to all new members as part of a generous welcome package. The selection process for these top casinos involves a thorough examination of several key factors to ensure a satisfying gaming experience. talkSPORT evaluated aspects such as the variety and attractiveness of bonuses and promotions, the payout rates of games, and the overall mobile gaming experience, which is crucial for players on the go. Additionally, the availability of various payment options and the breadth of game selection were crucial criteria.
Casumo’s reputation in Ireland is well-established, offering an extensive array of games from top providers alongside its free spins deals which are available to new and loyal players alike. This makes it a preferred choice for many Irish players. In contrast, Quickslot, while not providing free spins directly as part of its welcome bonus, attracts players through other lucrative offers and has safe payment options, including compatibility with cryptocurrencies. These insights into the top free spin casinos reflect the growing trend of online gambling in Ireland and the increasing competition among casinos to attract players through appealing bonuses and promotions.
: In the wake of the Grand National, Casumo’s sister sites are delighting racing fans with the release of ‘Gold Horsey Winner’, an online slot developed by Inspired Gaming. While the game’s name might not gallop off the tongue, its gameplay promises a thrilling ride. Set against a backdrop of horse racing, the slot combines traditional and modern elements, offering a refreshing twist on Inspired Gaming’s earlier ‘Golden Winner’ slot. With a 5 x 3 reel structure and 10 fixed pay lines, bets start from as little as 10p. The RTP for ‘Gold Horsey Winner’ is set at 94.5%, and it features high volatility, promising substantial payouts with a top prize of 2,500 times the stake. Bonus features in the game include a Fortune Bet mode, where bonus symbols increase in size, and a Fortune Spins option, which shifts the game to a mode focused solely on cash collector mechanics. Additionally, the Free Spins Bonus triggers a progressive trail above the reels, where the jockey symbol collects values from Gold Trophy symbols.
Despite the excitement it offers, potential drawbacks include its slightly below-average RTP and the high volatility which might not suit all players. However, its rich graphical interface and innovative blend of features make it an appealing choice for those interested in thematic slots that offer more than just spinning reels. This slot is a commendable effort by Inspired Gaming to provide an immersive and entertaining experience that captures the spirit of horse racing, all the while encouraging responsible play among its users.

Casumo Review 2025
Casumo’s motto is, “Your new favourite casino.” Player reviews on Trustpilot suggest the motto might not be well-chosen. Reviews at places like that can occasionally be a little salty, though, as casino players tend only to leave reviews when they’re unhappy with something. Generally, it’s because they’ve lost money. Is there something to those reviews, or does Casumo still pack enough charm over a decade after its launch to attract new players and hang on to those it has? We’ll get to the bottom of that question by reviewing the casino.
Casumo Welcome Bonus
Casumo’s welcome offer is a comparatively good one. New players who choose to opt into the offer will receive a 100% matched deposit the first time they credit their Casumo account, subject to a maximum of £100 in bonus funds. They’ll also receive fifty free spins on the always-popular Big Bass Bonanza slot from Reel Kingdom. Both the free spins and the bonus funds come with an x30 wagering requirement, which is roughly in line with the average across the UK online slots scene, if not a little better. You can also get fifty per cent of your first sports bet back up to a maximum of £25, but only if the bet loses.
Ongoing Promotions
The top ongoing promotion at Casumo is called “The Adventure,” and is effectively a loyalty scheme. The idea is that every time a player bets on a sport or places a wager in the casino, they earn points. As they build up points, they receive wager-free bonuses in line with the number of points they’ve accrued. This could be a fantastic offer, but sadly Casumo doesn’t tell us enough about the play-to-points ratio to work out whether it offers real value for money or not. It’s all too vague.
The other promotions you might come across at Casumo Casino are likely to be seasonal. We wrote this review in March, and there was something of a spring theme to the promotions including free spins on Mondays, more free spins on Thursdays, and small daily promos. The nature of those daily promos changes from day to day. While these promotions will vanish at the end of March, we imagine something similar will be along to replace them in April, and so the cycle will continue. That being said, the changing nature of the bonuses means that it’s always worth checking the promotions page if you haven’t logged in for a while.
What are the Pros and Cons of Casumo Casino?
Pros: The games portfolio at Casumo is the casino’s biggest positive point. 3500 is a big number, and we’re not just talking about any old 3500 casino games. Casumo works with only the best providers, so you can be sure that the best work of the best designers in the business is right there in the Casumo games library. We like the design of the casino website, too. It makes intelligent use of white space, and it’s super easy to find your way around it.
Cons: Many of the complaints about Casumo at Trustpilot are about either long waits for withdrawals or poor customer service. We can see why. There’s no telephone-based customer service available, and the wording of the casino’s withdrawal process is vague. Speaking of vague, we have no idea how the “Adventure” loyalty scheme really works.
Featured Games and Slots
With more than three-and-a-half thousand slots and games to consider, players at Casumo at least won’t be bored while they’re waiting for their withdrawals to reach them. What’s amazing about the online slots section of the casino is that despite the massive range of options, it’s the same old slots that have risen to the top. The most popular online slots at Casumo Casino are likely to be very familiar to you – and if they aren’t, it’s probably high time you gave them a try.
Wolf Gold: This is a controversial statement, but Wolf Gold is hands-down the best thing Pragmatic Play has ever done. Yes, we include all of their Drops and Wins games in that statement. They struck gold when they released this North American canyon-themed classic in 2018 and broke the mould in the process. Mustang Gold was a fine attempt to follow it up, but it couldn’t recapture the unique charm of Wolf Gold. If you’ve never played it before, all we can tell you is that you’ll be howling at the moon just as surely as any wolf would if you will every position with full moon symbols during the respins feature.
Big Bass Bonanza: Big Bass Bonanza is a Fishin’ Frenzy clone. It just happens to be more popular than all of the other Fishin’ Frenzy clones because it was one of the first to be released, and it’s an especially well-made one because it was produced by the expert hands of Reel Kingdom. Like almost all of the fish-themed slots that have come out in the past few years, Big Bass Bonanza is a Cash Collector slot that’s at its best when you’ve landed money symbols and collect symbols on the same spin. To fit in with the theme, the money symbols in this slot are represented by fish, and the collect symbol is a fisherman. The slot is thought of as being volatile, which makes it all the more of a shame that the max win is only x2100 against your stake.
Chilli Xtreme 4 Ways Boost: This is a far more modern slot than the other two we’ve looked at from Casumo’s “featured” section, and it comes from Playtech. When Playtech decides that it’s going to back a slots game with features, it generally goes all-in. It’s certainly done so here. The well-realised Mexican theme is merely a backdrop to a slot that can expand its reels so far that at its peak, it offers 262,144 ways to win. Random wilds might turn up on any spin, and some of them explode and create more wilds in the process. There’s always something happening in this slot, but the RTP is horribly low at 93.96%.
As we mentioned when we were discussing alternative Casumo sister sites, there’s also a full sportsbook at Casumo, along with an equally impressive live casino. You can’t play bingo here, but pretty much everything else is catered for.
Withdrawal Processing & Support
When Casumo moved to Recro Limited from its former operator, it revamped its withdrawal process. That’s a good thing, because the old one was terrible. However, the process is still a little imprecise. Based on the limited information available, we believe that the approved withdrawal methods are Debit cards, various e-wallets (including MuchBetter, Neteller and Skrill, but not including PayPal), and Apple Pay. The casino tells us that most withdrawals are processed in a few hours, but that further delays might apply in some circumstances. Things are better than they used to be at Casumo in respect of this, but there’s still room for improvement in the clarity of information provided.
Customer Service & Licensing
You can email [email protected] for assistance, or you can use the live chat widget. Players should find that live chat is available throughout the day and night. Recro Limited holds UK Gambling Commission licence 61549. It’s a clean licence, and it covers Casumo. It would also cover the Casumo sister sites if any existed, but there are none at present. We should note that Casumo moved to Recro in late 2023 after its previous operator, Casumo Services Limited, was on the receiving end of a large fine from the UKGC and subsequently surrendered its licence.
Casumo – The Verdict
Casumo is an upper-tier casino, but it has a couple of weaknesses that ought to give you pause for thought before you play. We’d appreciate more information about banking and withdrawal processes before deciding to play here, and there’s other information absent from the casino’s FAQ that we’d normally expect to be there. Nevertheless, the portfolio of games at the casino is strong. Feedback from players at Trustpilot is a smidge below average for an online casino, but not to such a degree that we believe there are serious problems.
What are players saying about Casumo Casino?
Here are our condensed / reader’s digest summaries of recent Casumo reviews from real players.
- 03-Mar-2025 by Erin:
Be careful when playing bonus rounds at Casumo—I’ve had the games freeze on me multiple times just as I won a bonus, and to this day, I’ve never received what I was owed. I started taking screenshots whenever I triggered a bonus round because I’ve been left waiting for months, even years, for a resolution. Casumo has admitted they can see what happened, but every time, they tell me they’ve passed the issue to the game provider and will get back to me within 24 hours. They never do. When I follow up, I get no answers, no compensation—just the usual “clear your cache and try again” advice. Meanwhile, when I reopen the game, the bonus round has disappeared as if it never happened. That’s outright theft. I thought it was just bad luck at first, but after it’s happened over 20 times, I know I can’t be the only one. The only positive is that deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly. – source: Trustpilot - 02-Mar-2025 by Sonja:
Casumo really looks after its active players. A special thanks to customer service rep Erik for the great service! – source: Trustpilot - 02-Mar-2025 by Steven:
Avoid this site. If I could upload proof of my RTP, I would. Over 50,000 spins and I’ve only had a 10% return, when it should be 95%. Customer support is useless. Stay far, far away. – source: Trustpilot - 01-Mar-2025 by David:
Customer service is fantastic—quick and extremely helpful. Erik is a legend! – source: Trustpilot - 28-Feb-2025 by Cliente:
Casumo is hands down one of the best online casinos I’ve played at! The site is well-designed, easy to use, and packed with a brilliant selection of games, from slots to live dealer tables. The gameplay is smooth, and there’s always something exciting to try. What really makes Casumo stand out is the customer service—fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Withdrawals are processed quickly with no hassle, and the promotions are generous. If you want a fun and trustworthy casino, this is a top choice. Highly recommend! – source: Trustpilot - 27-Feb-2025 by Craig:
The bonuses and games here are terrible. I played 50 bonus games and only won 25p—absolutely shocking. The site is full of glitches too. Would never recommend. – source: Trustpilot - 26-Feb-2025 by Georgiana:
Don’t be fooled by this site—it’s a complete mess. – source: Trustpilot - 26-Feb-2025 by Iamdje:
Out of all the gaming sites I’ve played on—whether I won or lost—Casumo has the best customer service. I spoke with Erik and Mats today, and compared to other casinos, they were the most helpful and easy to deal with. Top marks! – source: Trustpilot - 25-Feb-2025 by Gavin:

Casumo Sponsorships and Partnerships
Casumo Extends Its Reading FC Partnership
In August 2021, Reading FC and Casumo extended their long-standing partnership. After the contract was signed, a spokesperson for Reading FC reflected on their time in partnership with the casino brand. He announced that Casumo had gone above and beyond to not only promote the club but to promote equality and inclusivity too.
Casumo’s director of marketing teased the promise of a future transition that would see Casumo Cares becoming a focal point in the sponsorship network. Casumo Cares is a support service for players struggling with gambling addiction. The service can be used by players at any online or land-based casino. Their slogan, “When the Fun Stops, We Are Here to Help”, takes the old idiom “When the Fun Stops, Stop” to a new level, by becoming a place to turn for players who may have developed an unhealthy relationship with gambling.
Through the service, Casumo Cares educates, provides proactive support, keeps minors and vulnerable safeguarded and provides advice on how to help loved ones.
Casumo Speaks to Casino Beats
Phil Manzi, the Director of Marketing at Casumo casino sat down with the reputable casino magazine, Casino Beats, in November 2021 to discuss sponsorships, the increasing numbers of online slots published, and the contemporary challenges faced by European and UK casinos. Manzi highlighted the pitfalls of the over-regular market which is making it harder for gambling brands to find sponsorship space. However, that isn’t something that Casumo has historically had to deal with. For a time, they were the main kit sponsor for Reading FC, but there has been plenty of public noise around casino brands as kit sponsors. A third of all football fans polled in a recent study declared that they wouldn’t buy a football kit with a gambling brand logo. However, Casumo found a clever way around this, with Reading FC, they moved from being a shirt sponsor to being an official partnership.
In the interview, Manzi emphasised the importance of sports sponsorships, but he didn’t evade the responsibility that casino brands should feel when it comes to promoting brands to young and vulnerable sports fans.
The interview proved just how hard the minds behind Casumo work to align their marketing morals with sponsorship opportunities. Judging by his opinion on the integration of the increasing number of online slot games, that integrity carries through to Casumo’s curation of games too.
Manzi acknowledged that the increasing rate of production of new games is slowly but surely impacting the quality of new games. But that isn’t an issue for any Casumo players. With the casino’s commitment to only bringing the best content to UK slot spinners, players won’t risk losing their hard-earned cash on sub-par games. The casino also puts the best games prominently at the forefront by tying them in with promotions.
At the end of the interview, Manzi left clues about how the casino was going to expand next. He teased that the casino could soon be available to players in Germany and Canada.
Slotmill Teams Up with Casumo Casino
As we have already discovered, Casumo is incredibly discerning when it comes to choosing which game developers they partner with. With that in mind, it spoke volumes when they signed a licencing agreement with Slotmill in August 2021. This move by the two companies brought the award-winning Relax Gaming titles onto Casumo.
Slotmill titles find a number of ways to set themselves apart from the rest. The most obvious USP is their high-end graphics that achieve a modernist feel without having to copy any other developer that is known for its aesthetic innovation. Once the slots start spinning, players will find user-friendly frameworks that provide max player entertainment and incredible win potential.
The founder of Slotmill, Johan Ohman, had the following to say about their recent partnership:
“The agreement with Casumo is super exciting as it will make the Slotmill games available at another Tier 1 operator. Casumo offers a unique experience which is player focused and it aligns perfectly with the product design philosophy of Slotmill.”
Some of the top online slot games that are set to move across to Casumo from Slotmill include Merlin’s Fortune, Thunder Wheel, Vegas Gold, Lucky Lucifer, Neon Dreams, Outlaws, Star Spell and Vikings Creed.
The Skywind Group Became Part of the Casumo Network
The Skywind Group may not be one of the biggest game developers in the market, but nevertheless, the pioneers have been making waves in the European betting industry. Now, thanks to their partnership with Casumo, Skywind’s content is now available to players in the UK, Germany and Sweden.
Skywind and Casumo signed a deal in the summer of 2021 which saw some of their most popular games becoming fan favourites on the casino. Titles such as Sea of Pearls, Sticky Sevens Megaways and El Paso Gold weren’t just hosted on the Casumo casino website, they were also improved through Casumo’s player engagement strategies. Casumo’s player engagement tools included progressive jackpot pools, and tournaments that all players could enter.
In a press release, a spokesperson for the Skywind Group spoke with delight at the new collaboration, he noted that just like Casumo, Skywind constantly push boundaries to facilitate unique and refreshing gaming experiences for online slot players.
Other networks that partnered with Casumo in recent years include 1X2 Gaming, ORYX Gaming, Playson and the Blueribbon Network. While the casino strengthened their relationship with the unstoppable force, Pragmatic Play and Push Gaming.
Casumo TV ads
2018 – Casumo Free Spins Commercial
Casumo was a little ahead of its time when it released this free spins-themed television commercial in 2018. If you’re a keen video gamer or, more likely, if you have a child, you might be familiar with the enormous popularity of Roblox. If so, you’ll spot an Easter Egg or two in this video. We won’t spoil it for you – you should go and check it out on YouTube. Aside from the Easter egg, the 2018 advert is little more than a digital tour of the casino and its features, along with a strong push of the promotional offers that were available at the time.
2019 – Whenever you want, Wherever you Want
Mobile gaming and the concept of playing while on the move was already well-established by 2019, but Casumo decided to hammer the point home anyway with this transport-themed app. A new version of the Casumo mobile app was released around the same time as the advert, which might explain the choice of theme – although we’re going to be talking about that more in a moment. This ad has a comedic tone, showing people playing live dealer casino games while lying in bed or enjoying premium online slots while on the bus. It’s not a groundbreaking commercial, but it was a memorable one and performed well for the Casumo brand.
2019 – The Casumo App
We told you that we’d be coming back to the Casumo app, and so here we are. Aside from showing off the app in the commercial we mentioned a moment ago, Casumo also released a separate commercial aimed squarely at making people aware of the new app and trying to persuade them to use it. The advert took a “triple S” approach – it promoted the Casumo app as being Speedy, Smooth, and Secure. The app was (and still is) available in both Apple and Android format, and the commercial revisited the “play from anywhere” idea that was explored in the previous commercial. Whether or not both commercials were necessary is debatable, but you can’t have too much promotion.
2019 – Daily Drop Jackpot, Only at Casumo
The “Daily Drop Jackpot” advert that Casumo aired briefly in 2019 is an exercise in simplicity. It lasts for only twenty seconds, but it makes a big impression and uses a stylish cartoon approach to capture the attention of viewers. The advert could afford to get away with being so short because its message is so easy to understand – someone has to win the daily jackpots at Casumo every day, and that “someone” could be you. Even if a player loses, they’re free to try again the next day – which is a point that the short commercial makes more than once during its running time.
2020 – Jackpots like Snowflakes
“Snowflakes” has come to mean something else in the 2020s, but the definition of the word in this late-2020 advert is that jackpots fall so often that they’re like snowflakes falling from the sky on a winter’s morning. It’s not exactly a mental image that gives us a warm glow, so it’s an unusual choice of theme for the commercial. If you’re able to shake off the weirdness of the theme, you’ll eventually come to understand that the advert is there to tell you that Casumo has a new dedicated “jackpots” section and every game inside the section comes with a massive, potentially life-changing jackpot.
